Michael Avenatti Gets In-House For Now!

Former attorney Michael Avenatti gets a temporary home stay while awaiting sentencing.
Stormy Daniels' former attorney is awaiting sentencing. He was found guilty of criminal extortion, illegal wiretapping, misuse of funds, theft by deception and embezzlement. He could face 30 years in federal time out for these crimes.

He was granted a temporary in-house. He was released from federal time out because of the coronavirus. He is being placed on an ankle monitoring and is told to stay off the internet and not to engage contact with those affected by his criminal acts.

Michael Avenatti is facing a disbarment in California and New York thanks to his serving of that federal sandwich.

Avenatti became a well-known figure in the fight against Donald J. Trump. He represented adult film star and activist Stormy Daniels.

Daniels claimed Trump had an affair with her during the time Melania Trump was pregnant with her child, Barron. The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump ordered his former attorney Michael Cohen to pay off Daniels a $130,000 check to stay quiet about the affair during the presidential elections. The payoff went to a NDA (non-disclosure agreement). Daniels went forth with the allegations and was sued by Trump which is still in ligation.
Michael Avenatti and Stormy Daniels. During 2017-19, Avanetti was her personal attorney. That relationship soured after she accused the attorney of stealing her royalties and misrepresenting her.
The U.S. Department of Justice sought information into the actions of Cohen. They ended raiding his office and obtaining records in regards to Trump, former Republican booster Elliot Broidy and Sean "Softball" Hannity. The feds has criminally charged Cohen with destruction of evidence, obstruction of justice, lying to Congress and campaign finance fraud. Cohen is serving three years in federal time out.

Avenatti became a fixture on television and radio. He was marketing off his namesake.

He was involved in the allegations against Supreme Court justice Brett Kavanaugh and the former R&B singer R. Kelly. Those clients probably have dropped him after he was criminally charged.

Many of his former clients including Daniels say that he stole money from them. He owed debts. He wired money to fund his private jet, his child support and his partners businesses.
Avenatti was found guilty in federal court. He will face a moderate bid in federal time out.
Daniels soon realized she was being taken advantage of  by Avenatti when she sued the Columbus, Ohio Metro Police after an illegal arrest at a local strip club. Avanetti stole a portion of the settlement and claimed rights to her autobiography without her permission.

His former girlfriend has brought attention to his temper. He got into a domestic dispute with her during a confrontation over her spending his money.

He was criminal charged for that and took a plea deal in regards to that.

He considered running for president. Thankfully he didn't. This baggage would have damaged him and Democrats if he was the nominee.

Yeah, we know Trump got away with it. Republicans don't have any shame in what they do. As long as they're Republican, they'll support it. So if the Devil was a Republican, they'll support him.

Mind you I don't believe in religion anymore. Cause if there's a god, we would be facing a natural disaster regarding COVID-19.

Avenatti still faces state charges in California which could put him in the iron college for 20 years.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
