Trial Set For Dirty Tulsa Cop!

The trial is on. Betty Shelby will face a jury for the death of unarmed man.

Betty Shelby was hoping to have the grand jury throw out her murder charge on the grounds of self-defense. She thought wrong. Trial's on.

She is accused of shooting Terrence Crutcher in the summer of 2016. She was responding to another call when she spotted his vehicle in the middle of the road. She immediately investigated the situation. Crutcher at first seemed to cooperate with her order but refused to listen because he was allegedly high on PCP. She would shoot and kill Terrence upon him getting near his vehicle.

Upon inspection, he had no firearm on him.

Again, I highly doubt she'll be convicted given the track record. The track record of officers getting away with murder is why it's sparking tension between police and the communities they're supposed to protect.
Will his family see justice?
Assured that for every bad cop, a good cop will likely be killed. It's the damn truth. If the police departments refuse to root out the wrong, then the wrong will get them.

These high profile police shootings of unarmed Black people has sparked the Black Lives Matter movement. And it's told that many activists are concerned that the court system is rigged to let cops get away with murder.

Shelby wants to get this dismissed on grounds of self-defense. She wants the court to dig up his past convictions to justify her use of deadly force.

She could face LIFE in the iron college for the charges. She is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Stand Off Over At Vaughn!

Situation under control. A worker lost his life.

One worker paid the price of the standoff at the James T. Vaughn Iron College.

The standoff is over. The situation is under control. The state, and federal authorities are going to do an investigation into lapses at the facility.

The standoff ended about 5am this morning and it was considered a high priority to get the hostages safe and the situation under control. Interns managed to usurp authority because of their frustration with the staff's lack of compassion and ineptness.

Dubbed the #VaughnRebellion, the interns of the maximum security iron college took control for about 24 hours before the state and fed boys took it back.

The hostages were removed.

A female worker has been hospitalized.

More Mass Shootings: San Antonio Mall!

Mass shooting inside the mall sparked by a man's reckless need to be a hero?

Reminder, a good guy with a gun is still a threat. A police officer sees a "good guy" with a gun as a threat. That's probably why it's best to leave the criminals to the law. They are trained to handle situations. A "good guy" with a gun could accidentally shoot an innocent person.

Don't lose your life over property.

It's best to lose the property than lose your life. If you want to die a hero, try to neutralize the threat.

This is what happened in San Antonio.
A man's foolish actions to save property cost him his life. His wife now buries him.
One person lost their life trying to stop a jewelry thief. The robbery was botched from the start.

Five people were injured after two men tried to rob Kay Jewelers inside the Rolling Oaks Mall.

The victim killed was a retired Marine named Jonathan Murphy. The man and his wife were inside Kay when it went down. Murphy was trying to stop the robbery by being the "good samaritan".

Murphy shot one of the suspects. The other suspect saw it and bucked Murphy quickly.

Now that Murphy's "good guy" instinct triggered a mass shooting, five others paid the price for his actions. The suspects deserve most of the blame but Murphy also takes the blame as well.

He decided to be a hero and it cost him his life.
Suspect caught. Other suspect fights for his life.
The suspect who was shot is fighting for his life in the hospital. The second suspect was fingered as 34 year old Jason Prieto. He will face murder and robbery charges. The other suspect could face charges as well.

They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A woman complained of chest pains. Another woman went into labor because of the panic.

All the while, inept police chief William McManus is trying to explain the rise in criminal activity in the seventh largest city in the United States.

So the fault of this senseless act of violence lies on the feet of fuhrer Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Ted Cruz, John Cornyn, Greg Abbott, the Republican Party and the NRA.

Cop Killer Caught: Blame Game Begins!

Terrorist was caught after he murdered his girlfriend and an Orlando metro cop. He also blamed for the unintentional death of an Orange County deputy.

While I was busy, I heard about the tragic death of an Orlando police officer gunned down after responding to a domestic violence call. The killer was caught without a shot fired but he was sure roughed up.

Now as he is facing trial for capital murder, the conservative agitators and the white extremists are now pointing the finger at BlackLivesMatter, Barack Obama and Black America.

So if they want to blame BLM and Obama for the selfless actions of this terrorist, then I should just turn it around and blame conservatives, the fuhrer Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Rick Scott, Marco Rubio and the Republican Party for the actions of this terrorist. He has used his Second Amendment remedies to end the life of his pregnant girlfriend and a dedicated officer.
For the first time in 2017,  a Black suspect in a cop killing lives to face trial.
For every corrupt cop, a good cop loses their life to the senseless gun violence. When they start charging cops for the murder of unarmed citizens, then the people of color will speak about criminal activity. When cops decide to breakthrough the Blue Wall of Silence, then it's possible for the community they've serve to get their respect. No one says thank you enough. And for good reason.

Now the terrorist Markeith Loyd was the most wanted man in Florida. He had assistance in his nine day escapade. He managed to slip the feds and state boys for that long. He had help.

The terrorist managed to kill 24 year old Sade Dixon after a dispute over him being the father of her child. He would put her brother in the hospital as well. He would survive the injuries.
Debra Clayton was gunned down after responding to the disturbance.

He was spotted at Walmart when officer Debra Clayton responded to the disturbance. He would put a bullet in her. She would die of her injuries. That sparked a police chase. While trying to elude authorities, an Orange County Boy Norman Lewis was killed in a motorcycle crash.

The terrorist is held in medical ward with armed police presence. He will be facing charges of first degree murder, unlawful killing of an unborn child, attempted first degree murder, and two counts of aggravated assault with a firearm stemming from that incident. The shooting of Clayton will likely be capital murder. He may face charges for the involuntary death of Lewis.

The deaths of Sade Dixon and Norman Lewis rest on the feet of the terrorist.
The driver of the vehicle that killed Lewis will likely face involuntary vehicular homicide charges.

The driver of the vehicle was a 78-year old man. Billy Jarrard will face the charges for that act.

They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

I won't offer condolences and sympathy. Words can't bring these people back. Locking these dirtbags up won't stop the ongoing violence here in the United States. Blaming everyone but the shooter will keep the cycle of violence going. So if you want me to show sympathy, it's not going to happen.

I would like to see Congress do something about the gun violence in the United States. But that's asking too much from a bunch of worthless lawmakers.

Cleveland Police Placing Tim Loehmann In The Cannon!

No Justice for Tamir.
Cleveland Police officers Frank Garmack and Tim Loehmann may have escaped a state and federal murder charge but they're not out of the woods yet. They have an internal investigation they are dealing with.

This could eventually have them fired out the cannon. They both have been in the freezer pending the outcome of the federal civil rights investigation. In November 2014, the two approached Tamir Rice at a park. They responded to a call of a young male with a firearm. Loehmann within a few seconds of contact shot and killed Tamir as he exited the cruiser.

William Cunningham was also named in this investigation as well and he could be fired out the cannon.

They have hearings at the end of the month, according to local media.

Loehmann faces six charges for falsifying previous employment history on his application for the Cleveland Police Department. Loehmann did not disclose that he “was allowed to resign” from his prior job at the Independence, Ohio, Police Department, local media reported.

He may have also failed to mention he had been insubordinate and dishonest to a superior, and that the department had concluded that he had, “an inability to emotionally function.”

Garmback, who drove Loehmann to the scene, faces two charges stemming from allegations that he drove too close to Rice while responding and did not let the dispatcher know when he arrived. The third officer, Cunningham, is alleged to have been off-duty and working an unpermitted second job at the Cudell Recreation Center at the time of the shooting, and is accused of completing and signing a false report.

If found guilty, they can be suspended without pay or their jobs could be terminated.

The Cleveland Police Association President Stephen Loomis issued a statement defending the officers.

“There is no question, and there has never been, that the death of Tamir Rice was tragic,” Loomis said in the statement. “Nevertheless, all agree that Officer Loehmann was not wrong in reacting the way he did.”

He added that it was disappointing that Garmback was being charged for driving too close to Rice, “when it is apparent that the car slid in the ice and mud well beyond what he had intended.”

Loehmann and Garmback, who are white, had responded to a report of a “guy with a pistol” at the Cudell Recreation Center on Nov. 22, 2014, where Rice, who was black, had been playing. While the person who called police had mentioned the gun was “probably fake,” that description was not mentioned to the responding officers, according to local media.

More than a year after a grand jury declined to criminally charge Cleveland police officers for the fatal shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who was carrying a toy gun at the time, the police chief announced Friday that they are facing internal disciplinary charges.

Loehmann, who shot Rice, faces six charges for falsifying previous employment history on his application for the Cleveland Police Department. Loehmann did not disclose that he “was allowed to resign” from his prior job at the Independence, Ohio, Police Department, local media reported.

While the person who called police had mentioned the gun was “probably fake,” that description was not mentioned to the responding officers, according to local media.

Within a second of exiting the car, Loehmann shot Rice, who at that point had an airsoft pellet gun in his waistband. The shooting triggered a national uproar, resurfacing a history of black boys and men dying at the hands of police and spurring several investigations.

The next month, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder released an unrelated report that Cleveland police had consistently exhibited unnecessary and excessive use of force – even in cases where police were simply called for a mental health check.

“Accountability and legitimacy are essential for communities to trust their police departments,” Holder said in a statement at the time, “and for there to be genuine collaboration between police and the citizens they serve.”

Details of Loehmann’s previous employment history also emerged in local media outlets.
Corrupt cop Frank Garmback tried to cover for Loehmann.
One year later, a Cuyahoga County grand jury decided that Loehmann and Garmback should not be charged, a decision that the county prosecutor upheld.

Since then, an internal police committee has spent a year focusing on the two officers, which led to the charges police announced on Friday.

The Justice Department is also reviewing the case to see whether they violated any federal civil rights laws.

Rice’s mother told the Associated Press after the announcement on Friday that she was upset that Loehmann is avoiding charges for a second time for his use of force, and that both officers should be fired.

“I think this process has taken entirely too long,” Samaria Rice said.

They are innocent until proven guilty by a grand jury.

What Happened To Jerime Mitchell?

Iowa man was paralyzed by a cop's bullet after a minor traffic violation. Jerime Mitchell and his wife Bracken (right).

When the controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/pussy grabbing/immature reality television star become your next fuhrer, I bet you money his squinty eyed Attorney General if confirm will not pursue charges against corrupt police officers.

Having a burnt taillight and a pound of weed might end up being a death sentence for a Black man.

Yeah, fleeing an officer was pretty stupid but to use deadly force instead of backing away from a fleeing vehicle is bad training in my opinion, I would not try to stop a vehicle fleeing the scene.

Cedar Rapids Police and Linn County Sheriff are doing an investigation into the shooting of Jerime Mitchell. The Iowa State Police and U.S. Justice Department are also determining if the officer used justifiable force. He was an unarmed motorist.

A routine pull over because of a license plate light led to a Black man being shot three times. He is paralyzed from the waist down. Now his family and the NAACP are demanding answers to why a simple stop could lead to this.

According to Officer Lucas Jones, Jerime struggled with him and his Belgian mulatte partner. Jones and the police dog were on him. Jones activated his door latch to release his police dog. But Jerime managed to slip through and got into his pickup truck.
Cedar Rapids Police are doing damage control after a routine stop turned into a near fatal shooting.
Jones would reach for his service weapon and start popping off while Jerime was driving.

Jerime who is a 37-year old father was being searched for possession of marijuana. Jones was "trying to search" the vehicle with Jerime saying forcible no to the search. Jones claimed that Jerime was the instigator.

Jerime disputes the account, he said that Jones was the aggressor. His supporters and civil rights activists have blasted the prosecutor for the ending the secret grand jury inquiry without obtaining any statement or testimony from him, who is now hospitalized with a bullet lodged in his neck.

The pull over was around 1:17 am. Investigators says Jones initiated the stop because the light bulbs that illuminate the license plate on Jerime's truck were burned out. A minor infraction.

This issue has touched a nerve to the lives of Black men.

Once again, Jones's testimony was more important than the victim's. The grand jury decided to not indict the officer. They also decided to not indict Jerime for the charges of marijuana possession and fleeing and eluding an arresting officer.

Second Round For Tensing!

Murder suspect Ray Tensing will have a retrial.

The city of Cincinnati is preparing for potential unrest. The Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters will retry ex-cop Ray Tensing for the murder of Sam DuBose. He blamed the jury's willingness to accused the victim of the shooting. They were more worried about how many baby mamas Sam DuBose had then why did Tensing bucked him without an ounce of remorse.

The last trial was deadlocked. The nearly White jury wasn't willing to sent Tensing to the iron college and it led to mistrial.

Deters said issues of race, DuBose's criminal background and lifestyle (he had 13 kids by at least seven women) "absolutely crept into the jury room" even though Shanahan banned testimony about DuBose's criminal and health records.

Deters said the jury of 10 whites and two blacks was 10-2 in favor of voluntary manslaughter on the third night of deliberations, Friday, Nov. 11. After two hours of deliberations Saturday morning, the 24th and 25th hours over four days, Shanahan decided the jury was hopelessly deadlocked and called it off.

After saying he interviewed half of the jurors, Deters said some were sympathetic to Tensing, who teared up on the witness stand, and were considering punishment, which they shouldn't have done.

"There's no question that issues were being discussed in there that should not have been discussed," Deters said.

Facing pressure Deters had no choice but to reexamine the case against Tensing.

Deters said pressure from DuBose's family, city council, ministers, demonstrators and Black Lives Matter Cincinnati had no influence in his decision to retry Tensing. He said he did what he had promised to do -- meet with his assistant prosecutors, talk to jurors and analyze the "likelihood of success at trial."

Deters is blamed himself for not giving a stronger cross-examination of Tensing and a better presentation in closing arguments.

Expect More!

A San Antonio detective was bucked while doing a traffic stop. His death along with three other shootings of police officers are showing a disturbing trend. Is there really a war on cops?

I don't condone violence against any member of law enforcement. However, too many of these incidents in America signals retaliation. The disturbed will use their Second Amendment rights to attack police officers. They are frustrated with the failure to indict officers in the murders of unarmed people of color. Some groups are plotting for mass attacks on communities of color and those in law enforcement.

White extremists are interested in positions with law enforcement. Some of the members of law enforcement were fired out the cannon after they were caught doing something racially offensive.

The rise of extremism is fueled by the victory of the most divisive piece of shit elected to the White House. His win is a victory to the so-called alt-right. This group are the professional suit and tie White extremists.

Maybe there's some truth to this!

Is there really a war on cops?

The officers acquitted have gotten away with "justifiable" murder without an ounce of remorse. Now I fear that the mentally insane are willing to pour blood of officers for the lives lost to police violence.

Now I remember the controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/reality television star who will serve as your next President of the United States has said that there's a war on the police. He said he will be the president of "law and order" and will work to help the inner cities. In the mind of your soon to be president, the inner cities are hellholes and he promises to make them great again.

Well if he keeps his word, I expect gun violence will increase. He is a huge supporter of the Second Amendment and believes its essential to not take firearms from "real Americans".

Donald J. Trump is well on his way to create a civil war.

Well in the world of law enforcement, a good guy with a gun is still an active shooter and their lives are on the line.

In Texas, Missouri, Kansas and Florida, there were police shootings.

A manhunt ended today for the individual who murdered a veteran San Antonio police detective who was during a routine traffic stop. Det. Benjamin Marconi was shot and killed a terrorist named Otis McCain. The terrorist was apprehended without a shot fired. The terrorist was a Black man. He will be indicted on capital murder. He is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He could face the DEATH CARD.

In Missouri a sergeant with the St. Louis Police was shot in the face by a man who pulled up next to him at a traffic light. The terrorist George P. Bush was caught. He allegedly has a long rap sheet with criminal activity. He was caught without a shot fired. The sergeant was injured but will survive his injuries. The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty. Attempted murder in Missouri can carry LIFE in the iron college.

In Kansas City metro area, a Gladstone Police officer was shot at point blank range after a routine traffic stop. The officer survived his injuries. He managed to get the terrorist. The terrorist was killed after the encounter. The terrorist wasn't identified at present time. The Kansas City Metro Police and FBI will aid in this investigation.

In Florida, an officer was shot by a terrorist after he done a routine stop. Officer Jarred Ciccone was shot in the shoulder by the terrorist. The terrorist Jon Hay was quickly apprehended and is charge with attempted murder. He will face LIFE in prison if convicted. The terrorist is innocent until proven guilty.

And of course, we will expect the controversial Wisconsin sheriff of Milwaukee County David Clarke, Jr. comes on to bash President Barack Obama, Black Lives Matter, and gun control advocates. Clarke is a bully behind the badge. He is a token and a fucking internet troll.

Clarke is vying for a position in the Trump Klan Administration.

Cop Who Bucked Philando Castile Served!

Do you honestly believe that a cop could face a conviction given that most of these high profile incidents often go without one?

I won't hold my breathe. Matter of fact, "I can't breathe!"

Too many of these murderers behind a badge get away with this. I am so frustrated with the scenario where a cop can just deadly force if his or her life is in danger.

I wouldn't be surprised that the cop who bucked Philando Castile will have a lawyer demanding to see the criminal history of Philando. I bet you money they're going to cross exam Diamond Reynolds, the woman who livestreamed her boyfriend being shot by this cop.

We're on the first steps of a trial. The indictment. The Minnesota State Police and Ramsey County prosecutors recommended criminal charges against Jeronimo Yanez, the officer from St. Anthony Police Department.

Yanez is innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. If convicted of second degree murder he could face LIFE in the iron college. The reckless discharge of a firearm charge could carry up to 1o years in the iron college.

In July, Yanez stopped Philando's vehicle for an alleged taillight being out. Yanez earlier radioed the dispatchers that he thought the two were involved in a robbery. He  wanted to check IDs. The cop thought Philando had a "wide-set nose".

Yanez asked for Philando's license and registration. Philando said that he was licensed to carry a weapon and had one in his pants pocket.

Diamond said that Yanez shot Philando after he was reaching for his ID. He was shot four times in the arm. He would die of his injuries.
No mugshot of this murderer.
What Yanez is going to use as defense. He's was up to no good at the time excuse. And if he convinces an all White jury that he feared for his life, Yanez walks.

Now this happened around the same time that Alton Sterling was shot and killed by Baton Rouge Police. This inspired two terrorists to ambush officers in Dallas and Baton Rouge.

The number of police/vigilante shootings of unarmed or legally licensed individuals inspired Black Lives Matter. The group has been very vocal about gun crime and police reform. It's often attacked by the alt-right and conservative agitators as fanning the seeds of hate against White people and the cops.

Justice for Philando is trending once again. But will hashtag activism eventually lead to a conviction?

Ray Tensing Wore Confederate Shirt When He Bucked Sam DuBose!

Killer wore Confederate shirt when he killed unarmed motorist. Ray Tensing is a former University of Cincinnati cop charged with murder of Sam DuBose.

Bombshell. Ray Tensing was wearing The Losing Side of The Civil War T-shirt under his police uniform. The fired University of Cincinnati cop is facing murder charges that could put his ass in the iron college for LIFE.

Tensing is innocent until proven guilty.

The killer wore this shirt when he fatally shot Sam DuBose after a traffic shot. The t-shirt was submitted by Cincinnati police investigator Jimmy Nghia Duc Pham.

The shirt had "Great Smoky Mountains and it was presented during the crime scene investigation.
This shirt was worn by ex-cop who bucked Sam DuBose.
Pham testified that investigators found a jar containing marijuana within the Honda Accord that DuBose was in. Tensing contends that he was being dragged by DuBose.

DuBose was unarmed at the time.

Tensing is trying the use-of-force excuse to justify the shooting. He said that he feared for his life.

More damning evidence came forth. Tensing was the leader of citations and arrest. Tensing had stopped more Black and Hispanic motorists and pedestrians than normal. About 75% of the stops were Black and 15% Hispanic.

Tensing claims that he's doing his job for public safety. But one is questioning why is his citations largely rounded towards Blacks.

Now you probably think like me. I bet you money, he'll get off. He will say that DuBose's history was reason. The law will use Jedi mind tricks to sway a jury into believing the cop had a benefit of the doubt.

The right isn't talking about this.

What Happened To Renee Davis?

Washington state mom was killed by the law. Renee Davis, a Native American mom of three was bucked by King County sheriff's deputies after they did a "welfare check" on her.

Once again another person of color is killed by law enforcement. The King County sheriff's department had to put two deputies on ice after they fatally shot and killed Renee Davis inside her own home.

They entered the home on a "wellness check" and found Renee was in her room. They saw her armed with a firearm. Both deputies fired at her and striking her in the head. They said they rendered help but she and her unborn child both died at the scene.

This happened at the Muckleshoot Reservation in Washington state.

The family called the law because they thought that she was suffering from a nervous breakdown.

Law enforcement claimed that Renee was suicidal.

Renee was the mother of three with one expecting.
King County Sheriff investigates police fatal shooting of pregnant woman.
The death of this young Native American woman is heartbreaking. Given that she was a hard-working single mom, the law saw a criminal with a gun. Even though they entered her home on suspicion. They didn't even knock on the door or make a phone call.

Renee was a receptionist at the Muckleshoot Health and Wellness Center. She also taught as at the Muckleshoot Child Development Center.

Renee grew up in a foster home with two of her biological sisters. She was an avid lover of the outdoors, her children and participated in fisheries training programs. She was a hunter.

She hunted for food and shared the kills with neighbors.

When will it stop?
Say her name: Renee Davis.
A young woman of color who was pregnant who had a legal right to defend her home. Two men who wore the badge didn't identify themselves or handled the situation properly. The family said that she was depressed.

How long will it take before the junk food media say she was a criminal?

How long will it take before they look for some evidence of her doing something illegal on social media?

How long will it take before they claim that she is an "out-of-wedlock" mother who had lived on the government?

How long will it take before the junk food media release the name of the officers involved in this?

How long will it take before we peak their social media habits?

I'm at a loss for words. It's unimaginable for a young woman to lose her life in her own home in front of her children.

What Happened To Deborah Danner?

An elderly woman was gunned down by the NYPD. Deborah Danner was naked and holding a bat. A police sergeant had a Taser on him but refused to use it.

Social media is lit up with the name of a 66-year old Black woman being shot and killed by the New York Police Department.

A police sergeant shot and killed Deborah Danner while responding to a routine check. The fact that a police officer had a taser on him and refused to use it on a mentally disturbed woman in a Bronx apartment is sparking outrage.

The officer named Hugh Barry is placed in the freezer pending a state investigation to why deadly force was justify.

Danner who followed the recent killings of unarmed Black people at the hands of police became a victim as well.

According to the junk food media, Barry entered the apartment. The sergeant encountered Danner in her bedroom naked. She was holding a pair of scissors and bat.
The NYPD claims that the woman attack them first.
The officer told his superiors that he was able to tell the woman to drop the scissors. Then she grabbed the bat and that's when he decided to use force to stop her. He struck her in the torso with two shots.

That's the first mistake of an officer, walking into a room when a person is naked.

Did the officer have a warrant or was let in by Danner?

You have a right to not let an officer into your home without a warrant. If you let an officer into your home, they search your home and find evidence that could be used against you, you've forfeit your rights.

Danner may have been diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

Neighbors would say that Danners was disturbed. She had lost her mother. Many thought that she was inside her home being attacked. But in reality she would be screaming and cursing at herself.

Barry has an eight year history with the NYPD.

The NYPD knew about Danner and the officer may have failed to use discretion in making a judgement call.

Expect that these racist police union presidents Patrick Lynch and Ed Mullins defend the actions of this officer.

There's nothing political about shooting a naked woman inside her own home. The officer didn't have a body camera on him. The officer had a taser but chose to used deadly force. The law knew she had mental issues. This was an assassination.

And once again, the law will say that she probably had drugs on her. She ignored a police command.

She spent time in the lockup.

And conservatives will say that it's President Barack Obama's fault for the outrage by Black Lives Matter.

The Law Trying To Justify Dirty Cop's Murder Of Terrence Crutcher!

Terence Crutcher had PCP in blood. The law trying to justify his brutal killing by Tulsa's police officer Betty Shelby. The woman is facing manslaughter charges.

The junk food media is reporting that unarmed Terence Crutcher had traces of PCP in his blood.

Now the suspect, ex-Tulsa officer Betty Shelby is trying to justify her deadly use of force by saying she "feared for her life" after learning that Terence was acting crazy.

The county prosecutor handed her manslaughter charge which could put her in the iron college for LIFE.

Terence's SUV was parked in the middle of the road when Shelby was responding to another call, records show. Police said that Shelby saw a vehicle in the road en route to another call.

Witness said that Terence said that his SUV was about to blow up and she thought it was smoking or something.
Betty Shelby's mugshot.
When she called for backup and asked for assistance, Crutcher was walking with his hands up towards his vehicle.

According to the bag 'em ups, Terence was hit in the chest by a single gunshot.

The bag 'em up said that he had traces of phencyclidine in his system. Now the pro-cop agitators and trolls believe that being high is justifiable for death.

Damn shame.

For those who throw stones in glass houses. It could have been you!

Feds Releases Fatal Cop Bucking Of Jeremy Mardis!

The state and federal prosecutors release the graphic video of police shooting an unarmed man and his child. Jeremy Mardis was hit 18 times by the law.

BE WARNED THE VIDEO CONTAINS GRAPHIC IMAGES.

TAKE DISCRETION IN VIEWING THIS VIDEO.

Two former Marksville, Louisiana police officers are facing murder charges after they fired upon a man's truck killing a six year old boy inside. Norris Greenhouse, Jr. and Derrick Stafford are going to face LIFE or the DEATH card if found guilty in this murder.

They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Jeremy Mardis was the young life lost to this senseless act of violence. His father Chris Few was being chased by the law for an outstanding warrant. It turns out that Few wasn't wanted for skipping court.

Few was upset with his girlfriend at the time and probably didn't notice the lights. Well Greenhouse and Stafford were in pursuit of Few and cornered him in a cul-de-sac.

At some point, the two called for backup and one of the officers turned on his body camera.
Two former cops are held on a $1 million get out of jail free card.
For some unknown reason, the two fired upon 18 shots into Few's vehicle.

Chris Few was struck in the head and chest. He had his hands in the air when he was being detained.

Jeremy was struck five times in the head and chest. He would die immediately of the injuries.

The video being shown is the aftermath of the situation. Greenhouse, 23 and Stafford, 32, were officers with Marksville. Greenhouse served as a secondary reserve for Alexandria.

Stafford was a marshal and police lieutenant for the Marksville police for eight years.

They were Black cops and the victims were White.

What Happened To Alfred Olango?

BE WARNED THE VIDEO CONTAINS DISTURBING IMAGES. TAKE DISCRETION WITH THIS. MAY CONTAIN GRAPHIC LANGUAGE.

The El Cajon Police are defending its officers after it fatally shot an man who allegedly had mental issues. Once again, the tragic shooting of unarmed Black men is coming into focus.

It sparked more outrage with the Black community and the law.

Two officers were responding to a call regarding a man walking in traffic. He refused order to remove his hands from his pocket. What drove them to shoot was the object that came from his pants.

The officers bot simultaneously shot and Tasered the man. He died on route to the hospital.

Alfred Olango was his name and the hashtag is trending online.

Of course, police chief Jeff Davis defending the actions of the officers. He said that they're lives were on the line. Davis concluded that Alfred has no weapon.

This incident has pissed off the residents of the city. The video emerged on social media shows the moments after the incident. A woman claiming to be Alfred's sister is heard screaming and crying.

She said she called the police for help.

"Oh my god. You killed my brother. I just called for help and you killed him." said the woman.

On the video a woman decried that it's time to riot. This shit is going on in California.

Mind you that the Rodney King incident and the failure to charge the four officers with charges set off a riot in the city.

The El Cajon Police are preparing for unrest.

And More To Come: Mass Shooting In Houston!

Okay, we're here! The debates. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will be on stage debating the latest controversy in the world and they'll have the whole country and world watching.

But in Houston, some won't have an opportunity to view it. There's an active shooting event in the fourth largest city in the United States. The law taken down the threat quickly, but the damage is done.

Please note that all mass shootings should be considered terrorism.

Terrorism isn't solely a Muslim, White, Brown, or Black person. Anyone with a motivation could be inspired to cause great harm among others.

Reminder, if you see something, say something.

If you are involved in an active shooter situation, the three things you do.

RUN - Do not stop for possessions. Run in zig-zag to avoid a shooter's sight.

HIDE - Barricade yourself in an area that could lock. Cover windows and doors with objects that can secure you and others. If you can make a call to 911, make sure you're in a secure area. Make the call without tipping off the shooter. Keep calm. Make sure that if you're in a well secured spot, stay there until the law is there. Follow all instructions when an officer is clearing a scene. Do not take pictures or selfies. If you can post on social media (i.e. Facebook's 'I am Safe'), do so.

FIGHT - It's recommended that you do not play "hero" in an active shooter situation. You are not law enforcement. If you are armed, you could be mistaken as a threat if the law is engaging in an active shooting. If you're willing to sacrifice your life for the safety of others, make sure you can grab something that could disable a threat. Usually a shovel, tossing sharp items and firearms.

BE WARNED - If you use a firearm in disarming a threat, you could injure or kill a hostage. The law will charge you with a crime and you would face charges.

The silly hypotheticals about how if you have a firearm to stop a threat is a farce. Law enforcement see a "good guy with a gun" a threat. So don't believe the nonsense a conservative tells you!

Don't be a hero if you're not willing to sacrifice yourself.

At least seven people have been injured in the neighborhood of Weslayan.

An HPD bomb squad is heading to the scene after a suspicious vehicle was found near the scene.

The terrorist has been described as Black and carrying a revolver.

In open carry Texas, there's an active shooter. Maybe there's large police presence in the area.

HPD says one of its officers was able to shoot the suspect. We are not aware of the suspected shooter's condition.

At around 6:30 this morning, HFD scanners reported a suspect was at a strip center firing upon vehicles.

Emergency vehicles flooded the area around the Randalls supermarket strip center bordered by Weslayan, Bissonnet and Law Street.

Traffic was shut down on Weslayan after the shooting began in an attempt to protect drivers in the area.

Officers concentrated much of their focus on an apartment complex on nearby Law Street, located behind the strip center.

HFD officials reported on radio the terrorist was seen behind some trees as he opened fire on vehicles in the area.

The victims may have been killed. A mass shooting has to involve more than three people shot.

Here's the one thing that gets me upset.

They assume that the person's political ties are the reason for the violence.

Charlotte Police: Yeah, He Had A Gun!

BE WARNED THE VIDEOS CONTAIN GRAPHIC LANGUAGE AND DISTURBING IMAGES.

BE ADVISED WHEN VIEWING THIS.

Looks like the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police brings their "ace in the hole."  On Saturday, the police department released portions of the video footage of the police shooting of Keith Scott.

Keith was killed by the law on Tuesday. This shooting sparked nights of unrest in which the mayor of the city imposed a curfew and the governor deployed the national guard. The junk food media is covering it from an angle that the protesters see as bias. The conservative agitators and the trolls are already licking their chops for a Donald Trump victory over these latest events.

The police were forced to release the video after the family of Keith Scott released their version to the junk food media.

The police video released shows the officers (who weren't identified) engaging with Keith. The incident shows one of the officers trying to gain access to Keith's vehicle. It captures the moments after Scott goes down, but the shooting itself was not seen.

The videos do not show Keith with a weapon. All I see from the videos is Keith getting out his vehicle walk backwards, hands at his sides. Four shots heard and then he drops.

Chief of the police Kerr Putney said that he was causing a threat to the lives of the officers.

There were two plain clothes officers. They were in an unmarked vehicle waiting to serve a warrant to another person. Keith just happened to park next to them.

Brently Vinson, the officer who shot Keith claimed that he held up a firearm. They withdrew to a spot nearby and put on their vest and then yelled, "POLICE" so they would identify themselves as officers.

Vinson claimed that Keith was ordered to drop the weapon. They call for a police uniform officer to assist them in making an arrest. An officer starts pounding on the front passenger window.

Keith would get out with the gun and back away from the police.

Police also released a more detailed explanation of the incident, claiming that Keith was wearing an ankle holster and had a marijuana blunt, photos of which they provided.

“He absolutely was in possession of a handgun,” Putney said. “There was no definitive visual evidence that he had a gun in his hand and that he pointed it at an officer. That I did not visually see in the video ... When [my officers] see a weapon and they see the marijuana they say ‘uh oh, this is a threat to the public.’”

Rakeyia Scott, the widow released her own cellphone recording of the shooting on Friday, pressure grew for the city to release footage from cameras mounted in police cars and worn by officers.

In Rakeyia’s video, she can be heard telling officers that her husband has a brain injury and that he isn’t carrying a weapon.

Protesters marched through Charlotte Saturday, chanting “no tapes, no peace” and “take our lives we’ll keep our money.” Just as activist groups gathered at Marshall Park for the procession, word came down through the grapevine that Charlotte City Council was bending to pressure releasing the tapes alongside the state Bureau of Investigation.

Of course, these items merit his death, right?

North Carolina is an open carry state.

It reeks of a cover-up!

Keith Lamont Scott's Family: It's A F**king Cover Up!

BE WARNED THE VIDEOS CONTAIN DISTURBING AND VIOLENT IMAGES

TAKE DISCRETION IN VIEWING THIS.

Looks like the victim of a fatal police shooting had enough of the delay. They released the encounter filmed from the victim's wife. This video went viral.

The wife of Keith Lamont Scott recorded the final moments of her husband's life. He was shot and killed by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg metro police after they claimed he refuse an order to drop a gun.
Keith Scott's wife yells at the cops that he has no gun on him.

The wife screams at the officers telling them that he didn't have a gun. He had a TV guide. The video lasted 2 minutes and 12 seconds show the officer pointing at Keith's direction.

"Don't shot him, he has no weapon," said Rakeyia Scott. She tells the officers he has a traumatic brain injury and then assures them, "He's not gonna do anything, he just took his medicine."

Rakeyia yells at Keith saying "Keith, don't you do it!" It's not clear if she was telling not exit the vehicle.

Police then fired on him. He would be on the ground bleeding and the cops would cuff him.

"Did you shoot him?" Rakeyia says while recording the encounter. "He better live. He didn't do nothing to them."

The cops were marked with their bulletproof vest and they had the plain clothes. Now there's a portion of the video where an object was dropped on the ground. Some are claiming its a gun.

Others claim it's a glove.

Nonetheless the calls are growing for the law to release the body camera and dash camera footage.
The family demands the officers involved to be held accountable for Keith's death.
The chief of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg metro police Kerr Putney said that he's not ignoring the cell phone footage but he's determined to get to bottom of this tragedy.

The lawyer for the family express that the police are trying the public's patience.

"The family is still hopeful that the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and the city of Charlotte will release all available video of the incident to the public so that people can draw their own conclusions about Keith's death,"

More developments are on the way. Another night of unrest continues in the city.

The mayor issued a mandatory curfew for the city from 12am to 6am. The Republican governor Pat McCrory activated the national guard to restore order.

The Cop Who Shot Tyre King Bucked Others!

Tyre King was fatally shot by Columbus police after they chased him for an alleged robbery.

The need for accountability. The police need to start releasing body and dash camera footage. The Black community demands this in the wake of the fatal encounter of Keith Lamont Scott.

Cop in the freezer for shooting teen.
Over in Columbus, protesters calls for transparency are growing. The evidence shows that Tyre King was fatally shot in the back three to five times. According to the law, he was pulling the gun from his waistband.

He was shot and killed Columbus Police after they suspected him of being involved in an armed robbery. The 13 year old boy was fatally shot. He was holding a toy gun and the law claims that the gun looked realistic.

The officer Bryan Mason is in the freezer pending a state and federal investigation.

Mason was cleared of wrongdoing after he had fatally shot a man who held another person at gunpoint. He also had two non-fatal encounters. He also shot a dog after the animal bit an officer.

The public file shows that Mason had high marks on his performance.

Tyre will be buried on Saturday.

The city of Columbus plans to outfit its officers in the traffic division with cameras before the end of the year. It might take up to three years to get at least 1,400 officers on the camera says the Columbus Dispatch.

GOP Lawmaker: Charlotte Protesters Hate White People!

Republican lawmaker insults his constituents.

Rep. Robert Pittenger (R-NC) is walking back his comments about the unrest in Charlotte. The lawmaker represents the city and the suburban south. He said these comments on a foreign news channel. He insulted 1/3 of his constituents yesterday on the BBC.

When asked about the unrest in the city, Pittenger basically said that the protesters "hate white people because white people are successful and they're not."

Newsflash: There are White people involved in the protest.

This the sixth fatal shooting by the police. The police refuse to release the body camera and dash camera footage for fears it may spark more violent protests.

The family of Keith Lamont Scott saw the video. They demand the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police release the full encounter. They continue to stand firm that Keith didn't have a firearm on him.
Pittenger with Donald Trump.
The law said that a firearm was retrieved on the scene. According to the law, they were serving an arrest warrant to another figure when they stumbled across him.

The Republican Party is desperately trying to win over non White votes. Donald Trump boasts he is winning with Black, Hispanic and the youth vote. Will this set him back?

This is the deplorable behavior of the Republican Party. This is how Republicans think of President Barack Obama and Black America.

The governor Pat McCrory ordered the National Guard to Charlotte.
