DC 51!

Washington, DC could become the nation's 51st State.
The House of Representatives have passed a resolution that paves the way to make The District of Columbia, the 51st American state.

Washington, DC's current population is 710,000 residents. This federal district has a population greater than Wyoming. It is the federal capital of the United States.

The Douglass Commonwealth will replace the District of Columbia, to pay homage to civil rights/abolitionist pioneer Fredrick Douglass and eliminate the naming after Christopher Columbus.

The Democratic-led House of Representative voted in favor of making the federal district a state.

The bill, aptly named "H.R. 51" passed mostly on a party line vote of 232-180. One Democrat, the conservative Rep. Colin Peterson (D-MN) vote against it. He also voted against impeaching Donald J. Trump.

The bill, which now heads to the Republican-majority Senate, would allow for the admission of a new state, called Washington, Douglass Commonwealth, which will grant the proposed state two senators and likely one U.S. Representative. The state will establish state governorship and dissolve the mayor's role into just being a municipality role instead of a semi-governor role.

The state will be establish with a federal buildings and monuments solely in place of the U.S. government.

The bill will likely not pass through with Republicans in control and Trump will veto the legislation if it does pass.

The last time a statehood bill came through the House it was in 1993. It failed in the House.

Washington, DC mayor Muriel Bowser praised the decision.

"I was born without representation, but I swear -- I will not die without representation. Together, we will achieve DC statehood, and when we do, we will look back on this day and remember all who stood with us on the right side of history."

Republicans oppose DC statehood for two reasons. They believe it will give Democrats an advantage in the Senate.

The residents of Washington, DC are allowed to vote in the presidential election.
Muriel Bowser is pushing hard for DC Statehood.
The District of Columbia statehood movement is a political movement that advocates making the District of Columbia a U.S. state. The District of Columbia is a federal district under the direct jurisdiction of the United States Congress. Statehood would grant the District voting representation in the Congress and full control over local affairs. For most of the modern (1980-present) statehood movement, the new state's name would have been "New Columbia", although the Washington, D.C. Admission Act of 2020 refers to the proposed state as "Washington, Douglass Commonwealth."

Statehood for the District, which is also known as District of Columbia, might be achieved by an act of Congress, under the power granted to Congress by the United States Constitution to admit new states to the Union (Article IV, Section 3, Clause 1). However, there is some debate as to whether simple legislation would be sufficient to grant statehood to District of Columbia, which is the seat of the United States federal government.

There are five U.S. territories that are inhabited. Each territory has a U.S. Representative who acts as a non-voting delegate. They have no voting rights on the general floor. They only have committee voting and assignments.

The Americans who live in the U.S. territories of Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands cannot vote in the presidential election even though they're American citizens. The people of American Samoa are U.S. nationals and are not considered American citizens. They have to have special passports to enter the United States and cannot vote in the presidential election.

Note: American Samoans follow a Samoan culture which is totally independent of the U.S. government and laws. If the U.S. Supreme Court grants citizenship to those living in American Samoa, those who live outside of the territory can legally sue for land rights. Samoans have a controversial conservative culture. American Samoa is the only U.S. territory with its own immigration system (a system separate from the United States immigration system).

American Samoa also has a communal land system in which ninety percent of the land is communally owned; ownership is based on Samoan ancestry.

Amy McGrath Beats Bernie-Backed Charles Booker!

Amy McGrath beats Charles Booker.
Amy McGrath beats Charles Booker. She will take on Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), the Majority Leader of the Senate and Donald J. Trump's most reliable ally.

The polls have the race as LIKELY REPUBLICAN but we can change that if we get out to vote and put McGrath in the Senate.

The retired Marine fighter pilot Amy McGrath narrowly beats Kentucky state representative Cory Booker in a race that would have determined if Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) had an impact in the direction of the Democratic Party.

Booker, an African American state lawmaker from Louisville was hoping to capitalize off the Breonna Taylor tragedy. He was experiencing heavy turnout in Louisville, Lexington, Bowling Green and Fulton.

Booker got endorsements from controversial agitators like Cenk Uygur, Briahna Joy Gray, Nina Turner, (Jeffery) Shaun King, Benjamin Dixon and David Sirota. These were the leftists agitators who backed Sanders.

Leftists websites Common Dreams, The Intercept and The Nation were pushing bullshit about McGrath in order to generate support among Booker.

I seriously believed that Russian propaganda played a role and McConnell, himself was hoping to use Booker as a scapegoat.

In the end, McGrath who was doing reasonably well in rural Kentucky pulls off a victory.
Charles Booker's rise to fame came from endorsements from Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY).
This comes as a warning to Sanders, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN), Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) and Rep. Ro Konna (D-CA). Their push to make the Democratic Party more progressive is going to be a turnoff to progressives, moderates and even some conservative Democrats. Their push for Medicare for All and taxing the rich isn't motivating voters. The coronavirus has pretty much eliminated any consideration of a Bernie Sanders-inspired agenda.

No one wants his agenda.

Republicans already paying the price for being too conservative and embracing Donald J. Trump.

They have shown themselves to by highly hypocritical towards their beliefs due to the fact they endorsed and supported a man who is not a Christian. A man who has no family values. A man who is willing to sacrifice his own country for the amusement of foreign dictators.

Booker's surge was not expected but it did give McGrath a run for her money. She was close to being defeated. The projections of the results shows that McGrath beat Booker by only 4%.

McGrath ran against Rep. Andy Barr (R-KY) in 2018 and narrowly lost to him.
Mitch McConnell will fight dirty and continue to tag his Democratic opponents as too extreme for Kentucky.
McGrath now has raised millions of dollars for the Senate race and has the backing of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

"I'm humbled that Kentucky Democrats have nominated me to take on Mitch McConnell in the general election and can't wait to get started in sending him into retirement and finally draining the toxic Washington political swamp that he built. I want to congratulate Charles Booker for his very impressive result, and also to Mike Broihier for stepping into this arena and making his passionate voice and ideas heard. I am proud to have competed against these men and, undoubtedly, doing so made me a better candidate. I hope I can rely on them for their help, guidance and advice for the fight ahead of us."

McGrath is willing to at least take Booker's advice on how to win over voters. That's a good step ahead.

What Happened To Elijah McClain?

The feds are looking into the death of Elijah McClain.
A 23-year old African American message therapist from Aurora, Colorado, was killed after an altercation with the law while walking home in August 2019 is being reopened.

Elijah McClain was walking home when a person called the law claiming that he was a suspicious person all because he wore a ski mask in the middle of the summer.

Three police officers were involved in the incident.

They wore body cameras but somehow they ended up falling off when they tried to detain him.

The three cops would try to detain him on suspicion and he kept asking them why was he being arrested. The cops refused to give him a reason to why he was arrested. So as he was being placed on the ground, a paramedic administered ketamine to sedate him.

While being transported to the hospital, he would have cardiac arrest.

He would die seven days from this incident.

The cops were not charged with any crime.

Now it's nearly one year later and the state's governor Jared Polis is demanding the Colorado Bureau of Investigation to reopen the case and reexamine if the cops were negligent in the handling of the matter.

So you know wearing a ski mask is a crime if you're Black right?

I am not kidding....

According to the concern trolls, if I wear a ski mask in the middle of summer day, I guess I must be up to no good!

Actually, it's not a crime to wear a ski mask.

Elijah was a good person. His friends described him as a bright light would would shine and has a memorable smile. He was a caring and sweet person.

This white person called the law claiming that he was Elijah was wearing a ski mask with his arms flailing up like he was dancing. The caller affirmed during the call that Elijah didn't appear to be armed but he said that it was strange to see a guy walking with a ski mask in August.

So the cops arrived to the scene. In their reports they claimed that he tried to reach for a cop's gun during the struggle.

An attorney representing Elijah's family claim the cops involved slammed him into a wall immediately after apprehending him.
Cops confront Elijah McClain. They detain him for wearing a ski mask.
The three cops, Nathan Woodyard, Jason Rosenblatt and Randy Roedema held Elijah on the ground for 15 minutes. While detained, Elijah said, "I can't breathe."

He would vomit several times for which he apologized to the cops.

"I'm sorry, I wasn't trying to do that, I can't breathe correctly."

Woodyard applied a chokehold around Elijah's neck. One cop threatened to get the K9 on him.

In the police report, the coroner could not determine the exact cause of death and therefore listed Elijah's death as undetermined. Despite this, the same coroner stated that it may have been an accident resulting from an idiosyncratic drug reaction, could have been a homicide if the officers' use of the carotid hold contributed to his death, or that his death could have been caused by an asthma attack.
They sedate Elijah McClain and soon after he has a heart attack.
Now there's talk about three cops are placed on leave after they were caught taking an inappropriate picture of themselves reenacting the chokehold on Elijah.

The junk food media also reported that the Aurora Police used tear gas on peaceful protesters. Some of the protesters were playing a violin, something that Elijah was good at doing.

This incident happened last year.

With the George Floyd tragedy front and center, many other incidents involving police encounters with people of color are coming to light.

Elijah's death will not go in vein. He was a 23-year old man who had no criminal history nor a strain of intent towards police.

"WE ALL WANT TO GO HOME TONIGHT!"
The final pictures of Elijah before his death.

We have a global pandemic that is killing 150,000 Americans. The coronavirus deaths are still happening and folks are not social distancing. We have an economic recession. With the coronavirus spreading from coast to coast, many companies are closing up for good and placing Americans out of work. They are over 45 million Americans out of work. There are thousands of Americans who are being killed by gun violence. Everyday at least 95 people died from gun violence. I can't even tell you how many stories I've missed involving gun violence in the country.

WHEN COPS SEE A BLACK MAN WITH A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF IT BEING LEGAL OR ILLEGAL, THEY AUTOMATICALLY SHOOT THE BLACK MAN. EVEN AN UNARMED BLACK MAN JUST REACHING FOR A WALLET OR A DOOR HANDLE COULD BE KILLED BY THE COPS. NOW A BLACK MAN FLEEING AN ARRESTING OFFICER COULD BE KILLED. WHETHER THEY'RE IN THEIR VEHICLE OR RUNNING FROM THEM. THE COPS WILL SHOOT THE BLACK MAN.

THE POLICE AND JUNK FOOD MEDIA TRY TO MAKE THE VICTIM, "THE BAD GUY" BY BRINGING UP HIS PAST HISTORY, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA OR HIS FAMILY LIFE.

MANY WHITES (IN LARGE GROUPS) HAVE FIREARMS IN FRONT OF POLICE AND THEY NEVER GET SHOT OR KILLED. WHY AREN'T THEY AFRAID OF THEM?

WHENEVER SOMEONE COMPLAINS ABOUT THE LACK OF BLACK FATHERS, I CONTINUE TO DENOUNCE THIS BULLSHIT. I OFTEN REMIND THEM THAT THE POLICE KILL BLACK FATHERS. THE POLICE LEAVE CHILDREN OF COLOR WITHOUT A BLACK FATHER. AND NO AMOUNT OF MONEY COULD BRING THE PEACE AND TRANQUILITY TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE KILLED BY THE COPS.

We have unrest in the nation. African Americans and Native Americans had enough of the status quo in politics, religion, entertainment and law. The need to change started on May 25, 2020 when a cop placed his knee on the neck of an American citizen. He screamed, "I can't breathe...." and cried for his "mama."

No amount of criminal acts this man done justified that cop's actions. It's has frustrated me to hear folks like Candace Owens, Larry Elder, Leo Terrell, Jesse Lee Peterson, Terrence K. Williams, Kevin Jackson, Diamond & Silk and Allen West defend the actions of bad cops and white vigilantes.

And of course, leftists like Cornel West, Nina Turner, Jeffery Shaun King, Benjamin Dixon and Killer Mike are throwing their weight into the debate. These coons are trying to infiltrate the debate with "pie in the sky" policies from a failed presidential candidate Bernie Sanders. They are deliberately sabotaging the Democratic Party's chances of winning the election. Black voters picked their nominee and these coons are trying to sow discourse to white progressives and young voters.
Pressure to prosecute the dirty cops involved in killing Elijah McClain.
I don't give a fuck about someone's past encounters with police. That doesn't justify the death of anyone.

It never happens in your community.......! Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. A mass shooting will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how "guns save lives." They don't. The only thing that survives a gun shooting is the gun.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

THERE IS NO GOD!

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!

We will talk about this for a few days and then we're off to another controversy. The next controversy would either be something done by Trump, a politician, an entertainer or we will experience another mass shooting. The next mass shooting will be even worse than the last one.

Russia Paid The Taliban To Hunt American Troops!

The Cold War is on.
The New York Times broke a bombshell story about the Russian Federation paying the Taliban to place hits on U.S. military officials. Donald J. Trump was informed about the bounty being placed on American troops since March. He claims he wasn't informed by U.S. intelligence.

It sparked a backlash where now both chambers of Congress. Now they are demanding Trump and the U.S. intelligence hand over information about the attacks on American troops stationed in Afghanistan.

Payback's a bitch right!

Back in the 1980s, the United States paid the Afghani tribal leaders money to force the Soviet Union out of Afghanistan. They eventually started a coalition government based off Sunni Islamic fundamentalist practices. It would become the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (known as the Taliban). The Taliban was formed in 1994 and ruled the Afghani government until the U.S. ouster of its religious mullah leader Mohammed Omar.

The Taliban offered shelter to Saudi billionaire and fundamentalist terrorist Osama bin Laden.

George W. Bush started one of the longest wars in modern history shortly after the September 11, 2001 attacks.

The Times reported that the GRU was orchresting assassinations and destablization efforts against the U.S. and NATO.

The Russian government, the Taliban and Trump have denied knowing about it.

The Associated Press have reported suspicions about Russia deepened when members of the elite U.S. Naval Special Warfare Development Group known as SEAL Team Six, raided a Taliban outpost and recovered $500,000 in early 2020.

Some U.S. officials have long believed the Federation president (for life) Vladimir Putin was acting against American interest in Afghanistan.

He basically was deliberately trying to force the U.S. to admit it lost the war in Afghanistan.

Gen. John Nicholson who then a commander of U.S. and coalition forces in Afghanistan who since retired had feared this was happening. He said that Russia was supplying the Taliban with arms.

There was an attack on a convoy that killed three U.S. Marine is one of the incidents that Congress is demanding answers on.

Captured militants have confessed that Russian operatives were giving payments for every successful killing of an American military official. This has happen since 2017.

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, who lacks credentials to be in clandestine operations said that he "confirms that neither the President or Vice President Mike Pence were ever briefed on any intelligence alleged by the New York Times in its reporting."

The Times said that they stand by the story.

Trump slammed the Times claiming that they're fake news.

Armed Couple Intimidates St. Louis Protesters!

St. Louis trial attorneys face backlash for pointing their firearms at peaceful protesters.
A white couple comes out of their house to intimidate protesters in St. Louis.

Mark and Patricia McCloskey are now facing public condemnation for their now infamous standoff with protesters. The white couple came outside of their homes armed threatening peaceful protesters.

Protesters have made their way to St. Louis mayor Lyda Krewson's home on Sunday calling for her to resign after she publicly denounced critics who wanted her to support police reform.

Protesters were chanting to a drumbeat of "Let's go!" Hundreds of them walked Portland Place, a private road that the mayor resides on.

During the protest the white couple come out with their weapons. The couple are a St. Louis base trial attorneys for personal injuries. The couple own a multi-million dollar home.

The couple come out armed yelling at the protesters saying, "Private property."

"Get out! Private property, get out!"

Someone in the crowd shouted back at them saying, "Calm down." The protester yelled, "Then call the fucking cops, you idiot!" and "It's a public street, motherfucker."

The incident went viral.

To access Portland Place, the crowd entered through an iron pedestrian gate. The McCloskeys told the law that protesters broke the gate to get in.

St. Louis Police said that the couple called the law as soon as they seen the couple and heard a loud commotion.

The large crowd of protesters eventually moved on and arrived at Krewson's home a few blocks away.

The couple had legal right to defend their property says law scholars. However, they stressed that they should have just called the cops instead of elevating the situation.

"The protesters thought they had a right to protest. But as a technical matter, they were not allowed to be there ... It's essentially a private estate. If anyone was violating the law, it was the protesters. In fact if (the McCloskeys) have photos of the protesters, they could go after them for trespassing," said Anders Walker, a constitutional law professor at St. Louis University.
Button down and armed. Two white privileged attorneys demand protesters leave their street.
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly M. Gardner appeared to take a different view on the matter.

She stated she was "alarmed at the events that occurred over the weekend where peaceful protesters were met by guns and a violent assault."

"We must protect the right to peacefully protest, and any attempts to chill it through intimidation or threat of deadly force will not be tolerated. Make no mistake: we will not tolerate the use of force against those exercising their First Amendment rights, and will use the full power of Missouri law to hold people accountable."
St. Louis mayor Lyda Krewson faces calls to resign because of her refusal to support police reform.
St. Louis, Missouri has a population of 298,000 residents. It sets on the banks of the Mississippi River. It is the "Gateway to the West." The city metropolitan area is 3.2 million residents. It's Missouri's second largest city. It is an independent city.

Lyda Krewson is the current mayor since 2017. The St. Louis Police Department is considered on of the most brutal law enforcement agencies in the country. There's been incidents where police officer used excessive force and shot unarmed individuals who fled arrest. Some of the cops shared inappropriate comments of people of color.

St. Louis County is the adjacent community. It has a population of 1.4 million residents. Many of the communities in the county have police agencies associated with the county.

Ferguson was the nearby suburb where Michael Brown was killed by a dirty cop.

SCOTUS Strikes Down Draconian Abortion Laws!

The Supreme Court sided with women's groups. It struck down a controversial Louisiana law.
The controversial abortion law in Louisiana is struck down by the Supreme Court. In a 5-4 decision, the Court sided with women's rights groups.

Chief Justice John Roberts along with Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Stephen Breyer, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Elena Kagan ruled in favor of the women's rights groups that sued the state of Louisiana.

Those opposed were Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

The Louisiana law requiring abortion doctors to have admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the clinic imposes an undue burden on a woman's right to obtain an abortion.

June Medical Services, LLC v. Russo (formerly June Medical Services, LLC v. Gee) (591 U.S. ___ (2020)) was a U.S. Supreme Court case which ruled that a Louisiana state law placing hospital-admission requirements on abortion clinics doctors, which had mirrored a Texas state law previously found unconstitutional under Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt (579 U.S. ___ (2016)) (WWH), was also unconstitutional.

The Louisiana state law, mirroring one that had passed in Texas, requires doctors performing abortions to have admission privileges at a state-authorized hospital within 30 miles (48 km) of the abortion clinic. As in Texas, this law would have limited abortions to one single doctor in the state, as other doctors had not yet gained admission privileges or are outside the given range. The Texas law was declared unconstitutional in WWH in 2016, on the basis that limiting clinic availability was an undue burden on women seeking legal abortions, a constitutional right as determined by the landmark Roe v. Wade case.

The Louisiana law, however, had survived its challenge on appeal to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, which ruled the law had fundamental differences from the Texas law based on the WWH ruling.

On June 29, 2020, the Supreme Court ruled on a 5–4 decision that the Louisiana law was unconstitutional, reversing the Fifth Circuit's decision. The Court's plurality opinion was written by Justice Stephen Breyer and joined by the three more liberal members of the Court, asserting that Louisiana's law unconstitutional following from the same arguments that Texas's law had been in WWH and overruling the Fifth Circuit's reasoning. Chief Justice John Roberts joined them in the judgement but not in the opinion, upholding his position of dissent from WWH but deferring to a matter of past precedent to support the judgement. The remaining four Justices submitted their own dissents upholding the law's constitutionality.

June Medical Services had been considered a potentially important case on abortion rights in the United States, as it was the first abortion-related case to be heard by both Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh, two justices that are considered conservative, giving the Court a conservative majority, and potentially threatening the Roe v. Wade precedent.

Thursday's 138-page decision, written by Justice Stephen Breyer, found Louisiana's restriction — which requires doctors who provide abortions to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital — violated precedent set in the 2016 Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt ruling, a case that dealt with a nearly identical regulation in Texas.

In his opinion, Breyer wrote that Louisiana's law was "unconstitutional."
The Supreme Court has ruled against Donald J. Trump multiple times.
"This case is similar to, nearly identical with, Whole Woman's Health. And the law must consequently reach a similar conclusion," Breyer wrote. Chief Justice Roberts did not join Breyer's opinion but concurred with the ruling on the basis of maintaining precedents previously decided by the Supreme Court.

Plaintiffs in the case, known as June Medical Services v. Russo, challenged Louisiana's "Unsafe Abortion Protection Act," a law that has been blocked by courts since its passage in 2014. Supporters of the law say it was designed to improve patient safety, but critics say its intention was to shut down clinics that provide abortion.

Major professional medical organizations — including the American Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists — disagreed with the health claims, saying that given the safety of the procedure, admitting privilege laws for abortion providers are medically unnecessary.

The Center for Reproductive Rights, the law firm that challenged the law, praised the decision on Monday, but added that abortion rights remain uncertain.

"We're relieved that the Louisiana law has been blocked today but we're concerned about tomorrow," said Nancy Northup, the center's president and chief executive officer, in a statement emailed to CBS News on Monday. "[T]he Court's decision could embolden states to pass even more restrictive laws when clarity is needed if abortion rights are to be protected."

Alexis McGill Johnson, Planned Parenthood's president, sounded a similar warning, saying "the fight is far from over."

"While today is a victory for Louisianans, we must remember that we are in a world where politicians have pushed basic health care almost out of reach for millions of Americans, and where your ability to access abortion is still determined by where you live, how much money you make, and in this country that effectively also means the color of your skin," McGill wrote in a statement to CBS News.

The White House called the Monday's decision an "unfortunate ruling," and defended states' authority to regulate abortion.

"[T]he Supreme Court devalued both the health of mothers and the lives of unborn children," the White House statement said. "... States have legitimate interests in regulating any medical procedure — including abortions — to protect patient safety. Instead of valuing fundamental democratic principles, unelected Justices have intruded on the sovereign prerogatives of State governments by imposing their own policy preference in favor of abortion to override legitimate abortion safety regulations."

As of November, only one of the five doctors who provide abortions in Louisiana was in compliance with the law, a physician in the northwest corner of the state. However, that doctor's administrator told CBS News that if the law were implemented, he would quit to avoid harassment from anti-abortion rights groups over being "the last man standing."

The author of the law, Louisiana State Representative Katrina Jackson, has denied that its purpose was to reduce abortion access, and called the regulation "common-sense women's health care."

Elizabeth Murrill, the state's solicitor general and attorney who defended the regulation in front of the Supreme Court, agreed, saying its purpose was "to protect the health and safety of women who are having abortions."
Louisiana state lawmaker Katrina Jackson sponsored this law. She is a thorn to women's right. She is a Republican running as a Democrat in Monroe, Louisiana.
Monday's decision was a blow to anti-abortion rights activists, who have seen Trump's presidency as an opening to reverse legal protections for abortion. In a statement emailed to CBS News on Monday, Jeanne Mancini, the president of March for Life, said she was "appalled" by the decision.

"This decision underscores the importance of nominating and confirming judges who refrain from legislating from the bench, something pro-life voters will certainly remember come November," Mancini said.

Democrats were pissed at Gov. John Bel Edwards because he signed off this law going against his own party's stance on women's rights.

Louisiana Democratic lawmaker Katrina Jackson sponsored and pushed for the passage of this law.

Jackson is a Black conservative Democrat who authored this law. She called the decision a "tragedy."

"The Supreme Court has issued a tragic decision that continues its practice of putting the interest of for-profit abortion businesses ahead of the health and safety of women. Together with my colleagues, both Democrats and Republicans and women and men, we passed the Unsafe Abortion Protection Act to protect the health and safety of women in Louisiana. While today's decision is not what we wanted, we will never stop working to put the women of Louisiana above the interests of the abortion business."

Bel Edwards signed off a controversial law that is known as the fetal heartbeat abortion ban. It would ban abortions after six weeks. That law is on hold as it makes it through the courts.

Mississippi Will Change The Flag!

Old Mississippi is eliminating that stars and bars.
The last state of the old south is voting to change their flag.

Mississippi is the last state in the American South to still have the confederate stars and bars on its emblem. This month will be monumental for the state.

The Mississippi state legislature voted on Sunday to replace its state flag, the last in the nation to display the confederate battle emblem. The removal of the the flag marks the latest confederate symbol to topple in the weeks post George Floyd.

The bill passed by a vote of 91-23 in the House and 37-14 in the Senate. Those who voted against the bill are racist and a part of the systematic problems we all are facing in America.

Republican governor Tate Reeves is expected to sign the bill into law.

Mississippi was facing pressure to change its flag after many companies vowed to not invest in the state if they continue to embrace the confederate emblem.

CBS News reports that many symbols of the Confederacy have vanished in the wake of the George Floyd tragedy. Earlier this month, Virginia Democratic governor Ralph Northam announced his intention to remove a towering statue of Confederate General Robert E Lee from Richmond's historic Monument Avenue. Military leaders have said their open to renaming forts named after Confederate generals, a proposal that's been rejected by Donald J. Trump. NASCAR has announced it will prohibit the display of the confederate flag during its races and other events, writing in a statement that the flag's presence "runs contrary to our commitment to providing a welcoming and inclusive environment."

Mississippi is the last state to embrace change in the wake of racial unrest. The state's history goes back to Jim Crow, lynchings and the Klan.

After the Charleston church massacre in 2015, all of Mississippi's public universities and many cities have stopped flying the ensign. But the flag still flies in front of many public buildings, including the state capitol building and the governor's mansion.

Mississippian lawmakers have been resistant to changing the flag, citing the state's history. Activists have urged the flag has been co-opted, and now is used as a symbol of white supremacy, the Jim Crow South and racism and violence that Black Americans still face.

Time for a change America.

Time To Retire John Wayne!

There are calls for the removal of John Wayne from the Orange County's international airport.
Orange County, California is being pressured to change the name of their airport named after actor John Wayne.

The Orange County Democratic Party want to see Wayne's name ride off into the sunset.

The officials passed an emergency resolution condemning the film legend's "racist and bigoted statements" made decades ago and are calling for the Orange County Board of Supervisors to drop his name, statue and other likenesses from the international airport.

The resolution also asked the board "to restore its original name: Orange County Airport."

"There have been past efforts to get this done and now we're putting our name and our backing into this to make sure there is a name change," said Ada Briceno, chair of the Democratic Party of Orange County.

The resolution came forth when Wayne made controversial remarks about Blacks, Native Americans and those in the LGBTQ community.

In 1979, Orange County Airport was christened John Wayne International Airport.

He also felt no remorse in the subjugation of Native Americans.

He infamously said, "I believe in white supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility. I don't believe in giving authority and position of leadership and judgement to irresponsible people."

He later said that he didn't condone slavery, "I don't feel guilty about the fact that five or 10 generations ago these people were slaves."

"I don't feel we did wrong in taking this great country away from them....[O]ur so-called stealing of this country from them was just a matter of survival," he said. "There were great numbers of people who needed new land, and the Indians were selfishly trying to keep it for themselves."
John Wayne Airport serves Anaheim and Costa Mesa.
He also said that movies, Easy Rider and Midnight Cowboy were perverted and said the characters were flaming faggots.

In the wake of the George Floyd tragedy, many people of color are calling for confederate statues to be removed, Christopher Columbus to no longer be honored, Ronald Reagan, Richard Nixon, Woodrow Wilson, Andrew Jackson, Thomas Jefferson, Warren Harding and Donald J. Trump to no longer be recognized as leaders and motivators.

Even in the District of Columbia, the federal district is considering becoming the Douglass Commonwealth.

Trump Tweets MAGA White!

Another fumble for Trump.
Donald J. Trump is running on the theory that his opponent, Joe Biden is an old fickle man who makes gaffes. They are talking about how he may have cognitive decline. They tried and failed with the "You Ain't Black" remarks. They tried and failed with the Alexandra Tara Reade Moulton McCabe accusations. They tried and failed with the Ukraine and Hunter Biden "corruption" scandal.

They tried and failed with Obamagate.

They will continue to throw everything at Biden and hope to take the ball off Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic. They will ignore the fact that 150,000 Americans have died from complications of COVID-19. They will ignore the fact that over 45 million Americans are out of work. They will ignore Trump's handling of domestic affairs. Since the George Floyd tragedy, racial tensions have reached a boiling point. Facial masks also being a political football. You see white people acting inappropriate over the fact companies and local leaders are urging them to wear them.

It seems like he's never going to stop tweeting.

Today, he had pulled a tweet that he shared to his millions of followers. It was a retweet from a guy who posted a video of protesters and counter protesters in the senior community of The Villages in Florida.

Trump inadvertently tweeted a video of a white Trump supporter shouting "White power" while driving his golf cart.

The person who has this account is apparently anti-Trump.

Trump tweeted "Thank you to the great people of The Villages. The Radical Left Do Nothing Democrats will Fall in the Fall. Corrupt Joe is Shot. See You Soon!!"

Eight seconds into the video a white man on a golf cart is chanting Trump 2020. Soon after that came the "white power" remark.

"There you go, white power. Do you hear that?" a counter protesters standing by the side of the procession responding in awe.

Jake Tapper of CNN asked Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) about the retweet.

The sole Black Republican in the senate condemned the tweet. He said that it was misguided.

"You can't play it, because it was profanity-laced. The entire thing was offensive -- particularly the comment about white power was offensive. We can play politics with it, or we can't. I'm not going to. It is indefensible, we should take it down."

In recent weeks, Twitter has started flagging several of Trump's tweets with warning labels.

In late May, the social media platform placed a "public interest" notice for the first time on a Trump tweet, in response to the president's controversial "when the looting starts, the shooting starts" tweet. It did so again last week for Trump's tweet threatening "serious force" against protesters outside the White House.

Facebook Face Pressure To End Hate Speech!

The world's biggest social media platform is forced to change.
I have said it in previous postings and I stand by what I've said....."Facebook is on the decline."

I don't care about people's personal lives, baby pictures, relationships, political views and travel pictures. I used to but no longer. I don't care if people aren't my friends on social media anymore.

I don't care if anyone blocks me, mutes me, never view videos and photos.

I could care less.

I've grown accustomed to not worrying about others. If I start worrying about people on social media, I would go insane. It's not the end of the world. We all could die from the coronavirus. We all have faced some form of interruption in our lives.

Trust me, Donald J. Trump has pretty much left America out in the cold.

With over 150,000 Americans dead from the coronavirus, it's likely Trump's mishandling of the coronavirus has pretty much destroy Hollywood, Broadway, Silicon Valley, sports, leisure and travel.

Facebook is facing an advertising boycott. It's due to the face the social media giant continues to allow racism, false information and Trump's bullshit to reign online.

Facebook has been a breeding ground for racism, exploitation and misrepresentation.

Trump and conservative agitators have posted misinformation on social media often.
Mark Zuckerberg now faces pressure to change Facebook or face backlash.
Mark Zuckerberg, the controversial CEO of the social media giant has been secretly chatting with conservative agitators. They have been complaining about how they're being "silenced" by the left.

Zuckerberg struck a deal with them and allowed white nationalists websites The Daily Caller and Breitbart have a platform on the social media "fact-checkers."

Now because of these actions, many companies are pulling ads from the social media platform.

Unilever Plc
Coca-Cola Co.
Honda Motor Co.
Hershey Co.
Diageo Plc
PepsiCo
Verizon Communications Inc.
Levi Strauss & Co.
Diamond Foundry Inc.
Patagonia Inc.
Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Inc.
Viber
The North Face
REI
Upwork Inc.
Eileen Fisher Inc.

The #StopHateforProfit campaign – launched June 17 by civil rights groups including the NAACP, Color of Change and the Anti-Defamation League – comes as corporate America grapples with racial inequality following the death of George Floyd in police custody.

This boycott hit Facebook hard. So far the company lost over $7 billion in revenue thanks to the protests against the company's policies.

Facebook's planned steps include pushing back against voter suppression, boosting standards for hateful content in ads and labeling content deemed newsworthy.

"I'm optimistic that we can make progress on public health and racial justice while maintaining our democratic traditions around free expression and voting," Zuckerberg said. "I'm committed to making sure Facebook is a force for good on this journey."

Mike Henry: I'm Done Playing Cleveland Brown!

Mike Henry who voiced Cleveland Brown on Family Guy is stepping down.
Since the George Floyd tragedy, Hollywood is now changing.

Family Guy writer and actor Mike Henry says he is officially done voicing the roles of Cleveland Brown and Consuela. Henry, a key voice character on the Fox animated sitcom has voice characters of color for years.

Seth MacFarlane's Family Guy is a part of Fox's Sunday Primetime Animation.

Mike Henry will no longer voice people of color on Family Guy.
Henry announced that he will no longer serve as the voice of Quahog's Cleveland Brown, the African American neighbor of the Griffins. Brown would have a spin-off called The Cleveland Show that premiered on Fox for five seasons.

He also voiced the role of Hispanic maid Consuela and Cleveland's step-son Rolio. He also plays the roles of Herbert, the neighborhood pedophile, Bruce and Ernie The Chicken.

"It's been an honor to play Cleveland on Family Guy for 20 years," Henry wrote on social media.

"I loved this character, but persons of color should play characters of color. Therefore, I will be stepping down from the role."

Henry who has been a key player on Family Guy has voiced roles on animated spin-offs American Dad! and The Cleveland Show.

This year, Hank Azaria, the key voice actor of many notable characters in The Simpsons has retired Apu Nahasapeemapetilon, the Indian-American Kwik-E-Mart store owner. Azaria has also decided to step down from the roles of Bumblebee Man, Carl Carlson and Black cop Lou.

Fellow actor, Harry Shearer has stepped down from playing the role of Dr. Hibbert on The Simpsons.
Big shoes to fill.
This also comes as no surprise, that many characters from Loren Bouchard's Central Party have decided to step down from their roles. Kristen Bell has decided to step aside from Central Park as the character Molly on the Apple TV Plus series.

Jenny Slate has also step aside from her role as Missy on the Nick Kroll series Big Mouth.

Dirty Cops Wanted To Snuff Out Controversial Activist Shaun King!

Shaun King got the name Talcum X because he's masquerading as a light skin Black man. In reality he is born to two white parents. He doesn't even represent Black Lives Matter but they give him the limelight.
(Jeffery) Shaun King does not represent Black Lives Matter. Yet, the junk food media continues to prop him up like he's supposed to be the savior on a white horse to come and save the world from racial injustices.

It took a while for me to understand what people were saying about King and DeRay McKesson.

Had I known what I've known about them five years ago, I would have never followed their causes or donated to their activism.

What really got me upset with King was is deliberate attempts to undermine the Democratic Party's candidates for president.

King is a die-hard supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). His support of Sanders was well-known and it has caused a huge rift between him and his former allies. Many progressives felt that Bernie Bros were deliberately sabotaging Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), Beto O'Rourke, Michael Bloomberg, Pete Buttigieg and Joe Biden.

King was front and center in this.

King is considered a grifter and fraud among many Black activists. They believe that he is trying to boost his ego by sharing videos of Black pain for profit. The Daily Beast had written an article chronicling his fundraising and his attempts to build companies only for them to not succeed. The article said that money allocated to King isn't being documented. Some believe that these "call to actions" are a scam to help King pocket millions while not accomplishing anything.

So far, King's tentacles are wrapped around many events in Black justice. He is encouraging doxxing of dirty cops, white people screaming at people of color and the toppling of statues.

He is even blowing his smoke on the Democratic Party because they chose Joe Biden over Bernie Sanders. He was just recently complaining about Barack Obama's plans on police reform.

He also complaining about Democratic-running cities being the places where police brutality run,

And of course those statues of Jesus of the Nazzerth. The grifter wants all references to White Jesus removed and it triggered white extremists.

King said in a Medium post Thursday that members of a law enforcement group on Facebook were plotting to kill him. Now, the Long Beach Police Department in California is investigating, saying that among the former officers identified by King were several from Long Beach.

"Today, the Long Beach Police Department was made aware of incredibly distributing social media messages that were posted from personal Facebook accounts to a Private Facebook Group," the department said Thursday in a statement. "The posts included potential threats of violence directed towards activist and journalist Shaun King. The article identified former law enforcement officers including three from Long Beach."

In his piece published on Medium, King said a friend on Tuesday told him about the Facebook group for California law enforcement officers in which members were "openly plotting and planning my assassination."

"Sadly, I receive death threats daily," wrote King, a writer and activist who often promotes Black Lives Matter on social media. "It's been that way for years... We take them all seriously, but what we found in this private Facebook group is altogether different. These were men and women, in a private group that they had no idea I'd ever see them, using their real names and identities, openly plotting to kill me and organizing each other to execute it."

He also shared that portion of his Medium post on Instagram, where he has 3.5 million followers.

CBS Los Angeles reports the Long Beach Police Department said it was "appalled and deeply disturbed" by the posts, which King said were started by a retired Long Beach Police officer.

"I think (California) needs to start putting a team together or retired military, police and NRA MEMBERS! We have no protection. These criminals that the Democrats created need to be stopped," the retired officer's post allegedly read.

"Toss this guy from a helicopter," another comment allegedly read. Another said, "Shaun King needs to be put down."

The Long Beach Police Department said it has passed the information about the posts to its investigations bureau for "review and recommendations regarding a criminal investigation," and that the FBI will be assisting.

"We are 100% committed to working in partnership with our community to ensure that all people are treated with respect and professionalism and will not tolerate any bias, racism or threats to individuals," LBPD said in a statement, CBS Los Angeles reported.

Folks, listen to Black women. They tell the truth about Shaun King. Many Black women who used to work for him and support him felt betrayed by his antics. The warn people to stop giving him money and a platform.

Now that he's the victim of death threats, his supporters now will call him a martyr to their cause.

Like Tara Reade, this fraud will be exposed and shamed. It will take some time but it will happen.

Please do not use the services of Shaun King. I am close to saying that you may want to avoid the services of S. Lee Merritt as well.

In Missouri, murder is a capital felony punishable by LIFE or DEATH. The suspect(s) involved will face criminal charges ranging from manslaughter, to first-degree murder. Each charge is a 20 year sentence in the state. If the person is a felon with firearm, he could face federal charges.
