Dirty cops cost Columbus, half a million.

An adult entertainer and activist sues the Ohio city and settled. The dirty cops who arrested her are facing a potential cannon firing.

Stephanie Clifford, known as Stormy Daniels was arrested last year by the Columbus Division of Police Vice Unit on the grounds of inappropriate conduct. She was arrested, fingerprinted and given a mugshot.

She was doing a promotional tour in Columbus, Ohio. The club promoting her knew that they would attract a huge crowd. The Columbus Police knew as well.

So the vice unit came in plain clothes, grabbed a couple of drinks, and watched Stormy and two other Ohio based adult entertainers perform.

When a woman placed a few dollars in Stormy's bra, she motorboated her. Then Daniels smacked her butt.

That was enough to get the Columbus Police to shut down the event. The woman involved was a plain clothes vice. She was one of the many women who stroll Columbus streets as a decoy.
Columbus Police face numerous controversies. Some include the shooting of unarmed people of color.
Daniels, who is best known for making the accusation of sleeping with Donald J. Trump and getting a hefty amount to stay quiet became a focal point in the downfall of his ex-lawyer friend Michael Cohen.

Cohen who was told by Trump to authorize the payment was charged with tax fraud and campaign finance fraud was sent to federal time out in May. He got a four year bid.

Daniels was immediately granted a hefty get out free card and immediately left Ohio.
Stormy Daniels unfazed by the criticism. She doesn't care what Trump or his supporters think of her.
Her former attorney Michael Avenatti dug dirt into why Daniels was arrested. He would soon find out that the leading detective on the vice unit was supportive of Trump and Mike Pence. He and his unit were posting anti-Black Lives Matter and pro-Trump propaganda on their social media.

Daniels had her charges dropped a few weeks later. A state and federal probe soon followed. The Columbus Police had place the unit in the freezer. Those involved were punished and the unit was disbanded soon after.

The charges against fellow entertainers Miranda Panda and Brittany Walters were dropped as well.

The dirty cops who face a possible cannon firing include, Commander Terry Moore, Lt. Ron Kemmerling, Sgt. Scott Soha, Detective Steve Rosser and Detective Whitney Lancaster.

Daniels does promotional tours for her autobiographical book. She is assisted by her new bodyguard who doesn't play any games.
