Ohio Sheriff Agency Under Fire For Brutalizing Interns!

An Ohio county lockup facing heat for its guards treating interns like shit.

Phil Plummer is the current elected leader for the Montgomery County, Ohio Sheriff's Department.

Plummer is a Republican who won reelection constantly with no real opposition. He often tries to be the "work across the aisle" lawman. He's not as polarizing as Wisconsin sheriff David Clarke.

Well this week, he has to answer to a lot of things. He has to answer to county commissioners about the racist emails, the reckless behavior of his deputies, and now his correction guards treating interns in the county lockup improperly

The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners announced they have for the U.S. Department of Justice investigation into the allegations of civil rights violations at the lockup.

Commissioner Dan Foley, a Democrat and the rest of the county board members express very serious concern about the the conduct and allegations at the lockup.

Seven federal lawsuits were issued this week and a video leaked online showing the guards giving an intern a knuckle style chili with a side order of toe jam.

David Cooper, Robert Richardson, Emily Evans, Amber Swink, Jeffrey Day, James Howard, and Joseph Guglielmo all filed federal complainants against Plummer and the lockup.

I can testify to the misconduct by deputies. Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies aren't some of the most friendliest people I've been pulled over by.

Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey's Circus Over!

The circus of the stars. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus ends.

Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey's Circus is ending its run after 147 years.

The Greatest Show on Earth is ending. The historic American circus was very popular. It got a lot of flack after videos surfaced of mistreatment of wildlife began appearing on social media.

Kenneth Fled, the CEO of Feld Entertainment said that the final show will be in May.

The declining ticket sales were the reason. Of course, the decision to end its elephant act was also a factor according to Feld.

The circus began phasing out the elephant shows after animal rights groups continue to hammer on about the mistreatment.

I remember seeing the circus train pass through Dayton in 2011. It was a once in a lifetime to see the train pass through your community. At the time, I was trying to rekindle a relationship with a woman who was waste of my time.

I remember going to the circus in 1987 when I was young. Vaguely remembered it.was at the University of Dayton Arena.

City Bus Workers Could Shut Dayton Transit Down!

Greater Dayton RTA's motto: It's Time to Ride.

The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority covers the Dayton, Ohio and Montgomery County with a portion of the bus lines going into Greene County. It has 29 routes and also a mobility line for seniors and special need riders. The RTA also has overhead trolleys. The trolleybuses cover a portion of the city and inner suburbs.

Dayton is the smallest city in the United States to still have overhead electric trolleys. Other cities include Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston. These cities have populations with over 500,000 residents.

In a city with 139,000 residents, the RTA is necessary for the 30,000 riders who use the public transit.

The RTA is facing a crisis within its ranks. The Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1385 is getting tired of dealing with the leadership's ineptness. Mark Doughney, the president of the RTA is facing calls for resignation after many drivers complained that the new rules imposed on drivers limit their break periods, their restroom breaks and time off.

Many of the drivers voiced frustration with the way RTA is working them. They now operate from 4:15 am on opening routes to nearly 2:30 am.

Now at the stroke of midnight, the city bus drivers will end their routes and walk off the job.

Dayton's mayor Nan Whaley and city's commissioners are pleading for RTA and the union to work out the differences for the sake of the community.

A strike could make life difficult for riders who need to get to work, school, or shopping districts.

A strike could cost RTA millions of dollars.

A strike could spell doom for union workers because if Republicans pass a NO STRIKE CLAUSE state law when it comes to public sector work, the RTA drivers could be fired out the cannon.

Ohio is a "right to work" state. The worker's unions across the country are being weakened by Republicans. They feel confident that they could destroy the unions and make employers hire people at lower wages and longer hours.

Ohio governor John Kasich and the federal government might get involved in this situation.

Some unfortunate facts about the RTA.

Many of the residents in this community support the fuhrer Donald J. Trump. So it won't be any surprise that some online white extremists are seething with glee watching others suffer. Most of the people who comment about the RTA often push racial stereotypes about the riders and the bus lines.

Many of them are assuming that many of the bus riders are geekers and druggies. Some openly call the workers, the riders and the people who support the RTA a bunch of NIGGERS or NIGGER-LOVERS. Some even resort to the childish name calling supporters LIBTARDS.

The junk food media here often sensationalize stories for ratings. I don't watch the news anymore because they allow Trump to win.

Beavercreek, Ohio a city that is located six miles from Dayton was a vocal opposition to the RTA and Greene County Area Transit Service having routes serve the Mall at Fairfield Commons.

The U.S. Department of Justice and Transportation warned Beavercreek that if they continue to deny bus service to the community they could lose funding for the city. Once the fuhrer Trump takes over, Beavercreek city leaders could ask for Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) and Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) to ask the DOJ to relinquish their recommendations. And Beavercreek could reinstate their public transportation ban.

RTA has wasted money big time on hydro-buses that hardly run, trolleybuses that don't often run and passing the expense onto the riders.  I live in the rust belt city of Dayton. The city has trolley lines that are hardly used. I mean there is probably 100 miles of trolley line in the city and only 45 miles of the lines are used. The city fare is $1.75 for an adult. You can get a transfer for $.25 and it's good for a connecting trip for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.

It's one of the highest fares in the state.

Compare that to larger Columbus with 80 routes and Cincinnati with 50 routes. You are paying up to $35 a week on public transit. The average bus pass for a month is $95.

Dayton has only 29 routes.

Routes 3,4,5,7 and 8 are the bus lines that have trolleybus service. Route 1 and 2 have trolleybus service on limited service.

Since 2013, RTA returned bus service to the Dayton International Airport. For 15 years the bus never went to the airport. You had to have take a bus near the area and walk to the local shuttle buses that serve the airport when air travelers had to leave their vehicle overnight.

Route 1 and 16  are the only buses that serves Greene County. The bus has 90 minute commuters to Wright State University and the Mall at Fairfield Commons. In 2016, Route 16 was realigned to serve Costco Wholesale, Kroger Marketplace and Miami Valley Hospital South Campus.

The U.S. Department of Defense and the RTA worked out an agreement to have special buses serve the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Montgomery and Greene County. The buses operate two times a day.

The RTA doesn't connect to Miami County, Warren County, Butler County, the remaining portions of Greene County and Clarke County.

The Southern Ohio Regional Transit Authority (Cincy Metro), Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK)  and Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) have buses that serve multiple counties, many business venues, their local airports and local attractions.

Dayton RTA has five transit stations. One that is located at the Westown shopping center. One that is located at the Eastown shopping center. One that is located in Trotwood which also serves at the Dayton Greyhound transit terminal. One located one mile from the Dayton mall. The final one is the downtown transit station which is located near the RTA headquarters.

The Dayton Mall has been under fire for banning the buses from the property. The only buses that serve the mall are routes that have very few riders. Route 23, 60 and 61 are crosstown buses that avoid downtown Dayton. The buses operate on a limited schedule and often are completed by 10pm.

Many of the county buses and crosstown Route 24 avoid the mall. They head to the transit hub or have a local stop about 1/2 mile from the mall.

Ohio State Route 741 known as Springboro Pike was reworked to have sidewalks. The speed limit was previously 45 mph. Now it's localized to 40 mph. They moved the pedestrian crosswalks to an area that is 1/2 mile from Ohio State Route 725. The Miami Township Police maintain a heavy presence around the mall. The Ohio State Patrol maintains traffic control on most roads around the mall.

Lyons Road where the South Transit Center is located is 1 mile from the Dayton Mall. The road has sidewalks and a bicycle lane. The speed limit around the area is 45 mph and the nearest light with a crosswalk is 1/4 mile from the transit center.

Dayton is still one of the most segregated cities in the United States.

Ohio Cop Dropped The Burner!

An Ohio cop is being charged for public intoxication, inducing panic, reckless endangerment and felonious assault. Shauna Lambert works for the Cincinnati Police. The police department is facing a DOJ investigation.

Reminder: The Blue Wall of Silence is no different than the No Snitching philosophy. The dirty cops make it more dangerous for the good cops.

Expect more of this stuff happening in Fuhrer Donald J. Trump's America.

Cincinnati Police are placing one of their own in the freezer after she was accused of leaving her firearm inside a movie theater. On top of that, she was intoxicated. The cop beat an OVI charge last April.

Milford Police and the Clermont County boys arrested District 2 officer Shauna Lambert after she left her service weapon inside Rave Movie Theaters on Friday. She was off-duty when this all happened.

Cellphone footage of the arrest was done by a viral seeker.

Moviegoers were watching the Rouge One: A Star Wars Movie.

Someone panicked when the burner was found on the floor.

Lambert was lying across the seats and witness said that she was acting a tad bit odd and not normal of a moviegoer.
Not a good night for a Cincinnati officer.
Lambert has a history with the booze. She was busted in Blue Ash for being on OVI. The "Blue Wall of Silence" gave her a lesser charge. She plead guilty to having a reckless operation.

The Cincinnati and Milford Police have no comment on the matter other than she will face a disciplinary hearing. The possibility of being fired out the cannon is LIKELY.

On top of that, she will banned from Rave Movie Theaters for LIFE.

And she will have a court date in Clermont County.

The corrupt cop is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Where's the Blue Lives Matter crowd on this one?

The End Is Near For Helter Skelter!

Cult leader Charles Manson is being hosptialized for illness. He is serving LIFE in the iron college for being associated with the murders of seven people.

Right now the junk food media is covering the controversial serial killer and cult leader Charles Manson. The Manson legacy came around the late 1960s when he recruited a group of teenagers to murder and mane seven victims. One of the most notable victims was actress Sharon Tate, the then wife of fugitive child molester and filmmaker Roman Polanski.

Manson is being treated for an undisclosed illness at a Bakersfield hospital.

Manson ordered a hit on anyone who associated with Terry Melcher. Melcher spurned Manson after a feud over music publishing. Tate was nine months pregnant when Manson asked his followers to "mess her up."

Manson, Tex Watson, Susan Atkins, Linda Kasabian and Patricia Krenwinkel were all given LIFE in the iron college after they were spared the DEATH CARD during the Supreme Court's liberal swing.

Manson who was a popular figure in the 20th Century. He was known for flying off the handle when cameras were on him. He embolden himself as a modern day evil who was meant to torment those who crossed him.

Since his youth, Manson was struggling with a learning disability, an abuse mother and a lack of hope. He would be a criminal by the age of 9.

Manson is 82 years old. TMZ reports that Manson may have severe stomach issues.

Florence Henderson Passed Away!

You probably grew up watching the hit sitcom The Brady Bunch. The carefree and down to earth mom Carol Brady was played by Florence Henderson.

It was confirmed overnight that she passed away. According to the junk food media she had passed away from heart failure. She was 82 years old.

Former co-star and reality television star Maureen McCormick who played Marcia was first to respond to the news that Henderson had passed away.

Henderson is probably the most famous TV mom. She was a single women with three daughters who married a widower with three sons.

She first graced television screens in the 1950s following a role in the musical Carousel in 1949 and other musical theater hits including South Pacific and the title role in Fanny.

The premiere of The Brady Bunch in 1969 made her an icon. The series made its debut and cultural tumult in the United States but remained invariably cheery and avoided controversy during its five seasons on ABC. It ran around the controversial sitcoms like All in the Family, Maude, Sanford and Son.

The Telegraph also noted that she appeared in The Brady Bunch Variety Hour, The Brady Brides, A Very Brady Christmas and The Brady's. She would often appear as a guest star in some shows including The Love Boat, LA Law, and Murder, She Wrote.

She and McCormick were contestants on ABC's Dancing With The Stars.

She made cameo appearance in the 1990s The Brady Bunch Movie and the 2016 movie 50 Shades of Black. She was a host of a cooking show on RLTV before her sudden death.

She will be missed among many including myself. She leaves behind four children.

Thanks to Florence Henderson for the many years of laughs and inspiration.

Second Round For Tensing!

Murder suspect Ray Tensing will have a retrial.

The city of Cincinnati is preparing for potential unrest. The Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters will retry ex-cop Ray Tensing for the murder of Sam DuBose. He blamed the jury's willingness to accused the victim of the shooting. They were more worried about how many baby mamas Sam DuBose had then why did Tensing bucked him without an ounce of remorse.

The last trial was deadlocked. The nearly White jury wasn't willing to sent Tensing to the iron college and it led to mistrial.

Deters said issues of race, DuBose's criminal background and lifestyle (he had 13 kids by at least seven women) "absolutely crept into the jury room" even though Shanahan banned testimony about DuBose's criminal and health records.

Deters said the jury of 10 whites and two blacks was 10-2 in favor of voluntary manslaughter on the third night of deliberations, Friday, Nov. 11. After two hours of deliberations Saturday morning, the 24th and 25th hours over four days, Shanahan decided the jury was hopelessly deadlocked and called it off.

After saying he interviewed half of the jurors, Deters said some were sympathetic to Tensing, who teared up on the witness stand, and were considering punishment, which they shouldn't have done.

"There's no question that issues were being discussed in there that should not have been discussed," Deters said.

Facing pressure Deters had no choice but to reexamine the case against Tensing.

Deters said pressure from DuBose's family, city council, ministers, demonstrators and Black Lives Matter Cincinnati had no influence in his decision to retry Tensing. He said he did what he had promised to do -- meet with his assistant prosecutors, talk to jurors and analyze the "likelihood of success at trial."

Deters is blamed himself for not giving a stronger cross-examination of Tensing and a better presentation in closing arguments.

Late Thread: Horace Brown!

Throwback of the night. It's a song from then Motown act Horace Brown.

The song "One for the Money". His hit from the mid-90s.

When you're down, get yourself up! Don't let this controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/reality television star winning the election bring you down. Let your anger turn into activism. I mean let it be known that you're American and you want your country back!

You don't tolerate racism, bigotry and hate.

Now Republicans will experience the wrath of progressives and Democrats who are fucking tired of obstruction towards President Barack Obama.

I warn the Democrats. Don't go soft on the incoming president. Treat him and his family like they've did the Obamas.

Find out where Republicans are holding town halls. Make sure you get your facts together and then shout them down like the Tea Party did to the Democrats.

Make your voice great again. Get out there and protest the Republicans and their standard-bearer.

"One for the Money. Two for the show. Three to get ready! Here we go!"

Cop Walk In The Sam DuBose Murder Trial!

Cop walk in the Sam DuBose murder trial.

The mostly White jury and the Ohio judge declared a mistrial in the case of Ray Tensing, the former University of Cincinnati Police officer accused of murdering motorist Sam DuBose.

The jury was unable to reach a verdict for Tensing who was charged with voluntary manslaughter.

DuBose was being pulled over for missing a front plate. The incident was caught on body camera. It shows Tensing at point blank range shot DuBose in the face before the car accelerated and crashed.

Tensing tried to get his fellow officers to lie for him and he concocted this notion that "he feared for his life" when DuBose closed the door and accelerated the car. He tried to make DuBose's criminal past an issue. They tried to use his 13 children as an excuse for bad behavior.

The jury of 10 White people and two Blacks had a task of weighing whether the shooting was a justifiable use of force or Tensing feared for his life.

Cincinnati's mayor John Cranley knows the bubble is brewing. He is none to happy about the election. He is expecting the tension to increase knowing that Tensing is out on bail.

Now Republican prosecutor Joe Deters will now figure out if another trial could go forth. It would be highly unlikely Tensing could be convicted. If the jury actually convicted him, he would have 15 to LIFE in the iron college.

This incident keeps reminding me about how police officers are allowed to get away with murder.

They can lie about the incident, play the victim and make the victim the one on trial.

Of course, in 2001, Timothy Thomas was gunned down by Stephen Roach in the dark alleys of Cincinnati. Roach was spooked by Thomas running through the alleys. He shot him on sight.

It sparked a week of unrest n the city and a Black economic boycott.

Late Thread: The Isley Brothers!

The Isley Brothers grew up in Cincinnati and Teaneck, New Jersey. The brothers are still one of the greatest rock/funk/R&B groups of all time.

Tonight I want take the opportunity to help you cope with the future reality star president.

The Isley Brothers - Fight The Power.

Enjoy.

Ray Tensing Wore Confederate Shirt When He Bucked Sam DuBose!

Killer wore Confederate shirt when he killed unarmed motorist. Ray Tensing is a former University of Cincinnati cop charged with murder of Sam DuBose.

Bombshell. Ray Tensing was wearing The Losing Side of The Civil War T-shirt under his police uniform. The fired University of Cincinnati cop is facing murder charges that could put his ass in the iron college for LIFE.

Tensing is innocent until proven guilty.

The killer wore this shirt when he fatally shot Sam DuBose after a traffic shot. The t-shirt was submitted by Cincinnati police investigator Jimmy Nghia Duc Pham.

The shirt had "Great Smoky Mountains and it was presented during the crime scene investigation.
This shirt was worn by ex-cop who bucked Sam DuBose.
Pham testified that investigators found a jar containing marijuana within the Honda Accord that DuBose was in. Tensing contends that he was being dragged by DuBose.

DuBose was unarmed at the time.

Tensing is trying the use-of-force excuse to justify the shooting. He said that he feared for his life.

More damning evidence came forth. Tensing was the leader of citations and arrest. Tensing had stopped more Black and Hispanic motorists and pedestrians than normal. About 75% of the stops were Black and 15% Hispanic.

Tensing claims that he's doing his job for public safety. But one is questioning why is his citations largely rounded towards Blacks.

Now you probably think like me. I bet you money, he'll get off. He will say that DuBose's history was reason. The law will use Jedi mind tricks to sway a jury into believing the cop had a benefit of the doubt.

The right isn't talking about this.

A Load Of Bullsh*t!

In the crucial swing state of Ohio, the Warren County Sheriff put the cuffs on James Pinell. This man is accused of dumping a load of shit on the grounds of the local Democratic Party office.

The manure happened around midnight on Saturday.

Just like in 2012, a volunteer found a pile of manure in front of the Warren County Democratic Party headquarters. The party prepared themselves this time around. They had surveillance cameras around the building. The suspect wasn't caught. It seems like he slipped up this time.

Pinell, a resident from Lebanon was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief. He is to appear in court Thursday. He is innocent until proven guilty.

Pinell may be facing more than a load of shit. He might be sentenced to pickup the manure at county farm or picking up the trash off the side of Interstate 71 or 75.

The sheriff noticed the pile of manure around 8pm Saturday.

The local GOP offered to clean up the mess. They were offended by the actions of Pinell and said that these actions were deplorable.
This asshole dropped a load in 2012.
Donald Trump has got at least a 40% chance of winning the election. Hillary Clinton has a 60% chance at winning the election.

The Comey letter was considered an "October Surprise". One could hope that this cloud of kookspiracy and ignorance will die down. James Comey gave Trump a breathe of life when he said that he is revisiting the email server.

Happy Halloween. Be safe and drink (or eat candy) responsibly.

Michael Moore Takes You To Trumpland!

Michael Moore released documentary focusing on the real reasons to why Americans support Trump.

Filmmaker and activist Michael Moore pulled an ace in the hole.

He released a movie over the week called Michael Moore in Trumpland and it's winning praise for its approach. Moore is not shy about bringing controversy to the table. He is famous for taking on the gun lobby, George W. Bush and the American health systems in many of his documentaries and movies.

He's been actively trolling against both Trump and Clinton for being the "blah and yuck" of politics.

He believes that Clinton is the only choice but has his fear that Rust Belt America would reject that for a bombastic agitator who captured the Republican nomination by just being "Joe Smole".

He believes the junk food media has the stirred the beehive. The Trump supporters aren't just wackos.

He believes that Trump's chances at winning are fair. Given the conditions of how everything is "corrupted" by the likes of a 24/7 media, he wouldn't be surprised if the big "fuck you" is a Donald Trump presidency.
Conservatives believe that Michael Moore may help Trump win.
The film's premiere, just 11 days after the film was shot, was on October 18, 2016 at the IFC Center in New York City, where tickets for the 400 seat venue were given out to the public for free. The premiere was followed by a Q&A with Moore.

General showings around the United States started October 19, with the announcement of digital downloads available in the near future. Moore had announced the event on Twitter.

The film is based on a one-person show that Moore originally wanted to perform in Midland Theatre in Newark, Ohio on October 7, but management of the Midland Theatre chose not to go forward on a rental contract.

He eventually held the show at the Murphy Theatre in Wilmington, Ohio, with the movie based on a recording of that performance over two nights in October.

Mind you that Wilmington, Ohio is the hub for ABX air freight. The city was in the news for being one of the hardest hit communities in the Cincinnati/Dayton metroplex. The DHL national hub relocated into Kentucky (via the suburbs of Cincinnati) for a smaller venue. It displaced hundreds of workers.

Xavier U Hanging Black By The Tree!

An Ohio private Catholic college is facing a mountain of controversy. Some of the students were upset over a social media posting of a White woman in blackface mocking #BlackLivesMatter and Sam Dubose. There was also a picture circulating of a Trump supporter on campus with a skeleton figure dressing in African dashiki gear hanging by a noose.

As the former University of Cincinnati officer Ray Tensing heads to preliminary for capital murder, the junk food media is covering the trial.

Tensing is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tensing is using the "dangerous threat" and demands the Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters release Dubose's criminal history.

Well over at the nearby Xavier University a photo circulated across the social media of a student getting her face painted black with the words "Who needs white when black lives matter."

It was posted on social media's Snapchat. Then it found its way towards Facebook and one of the students Maia Manney took outrage to this. That woman lives in my dorm hall, she said to the junk food media.

"I took it to my hall director and one of the leaders for diversity and inclusion. (I'm also friends with her on Facebook so if you see this Mel... HI 😃😆), Manney wrote.

"But Xavier students be aware of your surroundings especially you POC, as recently many situation like this have been happening."

School chancellor Michael Graham said that this is deeply troubling. He may put the students involved on ice if they are found to be responsible for this incident.
Pretty stupid...
There was another incident at the Catholic school. There was an image of skeleton dressed in a dashiki with a noose around its neck.

The image was inside a window of a Trump supporter. They had a flag of the Republican nominee on its banter.

To the Xavier Community,

I am outraged and deeply troubled by recent racist images connected to Xavier students. Racist actions are unacceptable on our campus, and we have mechanism to respond in a responsible and thoughtful manner. When one of use falls short, we all fall short.

Many of our students, of all races, are in pain over this. Steps are being taken to make sure that all members of the Xavier community know that we must act with integrity, justice and generosity, in solidarity for and with each other. Please be assured this is being addressed on campus through a variety of channels.

I will personally continue to stay on top of this and keep you updated.

Cordially,

Mike Graham, S.J.

So far no public response from the junk food media.

Ah Sh*t, You Really Can't Fix Stupid! [NSFW]

Sonic Restaurants were none too happy about this "you can't fix stupid" moment. The Oklahoma City-based restaurant corporation operates over 3,500 restaurants in 43 states.

In Middletown, Ohio, a young woman is fired out the cannon after the city health inspector saw a disturbing post on social media. A woman and her crew posted on social media of the employee inside an ice machine.

The behavior of this employee was pretty stupid. She was smiling and acting pretty.

The manager self-reported the incident on Monday.

Carla Ealy of the Middletown city health department said that the actions of this employee is ridiculous and unacceptable.

Before the health department could contact Sonic, the Middletown manager promptly fired the employee out the cannon and disciplined the employees who took the picture.

Kristin Davis, director of communications for Sonic said all workers will be retrained and the facility will be monitored for progress.

The drive-in's management retrained all employees on the proper handling of ice and equipment use as this type of behavior is “unacceptable” and against company policy, Davis said.

Ealy said the incident occurred sometime Friday. Ealy said the goal of the Health Department is to follow up on potential health violations within three days of notification.

She inspected the ice machine on Tuesday and determined it was clean and operating appropriately.

Still, Ealy said, the actions of the employee "concern" her, and she's worried about the confidence of Sonic patrons. On one Facebook post about the incident, there were 56 comments, mostly negative, and the photo had been shared 238 times.

Ohio Girl's Death By Car Brings Attention To Busy Road!

Girl hit by car bring residents to grief.
In the rust belt city of Dayton, Ohio, a young 11 year old girl was struck by a car on Ohio State Route 48 known locally as Main Street. She was dragged 100 feet and landed on the ground not moving. The residents immediately called for assistance and the Dayton Police and Emergency Response came to aid the girl. She was taken to a local hospital where tonight the junk food media confirms that she passed away.

This incident happened around Wednesday and it closed the road for hours.

Makyla White was heading to People's Market to get some snacks with her family. As she was crossing the street, a vehicle comes out of nowhere and struck her.

The driver was struck with grief and despair. The driver didn't see her dart in the street.

Makyla was not in a proper crosswalk. The area is slightly lighted. It's a four lane road without any turn lanes. There are two traffic lights between the store. The speed limit on the road is 35 mph.

The crosswalks were available.

The witnesses claim that the driver was distracted or driving at an excessive speed. Many fault the girl for not being in the proper crosswalk. The Dayton Police are investigating the incident. The police will present any evidence to the prosecutor if charges are merited.

The city and the police show concern for a deterrent that once remedied a problem. The city was using traffic control devices like speed and red light cameras.

The city of Dayton and many other jurisdiction were brutally fighting the state of Ohio to keep the red light and speed cameras on. They believed the cameras deterred traffic violations.

The state of Ohio passed legislation to eliminate the cameras. The cameras can only used in school and construction zones. An officer must be present to issue a citation. The city of Dayton didn't want to waste resources to have a cop sit at every intersection with a traffic camera.

The city lost state funds because of its disregard for the state law. Dayton and many other cities must reimburse the people who were cited since the law was enacted.

Dayton has disabled the cameras and vow to find loopholes.

Nonetheless, the residents are mourning the loss of this young girl.

The police say that speeding and illegal activities plague Main Street.

I have suggestions for Main Street. Lower the speed limit to 25 mph between Hillcrest and Great Miami Boulevard. Make Main Street a two lane road with bicycle lanes.

Main Street in Dayton is notorious for speeding, jaywalking, littering, prostitution and illegal activities like drug trafficking.

Ohio State Route 48 is an 84 mile road starts from the census-designated community Goshen and ends near the village of Houston. It passes through Dayton, Englewood, Covington, Lebanon and Kettering.

The Cop Who Shot Tyre King Bucked Others!

Tyre King was fatally shot by Columbus police after they chased him for an alleged robbery.

The need for accountability. The police need to start releasing body and dash camera footage. The Black community demands this in the wake of the fatal encounter of Keith Lamont Scott.

Cop in the freezer for shooting teen.
Over in Columbus, protesters calls for transparency are growing. The evidence shows that Tyre King was fatally shot in the back three to five times. According to the law, he was pulling the gun from his waistband.

He was shot and killed Columbus Police after they suspected him of being involved in an armed robbery. The 13 year old boy was fatally shot. He was holding a toy gun and the law claims that the gun looked realistic.

The officer Bryan Mason is in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation.

Mason was cleared of wrongdoing after he had fatally shot a man who held another person at gunpoint. He also had two non-fatal encounters. He also shot a dog after the animal bit an officer.

The public file shows that Mason had high marks on his performance.

Tyre will be buried on Saturday.

The city of Columbus plans to outfit its officers in the traffic division with cameras before the end of the year. It might take up to three years to get at least 1,400 officers on the camera says the Columbus Dispatch.

Ohio University Cures Its Ailes!

Ohio University ends its ties to Roger Ailes.

The folks of Athens, Ohio once thanked now disgraced Fox News CEO Roger Ailes for his huge contributions to Ohio University. It's revealed that Ailes was accused of sexually harassing female employees. Former anchors Gretchen Carlson and Andrea Tantaros filed a federal lawsuit against Ailes.

Ailes on his part denies any involvement in any wrongdoing. But the fallout is big especially at his alma mater. His old school decided to end its relationship with him.

Ohio University has now decided that Ailes isn't the perfect role model for its students. They have formally returned the $500,000 donation and removed his name from the newsroom he put millions of dollars in.

OU President Roderick McDavis announced the action Monday during a Faculty Senate meeting, the student newspaper The Post reported. The letters of Ailes' name were taken down before the meeting ended, and a wooden board was placed over the space soon after, the newspaper reported.

"The distraction from the teaching of the Scripps College of Communication has weighed heavily on my mind as I deliberated over the sustained effect on our university community should we continue to have our newsroom named for Mr. Ailes," McDavis said, according to the report. "Given the allegations against Mr. Ailes, the circumstances surrounding his departure from Fox News, I've decided to return his gift and remove his name."

"Ohio University ignited my interest in broadcasting, which became my lifetime career," Ailes said in 2007.

Tom Hodson, the director and general manager of WOUB, said in an email to The Post that WOUB is "pleased" with McDavis' decision.

Robert Stewart, director of E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, said in an email to The Post he was "glad (the journalism school) can finally move on."

"I applaud President McDavis' decision," Stewart said in an email. "The controversy has helped shine a spotlight on the ongoing problem of sexual harassment in the workplace, but it's a relief to have the name and plaque removed."

21st Century Fox and News Corp paid out Gretchen nearly $20 million in damages.

Greta Van Susteren abruptly was fired out the cannon after spending over 15 years with the network.

Ailes is now putting a bug in Donald Trump's ear.

ITT Technical Institute Closes Up Shop!

The end of  ITT Tech.

The college world is rocked by the federal government's sanctions of one of the oldest for-profit trade schools. The ITT Technical Institute is closing all its locations including the one in my community of Dayton, Ohio.

With approximately 130 campuses in 38 states of the United States, this bit of news hurts the people who enrolled for this session. In August, the company was barred from enrolling new students who use government loans and has chosen to cease enrolling any new students at all.

ITT Tech announced that it was immediately ceasing operations and closing all of its campuses.

In 2014, Time magazine ranked ITT Technical Institute No. 2 on its list of "The 5 Colleges That Leave the Most Students Crippled By Debt". Among ITT Tech graduates with loans due in 2011, 22% had defaulted by 2014. According to the Time magazine report, ITT Tech's default rate ranked second; the for-profit University of Phoenix had a lower default rate by percentage (19% at Phoenix versus ITT Tech's 22%), but the total number of students in default from Phoenix was much higher (45,123 Phoenix students versus 11,260 ITT Tech students).

According to the College Scorecard, as of March 2016, 39% of ITT Tech graduates are paying off their debt, compared to the national average of 66% among all schools nationwide.

This percentage represents the number of graduates who were able to repay at least $1 in student loan debt in the three years after their graduation.

The U.S. Department of Education banned ITT Tech from enrolling students who receive federal aid and at the same time doubled the surety funds that ITT Tech was required to have, and to produce those funds within 30 days. Stock markets reacted with a punishing 35% drop which triggered a halt in trading, raising concerns about whether ITT Educational would be able to survive this latest decision

Carousel Beauty College also shut its doors in the Dayton, Ohio area. The five locations are gone.

This came without any warning as well. Many students attending the Dayton-based hair school are without a place.

The for-profit schools are on the way out.

The Cincinnati Zoo Went Ape Sh*t!

Someone hacked the Cincinnati Zoo's account in the wake of the Harambe killing.

Animal rights activists are still pissed over the death of the gorilla Harambe. This year, a boy fell into the enclosure of the gorillas. The zoo had no choice but to kill the gorilla after he grabbed the boy and dragged him around. International outrage was directed at the zoo and the mother of the child.

The concern trolls were calling for an indictment of the mother because of this.

These assholes are more concerned about the life of a gorilla than the life of a child.

Well this week, a hacker decided to run a train on the zoo.

Someone actually hacked into the official Twitter account of the Cincinnati Zoo and started to post silly memes about Harambe.

Cincinnati Zoo director Thane Maynard was none too happy about this. He asked for the activists to consider the difficult time the zoo is facing.

“Our zoo family is still healing, and the constant mention of Harambe makes moving forward more difficult for us,” Maynard wrote. “We are honoring Harambe by redoubling our gorilla conservation efforts and encouraging others to join us.”

The zoo ended it's Twitter use after it lost the battle against the trolls.
