Sean Connery Passed Away!

Sir Sean Connery passed away at the age of 90.

The original James Bond himself, Sean Connery passed away in his sleep in The Bahamas.

A truly iconic legend of film, television and radio. The Scottish actor whose five-decade long career was dominated by the role of James Bond, died at the age of 90.

Connery, who was awarded an order of knighthood in 2000, for his contribution to the arts, played the iconic spy in seven movies, beginning with Dr. No in 1962, the first of the Bond movies.

Wilson and Barbara Broccoli said.

They said they were devastated by his death.

“He is undoubtedly largely responsible for the success of the film series and we shall be forever grateful to him.”

Busta Rhymes drops his long awaited sequel to the Extinction Level Event.

The 1998 album Extinction Level Event: The Final Front was one of the best album I’ve heard in a long ass time. It was a masterpiece.

It was a play on the “end of the world.” It debuted at number twelve on the US Billboard 200 album chart and remained on the chart for 32 weeks.

This album was nominated for Best Rap Album, Best Rap Solo Performance and Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group.

He made a cult classic hit, “What’s It Gonna Be?!” which became one of the standout hits on his album.

The album had features from The Flipmode Squad, Mystikal, Janet Jackson and Ozzy Osbourne.

The album had production from Busta Rhymes, DJ Scratch, Deric “D-Dot” Angelettie (aka Madd Rapper), Darrell “Delite” Allamby, Haas G, Kenny “Flav” Dickerson, Nashiem Myrick, Diamond D, Armando Colon, Rashad Smith, Rockwilder, Jamal, Swizz Betz, Nottz and DJ Mr. Stanneke.

Listen to the album here.

Trevor G. Smith, Jr. is an American rapper, musician, record producer, media personality and actor. He is one of the most notable fast-tongue lyricists. Besides Busta Rhymes, there’s Twista, Tech 9ine, Eminem, Bone Thugs ‘N Harmony, Three Six Mafia, Yelawolf and R.A. The Rugged Man.

The sequel E.L.E. 2 (Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God) is the tenth studio album.

It is released on Conglomerate (formerly Flipmode) Records and Empire Records, LLC.

The album has 22-tracks and a long list of guests and production credits. Busta Rhymes, Nottz and Rockwilder are the executive producers of this album.

Busta Rhymes is one of the fastest rappers in hip-hop.

The production comes not only from Busta Rhymes but also Nottz, Rockwilder, Avenue, Swizz Beatz, the late J Dilla, Pete Rock, Dready, Focus the A.R.M., DJ Scratch, DJ Premier, Hi-Tek, Terrace Martin, Anderson Paak, Schife, 9th Wonder, Rick Rock and Navi Beats.

His guest features include, Chris Rock, Rakim, Pete Rock, M.O.P., Bell Biv DeVoe, Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Q-Tip, Rick Ross, Anderson Paak, Vybz Kartel, Rapsody, Mariah Carey, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige and Nicki Grier. He also has commentary from Berry Gordy and the Minister Louis Farrakhan. The album was released on Friday at midnight.

This album was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bussa Buss, also spent time trying to curb the carbs while working on the album. The rapper had admitted that he faced depression and it led to him overeating and not taking care of himself. He at one point was weighing in at over 300 lbs.

So he worked out and started eating healthy. He lost over 100 lbs and is trying to get his body back to the muscles.

“I came from a time where it was extremely important to garner respect of the elder statesmen,” said Busta Rhymes in an interview. “A lot of motherfuckers running around complaining, talking shit about what these new dudes is doin’, but the question really is what is you older dudes doing to help the new dudes? Outside of popping and shit and being mad at them all the time for what they not doing that you feel they need to do.”

Busta showed off his weight loss on social media.

As a member of the Five Percent Nation, Busta Rhymes practices as a Sunni Muslim. He has three sons and three daughters.

He was a featured guest on the recent episodes of The Masked Singer as The Dragon.

He was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Geraldine Green and Trevor Smith, Sr. two immigrants from Jamaica. He grew up in Uniondale, New York and spent a few years in England when he was a child. He came back to the United States and attended the Westinghouse Career and Technical Education High School in Brooklyn with future rappers, the late Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace and Shawn C. Carter aka Jay-Z.

Busta Rhymes getting back in shape.

He was a member of the Leaders of the New School. He left the group and founded the Flipmode Squad with Spliff Star and Rampage. He also is credited for bringing in female MC and media personality Rah Digga to the fold.

Busta Rhymes is one of my favorite rappers. He is an iconic member of the Brooklyn Class and continues to keep it honest.

If you’re aware of his movie credits, I advise you to watch John Singleton’s Higher Learning with Ice Cube, Michael Rapaport, Omar Epps and Tyra Banks.

We must vote like our lives depend on it!

Wondering if your community is going to hold a Beggar’s Night on Friday or Saturday. After all, with this pandemic going on, it’s nearly impossible for communities to host Halloween events.

The scary numbers. The COVID-19 pandemic has killed over 300,000 Americans. It has infected probably 11 million. President Donald J. Trump continues to tell his supporters that “we’re rounding the curve” when it comes to the coronavirus. He constantly brags about how many entertainers and athletes are coming out in favor of him instead of Democratic nominee Joe Biden.

This pandemic is the number one issue on America’s minds. Second would be the economy, then comes racism and police violence, and lastly gun violence.

We are only less than five days away from elections and more Americans are voting early.

Don't underestimate Trump. He still has those crazy supporters.

This is considered the last days of mail-in voting. If you haven’t gotten it in the mail by Thursday, I would suggest you have it dropped off at a ballot box in your local county or parish.

Trump and Vice President Mike Pence are confident that they’re going to win.

Biden and Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) are very cautious they’re going to win but stresses to their supporters that the election will be very close. They are saying don’t trust the polls.

The Republicans are fuming over social media and the junk food media rejecting the unverified claims about Hunter Biden, the former vice president’s youngest son and his turmoils.

The Republicans believe that Hunter had collected millions from foreign operatives and got access through his father. Biden called it a “smear campaign.”

We have two scenarios at this point.

Click the map to create your own at 270toWin.com

We have Donald J. Trump chances at winning reelection holding steady at 47%. We have Biden’s chances of winning the election at 49%. Statistically tied. There are no undecided voters. If any voters went to the Green Party, Constitution Party and independent candidates, they will only make up less than 1% of the vote.

Trump can pull off Florida, Texas, Iowa, North Carolina and Ohio. It seems likely that Trump could etch a smooth victory with 270 without winning the popular vote. So don’t take the polls for granted. Biden may be winning the polls but the Electoral College will be the decider.

Trump supporters are literally dying to see him.
Biden can pull off winning Arizona, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Minnesota.

It seems like Biden doesn’t need Ohio and Florida for now. If he does carry Florida or Ohio, in any fashion, it’s pretty much a wrap for Trump.

The crucial swing states right now are Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa and Arizona.

Pollsters are often the ones who made an inaccurate prediction of the election. No one is certain to get this right. But I know one thing, if Trump does win, what we could see is more civil unrest.

Y'all Throwing Me Out Because I'm Wearing Sneakers But Not The White Lady Over There!

Restaurants continue to run "dress codes" as a tactic to discriminate Black patrons.

Atlanta sushi establishment caught in a scandal involving a server telling a Black couple to leave because they were wearing sneakers. But on camera, the establishment allowed a white woman wearing sneakers to stay at the bar. A video surfaced online and now there’s calls for a boycott of the establishment.

A 10-minute video shows the owner and patron Steve Colbert get almost physical. His wife, Atlanta lawyer Kaylan Colbert recorded the whole encounter.

It also brings into question those goddamn “dress code” rules. It’s often a controversial policy that restricts African Americans from entering bars and restaurants with clothing that seems likely engaged in the hip-hop culture.

Wearing gold chains, Nike shoes, sleeveless t-shirts (wife-beaters), ballcaps, knit hats, bandanas, baggy pants, hoodies, skull caps, Timberland boots, cornrows, braids, designer clothing from hip-hop artists, political shirts, large earrings in men’s ears are known examples of “dress code” issues.

Urban bars, nightclubs and restaurants are often known for these asinine dress codes.

The establishment, Umi Sushi in the urban Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta turned away a man and his wife after he was wearing sneakers --- while allowing a white woman in tennis shoes to stay.

Atlanta lawyer Kaylan Colbert had recorded an encounter at an Atlanta restaurant where her husband was told to leave because of his sneakers. They witnessed a white patron wearing sneakers.

The restaurant’s website specifically states on its website:

DRESS CODE STRICTLY ENFORCED ALL: No Ball caps, sneakers, athletic wear and sports jerseys. MEN: No shorts, flip-flops and Tanktops.

What happened last Friday has become viral. They said they didn’t realize sneakers weren’t allowed and were willing to respect that rule. The Colberts said the frustration and confusion set in when they were being escorted out and spotted what appeared to be another customer—in gym shoes— being served at the bar.

What was supposed to be a quiet birthday dinner turned into a frustrating exchange when Kaylan Colbert and her husband Steve were denied service at Umi Sushi in Buckhead.

“I had been there multiple times. The COVID situation we had probably been about four times and spent plenty of money there in the past so this is supposed to be like a high-end restaurant,” she said.

Colbert said her husband has worn gym shoes to Umi without incident before. This time, they arrived early for their ‪5:15 p.m. reservation last Friday, but the two were told to leave and never seated.

“As we were walking out though my husband noticed a woman at the bar had on tennis shoes and that’s when everything had gone out the window at that point because there are no rules here for some people, only for others,” she said.

Colbert’s camera was rolling as her husband asked the manager why a woman at the bar was served even though she, too, had on gym shoes.

“If you’re going to have rules they should apply to everyone and not just some people,” she said.

The owner made things worse by insulting the patron by calling him a "baller."

FOX 5’s Alex Whittler I spoke to the owner over the phone who maintains the dress code is posted inside the restaurant and on the website. It applies to the entire establishment including the bar. But he said he regrets the way the situation was handled.

“This was completely, 100%, an operational mistake on our end,” Umi Sushi owner Farshid Arshid said.

“When they got upset we should have investigated that,” he said.

“We’ve seen this on the news over and over lately. Nobody wants to feel that way. Nobody wants to feel like they can’t go to certain places,” Colbert said.

The owner agrees and said things will be handled differently in the future.

Arshid said he has contacted the couple to work things out. They would not guarantee they’ll return to the restaurant.

We must vote like our lives depend on it!

Donald J. Trump does have a little swag with some in the hip-hop community.

The latest entertainer to endorse Trump is Dwayne Michael Carter, best known as Lil’ Wayne.

He posted on social media his meeting with the president.

He thanked Trump for endorsing the “Platinum Plan,” a set of proposals to help the Black community.

OPPORTUNITY – By achieving historic employment levels for Black Americans, as well as increasing access to capital for new businesses, President Trump has been committed to ensuring all Black Americans can achieve the American Dream

SECURITY – By signing into law the celebrated First Step Act, President Trump has brought common sense criminal justice reform to the American people for the first time in decades, while ensuring that our streets and communities are safe for families and business owners

PROSPERITY – As the first President to provide long-term funding to Historically Black Colleges and Universities, this Administration continues to seek immediate and generational advancement for Black Americans

FAIRNESS – As demonstrated through his actions to initiate investment into Opportunity Zones, as well as address health disparities, wage gaps and necessary education reforms, President Trump works every day to advance a fair and just America for the Black Community

Trump's proposed “Platinum Plan” includes creating 3 million jobs in the Black community over the next four years, increasing access to capital by nearly $500 billion and strengthening Trump’s immigration policies to protect American jobs, according to his website.

Another artist, Ice Cube, is also working with Trump on his "Platinum Plan" for Black Americans. He told “Fox News Sunday” that he is “not playing politics with this.”

It’s all a damn scam just like Cube’s Contract for Black America bullshit which doesn’t include women, LGBTQ Blacks and Black children.

It’s wild that many of these rappers can’t even perform due to COVID-19 restrictions. They can’t do any filming of movies and television shows due to the pandemic. I will say that DaBaby is likely going to be a superspreader for the coronavirus. He continues to make music videos in open public without facial protection. His ego will eventually come to an end when local leaders shut it down. Cause you can’t be seriously doing these things when most Americans are struggling to survive this pandemic.

The meeting between the president and the rapper took place at the Trump National Doral Miami resort, White House deputy press secretary Judd Deere confirmed to ABC News on Thursday.

Which Black Trump-supporting agitator annoys you the most?
Lii Wayne
Kimberly Klacik
Stacey Dash
Ice Cube
Diamond & Silk
50 Cent
Candace Owens
Tariq Nasheed
Jesse Lee Peterson
Terrence K Williams
Kanye West
Larry Elder

His namesake is known for wealth. Rappers and entertainers alike used to consider Trump a relatable billionaire. Now that the curtain is pulled down, we see him as a despicable human being who relishes in being the center of attention.

As a business mogul, Trump was an icon in hip-hop music for more than three decades and rappers, including Lil Wayne, hailed his wealth and power in hundreds of lyrics, but once he jumped into the political ring in 2015, he was fervently rejected by the hip-hop community

What better career than being the President of the United States?

The President of the United States is perhaps the most visible “center of attention.” The role of the president is the center of government leadership. Trump treats this shit like a “reality television show” and having a bunch of washed up rappers, entertainers and athletes endorse him is so “reality television.”
