Cop Walk In The Anthony Vega Cruz Shootiing!

Cop gets away with murder. Cop walk in the shooting of Anthony Jose Vega Cruz.
The Connecticut state prosecutor declined to indict a dirty cop for shooting an unarmed fleeing suspect. They concluded the dirty cop "use of deadly force" was justified.

The incident happened in April 2019.

The victim's family slams the decision.

Anthony Jose Vega Cruz was fleeing police after a routine traffic stop. Newly released police dashcam and business surveillance videos showing from various angles. The dirty cop running in front of Vega Cruz's black Infiniti sedan shot into the window.

He was shot in the face and chest. Vega Cruz would later die at the hospital. His passenger was his girlfriend. She was not injured in the shooting.

The dirty cop ran in front of the vehicle as it was backing away. The vehicle didn't even touch the dirty cop when he shot into it.

"Show me your hands," says the dirty cop. Several times before he fired his service weapon upon the windshield of the vehicle.
The moment the cop shoots into the windshield of a fleeing suspect.
L. Benjamin Crump said the decision was senseless.

"This execution-style killing was senseless -- a traffic violation should not carry a death sentence, Crump said in a statement. "[The officer] was sworn to protect the rights of every citizen, and he failed that duty in the most shocking of ways."

The officer was from Wethersfield, Connecticut. He allegedly worked for the Manchester Police.

Cop had a two year record.
"Officer Layau Eulizier discharged his firearm in fear that the operator was about to run him over and that he would lose his won life, said Hartford prosecutor Gail Hardy. His belief that deadly force was needed to defend himself and others from the use of imminent use of deadly physical force was objectively reasonable and therefore justified."

The reason for the pullover was a damn license plate. Okay, I want to say profiling.

The American Civil Liberties Union of Connecticut condemned the state prosecutor's decision and slammed the prosecutor for releasing it during the coronavirus outbreak.

"Once again, a Connecticut prosecutor has decided to not pursue justice for a young man of color who was killed by police," said David McGuire, executive director of the ACLU of Connecticut. "It is shameful and unconscionable that State's Attorney Hardy and the Division of Criminal Justice chose to release this news in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, forcing people to choose between protecting their health and protesting and mourning the state's choice not to pursue justice for Mr. Vega Cruz."

Vega Cruz's relatives and the NAACP had called for the dirty cop to be criminally charged.

They called the dirty cop a "ticking time bomb."

Vega Cruz was Hispanic. The dirty cop was Black.

Crump is a well-known attorney. He was involved in the Trayvon Martin, Botham Jean and numerous other high profile police shooting cases. Crump joined Michael Jefferson in the matter.

State prosecutors regardless of political affiliations are not charging cops for reckless behavior. That is a huge problem. We can't allow this to continue on. If Hardy is up for reelection, I would suggest that folks vote her out in the state's primary.

Cops running in front of vehicles are putting themselves at risk. Why get in front of a moving vehicle?

It was pretty stupid of the dirty cop!

There's no justice for people of color!

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
