Donald J. Trump, the current leader of the United States is once again facing another controversy.

The news got attention. Matter of fact, it's ignoring the fact that Sears Holdings (the Kmart and Sears empire) is crumbling before our eyes. It's going to be likely we're going to see the end in 2017.

Trump never shy of an opinion, hopped on his social media to rant about how these terrible companies are disrespecting him.

He's complaining about the mainstream retailers dropping his brands. He is not happy they're taking their frustrations on poor little Ivanka.

Ivanka's professional brands took a nosedive after the election and the companies found no other choice than to drop the retailer.

Political advisor Kellyanne Conway found herself in hot water after she appeared on Fox News to give a shout out to the brand. It was a clear ethics violation and it drew criticism from kookspiracy chaser Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT).

Michael Flynn Got The Kremlin In His Back Pocket!

National Security Adviser may have been compromised.

Retired general and noted Islamophobe Michael Flynn is the current National Security Adviser.

Flynn had made numerous appearances on Fox News and got lap dances from the likes of Sean "Softball" Hannity. It's noted that Flynn was a contracted agitator on the network before he became a top advisor to the fuhrer. He is strongly in favor of the controversial Muslim ban that his fuhrer ordered.

Democrats have called for Flynn to be fired out the cannon after reports of him discussing sanctions and cooperation with Russia's Ambassador to the United States before the fuhrer took office.

Top officials including the vice fuhrer said last month that Flynn and Sergey Kislyak talked simply to arrange a phone call between the Russian Federation president Vladimir Putin and Fuhrer Donald J. Trump.

Flynn was calling then president Barack Obama an "enemy of the state." He said that the sanctions that were imposed on the country after the accusations of the country meddling in the election.

Flynn was trying to calm down the tension between the U.S. and Russia as a private citizen. It was a clear violation of the Logan Act.

Now I'm wondering if the conservative agitators who longed demonized Obama will address this scandal in the making?

DeVos Got School'd!

Education chief got blocked at the door. Betsy DeVos got a shout down by protesters.

The Department of Education secretary Betsy DeVos was blocked from entering a public school in Washington, DC. A small group of protesters got in her face and gave her a shout down.

DeVos who was confirmed on a 50-50 vote with vice fuhrer Mike Pence giving the tie-breaker vote.

DeVos, a wealthy Republican contributor to campaigns is accused of buying her way into the government. Her husband is the former CEO and current emiris of Amway.

Amway is a company known for entrapping people in a pyramid scheme. It's based in Grand Rapids.

Teacher unions and public school advocates believe that DeVos could take funding from schools and place it into "religious" based education facilities.

Her nomination and confirmation sparked fury among progressives and some conservatives. Some conservatives such as the turd flipper Michelle Malkin call the decision to nominate her a perfect example of Trump failing his promise to "drain the swamp."

DeVos was ridiculed for recently saying that guns in schools might be necessary to ward off grizzly bear attacks. Critics believe that she is freaking clueless when it comes to public schools. Her own children do not attend public school.

She shrugged off the protesters and eventually went into the building a few minutes later.

"I respect peaceful protest, and I will not be deterred in executing the vital mission of the Department of Education," said DeVos. "No school door in America will be blocked from those seeking to help our nation's school children."

Ohio Sheriff Agency Under Fire For Brutalizing Interns!

An Ohio county lockup facing heat for its guards treating interns like shit.

Phil Plummer is the current elected leader for the Montgomery County, Ohio Sheriff's Department.

Plummer is a Republican who won reelection constantly with no real opposition. He often tries to be the "work across the aisle" lawman. He's not as polarizing as Wisconsin sheriff David Clarke.

Well this week, he has to answer to a lot of things. He has to answer to county commissioners about the racist emails, the reckless behavior of his deputies, and now his correction guards treating interns in the county lockup improperly

The Montgomery County Board of Commissioners announced they have for the U.S. Department of Justice investigation into the allegations of civil rights violations at the lockup.

Commissioner Dan Foley, a Democrat and the rest of the county board members express very serious concern about the the conduct and allegations at the lockup.

Seven federal lawsuits were issued this week and a video leaked online showing the guards giving an intern a knuckle style chili with a side order of toe jam.

David Cooper, Robert Richardson, Emily Evans, Amber Swink, Jeffrey Day, James Howard, and Joseph Guglielmo all filed federal complainants against Plummer and the lockup.

I can testify to the misconduct by deputies. Montgomery County Sheriff's deputies aren't some of the most friendliest people I've been pulled over by.

Many conservatives have warned about Trump's harm to the nation if he became the leader.

They said that it's a "grave mistake" to put an ego-driven, pro-government New York billionaire into the White House.

Now that he is the leader, are they still complaining about how "corrupt" he is?

Betsy DeVos is closed to becoming the Department of Education secretary and the Democrats are hoping to put the brakes on her confirmation.

Many progressives and even conservatives are concerned about this inexperienced billionaire who believes in school choice, voucher programs and Christian based education. They believe that her inexperience, her thoughts on public schools and colleges and her opposition to transgender rights has pit her in the crosshairs of the Resistance Movement.

She is one the biggest donors to the Republican Party. She gave a lot ot Donald Trump and many Republican senators.

It looks like Trump won't drain the swamp.

When Trump was a contender of the nomination, DeVos said that he was an interloper and a joke.

She would donate to failed candidates like Jeb Bush and perennial loser Carly Fiorina. She would settle with Marco Rubio before jumping on the Trumpster wagon.

DeVos has ties to Grand Rapids. Her husband Dick and his father Richard, Sr. are the CEO of Amway. They also have stake in the NBA team Orlando Magic.

So far there's two Republican senators who oppose the nomination. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) have signaled a "NO" to the nomination. Many Democrats are against it.

We aren't so sure about Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV).

They are pressuring Sen. Pat Toomey (R-PA), Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) and Sen. Dean Heller (R-NV) to vote against DeVos. They are on the fence with this.

Her confirmation vote is today. It's likely she would get through.

The Huffington Post reports that overseas, Europeans aren't feeling our leader. They are expressing strong concerns that his leadership could take us into a global crisis.

A top ranking member of the British Parliament put a block on Donald J. Trump. They said that he is barred from speaking among the U.K.'s top leaders at Westminster Hall. The concerns were Trump's on going agitation towards race, religion, gender and social standings.

House of Commons Speaker John Bercow said that he "strongly opposed" to the fuhrer addressing Parliament during an upcoming state visit to the Brits-Land.

"I would not wish to issue an invitation to Trump to speak," Bercow said. While British lawmakers value the loyal bond between the U.S., Bercow said that he's not pleased with the nonsense.

"I feel very strongly that our opposition to racism and to sexism and our support for equality before the law and an independent judiciary are hugely important considerations in the House of Commons.

Trump's anti-Muslim stance has brought the Brits at a crossroads. They strongly disapprove of the anti-Muslim ban that was enforced by the executive order. They believe that Trump shows no honor towards being the ___________of the United States.

A "Good Guy" With A Gun Kills A Shoplifter Over Some F**king Diapers!

In South Florida, the state investigators are trying to determine if this was justifiable defense or callous murder.

Reminder: A good guy with a gun is still a threat to the police. A good guy with a gun doesn't think about the consequences when they use it. They could create a situation that causes panic. The good guy could injure a person. To kill someone over property is just fucking stupid.

A person should use a firearm if they are protecting their own property, their family and their animals.

A corporation is capable of salvaging the lost or damaged products. The people who stole diapers will eventually be arrested for theft. But will Florida authorities arrest the guy who wanted to help a store detective?

Deputies says they were called to the Pine Hills Walmart after the shopper shot and killed a suspected diaper thief in the parking lot. This location is where a police officer was brutally killed by a man who murdered his ex-fiance.

Gunman shoots a shoplifter.

The shooting happened at the Pine Hills Walmart Saturday morning and the shopper opened fire out of fear for his life.

"What we have at this point is that the individual felt threatened -- one of the suspects reached for something [and he] thought that it was a weapon or firearm," said the Orange County sheriff. spokesperson Angelo Nieves.

The person killed was 19 years old and was shoplifting diapers with three accomplices.

They were loading diapers in a car when a Walmart employee tried to stop them, the station reported.

The shopper told deputies he showed up at this point to assist the store employee.

Deputies said after the gunfire the four suspects drove off and smashed into two cars. Three got away on foot while the other who was shot collapsed on the ground near a gas station.

The suspect was pronounced dead.

So here's a man who felt the need to be a fucking hero. An asshole who would shot a person who was unarmed and stealing diapers.

By the way, the white extremists are having a field day with this. They don't value the life of the victim. They celebrate this as a "service rendered". I mean, what kind of country do we live in?

A Woman Was Tormented By An A** Cause She Was A Muslim!

Asshole gets caught trying to harass a Muslim woman.

This guy Rob from Detroit got some attention this week after he made some inappropriate comments towards a woman. The woman grabbed her phone and recorded the entire ordeal.

They were in Atlanta when this altercation occurred. He had to remark if she was a foreigner because she's a Muslim.

The man, who identified himself as Rob and says in the video he is from Detroit, sat down at a table with Asma Elhuni of Atlanta at a cafe there and ultimately asked her, "Do you have a green card?"

The woman is American. She is a graduate student in political science at Georgia State University and an intern for Democratic state representative Brenda Lopez.

"I was just studying, and I looked up and here's a man pointing a camera at me," said Elhuni. She asked the man if he was taking a picture of her and he said yes. She asked why, "and he said, 'Because I want to.'"

Elhuni said that anyone who doubts why she was concerned about Rob's behavior wasn't there to see what led her to turn on the camera. This was the third time in two weeks a stranger tried to take a picture of her.

Hero of the day. A woman who caught an ignorant hater trying to harass her.

"They don't know what happened beforehand," she said. "Even though he tried to save himself in the video, his Islamophobia, his xenophobia caught up with him and came out in that video. I just captured a moment that happens often to Muslims."

Rob then would have the audacity to call her a "bitch" and say she needs to "chill".

Elhuni was pretty brave about recording this guy.

"Really what I wanted to show him was, one, what he did was inappropriate, and two 'I'm not afraid of you,'" said Elhuni.

Before things turned for the worse, another man would asked this asshole to leave.

The Southern Poverty Law Center had reported numerous incidents involving anti-Muslim sentiment in the United States. Most of the reactionary has started from the fuhrer's executive order banning travelers from seven majority Muslim countries. Many of them call it a Muslim ban.

The federal courts are debating this. A federal judge put a temporary block on the executive order.

A Dairy Queen Worker Got A Homicide Charge After Worker Killed Himself!

Even at Dairy Queen, his employer, this manager Branham would demean him by cleaning the floor with his hands. She would throw food at him if it was made wrong by him. She would treat him with such disrespect, he would go home crying.

Branham could face a nickel and pennies in the iron college. 

One night, he had enough. Poor Kenneth would get his family firearm. He would make a call to his family and friends about how he's tired of the world being so cruel. He was sitting on a log with the firearm.

That cold night in December ended with a bullet in the head.

Now his former boss will face charges with involuntary manslaughter. This is a serious felony. This is a result of a law made in honor of Megan Meier. The young teen was chatting with a boy who she feel in love with. It turns out to be a former friend and her mother playing a cruel hoax on her. Megan would kill herself. The mother Lori Dew and her daughter Sarah were charged with involuntary manslaughter. It sparked a law in honor of Megan Meier.

Anyway, the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. Dairy Queen representatives have no comment at the time.

Mexico, Australia and now Yemen. Three countries the fuhrer blundered.

With the executive order to ban citizens from seven Muslim-majority countries traveling into the United States has caught so much backlash, the CEOs of Disney and Uber decided to take a knee after a massive backlash came forth.

Stephen Bannon is the top political adviser to the fuhrer. Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) straight up called him a "White nationalist". Bannon is getting seating in the National Security briefings much to the dismay of many former and current intelligence officials. Bannon is the former president of the controversial Breitbart News. That outfit is notorious for pandering to White extremism. A gay white extremist named Milo Yiannopoulos is now the top head of the website.

Now a botched raid in Yemen falls on the feet of the fuhrer. But guess who he, the conservative agitators and Sean "Softball" Hannity tried to pin the failed attack on?

You guessed it: Barack Obama, the former president of the United States.

Conservatives have longed blamed Obama for everything. Now they're back to their old tricks again.

He would ask her about how this executive order affect Trump's legacy. Conway, a master of spin claimed that the ban was similar to Obama's. She said that two Iraqi nationals would commit the Bowling Green Massacre.

This massacre would have happened if it actually existed.



Republicans had to do some damage control. Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull was on the phone with the fuhrer and it got tense. The fuhrer hung up on him when he demanded the Australians to not send refugees to the United States. The fuhrer and his allies have denied the conversation went bad especially the hang up part. Trump dismissed this as "fake news". Trump claims that Obama's deal with Australia when it came to refugees is pretty much a dumb deal.

The Yemen offense led to an American military operative for the Navy SEALS to lose his life. It led to many civilians being killed in the botched raid. Now Yemeni militants from al Qaeda and the Islamic State vow revenge against the U.S. for the offense.

Wondering when the Republicans are going to call for relentless investigations into the matter. Who's going to take the blame for the botched operation?

Looks like we're off to a "good" start for the fuhrer. The January jobs report comes out with a gain of 227,000 jobs for the month. The unemployment rate ticks up to 4.8%. It shows a sign of Americans interested in finding a long term job. It's a small increase in employment.

The first job report under Fuhrer Donald J. Trump. The Labor Department conducted this job report when Barack Obama was still the president.

"Trump is inheriting an economy on its way to full employment, but there is still more work to do," says Elise Gould, an economist at the Economic Policy Institute.

CNN reports that the underemployment rate which says that people who are unemployed plus the part-time workers rose to 9.4%.

Now that Obama's out of office, how many of these conservatives are going to spread misinformation about 95 million Americans not working?

Trial Set For Dirty Tulsa Cop!

The trial is on. Betty Shelby will face a jury for the death of unarmed man.

Betty Shelby was hoping to have the grand jury throw out her murder charge on the grounds of self-defense. She thought wrong. Trial's on.

She is accused of shooting Terrence Crutcher in the summer of 2016. She was responding to another call when she spotted his vehicle in the middle of the road. She immediately investigated the situation. Crutcher at first seemed to cooperate with her order but refused to listen because he was allegedly high on PCP. She would shoot and kill Terrence upon him getting near his vehicle.

Upon inspection, he had no firearm on him.

Again, I highly doubt she'll be convicted given the track record. The track record of officers getting away with murder is why it's sparking tension between police and the communities they're supposed to protect.

Will his family see justice?

Assured that for every bad cop, a good cop will likely be killed. It's the damn truth. If the police departments refuse to root out the wrong, then the wrong will get them.

These high profile police shootings of unarmed Black people has sparked the Black Lives Matter movement. And it's told that many activists are concerned that the court system is rigged to let cops get away with murder.

Shelby wants to get this dismissed on grounds of self-defense. She wants the court to dig up his past convictions to justify her use of deadly force.

She could face LIFE in the iron college for the charges. She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Stand Off Over At Vaughn!

Situation under control. A worker lost his life.

One worker paid the price of the standoff at the James T. Vaughn Iron College.

The standoff is over. The situation is under control. The state, and federal authorities are going to do an investigation into lapses at the facility.

The standoff ended about 5am this morning and it was considered a high priority to get the hostages safe and the situation under control. Interns managed to usurp authority because of their frustration with the staff's lack of compassion and ineptness.

Dubbed the #VaughnRebellion, the interns of the maximum security iron college took control for about 24 hours before the state and fed boys took it back.

The hostages were removed.

A female worker has been hospitalized.

Stand Off At The Vaughn Iron College!

Stand off at a Delaware iron college. 

The interns got the best of the inept guards and medical officials at Vaughn in Smyrna, Delaware.

Now the fuhrer, governor John C. Carney, Jr., and the FBI are notified of the situation.

 The took four workers hostage. They demand that Vaughn workers treat the interns with respect. They believe that the fuhrer's treatment of Americans in the iron college. They want education and rehabilitation for all interns. They want their books to be monitored and not abused by guards.

The hostage situation drew dozens of officers and law enforcement vehicles to the facility.

One of the hostages was released tonight and another one was released a few hours later.

Tamron Hall Leaving NBC And MSNBC!

Tamron Hall rather quit than bow to a divisive agitator like Megyn Kelly.

Tamron Hall is pretty damn pissed that a divisive beeyotch took her spot. So instead of putting the ink on the contract, she opted out for other venues. There's a report that she is departing from NBC News and MSNBC.

She co-hosted the 9am spot on Today and anchored the 11am news on MSNBC. The spot will go to Megyn Kelly, the former Fox News host who abruptly left the network this year. Kelly who has a history of saying controversial things like "Santa Claus and Jesus are White".

This is a slap to the face of Black journalists.

The news hit the webs and it's gotten attention.

"Tamron is an exceptional journalist, we valued and enjoyed her work at Today and MSNBC and hope she would decide to stay," NBC News said in a statement. "We are disappointed that she has chosen to leave, but we wish her all the best."

Her last day was today and her contract is over this month.

"The last ten years have been beyond anything I could have imagined, and I'm grateful," Hall said in a statement. "I'm also very excited about the next chapter. To all my great colleagues, I will miss you and I will be rooting for you."

I am not a happy person. Tamron was a very attractive, professional and serious journalist. I am disappointed that she is leaving the network that she helped grow for ten years.

Trump Slides A Dick Into The Court!

Neil Gorsuch is currently a federal appeals judge from U.S. 10th Circuit of Appeals in Denver. He is chosen to be the fuhrer's pick for the Supreme Court. This pick will replace the late Antonin Scalia who passed away a year ago.

Donald J. Trump nominated this judge for the court. Republicans are on board with this pick.

Democrats aren't. So it's likely a showdown for the spot. Democrats are seething over the Republican obstruction to Barack Obama's pick Merrick Garland. The Republicans held off the confirmation hearings and vote. It ended with Garland heading back to the federal court for the District of Columbia. Democrats vow complete obstruction to this guy.

Now the very same Republicans are warning Democrats to get in line or prepare for "nuclear option."

Conservatives are going to praise this guy. Progressives not so much. They're going to hate this guy and the very things he stands for.

The announcement came forth with the spotlights of a reality television show.

Gorsuch would be considered one of
the youngest judges appointed to the highest court. He is currently 49 years old and is married with children.

Now fuhrer Trump decides to fire Sally Yates out the cannon. Yates is the acting Attorney General who held over from the Barack Obama administration. She said she will stand by the federal court order. She said that the U.S> Justice Department would not defend the fuhrer's executive order on immigration.

Sean Spicer the spinner of "alternative facts" said that Yates was relieved of her duties. Dana Boente will be named acting attorney general until the Senate confirms that squinty eyed bigot Jeff Sessions.

Spicer said that Yates "betrayed the Department of Justice" by refusing to defend the fuhrer's order.

Donald J. Trump ignored the federal court order issued over the weekend. The fuhrer has issued an executive order forbidden millions of refugees and hundreds of thousands of visitors and 500,000 legal immigrants from seven-majority Muslim countries from entering the United States.

It sparked massive protests at many of the country's busiest transit hubs.

Federal courts temporarily blocked the major parts of the order. Trump's minions will continue forth despite a court order. He took to social media to pat himself on the back.

Senior officials say that the federal court order was sparked by activist liberal judges.

The Trump minions did adhere to the federal order letting permanent residents enter the country without retainer.

U,S, government must "permit lawyers access to all legal permanent residents being detained at airports," a federal judge ordered.

The executive order considered a backdoor Muslim ban is sparking discussion across the world.

Even the infamous leader of the Islamic State, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi said "kudos" to the decision. He said that Trump will prove to the Muslim world that America is at war with their religion.

While all this happened, our neighbor to the north had a terrorist attack in the majority French speaking province of Quebec.

The trolls cite a mass shooting in Quebec. Two terrorists barraged into a Quebec City mosque. They managed to kill six people. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said this horrific incident is "an attack on Muslims" and the sanctity of Canadians. The terrorists were arrested. Their names weren't released at the time. They will face a court hearing and face up to LIFE in the iron college. They are innocent until proven guilty.

Okay, I am getting really tired of these goddamn teacher-student sex stories.

The junk food media is trying to rationalize these predators in the classroom. I don't understand what drives these educators to this. I mean they get all the training and certification to teach individuals to achieve a decent education. Why on earth would they find love in the classroom with the people they're required to teach.

I know mentorship is a part of the teacher's position, but grooming them to have sex is another issue that is certainly getting my attention.

What pisses me off is the fact that every outlet in the junk food media seems to be picking and choosing which type of teacher gets caught in these deplorable scandals.

And what about the parents or the victim?

Usually rape of men is rare. But when a woman rapes a man, do men report that to the police?

Is that a sensitivity issue?

Another teacher was busted for having sex with her student. This one tried to extort from her in order to keep quiet. The junk food media puts a glaring picture of the teacher and how two wrongs lead to her arrest.

For the past 20 years, I was intrigued by how the junk food media covered these stories. Each of these teachers arrested are pretty attractive. I hear some get leniency for committing these acts of rape. Understand that most men find some very strong attraction to the hot teachers.

A 27-year-old teacher paid more than $28,000 — unwittingly, to the 14-year-old she was sleeping with.

Dallas Criminal Court documents describe the payments as hush money to cover up an affair that Tao "Sandy" Doan feared would cost her her job and her freedom.

She may lose both anyway. Police arrested Doan on Jan. 20 and charged her with having an improper relationship with a student and with sexual assault. The cycle of sex and blackmail came to an end after a concerned mother tried to figure out where her son was getting so much extra cash, according to an arrest warrant filed in criminal court.

Doan met the student while he attended Quintanilla Middle School, a school on the city’s west side where she taught math and social studies and coached the cross-country team, the court documents say. They began communicating via Kik, Instagram and text messages, then started having romantic conversations on the phone.

The relationship got physical in July 2015, according to the affidavit, when Doan picked the student up at his home and drove him to a park to have sex.

A search warrant affidavit obtained by Fox 4 described explicit texts and said Doan sent the student a picture of her naked breasts. They allegedly met for sex in the middle of November and on Dec. 29, 2015.

The threatening texts began a few days later, the affidavit says. Throughout the year, they came from different phone numbers and struck a demanding tone.

“(Ain’t) bulls — — watch ima start getting the pics and everything ready!” one of the blackmail texts read, according to the affidavit. “To show the cops right I (ain’t) playing.”

To make the payments, Doan withdrew money from her bank account or took out payday loans.

Even as she was making the payments, she continued having sex with the student, court documents said.

At home, the student, newly enriched, was becoming unruly, his mom told Dallas Fox-affiliate KDFW. He had already been in and out of the juvenile court system for burglary and robbery charges and things were getting worse. He used the money to buy drugs and alcohol. Sometimes he disappeared for days.

“He would probably get money and just leave the whole weekend,” she told Fox 4. “I wouldn’t hear from him. I’d be out looking for him.”

She went through his phone and found the text messages, KDFW reported. She believes the most recent payment was for $1,500 on Jan. 9.

She called the school the next day, trying to get it to put a stop to the relationship. Administrators called police.

Investigators met with Doan and interrogated her about her relationship with the student, and the year of payments, according to the documents. That’s when she provided preliminary figures about how much she had paid the student and gave them consent to search her cellphone, the affidavit says. They found evidence of both the blackmail and the sexual encounters.

The Dallas Independent School District and Doan’s attorney did not immediately respond to messages from The Washington Post seeking comment.

In 2016, the number of Texas teachers having inappropriate relationships with students climbed for the eighth year in a row, according to the Austin American-Statesman.

The increase, apparently spurred by increasing social media contact, led the Texas Education Agency to ask for nearly $400,000 more to hire investigators to look into the allegations.

“For the past decade, there has been a steady increase in the number of inappropriate educator-student relationships reported to the agency,” the agency’s budget request states. “As the caseload has increased, the number of investigators has remained the same over the past several years.”

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
