Comedian Jon Stewart is probably one of the most gifted talents to ever walk this earth. His satire based The Daily Show has often proven a point one too many times.

The Daily Show's crack team of writers have often go into a situation and bring the laughter and figuratively speaking seriousness of what's going on in the world.

Stewart has picked up on the controversy with the naming of the Washington Redskins, NFC franchise.

Many Native Americans are frustrated with the naming of some of America's professional teams.

Two come to mind, the Washington Redskins and Cleveland Indians. These two franchises have often displayed stereotypical and negative depictions of the American Indian.

Controversy continues with the naming of the team.

Comedian Jason Jones along with some Native American activist go to Landover to meet some of the fans. Yes, it's going to be uncomfortable.

Jones and his "Daily Show" producers interviewed the group of die hard fans, then brought them face-to-face with a group of Native Americans activists who fiercely oppose the team's name and logo.

The segment also featured an interview with team owner Daniel Snyder, who reiterated his stance that the name Redskins isn't offensive. "The name of our team is the name of our team," he told Jones. "It represents honor, it represents pride, it represents respect."

The outcry is strong and hopefully the NFL despite all the controversy from its players attacking women make one good decision this year.

The Bachelor Prince Of Hollywood Royalty Will Marry In Italy!

George Clooney marries Amal Alamuddin.

The world's most eligible bachelor is no longer on the market. The famed George Clooney marries his girlfriend Amal Alamuddin in Venice, Italy, on Saturday. His rep confirmed to the Associated Press.

Nobody saying that he's wrong for what he's done. He's just reckless in how he handled the situation. But in a life or death situation, Beavercreek officer Sean Williams didn't even know that John Crawford III was holding a toy. The controversy in Dayton continues. The FBI and U.S. Justice Department is evaluating the handling of the situation.

In the wake of the John Crawford shooting, I want to let you know some facts about this case.

Crawford was legally allowed to walk in the Walmart with the BB gun. Regardless of the firearm as long as he wasn't directing it at people, he's pretty much allowed in the state of Ohio to carry.

The open carry law in Ohio is pretty broad. It advocates firearms in the facility. Walmart doesn't have a restriction on firearms on its facility.

White extremists are proudly promoting their open carry rights in facilities. Do you hear the sirens or calls of suspicious activities going on?

And all the while, John Crawford III carrying an air rifle was gunned down by two Beavercreek officers. Didn't even get a chance to drop the firearm. The officer Sean Williams let two fly right into the stomach. Shot from a distance. Crawford didn't even approach the officer. He gets off without a murder charge. The Beavercreek city leaders and Republican attorney general of Ohio Mike DeWine pat each other on the back.

Bet ya money they'll never worry too much about these individuals in the Walmart, Kroger, Target, Kmart, Sears, Meijer, HyVee, Publix, Food Lion, Best Buy, Kohl's, Giant Eagle, Costco, Sam's Club and Walgreen's.

What's Cooking Inside The Crime Oven?

A Georgia woman wanted on credit card fraud charges was found sweating it out in an oven on Thursday, according to police.

Desma KaShay Brown, 25, is accused of using a debit card belonging to her 61-year-old housemate to order $428 worth of clothing earlier this month. The clothes were shipped to Brown's relative's home.

When the man's bank statement arrived, he called police. The man said Brown hadn't been home, and initially Thomasville Police officers were unable to locate her.

But on Wednesday, cops got a tip that Brown might be hiding out at a nearby house. They found the suspect, who is about 5 feet 4 inches tall, in a very unusual place.

“We found her curled up in the oven,” Thomasville Police detective Joey Blackburn told the Times-Enterprise.

Hot stuff.

Police said that although Brown said she'd only been hiding inside the oven for about five minutes, she was already sweating profusely.

She is charged with four counts of financial transaction card fraud, and remains behind bars at the Thomas County Jail on an outstanding probation violation warrant.

She's looking good enough to eat!

Oklahoma Man Decapitates Coworker! [NSFW]

Lunatic decapitates coworker after he was given the pink slip. He also opens up a can of worms. He was a parolee who recently converted to an Islamic Sunni.

Conservatives are in a panic over an Oklahoma man's brutal killing of a woman. The fear is that the man is an ex-convict who became a Muslim. Of course, some will automatically go into crisis mode.

The moment I heard about this, I thought initially it was a stabbing. Alas, its worse than I've thought.

Alton Nolen is being treated for his wounds after his co-worker (an off duty peace officer) put a slug in him. But the damage was done.

The man put the knife on his fellow co-worker at a Vaughn Food and Meat Packing plant in Moore, Oklahoma. He was given the pink slip. He snapped and went on a rampage. He would stab Colleen Hufford. The suspect put the wounds in her. Nolen sliced the neck and pulled the head.

He would find co-worker Traci Johnson. He was aiming to kill her too. After all he put the wounds in her and was going for the neck. Mark Vaughn, the co-founder saw the threat and put the slug in his stomach. Vaughn is a part time deputy for Oklahoma County sheriff. The actions of this man stopped a crazed man from doing more harm to the staff.

The company released a statement sending condolences to the victims of this senseless tragedy.

Okay, the FBI is looking into the possibility of terrorism (this also includes the prospect of workplace violence). Oklahoma Republican Governor Mary Fallon and President Barack Obama were notified of the situation.

Nolen was a parolee who has a long rap sheet. I guess that he was given an opportunity to get out of the iron college by working at the food processing plan. He blew it. So he snapped. He went through the front door with his car, exited the vehicle and decided to do slicing.

I mean it's horrible that this asshole done this. It's likely he's be given the gas chamber due to the severity of this.

The suspect is a Black man. The man was a Muslim. Cue the outrage meter. A Black man who murdered a White person. A Muslim extremist beheads an American. Radical Islam is here in America.

Moore, Oklahoma is the largest suburb in the Oklahoma City metro area. The area has just survived some of the worse tornado outbreaks in American history. Over 100 people parished in the outbreak.

S.C. Trooper Loses His Badge After Reckless Call! [NSFW]

The gun drawn as ex-trooper Sean Groubert goes toward vehicle. Two seconds later the law shoots unarmed Black man.

The Huffington Post and the Associated Press report that one trigger happy South Carolina state trooper is off the force after making a reckless call during a routine traffic stop.

Will the racist right agitators say that the motorist struggled for the gun with his hands up?

Will they end up saying that the cop was "threatened"?

Former officer Sean Groubert, 31, is seen in the newly released video pulling over Levar Edward Jones. The clip, which was recorded on Groubert's dashcam on Sept. 4, shows Jones getting out of his vehicle at a gas station in Columbia.

Groubert asks Jones for his driver's license. As Jones reaches into his vehicle to retrieve it, Groubert shouts, "Get out of the car!"

When Jones complies and starts to back away from the vehicle, Groubert opens fire. Three shots can be heard; Jones was hit at least once, in the hip.

"I was just getting my license," Jones says. He also apologizes repeatedly, and asks, "Sir, why was I shot? All I did was reach for my license. I'm coming from work."

"Well, you dove head-first back into your car," Groubert says. "Then you jumped back out, I'm telling you to get out of your car."

Groubert was charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature, a felony which carries a penalty of up to 20 years in the iron college, according to a news release from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.

The complaint states that Groubert "did without justification unlawfully shoot Levar Jones which produced great bodily injury or was likely to cause great bodily injury. Audio and visual recordings, as well as written statements, obtained are further evidence to indicate the shooting incident was without justification."

South Carolina Department of Public Safety Director Leroy Smith called the case disturbing.

"After my review of the facts surrounding this matter, I have determined that Mr. Groubert’s actions rose to such an extent that his employment with us must be terminated," Smith said in a statement last week. "While Mr. Groubert was within the law to stop Mr. Jones for a safety belt violation, the force administered in this case was unwarranted, inconsistent with how our troopers are trained, and clearly in violation of Department policies."

Groubert pleaded not guilty and is free after posting a $75,000 bond, according to WIS-TV. He's expected to appear in court on Oct. 24.

Jones was hospitalized for the hip injury, but has since been released. He told WIS that he hopes the incident will lead to change throughout the country.

ABC picked up the pilot to series for the 2014–15 television season.

Entertainment Weekly reports that Black-ish had 10.8 million viewers and a 3.3 rating among adults 18-49 at 9:30 p.m. The big mitigating factor here is the size of its lead-in from Modern Family (10.9 million and a 3.7)—last year’s Super Fun Night, for instance, opened to a 3.2 in this slot and quickly faded. Yet ABC points out Black-ish had the highest-ever retention of Modern Family viewers for a regular comedy debut in this slot.

Opening acts The Middle (7.4 million, 2.1) and The Goldbergs (7 million, 2.3) performed well, while 10 p.m.’s Nashville season 3 opener (5.6 million, 1.5) was down 25 percent from last year. ABC is particularly happy with The Goldbergs, since this is a new timeslot for the show on a different night—yet its rating was the 1980s-set comedy’s second-best ever.

Over on CBS, Survivor (9.6 million, 2.7) had some upbeat news: The 90-minute premiere was up a tick from last year. (While the ultra-veteran impresses in the ratings every year, it’s not often Survivor returns higher.) The 90-minute finale of Big Brother (7 million, 2.6) was likewise strong.

The American sitcom is following Emmy-nominated Modern Family. The ABC block of comedy returns Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Adam Goldberg's sophomore comedy The Goldbergs returns for season two. The Middle comes back for season five. Last Man Standing, the sitcom that appeals to conservatives returns on Friday. It's the only sitcom on the death slot that still pulls good with viewers.

Also there's a new show call Cristela. It stars Cristela Alonzo and it will feature a Mexican American family, ABC put the show on the death slot.

Eric Holder Out!

Obama's top cop is resigning. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the first Black man to hold the position is exiting after six years. Republicans are popping the corks.

Reports are coming in that the Attorney General of the United States will announce his resignation at the end of this week. The first Black top cop was the scorn of the Republican Party and the insurgency.

Eric Himpton Holder, Jr. didn't hold back his feelings towards those who broke the law. He was never shy to let the Republican lawmakers and conservative agitators have it when it comes to a testy debate.

Sources confirm with NPR the U.S. Attorney General claims that it's getting more frustrating to get things done. It was getting more adamant for him and the pressure was getting to him.

For him being the longest serving member of the Obama Administration, Holder was the target of attacks. Republicans in the House had called for his resignation numerous times. They even went as far to find him in contempt in regards to the never-ending Fast & Furious ATF scandal.

He never held back on his feelings of race in America. He once called the United States a nation of cowards in regards to the growing rift between races.

Holder and the president both shared experiences of being racially profiled. Holder even went as far to say that even his own sons were victims of racial profiling.

Holder was the 82nd Attorney General of the United States, in office from 2009 to 2014.

Holder, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama, is the first black American to hold the position of U.S. Attorney General.

Holder previously served as a judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and a United States Attorney. While a U.S. Attorney, he prosecuted Congressman Dan Rostenkowski (D–Illinois) for corruption charges related to his role in the Congressional Post Office scandal. Later, he was Deputy Attorney General of the United States and worked at the law firm of Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C.

He was senior legal adviser to Barack Obama during Obama's presidential campaign and one of three members of Obama's vice-presidential selection committee. As a result of the Fast and Furious investigation, he became the only cabinet member in U.S. history to be held in contempt of Congress.

As of 2014 Holder is one of three members of the original Obama cabinet that are still serving in their posts, the others being Tom Vilsack and Arne Duncan.

Holder is married to Dr. Sharon Malone, an obstetrician; the couple has three children.

Malone's sister was Vivian Malone Jones, famous for her part in the Stand in the Schoolhouse Door which led to integration at the University of Alabama. Holder has been involved with various mentoring programs for inner-city youths.

He is also an avid basketball fan, and the uncle of former NBA All-Star Jeff Malone.

Holder will stay on until a successor is picked. He will also continue his investigations into the shootings of Michael Brown and John Crawford III by suburban law enforcement.

A DINO, A Token And An Insurgent Fights For A Hot Seat!

Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Democrat from Louisiana facing a tougher challenge. The establishment's choice is attacking her for interacting with residents. Here's a picture of her giving a man a shot of booze. 

There's a three way race in the state of Louisiana. Embattled politico Mary Landrieu, Deomcratic senator is one of the most vulnerable candidates in the election. She, along with fellow Arkansas senator Mark Pryor, and Alaska senator Mark Begich are top targets for Republicans this year.

These three are the gun totting, oil drilling, flip-flopping, socially conservative Democrats.

These candidates are facing a Midterm battle against the Republicans and the insurgency.

The insurgency has been defiant. They managed to scalp Eric Cantor and there hoping to get rid of the Establishment's choice of candidates.

Bill Cassidy, Republican congressman from Louisiana is running along with an insurgent candidate in the fight for the seat of an incumbent Landrieu.

Under Louisiana's jungle primary system, all candidates will appear on the same ballot, regardless of party. If no candidate receives 50 percent plus one vote during the primary election, a runoff election will be held on December 6, 2014 between the top two candidates in the primary.

Rob Maness is an insurgent candidate who is actively seeking to defeat the establishment Cassidy and the embattled Landrieu. Maness was endorsed by the insurgency and that idiot former Alaskan governor. The Gun Owners Association, Senate Conservatives Fund, and Tony Perkins are saying that if you're smart you'll vote for Manes.

Cassidy resides in Baton Rouge. He has been in Congress since 2009.

Cassidy already has pissed off the insurgency. I am listening to that annoying conservative agitator's radio show where he played a clip of Cassidy saying that he would improve Obamacare, the scorn of the insurgency.

If the race was held today, Landrieu will win. But in less than 60 days, the incumbent would face the barrage of criticism from the Republicans. Already Cassidy is flinging mud over the fact that Landrieu may not be living in New Orleans.

Landrieu lives in New Orleans, the largest city in the state. Her brother Mitch is the mayor of the city and has been actively courting young voters to vote this year.

My conclusion on the battle: TOSS UP (LIKELY DEMOCRAT)

Landrieu is a tough fighter. She hopes that the Black vote turnout will once again swing in her favor.

Feds Now Involved In The John Crawford Case! [NSFW]

Beaverceek officers walk after shooting John Crawford, a man who just wanted to shop for a bb gun. 

The Ohio grand jury ruled that no charges will be filed against the Beavercreek police in the shooting of John Crawford III. That decision has triggered the U.S. Justice Department to look into the handling of the case.

One word.

Outrage!

I wake up this afternoon to hear the junk food media in my area say that the officers who shot and killed Crawford will walk.

This incident back in August ran parallel to an event in St. Louis. Two unarmed Black men who were killed by the law enforcement.

John Crawford III was a father, son and brother. He was killed by the Beavercreek police. The Ohio courts believe that actions were justified.

I get on the internet to look at the surveillance video from one angle. I see that Crawford would pick up an air rifle that was already open. I would see that he was walking through the aisles (that most people never often shop) on the phone with the rifle.

The video shows that he was in the garden center with the rifle and was still on the phone. Since there's no audio in the store, all you see was him move the left. It seems like in the video the officers with weapons drawn had already shot him.  A few seconds Crawford while still on the phone coming towards the officers. From that point, Crawford goes down.

The FBI and Justice Department will be now involved in this case. This case has now grown into a national story. This controversy is driven also by the shooting in Ferguson, Missouri where an officer shot an unarmed Michael Brown.

Eric Garner, Darrien Hunt, Renisha McBride, Jordan Davis, Trayvon Martin and now John Crawford III join the list of unarmed or unintended consequences of White justice.

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is one crooked son of bitch. He held back the footage so he bias the case. The all White jury saw the surveillance and watched Crawford go through the aisles.

The all White jury saw that Crawford was a threat. They believe it was justified.

Just like Republicans, they'll be happy to know that if a White man is in the store with a rifle, obviously they'll never call the law.

They'll only call the law on a Black man. And it wasn't even a real gun.

In August 2014, the local junk food media got us thinking that a Beavercreek Walmart was under siege. There was a mad gunman who was inside the stores. The threat was taken down and a causality came out of this. Angie Williams paid the price for a mad gunman.

Everyone was thinking that it was a great job done by the law. It turned out that it wasn't a threat. Just the ignorant actions of White people. The story was driven by the calls of an ignorant White man who wanted to be a "hero".

That a young man was walking through the store on the phone with an air rifle with a tip.
