Ferg Got Served By The Feds!

The resentment still exist in Ferguson. The Department of Justice sues the city for inept leadership.

The city of Ferguson is facing a federal lawsuit from the U.S. Justice Department. The city was to fix the systematic issues that fueled distrust among the residents and the city police.

The Michael Brown shooting became a national controversy. Brown who was unarmed was shot and killed by then Officer Darren Wilson. The law didn't handle the situation correctly and it led to a riot in the city. When Wilson didn't get indicted by the grand jury, it set off another riot within the city.

Wilson would soon resign and go into hiding. The junk food media polarized the situation. Many in the Black community found that Wilson willingly murdered an unarmed teen. They believed that he failed to use non lethal force and deliberately failed to activate his dash camera when he confronted Brow. The conservatives believe that Brown robbed a convenience store and tried to wrestle a firearm from a police officer. They believe the killing was justified.

Then Attorney General Eric Holder told the junk food media that the city had systematic profiling of residents. The city has a 62% Black population. He said that if he could he would dismantle the police force.

Now that the city rejected the proposals suggested by the Justice Department. Now, current U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch accused Ferguson of engaging in racially-driven policing and law enforcement "that violates the First, Fourth and 14th Amendments of the Constitution."

The Justice Department released a 56-page outline of many of the violations that plagued the Ferguson police.

Some of the most controversial things outlined in the lawsuit were including:

The lawsuit says Ferguson police officers "routinely prohibit people from recording police activity, and retaliate against those who do record.” In one instance from June 2014, a mother was arrested "ostensibly" for a traffic violation after she began videotaping her husband's arrest in front of their children and then continued to record from her car as the police vehicle drove off with her husband. "[N]obody videotapes me," the officer insisted.

Officers sometimes "offer no rationale at all for interfering with individuals’ right to record," the lawsuit alleges. In October 2013, one officer threatened to arrest a civilian who was taking a picture of the officer. "Do I not have the right to record?" the civilian asked. "No, you don’t," replied the officer, who then arrested the civilian for Failure to Comply.

Officers often use their authority to arrest people who use "offensive, but lawful, language" to criticize police conduct, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit says Ferguson officers conduct stops, issue citations and make arrests without legal justification. In October 2012, police officers pulled over an African-American man, claiming his passenger-side brake light was broken. The man had recently replaced the light, but the officers refused to let him show them it was working, instead issuing him a citation for "tail light/reflector/license plate light out." The man went to the police station that evening to show officers there that his brake light was working.

Ferguson officers engage in a pattern of searching individuals without legal justification, and this "disproportionately impacts African-Americans, who are searched at higher rates than others, but who have contraband found on them significantly less often than others," the lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit says Ferguson police officers "routinely escalate encounters with individuals they perceive to be disobedient, and unreasonably use canines on unarmed subjects, including young juveniles." In December 2011, for example, a 14-year-old African-American boy was skipping school and waiting in an abandoned house for his friends. When officers arrived at the scene, the boy refused to come out. Even though officers had no reason to believe the boy might be armed, they deployed a canine to bite the boy, causing puncture wounds in his arm.

The lawsuit says the Ferguson court system "routinely" fails to provide residents who have received citations or summons with "adequate notice of the allegations made against them" or any "meaningful opportunity to be heard." Sometimes, such residents are provided wholly incorrect information about where and when their cases are being heard, according to the lawsuit. "They are often unable to determine how much is owed, where and how to pay the ticket, what the options for payment are, what rights the individual has, and what the consequences are for various actions or oversights," the lawsuit alleges.

Similarly, Ferguson residents who have been arrested "are sometimes not provided clear information regarding the charges against them," and the court's bond procedures "are arbitrary and confusing."
Attorney General Loretta Lynch went hard on the city of Ferguson.
Prosecutors fail to disclose information that could help defendants fighting the charges against them, "despite the constitutional duty to disclose such evidence," the lawsuit says. In some cases, defendants have not been told that the Ferguson officer testifying in the case against them "was previously found to be untruthful during an official [Ferguson police] investigation," according to the lawsuit.

Overall, the lawsuit says, these practices “disproportionately harm African-Americans,” and they “are not the necessary or unavoidable results of legitimate public safety efforts.”

“Rather, the disproportionate harm to African-Americans stems, at least in part, from racial bias, including racial stereotyping,” the lawsuit alleges.

The Justice Department decided to file the lawsuit after Ferguson’s City Council Tuesday night rejected a long-negotiated deal to overhaul the police department and court system. In explaining its decision, the council cited the enormous cost to the city to make some of the proposed changes.

"Our goal was always to reach an agreement that we can implement and sustain with the resources we have in this small town," one councilman said after hearing of the lawsuit. "We accepted just about everything that was asked us and spent a lot of time trying to get this [deal] to work within our limited means, and in the end they didn't care at all whether we could actually accomplish what's in the agreement as long as we just signed it."

The Feds End "Perk Time" In Georgia's Iron College!

The feds end the partying at Georgia's iron colleges. Interns and correction guards were indicted in drug trafficking, contraband and kickbacks.

The feds ended a string of corruption at many of Georgia's iron colleges.

About 46 members of the Georgia Department of Corrections are facing some federal time out. There were raids at multiple iron colleges.

The raid involved guards, medical officials and inmates smuggling contraband, drug trafficking and slide backs (i.e. gifts and prostitutes) into the iron college.

These workers of the iron college would look the other way when it came to violent encounters, rape, contraband smuggling, and furrows. If it wasn't for their need for greed, they would have gotten away with this. The feds don't play when it comes to corruption in law enforcement.

The feds found cellphones, heroin, and cocaine bundles being shipped out without the warden or the law's skeptical eye.

The Department's Office of Professional Standards says that they arrested five officers after the FBI done a undercover sting.

"It's truly troubling that so many corrections officers from across Georgia could be so wiling to sell their oaths to sell their badges for personal profit., said U.S. Attorney John Horn.

The Feds and state boys entered the Dooly Iron College at the crack of dawn. They performed a shakedown of the entire facility in search of contraband, alcohol, cellphones, weapons and drugs.

These groups had ties to the Mexican cartel. The cartel gave the correction guards everything they wanted. The only thing they were missing was the informant who was interned from a neighboring state. That informant watched patiently as the guards were giving interns the contraband.

Governor Nathan Deal, the Republican of the state is also facing federal watch for allegations of corruption. He has no comment on this scandal as of yet. But it's expected.

Oh, God! Not Another Debate!

Another debate.

I am going to make this a short posting. I was at work. Unfortunately, I missed the PBS Democratic Debate on television. But I did get an opportunity to hear Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton duke it out in Wisconsin.
PBS Newshour hosts Judy Wooduff and Gwen Ifill gave the Democrats a working.

See the candidates are competing in the South Carolina primary and they're hoping to court the precious Black and Hispanic vote.

Both candidates have struggled to win over Black voters.

The New Hampshire primary was a blowout for Sanders. He beat Clinton in 3:1 win.

Now Clinton is hoping to bank on South Carolina primary and the Nevada Caucus. She is leading for the time being in those states.

Both were cordial but they did hit each other over a manufactured talking point they've pulled out their asses. They both agreed that they love President Barack Obama's policies but Clinton did slam Sanders on his Obama love. Sanders is endorse by a handful of liberal agitators. Sanders did plug for the liberal agitator Bill Press's book Buyer's Remorse: How Obama Let Progressives Down.

The national security issue also came up. They both have no real strategy to defeating the Islamic State. They flex their tongues like the Republicans.

The economic policies came up and of course both candidates believe that Obama's policies are working.  But they both agreed that the policies aren't doing enough and they're hoping to make them better.

It's up to you to decide on who won the debate.

Who won this debate?

Hillary Clinton
Bernie Sanders
Neither.
You Don't Care! You're Voting Republican!
Poll Maker

I mean I don't care who won. All that matters is who's going to eventually be the nominee?

Ohio Cop Got Freezer Burn After Social Media Rant!

Cop in the freezer after he made snide comments about a Black man committing suicide.

This shit happens in my own backyard. The law isn't immune from social media. The death of a BlackLivesMatter activist has Fairborn, Ohio officer in the freezer after someone outed him when he made a snide comment about the man's death.

MarShawn McCarrel committed suicide on the steps of the Ohio Statehouse on Monday. His death opened up a flood of sympathy and BlackLivesMatter objective to address suicide among youth.

This cop named Lee Cyr did some real trolling on the sympathy page. He posted on the social page that MarShawn's death was a celebration. He actually said in this tragedy he'd "Love a happy ending".

Cyr claimed that he was off duty when the comment was posted.

The BlackLivesMatter Movement mourn a member who fought to the bitter end.
Cyr, who served on a school board in a nearby suburb left it to move to Fairborn. There's an investigation of his conduct. If he's found responsible for the post, he will also certainly get freezer burn for the incident. He clearly violated the social media conduct rules.

But what could happen?

He might end up getting fired out the cannon for this incident.

Cyr shut down his social media pages. He also might get a handful of death threats from the crazy ones. But so far, he's in hiding pending a national backlash against him.
Fairborn officer placed on leave for Facebook comment
Trolling on the internet proved to be a mistake for Ohio cop.
The Fairborn Police released a statement.

"An internal affairs complaint was initiated and the department will be investigating further into the origin of the media post. The Fairborn Police Department takes these type of issues very seriously and will ensure that the professional standards of the department are upheld."

Cyr's actions assures that while on duty, he may have pulled over a Black or Hispanic motorist in Fairborn. He may have claimed that they failed to signal at 100 feet. He'll ask why you were in a neighborhood he claims that has drug activity. He may ask to search your car. He'll get a county sheriff or a supervisor with a dog to search your vehicle without your consent. He'll ticket you for a violation and send you to the Fairborn Municipal Court. Then you'll plead not guilty and have a trial. When the trial comes up, you're there but the cop isn't. He came down with a cold.

This shit happens.

Cyr's social media posting gave Black America an understanding of Dayton and its law enforcement of its many surrounding communities. Cyr's actions give me reason to justify that many in law enforcement engage in profiling. This doesn't just affect Fairborn, but Dayton, Beavercreek, Kettering, Oakwood, Riverside, Englewood, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Trotwood, Moraine, the Greene County sheriff, the Montgomery County sheriff and the Ohio State Patrol.

It's ironic. What Cyr said on social media kind of feels like a moment of zen.

"One down, many more to go."

"Good one down".

Ex-Cop In The Akai Gurley Shooting Served!

Former rookie cop Peter Liang got served in the involuntary manslaughter of Akai Gurley.

In 2014, former NYPD officer Peter Liang was working a housing unit in Brooklyn. He was patrolling the dark stairwell of a public housing complex when he was spooked by Akai Gurley.

Liang would put a slug in Gurley. The slug would kill him instantly.

Well he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter Thursday. The verdict sealed his fate. He was immediately fired from the NYPD and will face up to 15 years in the iron college when he faces sentencing in April.

Liang, who is of Asian-American decent would be the first NYPD officer in long time being convicted of a criminal charge.

Liang said during trial said that he drew his pistol as he and his partner patrolled the darken 8th floor of the Louis H. Pink Housing Comple in Brooklyn. He said he flinched when he was startled by a noise, which he said caused the gun to discharge.

In a tearful testimony, Liang said that he claimed that his finger never touched the trigger.

"I was panicking, I was in shock, in disbelief that someone was actually hit," he told jurors.

Prosecutors said that pressure being applied to trigger was caused by Liang. The judge allowed jurors to test the trigger of the firearm.

Liang and his partner testified they didn't realize anyone had been shot for several minutes and said they didn't perform CPR on Gurley because they felt untrained.

The family of Gurley was not fazed by the emotional testimony of Liang.
Akai Gurley was unarmed. The NYPD shot him in cold blood. One of their officers paid the price.
"Peter Liang, my son was no accident," said Sylvia Palmer, the victim's mother. "You murder my son. I need justice for my son. I need a conviction of Peter Liang."

Mayor Bill de Blasio who is currently feuding with the Patrolman's Benevolent Union president Patrick Lynch carefully chose his words. He said Gurley's death was a tragedy.

"The jury has now spoken, and we must respect the decision." said de Blasio. "We hope today's outcome brings some closure to the Gurley family after this painful event."

Lynch on the other hand, was full on dickhead. He said in a statement, "This was a terrible and tragic accident and not a crime. This bad verdict will have a chilling effect on police officers across the city because it criminalizes a tragic accident."

Again justice was serve. Regardless of the event, this was a reckless decision by Peter Liang. He should pay for his crime. In split decision tactics, you don't know. But for him to fire his service weapon in the dark was a bad move. Regardless of it being an "accident", his decision to not render CPR and ask for a union rep the moment he fired his service weapon showed the callous actions that led to his death.

And for the racist right to justify Akai Gurley's death by bringing up his mugshot and his past criminal history is totally pathetic. The fact that his criminal history doesn't justify his death. He was unarmed and he was shot by a reckless man who operated a gun and tried to protect himself with a badge.

The scum that Rupert Murdoch owns (i.e. The New York Post, The Wall Street Journal, Roger Ailes and Fox News) wrote that Gurly had prior arrest for minor events including drug charges. That got spread around to the racial asshat on social media. One being Colin Flaherty, a defender of White extremists and provocateur of Black on Whatever criminality.

World News Today continues to send our prayers to the family of Akai Gurley.

MarShawn McCarrel Passed Away!

Black Lives Matter activist MarShawn McCarrel passed away.

The Black Lives Matter movement have went to social media to show condolences to a member of their team. He went to social media to tell the world that he's struggled for many but he felt failure came upon him.

MarShawn McCarrel who was a high profile activist in the wake of the John Crawford and Tamir Rice shootings in Ohio, was found dead. He died of a self-inflict slug. He was found on the steps of the Ohio statehouse.

"We don't have any evidence to know the reason why he did it," a State Highway Patrol rep tells the Columbus Dispatch. But the Washington Post notes McCarrel's social media posts "oscillated between joy and despair." "I love y'all," the 23-year-old tweeted Monday morning. At noon came his final tweet: "Let the record show that I pissed on the statehouse before I left." Then this Facebook post around 3pm: "My demons won today. I'm sorry."

A former teacher describes McCarrel as the student he was proudest of in his 27 years on the job. "I saw him as a shining star in the future of civil rights." Indeed: McCarrel was named one of just 15 Radio One Hometown Champions, attended the NAACP's Image Awards on Friday, helped organize Black Lives Matter protests in Ohio after the shooting of Michael Brown, founded a youth mentorship program, and worked with the homeless. "He had so much to do," his mom tells the Dispatch. "He forgot to take time for himself." A fellow activist says "the statehouse was no accident. We've been working so hard, and yet the conditions for the people in our community ... are still so hard." McCarrel was "an activist to his soul," a friend adds on Facebook. He "fought tirelessly in Ohio and beyond for the rights of oppressed people … Brother—we'll keep fighting. You rest, now."

World News Today sends our condolences to the family of MarShawn MacCarrel.

2 Broke Candidates!

Two asses are out the race for president. New Jersey governor Chris Christie ends his bid after disappointing results. Carly Fiorina is also out. She got shafted in the debates and got poor showings in the race.

Well the field is now down to seven. The end of the road for Chris Christie and Carly Fiorina.

The New Jersey governor and former CEO of the Hewitt-Packard software company have dropped out.

The disappointing New Hampshire primary showing for Christie had him reevaluate his chances. The fact that he wasn't going to make the CBS Republican debate was the final nail in his political coffin.

He decided to bow out.

Christie thought knocking Marco Rubio off his perch would have shown in the primary polls.

Nope. It turns out that his handling of the George Washington Bridge, the downgrades of his state, and the "hug" of President Barack Obama has doomed his chances.

Christie who was once floated as a potential threat to Obama didn't run in 2012. So I guess he thought his amazing performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon would have gave him an opportunity to grow. Nope.

Loosing weight and having taking more moderate positions helped him win reelection easily.

Right now in his state of New Jersey, his job approval is dismal. As with Scott Walker and then governor Bobby Jindal, running for president sunk their popularity among their constituents.

Kasich is already taking a nosedive in Ohio. He's spending more time wasting his breath than governing the state he so brags about. A state that stalled in population. A state where Columbus, the state capital and largest city is growing but the other cities are declining. Columbus is the hub of Ohio's government. Kasich is a getting hammered for being a big government Republican.

He will not say who he'll endorse for president. I know one thing, it's not Donald Trump, Ted Cruz or Marco Rubio.

Carly Fiorina, the only woman running for the Republican nomination is also out. She failed to make the previous debate and was slated to be on the sidelines again. Also her disappointing showings in Iowa and New Hampshire didn't help her one bit.

Fiorina took a big surge in the late summer after she won in the kiddie table debate. But the bubble burst on her when she was called out on her accusations of Planned Parenthood decapitating premature babies alive. She stood firm saying that she saw the video despite it not even existing.

Matter of fact, Fiorina says she doesn't play the victim. But when she was banned from the debates on ABC and CBS, she said that the "liberal media" is scared of her because she's a woman. They're shielding Hillary Clinton.

All these things along with her falling polls sealed her fate.

Fiorina went to social media to announce her exit.

This campaign was always about citizenship-taking back our country from a political clss that only serves the big, the powerful, and the well connected. Election after election, the same empty promises are made and the same poll-tested stump speeches are given, but nothing changes. I've said throughout this campaign hat I will not sit down and be quiet. I'm not going to start now. While I suspend my candidacy today, I will continue to travel this country and fight for those Americans who refuse to settle for the way things are and a status quo that no longer works for them.

Our Republican Party must fight alongside these Americans as well. We must end crony capitalism by fighting the policies that allow it to flourish. We must fix our festering problems by holding ou bloated inept government bureaucracy accountable. Republicans must stand for conservative principles that lift people up and recognized all Americans have the right to fulfill their God-given potential.

To young girls and women across the country, I say: do not let others define you. Do not listen to anyone who says you have to vote a certain way or for a certain candidate because you're a woman.  That is not feminism. Feminism doesn't shut down conversations or threaten women. It is not about ideology. It is not a weapon to wield against your political opponent. A feminist is a woman who lives the life she chooses and users all her God-given gifts. And always remember that a leader is not born, but made. Choose leadership.

As I have said to the many wonderful Americans I have met throughout this campaign, a leader is a servant whose highest calling is to unlock potential in others. I will continue to serve in order to restore citizen government to this great nation so that together we may fulfill our potential.

She was hoping to continue on but the news of firing staffers and running out of the money got her thinking that it's not possible to continue on with lack of appeal.

She hasn't endorsed any candidate yet. I doubt she'll endorse Trump for president. After all, he said that her face looks like a horse.

Good riddance to the two.

Junk Food Media Shames Cam Newton For Being Human!

Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton walked out of a presser. He was upset over the Superbowl 50 loss.

The disappointment was written on NFL quarterback Cam Newton's face. The Carolina Panthers were defeated by the Denver Broncos in Superbowl L. Newton was clearly disappointed in the loss.

He stormed out of the presser when they continued to ask him about his strategy.

The newly crowned league MVP walked out on reporters after answering only a handful of questions, mostly with short answers, following the 24-10 loss. He did so while wearing the hood of a black hoodie pulled over his head.

The junk food media now blasted him for being a "sore loser".

Of course, this is how they paint Black men when they're expressing emotions. They want Black men to never cry. They want Black men to show gratitude towards being defeated.

They believe that Cam's behavior shows "uppity" or "cockiness". They wanted him to take it down a notch.
Legendary moves for Carolina's Cam Newton.
ESPN News reports that Newton is taking the loss with dignity and doesn't appreciate people making his emotions a "big deal".

"I've been on record to say I'm a sore loser,'' Newton said Tuesday as players cleaned out their lockers. "Who likes to lose? You show me a good loser and I'm going to show you a loser. It's not a popularity contest. I'm here to win football games.''

Newton said if he offended anyone, "that's cool."

He added: "But I know who I am and I'm not about to conform nor bend for anybody's expectations because your or anybody else's expectations will never exceed mine."

Newton hasn't spoken to the media in his previous four seasons on exit day, but he felt compelled to talk Tuesday amid the criticism. He said there were no regrets about how he handled himself after the loss.

"It happened,'' he said. "I didn't want to talk to the media at the time. The truth of the matter is I really still don't want to talk to the media. But at the end of the day, things have to happen.

"I had a lot of time to go back and play everything back. I'm human. I never once said that I was perfect. I never proclaimed that I was perfect, but at the end of the day, people pick and do things of that sort.''

Carolina coach Ron Rivera said criticism of Newton was unfair. While he might have preferred Newton handle the postgame differently, he didn't ask his quarterback to speak to the media on Tuesday.

Rivera commended Newton for that.

"Obviously somebody had a great conversation with him and explained it to him and he was able to compose himself and speak to you folks,'' he said. "That's huge. What he did today was a part of his growth. He is still growing and maturing as a man in this world.''

Asked why Newton is a target for criticism, Rivera said because people "don't know him.''
Mutual respect for Payton Manning.
"If you took the time to know who Cam Newton is, if you saw all the things that he did, there would be much more of an appreciation for who he is as a person,'' Rivera said.

"People draw something on a snapshot. Don't take a snapshot. Take the whole album. Take time to read the whole book. ... This is a young man that some people are looking at the cover and they're looking at it the wrong way.''

General manager Dave Gettleman, in talking about Newton's postgame behavior, said one of the things he looks for in a player is somebody who "hates to lose.''

"We all handle things differently,'' he said. "It's hard.''

Several teammates gathered around Newton while he spoke and shouted "We love you!'' They also playfully sang: "Hurray for Cam! Hurray for Cam! Hurray for Cam, he's a horse's ass.''

One of those was fullback Mike Tolbert. He agreed with Rivera that criticism of Newton has been unfair.

"He's a competitor just like everybody else,'' Tolbert said. "You look at the guy. He's not happy at all about what happened. I'm not happy about what happened. I don't think anybody that played in this game was happy about what happened.

"So why should we be all smiles when the game is over?''

Newton smiled at his teammates' support, but otherwise was defiant in his defense of himself. "The truth of the matter is, who are you to say your way is right?'' he said. "That's what I don't understand. We've got all these people condemning, and saying he shouldn't have done this, that and the third. What makes your way right?''

Newton also was defiant in vowing the Panthers will return to the Super Bowl, reminding everyone they had only two losses all season, while some teams lost their first two games.

"I've got no more tears to cry,'' Newton said. "At the end of the day, when you invest so much time and sacrifice so much and things don't go as planned, the emotions take over. That's what happens.

"As far as trying to be like this person, trying to be like that person ... the truth of the matter is I'm not trying to be like this person.''

Newton said the league is great with him or without him, and that he doesn't plan to change.

"I said it since day one, I am who I am, I know what I'm capable of and I know where I'm going,'' Newton said. "I don't have to conform to anybody else's wants for me to do. I'm not that guy."

Newton also defended himself for not diving to try to recover his fumble in the fourth quarter that eventually was recovered by the Broncos. Denver went on to score a touchdown to put the game out of reach. Newton said that he would have risked injury by diving, as it would have meant he would have had to twist his leg in an awkward direction.

"I didn't get the fumble,'' Newton said. "We can play tit for tat. I've seen numerous quarterbacks throw interceptions, and the effort afterwards ... they don't go. I don't dive on one fumble, because of the way my leg was, it could have been [contorted] in a way.

"We didn't lose that game because of that fumble. I can tell you that.''

Beetle Bailey Kasich Takes The Silver Medal!

Kasich gets a second chance. He comes in second in the New Hampshire primary.

If being in second place is a "win", then John Kasich got it. The Ohio Republican governor who spent a majority of his time in New Hampshire paid off. I mean coming in second is "huge" for the inept governor.

The New Hampshire primaries were a bitter one for the establishment candidates. Marco Rubio was leading in the polls. He took a nosedive when Chris Christie back slapped him. Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush on the other hand can proudly say that taking third place keeps them still viable in this race.

Kasich on his part said that if he failed at winning this state, he would exit the race.

It was a big disappointing for Chris Christie and Jeb Bush. The New Jersey governor and former Florida governor was jockeying for the second place.

Donald Trump easily won the state. This will be the controversial business/media mogul's first win.

So that means that if Ted Cruz won Iowa, Donald Trump won New Hampshire, who will win South Carolina?

On the Democratic side, Bernie Sanders beat down Hillary Clinton in the primaries. Clinton won the state in 2008. This time around she didn't capture a victory here.

What does that mean for the Democrats if she continues to struggle throughout the primaries?

X-Factor!

The demons got a hold on DMX.

The rapper is seeing more than bars. He's been seeing hospital rooms. Earl Simmons, Sr. known to the world as DMX was found unconscious after he was allegedly taking a powdery substance.

He was sent to the local hospital in Yonkers, where he's being treated.

The rapper who was found in a Ramada Inn parking lot without a pulse. The 45-year old rapper who was big in the late 1990s with hits such as "Ruff Ryder's Anthem", "What These...Want!" and "Where The Hood At" admitted he was addicted to cocaine and alcohol.

The paramedicals gave DMX, CPR and Narcan to revive the "lifeless body" up.

While the junk food media can't disclose his situation, it's known to the hip-hop community that the rapper is bipolar. He's also the father of 10 or more children. He's been on the watch list of celebrities possibly having the HIV virus.

Representatives for DMX says the rapper wasn't having a drug binge. They called it a severe asthma attack.
X flipping out.
DMX nearly found Damien when he took a control of a 4-wheeler. He ended up getting a bad headache after falling off the ride.

DMX has been through the bars when he was driving without the license. Allegedly robbing a fan of his properties. Not paying for them puppies he's raising. Brawling in the streets. Getting caught with his girl Mary Jane while he's in his whips. He was even humiliated by Sheriff Joe Arpaio. Arpaio made DMX wear pink underwear and bow ties.

World News Today wish DMX a speedy recovery.

Primary Beat Downs!

The winner's circle. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Donald Trump won the New Hampshire primary

Congratulations to Donald J. Trump and Bernard Sanders They have sealed the deal.

The Associated Press projects that Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders the winners of the New Hampshire primary. Trump beat out eight Republicans and Sanders beat out Clinton.

The exit polls have said that the controversial business mogul won the Republican primary. The Democrats have given the second term senator from neighboring Vermont a chance to become a real viable challenger to Clinton.

Hillary Clinton, Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, John Kasich, and Chris Christie placed a lot of time in this race.

The second place contender in the Republican race is determined on who's capable of being anti-Trump, anti-Rubio and anti-Cruz. It appears the imbecile governor from Ohio could eek out a second place finish.

The Cruz bump appears to have shrunk for now. I mean South Carolina will be ground for Cruz, Rubio and Bush.

It appears to be the end of the road for Carly Fiorina, Ben Carson, Jim Gilmore. Maybe the establishment may lose Christie.

We'll find out soon enough who may eventually exit the race in the Republican field. Obviously the low scoring candidates will decide on their fate.

Now we'll have another debate in Milwaukee for the Democrats and a debate for Republicans in Columbia, SC.

This nightmare will continue until we'll eventually have a nominee.
