| Kevin Hart suffered serious injuries in a car accident. |
One of the greatest comedians in history was almost killed after he crashed early Sunday morning.
Kevin Hart sustained serious back injuries after he crashed his 1970 Plymouth Baarracuda on the Mulholland Highway in Los Angeles County.
His friend Jared Black was driving the vehicle and lost control at a steep curve. The vehicle crashed and rolled into a ditch.
Hart and Black were taken to nearby hospital while another passenger Rachel Broxterman suffered minor injuries.
The impact of the crash crushed the roof of the vehicle and it was later taken off to release the passengers.
According to TMZ, the 40 year old comedian suffered "major back injuries" after his vehicle crashed.

A police report, obtained by US Weekly stated that Hart, "left the scene to his nearby residence to get medical attention."
Hart bought the car for his birthday in July.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) says they will do an investigation into who was driving and whether the person was under the influence of substances. They will issue citations to those involved.
We are not sure on who was the person driving but if alcohol was involved in the incident, someone will have a court date. Someone will likely have a license suspended. Someone is going to spend a night in the county lockup. Someone will have to pay for the medical costs of the victims involved. Someone will have to do some public services announcements. Any incident that traffic violations is still the same. The suspect is innocent until proven in a court of law.

Eniko said that Kevin is in great spirits and he was joking. Knowing that a serious car accident does have after effects, we can say that he is in stable condition. Kevin Hart hasn't posted any remarks on the accident.
Doctors tell the junk food media that he underwent a successful back surgery. He is expected to stay in the hospital for a few more days before he's released.

Kevin Darnell Hart is an American stand-up comedian, actor, producer, rapper and director. He is a native of Philadelphia and became a wildly successful comedian. He was previously married to Torrei Hart and haves two children with her. He is currently married to Eniko Parrish-Hart and has a child with her. Hart admitted he was a player while married and admitted to numerous affairs. He also had a drunk driving conviction on his belt.
He nearly escaped death when he drove a black Mercedes near a tanker truck in 2013. He was cited and plead no contest. He was given three years of probation.
Kevin makes an estimate of $40 million from tours, books and acting. He also released a comedy rap album under moniker known as "The Chocolate Droppa."
