Instead Of Calling The Law, Teens Film Another Teen Being Beaten To Death!

California teen being bullied dies. Now the bullies face criminal charges.
This is what we're sending our children to school for!?

Two California teens are facing a criminal charge for the involuntary death of a fellow teen.

The teen who is named Diego was given a knuckle style chili. It knocked him off his feet.

The 13-year old teen was seen on cellphone video getting served a hot plate. It started with a slight of hand to the back of his head. Then a hot plate to the face and chest. The serving got Diego to fall backwards and hit his head against a concrete pillar.

This happened at the Landmark Middle School.

The injury put Diego in a coma. After a week of failed treatment, they declared Diego was clinical brain dead and they had to pronounce him dead. Now the teens who served him that hot plate will face charges that could be bumped to adult homicide.

The Riverside County Sheriff's department at Moreno Valley said that they're saddened by the lost of this promising teen. They promise that those involve will face criminal charges.

The family have decided to donate Diego's organs to other children as a last gift to those who harmed their son. A child who never got the experience of going to a prom, getting his driver's license, marrying a person who loved him, having children and experiencing greatness.
Landmark Middle School has tributes and memorials for Diego.
All taken away by a bunch of teens who had some form of bigotry or hatred of this teen.

Obviously in California any charges that involve assault or involuntary manslaughter are serious criminal acts. The charges could put the teens in juvie for years or if they are charged as adults, they will face up to 40 years in the iron college if convicted.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The school administration face the wrath. They were belittled by parents and students for not taking control of the situation. They believed that Diego was bullied by these individuals and school administrators didn't do much to stop it.
