Fetterman is not happy being a senator.

Jonathan Karl Fetterman, the 6'8" independent U.S. senator from Pennsylvania. Elected in 2022, serving the current term as senior senator along with Republican junior senator David Harold McCormick.

Elected as a Democrat but classified as an independent in 2025. Ran as a progressive ended up a far right conservative.

He votes 74% with the Democratic Party, 16% with the Republican and 10% not voting.

The Wall Street Journal has written a bombshell story about the independent senator. 

Former staffers and allies believe he has gotten tired of the job, been fixated with going on Fox and letting Israeli handler speak on his behave.

Fetterman is considered so toxic within the Democratic Party, he publiclly been denounced by the state's commonwealth party. That lead to the calls of primary challenges or just ignoring him as they consider him a "one and done."

While he said he will not caucus within the Republican conference, the independent senator has drawn a "red line" when it comes to Democrats and Israel. He said he will not caucus with the party of Abdul El-Sayed and Angie Nixon won their senate bids.

Bombshell.

The 57 year old senator skipped the funeral of three slain York police officers. 

When a joint funeral was held for three police officers killed in the line of duty near his home county, Fetterman reportedly balked at the three-hour duration, texting aides that the length "may be a nonstarter".

He dissed the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

In leaked text messages published by The Wall Street Journal, Fetterman scoffed at a scheduled meeting with representatives from the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). When told they wanted to discuss Medicaid cuts and vaccine concerns, Fetterman replied, "Well, I'm not," adding, "I'm convinced they just want free trips to DC."

He skipped injured veterans to appear on Sean "Softball" Hannity, Jesse Watters, Mark Levin and Laura Ingraham's shitshows. Fetterman literally appears on that Softball Hannity shitshow over 60 times.

According to former staff, a group of paralyzed veterans traveled from rural Pennsylvania to meet with him. Staff told the veterans Fetterman had fallen ill, but less than an hour later, he arrived at his office showing no signs of illness to conduct a pre-planned interview on conservative media to discuss foreign policy. He also took aim at Abdul El-Sayed and former contender Graham Platner. He also obsesses over Hasan Piker.

A foreign agent told Fetterman that he will make sure he gets his points across.

Fetterman has prioritized foreign policy and meetings with Israeli officials over local issues. The report noted he met with Israeli Ambassador Yechiel Leiter and planned to write an op-ed using points supplied by the embassy; however, his staff withheld the talking points out of concern it could violate the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Many of his former Democratic allies have called the senator a disgrace. Rep. Brendon Boyle (D-PA) who is considering a senate run called Fetterman a "trust fund baby."

"John Fetterman is a disgrace. Our state deserves better than a lazy trust fund baby who is too lazy to do the job."

President Donald J. Trump, Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL), Sen. Dave McCormick (R-PA), Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Sen. Eric Schmitt (R-MO) and Senate Leader John Thune (R-SD) have tried to convince Fetterman to join their caucus. Fetterman said numerous times, he will continue to caucus with the Democrats and he would be a "shitty Republican."

Nonetheless, most Pennsylvania Democrats rather he just become a Republican and they run a candidate who can defeat him.
