Trump: Cruz Isn't Tough On The Border! He and "Dopey" Beck Gave Teddy Bears To Illegals!

beck 6
Donald Trump is going after Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) for handing out teddy bears and soccer balls to immigrants.

The civil war within the Republican Party has gotten uglier. The fight between business mogul Donald Trump and Sen. Ted Cruz  (R-TX) has pitted conservatives against one another.

The key states of Iowa and New Hampshire, Trump and Cruz are leading in the primary polls with Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), Ohio governor John Kasich, New Jersey's Chris Christie and Jeb Bush trailing from behind.

Many conservatives see that Trump and Cruz as the only candidate viable for them. But many establishment politicos believe that if they choose them, it could spell disaster for the party.

Cruz is gaining some endorsements. Rick "OOPS" Perry, Glenn Beck, Dana Loesh, Mark Levin, Brent Bozell, Katie Pavlich and Megyn "The Outrage Princess" Kelly had came out against Donald Trump. He's gotten strong backing from conservative agitators in the junk food media.

A couple dozen conservative agitators wrote in The National Review saying that Trump is not a conservative. Beck, Loesh, Bozell, Cal Thomas and Erick Erickson voiced concern that many agitators in the junk food media failed to vet Trump.

But could it be too late? The Trump supporters are calling them "sell-outs" and "traitors" to the cause.

The Republican National Committee chief Reince Priebus fired NR out the cannon. They were supposed to be a side sponsor to the failed NBC debate, but Priebus decided to end it for both NBC and NR. CNN will host the debate.

Trump's fiery rhetoric is destroying Cruz. Trump went after Cruz for being born in Canada and his support for immigration reform. Although Cruz is adamant against immigration reform, a couple years back he went to the border with Glenn Beck and handing out teddy bears and soccer balls.

Trump is likely going to use that to make Cruz seem like he's a hypocrite and part of the establishment.

Glenn Beck and Dana Loesh live in Dallas. They operate their television programs on TheBlaze Network. They often appear on other networks as commentators and they are the fourth and eighth most listened talk radio agitators respectfully.

Beck became one of the most high profiled endorsements for the controversial Texas senator. It was a rebuke to former Alaskan governor Sarah Palin's endorsement of Trump.

Scott Walker Couldn't Cut The Cheese!

It looks like he couldn't cut the cheese. Wisconsin governor Scott Walker announced that he will end his bid for the White House. The clown car is down to 15 candidates.

The controversial governor survived three elections. Yet, he couldn't survive an insurgent Donald Trump. The last debate performance was a disaster.

Walker was the pick of David and Charles Koch, the billionaires of Koch Industries. He was the candidate that I had the halo around. I thought this guy had the potential to be the president.

Walker saw the slide in Iowa and South Carolina. He was supposed to regain that lead. It turned out to be harder than expected.

Walker was one of the most high profile candidates to run for the bid.

Walker gained support from conservatives after he took a fight to the public sector unions.

Walker had a war chest but not enough support.

Walker never lived up to expectations on the campaign trail or the debate stage. Walker is expected to announce he is dropping out of the race Monday evening in a press conference in Madison, Wis, three Republicans confirmed.

Walker, whose super PAC raised millions, had difficulty raising hard dollar donations and couldn’t afford to maintain his large campaign staff, one of the Republicans said.
I thought they liked me!
In a CNN/ORC national poll of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents Sunday, Walker garnered less than 0.5% support, from well into the double digits earlier this year. In recent months, Walker has struggled to gain attention in a media environment dominated by Donald Trump and Ben Carson, and has found his pitch as a battle-tested reformer to be overshadowed by the desire for political outsiders.

Time reports that Walker’s swift exit from the race draws easy comparison to the 2011 withdrawal of former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty (formerly known as T-Paw), who quit the race after losing the Iowa Straw Poll and garnering just 2% in national polling in August of that year. He too struggled with hard-dollar fundraising in a crowded field. Pawlenty later said he regretted the early exit.

Walker’s withdrawal brings the record Republican field down to 14 major candidates, after former Texas Gov. Rick Perry dropped out of the race on Sept. 11.

Walker’s money trouble further highlights the limits of super PAC fundraising, which can accept unlimited dollars but cannot use them for the core functions of a campaign, such as travel costs, office rent and payroll.

Republican operatives have been warning for months that Walker’s operation had grown too large without a corresponding emphasis on fundraising. Instead, Walker’s circle pointed to the robust super PAC as a stopgap to their own lagging financials. That group, Unintimidated PAC, had already reserved more than $9 million in television ads for the early presidential primary and caucus states.
If the Democrat wins the White House, Walker might try it again. I hope not!
His exit offers an opportunity for former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush to consolidate his support among voters looking for a experienced executive. It also opens a potential avenue for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Ohio Gov. John Kasich to become darlings of those same voters, who are wary of a third Bush in the White House.

In recent weeks, Walker has resorted to ever more dramatic efforts to claim headlines and drive grassroots enthusiasm. Just two weeks ago, Walker rebranded his campaign around promising to “wreak havoc” on Washington. And on Sept. 14, launched a new assault against national public sector unions in hopes of recapturing conservatives’ imagination.

Walker, 47, rose to national prominence in 2011 when he declared war on many of his state’s employee unions, sparking months of protests and failed recall effort in 2012. Walker became the first governor in American history to survive such a challenge. He won three elections in four years, while signing into law a host of measures that endeared him to conservative voters, including Right to Work legislation and new restrictions on abortion rights.

Watching from afar, donors and activists cheered Walker and pledged financial and political support. *He was at one point a darling of the political network assembled by billionaire conservative donors Charles and David Koch.* That aid was slow to come.

So if you're looking forward to at least a Walker presence, look for his endorsement of a candidate.

But if he is to keep his political fortunes in tact, he might want to run against Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) when 2018 comes forth.

Walker's name can finally be retire from World News Today.

Oopsy Daisy!

The glasses didn't help much.

It seems like the Republican clown car had left one behind at the truck stop. It seems that the second time was really a bad decision. The biggest bad decision that former Texas governor Rick "Oops" Perry made when he decided to go for it again.

I guess the spotlight wasn't really on it. I mean he didn't make the cut yet again. CNN will host the second Republican debate and it seems like Perry wasn't ever going to take on Donald Trump.

I mean he's broke literally.

He couldn't keep any of his Iowa and South Carolina staffers paid.
Oops
At the Eagle Forum, Perry declared his ill fated journey to the White House adieu.

"We have a tremendous field – the best in a generation – so I step aside knowing our party is in good hands, and as long as we listen to the grassroots, the cause of conservatism will be too," Perry said.

"I give you this news with no regrets," Perry added. "It has been a privilege and an honor to travel this country, to speak with the American people about their hopes and dreams, to see a sense of optimism prevalent despite a season of cynical politics."
It wasn't my time.
Now that Oops is the first one to bow out, who will be next? Matter of fact, who's gonna take those supporters?

Another lower tier Bobby Jindal may find some interest in it. He was first to congratulate Perry on a failed run.

Matter of fact, Scott Walker and Jeb Bush may need some of them Perry supporters.

The Donald even wished him well. Despite the two having some bad blood.

I wonder what Perry would do next?

I am guessing he'll end up on that network with that annoying conservative agitator and Megyn.

Carly Fiorina Pissed Trump Referred Her To A Horse!

Carly Fiorina is pissed about Trump's "look at that face" comment.

The front runner Donald Trump still leading in the polls. Matter of fact, he sweeps over 35% in the national polls. While Ben Carson is polling in second at a healthy 15%, the rest of them are in the dust.

Carly Fiorina is the third place candidate in national polls. She is polling at 9% with Ted Cruz on the tail end with 8%.

Trump so far survived the pledge. The Republican Party warned Trump not to go third party or independent in his quest for the White House. They made him and the 16 other candidates sign a oath not to destroy the eventual nominee.

Trump survived the immigrants are rapists comment. He survived the POW comments about John McCain. He survived the debate. He survived the Megyn Kelly fiasco.

Will this be the nail in the coffin?

When Fiorina succeeded in the baby table debate on that network, her stock rose favorably. The second tier debate didn't bold well for a handful of candidates. Rick Perry, Lindsey Graham and Bobby Jindal, the most fiercest critics of Trump are nosediving into Rick Santorum territory.

Jeb Bush, John Kasich, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Rand Paul, and Scott Walker are barely getting the attention that Trump has gotten. Matter of fact, they are dropping fast!

Trump sucked most of the air out of the room. The junk food media and conservatives are starting to warm to Trump. The Donald is considered a serious candidate.

As for substance, he lacks that. He's basically bombastic and repetitive. Some are starting to notice.

Fiorina is one of them.

She knocked him earlier for that. Trump finally responded back to her attack on him.

In a Rolling Stone article as reported by The Hill, Trump went right into it.

"Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that? Can you imagine that, the face of our next president?" Trump reportedly bellowed while watching his Republican presidential rival on the news.

"I mean, she's a woman, and I'm not s'posedta say bad things, but really, folks, come on. Are we serious?”
LA Times mocks Trump's feuds with Megyn Kelly and Carly Fiorina.
Fiorina responded to Trump’s remarks late Wednesday on “The Kelly File” on that network, saying that “Maybe I'm getting under his skin a little bit because I am climbing in the polls.”

She added that the comments “speak for themselves.”

Trump is no stranger to accusations of sexism.

Most recently, the real estate mogul found himself in a prolonged feud with Fox News host Megyn Kelly after she brought up a few of his past remarks — mainly directed at Rosie O’Donnell — during the first GOP debate.

Trump responded by suggesting Kelly’s line of questioning was the result of menstruation. He later followed that up by retweeting a supporter who referred to Kelly as a "bimbo."

Trump knocked Fiorina for her looks. He basically said "look at her face".

Many pundits suggested that Trump called Fiorina a horse.

Trump responded back by saying he didn't take a shot at her looks. He knocked her for being a poor choice of candidate.

Conservative Outrage Over RNC Loyalty Oath!

Still leading.

How much of that donor's money been used for this "loyalty oath"?

Reince Priebus is getting tired of Donald Trump and insurgent candidates. He believes that Trump's influence on the Republican Party could damage its brand.

So in order to quarrel any attempts to go third party, Priebus is aiming to get the 17 candidates to sign a pledge to not "run third party". This is meant to stop Trump from running a third party.

The pledge reads:

I, _______, affirm that if I do not win the 2016 Republican nomination for President of the United States I will endorse the 2016 Republican presidential nominee, regardless of who it is.
I further pledge that I will not seek to run as an independent or write-in candidate nor will I seek to accept the nomination for president of any other party.

I mean who's to stop him?

Regardless of whether he signs it or not, I don't believe any Republican should sign it. I think they will cave to the party politics. Matter of fact, most candidates consider themselves as "outsiders" and the such.

So why do you want to kiss and make nice with the very insiders who look at your campaign as a joke?

I mean they really want Trump, Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, Ted Cruz and Rand Paul out of the race.
Republican chief trying to squash Trump and Cruz before they become the nominee.
The party leaders hate them as candidates. They believe these clowns could make the party too extreme for independent voters.

The conservatives are outraged over this. They believe that this is an attempt to line up an establishment candidate.

Republicans are having a hot mess on them. The insurgent candidates are leading in the national polls. Trump, Carson, Fiorina and Cruz have lack of experience.

Trump is still the front runner despite his feuds. Everyone was writing him off during his ongoing feuds with NBC, Macy's, Mexico, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Rick Perry, Rand Paul, Megyn Kelly, Jorge Ramos, Anthony Weiner and Rosie O'Donnell.

Many speculate that the Trump backlash has not affected his poll numbers. For you see, he's still in the lead and it's stomping the Republican insiders.

Suspect In Texas Deputy Killing Caught! Who's Gonna Take The Blame?

Texas deputy Darren Goforth was gunned down in a callous act of violence. The suspect caught. Now that the suspect is caught, who will actually be blamed for the death of the lawman?

This is getting old. I am so freaking tired of explaining this. Gun crimes are happening every day.

America's biggest threat is domestic terrorism. We have experienced over 35,000 known incidents where people were shot or killed by firearms this year.

Nothing is getting done about this. For every killing of an unarmed suspect, a victim of a crime, or those in law enforcement and military, we seem to always have some form of judgement to why this stuff happens.

The junk food media is debating the shooting death of a Texas lawman. A deputy was at a local gas station when the suspect, a Black male murdered him on sight.

Now that the law caught has the man who was involved in the shooting death of a Harris County, Texas deputy, who are they going to blame for this tragedy?

A) BARACK OBAMA
B) BLACK LIVES MATTER
C) CONGRESS
D) NRA
E) THE SHOOTER
F) ALL OF THESE ABOVE

Okay, if you picked E, then you're absolutely correct. If you picked the other answers, you're wrong.

The fault of this criminal act solely lies on the feet of the suspect. No one else.

Of course it doesn't stop the blame game from occurring. The shooting death of Darren Goforth has the nation talking. The Texas deputy was filling up at a Houston Chevron gas station. Out of no where, this man comes up and shoots him at point blank range. He managed to empty out his firearm.

He would take off in a Ford truck and make the escape. The law would catch the suspect. He was taken into custody.

Shannon Miles was nabbed for the shooting of a Texas deputy.
It didn't take long for the sheriff of Harris County to blame Black Lives Matter for the actions of a man who they knew had issues with the law. Matter of fact, they want to tie the protest movement to a Black extremist group such as The New Black Panthers.

According to their intelligence sources, saying "pig roasting" is considered code for cop killing.

We don't know the motives of this suspect. He's caught and will face a court date soon.

It's kind of funny that the right blames Black Lives Matter. Did Black Lives Matter blame all White people for a former television celebrity who was caught sexually assaulting children?

Did Black Lives Matter blame all White people for the numerous run-ins for a man who managed to beat a murder of a unarmed teenager in Sanford, Florida?

Say if you have a man who shot up a Louisiana movie theater or a Charleston church, we don't automatically assume that they're conservatives. Matter of fact, conservatives do not want people to blame them for these tragedies.

But if one Black person commits an act of violence, it's the fault of all.

Well then, if a White person commits an act of criminal violence on the law or media, it will automatically be blamed on Republicans, conservatives and the insurgency (aka TEA PARTY).
Embedded image permalink
This is the usual word vomit of white extremists.

Yeah, blame the protesters who felt that Sandra Bland's death in police custody was suspicious.

Blame the protesters who witness a cop slam the head of teenage girl on the ground after a pool party going awry. Yeah, it's protesters' fault for the cop to pull out a firearm on the unarmed teens.

Blame the protesters who believed that a rookie officer's judgement call killed Taylor Christian.

The suspect 30 year old Shannon Miles, of Houston was booked on capital. He will face the gas house if convicted. He is innocent until proven guilty.

Of course, that doesn't seem to matter to the critics. The suspect is automatic guilty. Nevermind the court of law, he's a Black guy. The Black Lives Matter and Barack Obama inspired this thug.

What do you expect from the racist right?

While we are quick to blame, did you know that two officers lost their lives in the line of duty?

Let me remind you again. The Line of Duty.

Everyone believes you can live a healthy life as a police officer. They think it's watching COPS on Spike Television. They think it's like Mike and Carl from Mike & Molly. They believe it's like Law & Order. They think the controversial Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke is actually patrolling the streets with a vigilant eye.

Newsflash: Being a cop is a thankless job. Many officers don't get praised for their work. They only get praised when they are killed. They get praised when they are given positive media coverage. They work long tireless days and night making sure their precinct isn't caught up in a scandal. They are public servants.

They're human too. They lie too.
Mass outpouring to deputy who was gunned down.

When police complain about Blacks never telling, you might want to finger them for not telling too.

They are good cops. It's too bad the bad cops set the example.

The Black Lives Matter movement doesn't condone the killing of police.

And while the concern trolls were chasing the newest blame de jour,  the killing of two officers in Louisiana were talked about for a brief moment.

Harrison Lee Riley is a Black suspect who murdered a woman and a lawman. Sunset Police Sergeant Henry Nelson was gunned down responding to an aggravated assault on three women. One of the women Shameka Johnson lost her life to this suspect stabbing her multiple times. The suspect took off in a person's car and crashed it into a business. He would exit his vehicle and run into the business. He would barricade himself in this business until the law ordered him out. He gave up peacefully. The St. Landry Parish Sheriff will throw the book at this criminal. Riley is innocent until proven guilty.
These lives were lost to senseless violence.
Kevin Daigle is a White suspect who killed a Louisiana state highway patrol and a roommate. The suspect was caught by Calcasieu Parish Sheriff after he was on the run. Before his act, he got into an heated argument with his roommate Blake Brewer. He killed him with a sawed off shotgun. He would also take the victim's truck. He gets intoxicated and takes off in the ride. He was pulled over by state trooper Steven Vincent. The suspect would back up into the patrol vehicle. He would jump out and put three in the face of trooper Vincent. He would then flee towards Lake Charles. He was busted before reaching Texas. He is facing capital and second degree. Daigle is innocent until proven guilty.

Ryan Arnold is a White suspect who shot his pregnant girlfriend.  Hayley Nicole Hill was severely injured in this event. The law confirms that she lost her child. She is fighting for her life. The suspect threw her out the vehicle. He would crash his ride. He would exit the ride and run towards a man working on his truck. He ordered the man to start the vehicle and get it moving. The law would eventually meet up with them. The suspect told Paul Donald Davis to ram it. The law would put the lead in them. Paul was hit by the lead. The suspect was also hit by the lead. They both were caught and treated for their injuries. The suspect is in custody. Arnold is innocent until proven guilty.

Let's not forget the officers who lost their lives in Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio and Florida.

It was overshadowed by the tragic killing of WDBJ news anchor Alison Parker and cameraman Adam Ward. Soon this will be overshadowed for the next mass murder tragedy.

I am clearly understanding that all lives matter.

White people don't understand the Black Lives Matter movement. They think it just a grievance of Black lives only. They're entitled to their opinion.

The movement is about police brutality against Black suspects in the United States. It's also sparked by the law not indicting those involved. The movement is also sparked by the media's negative portrayal of unarmed Black suspects.

World News Today send our condolences to Darren Goforth, Henry Nelson, Shameka Johnson, Blake Brewer, Steven Vincent, Alison Parker, Adam Ward, Hayley Hill and those lost in senseless firearm tragedies.

We send our prayers to Vicki Gardner and Paul Davis.

Trump: Kentucky Made A Mistake In Choosing Rand Paul!

Still leading. He put Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) on blast. Donald Trump said how the hell can a candidate for president run for senate as well. He knocked Paul for being a part of the system that creates his huge lead.

The Donald has single handily made life challenging for Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), Rick Perry, Carly Fiorina and Jeb Bush.

These were the candidates who called out Trump. Apparently it didn't stop the momentum.

Trump is top tier along with Ben Carson and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) are leading in the polls.

Polls don't mean shit. Until the delegates are distributed to the winning candidate, we'll see who can make the cut. So far, it seems like the herd is beginning to thin out!

Matter of fact, Perry is having a real "OOPS" moment. The former Texas governor was a strong candidate back in 2012. But the infamous debate performance where he couldn't name the government agencies he would eliminate damaged his brand severely. Even the hipster glasses aren't motivating. Trump called him a moron who thinks he's smart because he wears glasses.

Paul on the other hand got the yokels in his state talking. People are wondering, why the hell is he running for president and yet still running for the U.S. Senate. He's also a candidate on the Kentucky ballot for reelection. Unlike Florida, you can run for both offices in the state of Kentucky.

Trump hit Paul for his two ambitious campaigns. [Like John McCain], our politicians are all talk, no action. They're all the same. Our politicians have let the vets down. Rand Paul has let the vets down. He has let the vets down. You know, I don't blame him. He is doing so poorly in the polls so he attacks [me] -- you know, hey, look, I've been attack now by Perry of Texas. And he went peeing like a rocket ship except in the wrong direction. I was attacked by Lindsey Graham. And he had two points. Now he has zero. Now, Rand Paul has very few points. But I think he's going down, too. I will say one further thing about Rand Paul then let's not waste a lot of time. But Rand Paul is using the people of Kentucky.

Either run for Senate and do a good job or run for president. You don't run for president and by the way, if I don't make it, I will become your senator reluctantly. If I were somebody -- a good, strong Republican from Kentucky, I would run against him in a heartbeat. And you would win. Because the people of Kentucky are being used by Rand Paul. Now, think of it. They're saying is, oh, if he doesn't make it, we will take him. That's not the way it works. The people of Kentucky should get a senator that wants to represent them, not a senator where it's a backup plan. So, if I was in Kentucky, I would run against him. Believe me, I would win.

Rubio, a first term senator is retiring to focus solely on running for the clown car.

Even the network devoted to calling Iran the state sponsor of terrorism tried to trip the Donald.

But it motivated conservatives to denounce the network and support Trump.

Many candidates and agitators said that Trump is a side show and entertainment. Clearly ignoring the fact that he could end up being our next president. Trust me, we laugh now. But if he wins, I bet some of these people will cry later.

The Iowa State Fair had a first. A presidential candidate who allowed his supporters and others ride with him in his helicopter.

Clash Of The Egos: Trump Eases Up On Megyn Kelly For Now!

Still leading in the polls. The Donald settles feud with the network that gave him a reason to believe President Barack Obama's birth certificate being forged.

The feud with the network that believes Hillary Clinton will end up in federal time out has made peace with The Donald.

Donald Trump and Chief Roger got into a discussion room and worked out their differences. The differences was its star anchor Megyn. For you see this little dust up gotten a whole lot of media attention.

Megyn The Outrage Princess came under heavy criticism from conservatives for giving Trump a pointed question at the train wreck in Cleveland. Over 24 million people watched 10 candidates word vomit Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton's name over 100 times. The kiddie table was watched by 7 million. The remaining candidates were debating to a nearly empty Quiken Loans Arena.

Megyn faced some death threats and calls for her to not moderate any other debates.

The question was a trip up on his controversial statements about women. Trump basically blasted her for giving him a question that has no place in the real discussion.

So for the last week, Trump has went on every network to discuss his latest attack on Megyn.

He said that she had blood pouring out her eyes and whatever. Some called it a jab at woman's menstruation and found it to be sexist.

Some were writing off his campaign. Matter of fact, RedState founder Erick Erickson tried to isolate Trump from the gathering in Atlanta.

Then Jeb Bush, Scott Walker, Rick Perry, Carly Fiorina and Rand Paul got their chance at attacking Trump. So far, Carly rose up, while Bush, Walker, Perry and Paul all took nosedives.

Chief Roger settled with Trump.
The nosedive is so bad, Perry is almost broke. He is hiring volunteers and limiting his stops. Some are predicting he may be the first man out!

Paul the most fiercest critic, labeled Trump, a "phony" conservative and a plant for Hillary's reelection bid. Paul who was considered 4th place is now in 8th place.

None of this stuff worked.

Even Hillary made a jab at Trump and it took her down a notch. Now the concern trolls are crowing over the fact that Bernie Sanders is leading in New Hampshire according to one poll.

The network that devotes 80% of the news reports to Hillary's personal server was about to go to war with the controversial business and media mogul.

All of that was settled. But at what cost?

Megyn being thrown under the bus. Some insiders believe that the matter was a shouting match.

Brian Steler of CNN's Reliable Sources reported that they will never talk about it but it was pretty ugly. On the ensuing phone call, there was "very blunt" talk from both sides, including Ailes' warning of war, two of the sources said.

There was an "instant understanding between two titans that this was over," one of the sources said. Trump wouldn't apologize, Megyn wouldn't apologize, but both sides would move on.

Trump tweeted about the phone call right afterward and said he'd been assured that "'Trump' will be treated fairly".
Megyn lead the 9pm spot. She got promoted to the spot. That annoying conservative agitator was demoted. He's been bitter about it since. He and Steve Doocy's Playhouse got access to Donald Trump. Trump's appearance on the 10pm show drew more than Megyn.
The sources for this story contradicted New York magazine's assertion that Chief Roger called Trump repeatedly and "begged" the candidate to tweet that they'd settled their feud. "Neither of them would beg for anything," one of the sources said.

For you see, Trump went to the most annoying conservative agitator's program for his interview post Megyn. It drew in ratings and gave him the victory. You know that that annoying agitator is still pissed that he was demoted to the 10pm spot after being on that spot for 16 years. He was taking glee in watching Megyn take heat from critics.

The 10pm show rakes in less than 800,000 viewers in the money demo. Megyn's 9pm show takes in 2.4 million in the money demo. The money demo is 25 - 54 age group. People usually watch the 10pm local agitator than that annoying conservative agitator.

Megyn was rated one of the best in Mediaites Best of  2014. That annoying agitator overwhelmingly became the worst media personality to ever host a show. He is right on his way for a second title.

Trump is still leading in the national polls. Its leveled off but so far, the largest lead is still active.

So if sexism, racism, calling him a liberal and shaming of veterans couldn't stop him, what will stop Trump?

Rookie Who Shot Christian Taylor Fired Out The Cannon!

Federal probe launched into the death of unarmed suspect.

When Brad Miller was answering a disturbance at a car lot, he managed to do something some called a reckless call. The reckless call killed Christian Taylor. Now he's gotten fired out the cannon for it.

Chief Will Johnson said officer Brad Miller used poor judgment when he decided to open fire on Christian Taylor during a late-night call at an auto dealership, reports AP. Taylor was moving toward the officer when he was shot multiple times, but the chief says there was no physical contact between the men. Police audio reveals that officers were on the scene about two minutes before the shots were fired, reports ABC News.

The 19-year-old, who played football for Angelo State University, allegedly drove his vehicle through the front window of the dealership after breaking the windshield of a car there. “This is a extraordinarily difficult case,” said Johnson, per the Dallas Morning News. “Decisions were made that have catastrophic outcome.” The case is expected to go before a grand jury to determine whether Miller will face criminal charges.

Insurgent Rises!

After trailing in the past polls, Carly Fiorina surged up to becoming a front runner.

Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson and Carly Fiorina are the front runners in the Republican clown car. This news is a blow to Jeb Bush, Scott Walker and John Kasich.

But once again, why do people believe polls?

Polls don't mean shit.

Until the delegates are distributed to the candidates, you're not seeing any of the candidates drop out.

The conservative and liberal agitators on the AM radio are debating over that hot mess of a debate.

Over 24 million viewers watched this hot mess of a debate. Out of the debate came a rise in the polls for three candidates who were trailing. Trump has taken a lead despite Republicans complaining about his attack on Megyn The Outrage Princess.

This is the aftermath of the hot mess they called a Republican debate. Many conservatives thought Megyn tried to "set up" Trump with the question about his sexist responses to critics such as Rosie O'Donnell.

Chief Roger went to smooth out the tension between Trump after he blasted the network that calls Barack Obama a "socialist".

Now the first debate, called the Kiddie Table (or Happy Hour) debate was former HP executive Carly Fiorina's night. She managed to win the debate. She was complaining about Trump and Hillary Clinton. And now she's taken to front runner status.

Her rise in the polls along with Stallmigo Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) are a surprise.

Just a few days ago, Republicans were saying that it's over for Trump.

Nope, it's not over until he self-inflicts himself.

Terrorist Massacred His Family In Houston!

The jealous lover massacres entire family. This terrorist David Conley murdered his ex-girlfriend and the whole family. He is being held in Texas lockup on a capital belt. He will face the gas chamber if found guilty.

We don't often talk about mass shootings that occur in the events of domestic violence. Just another day at the office. Congress will not react to this. Just like the shootings in Ferguson, Lafayette, Chattanooga, Charleston, Baltimore, Chicago, and Nashville, it reminds us that mass shootings are daily routine in the United States.

Gun control will never come up. The mass shootings in Newtown, Aurora, Boston, Tucson, and even in Washington, DC have not moved the Congress to passing a background check law.

Valerie Jackson.
Amy Schumer, famed comedian was touched by the Lafayette shooting. That event happened when a terrorist who held extremist views went into that movie theater. That extremist murdered two and injured nearly a dozen of people before he put a slug to his head.

She called for stricter background checks. It was largely ignored by the media.

This act in Houston, Texas is an act of terrorism. No matter how you put it, this suspect was likely to carry out this attack. Some may say he was a "nice guy" and "depressed". Whatever. He could have just moved on. But sometimes, you can't and that's why these events happen.

The victims were spread out in all bedrooms, shot to death, some multiple times, authorities said.

The victims' ages ranged from 6 to 50 and included a woman, her husband and six children, according to Cannon.

Dwayne Jackson.
They are Valerie Jackson, 40, and Dwayne Jackson, 50. The children are Nathaniel, 13; Honesty, 11; Dwayne, 10; Caleb, 9; Trinity, 7; and Jonah, 6.

World News Today will make sure that these issues get covered. We send our condolences to those lost in this senseless tragedy.

Okay, a mass shooting happened. A man broke into his ex-girlfriend's home and massacres everyone from toddler to adult. He got caught and will face the music.

This man is facing a capital belt. He will likely face the gas house in this case.

Once again the mentally insane and firearms comes to mind. The man held the law at bay for hours before he would finally exit peacefully.

What had happen was the family was warned that he would threaten to kill them. They decide to change the locks. One night he tries to come over to find out the door was locked. He snapped.

So he would break a window and enter through the home. Of course he was strapped and he immediately started to put slugs in each family member's head.

With a welfare check due, the law heads to the home. They noticed that something wasn't right. They saw a dead body of a child on the floor. They would break down the door. The suspect now identified as 48 year old David Conley. He tried gave the law a lead sandwich. They retreat and call for backup.
This madman killed his ex-girlfriend and her entire family.
The swat came to the home and waited for a move. They plead to the suspect to give his ass up. He finally realized he ain't got nothing to lose. So he was apprehended peacefully.

This terrorist's motive appears to be related to the mother of the children, who had a past relationship with him, Harris County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Tim Cannon said.

"Once again, a senseless tragedy has struck our community," Cannon said. "Our hearts go out to the family and friends of those lost."

He is held in the lockup without bail.

Two Trump Cards Blast Megyn Kelly!

Trump blames Chief Roger for the set up question. He vows to not quit.

It was all good until that question came out....

Now the Donald has fired campaign advisor Roger Stone and is making a play for GOP Sundays to defend his statements about a certain conservative agitator who supposed to be a straight shooter.

Some conservatives go to the defense of Donald Trump. The conservative Craigslist is running the now viral video of two Black women go all bitch on Megyn The Outrage Princess.

Donald Trump is facing heat for comments about sexism. These two women went right into the controversial debate. The network that probably gonna call these two Black women "pinheads" ran with this set up question.

Of course this question goes back to the former host of the Apprentice saying some nasty words about Rosie O'Donnell back a decade ago. O'Donnell who joined The View in 2006 to 2007 and briefly returned in 2014 to 2015 was in a feud with Trump.

O'Donnell mocked the business mogul on his reaction to give a contender for Miss America a second chance after embarrassing herself in the junk food media. O'Donnell blasted him hard. Trump hit her harder and this feud has been on since.

Republicans are feuding with one another over the Trump effect. The controversial business and media mogul is leading in the polls. Many of the agitators have said that "he's done" but the polls say otherwise.

To make this clear, the conservatives are fighting with one another.

Donald Trump is tapping into this anger and is using it to his advantage.

On that note, here's a few other goodies that the conservative Craigslist left for the racist right to click on. I mean without "race stories" how would Matt Drudge stay relevant?

Your thoughts on the matter?

Clearly, Trump is a front runner and it's causing a huge concern for both Republicans and Democrats.

Republicans are more concerned that they could face a thumping if they force Trump into a spoiler bid. I mean it's hard to determine how this controversy helped or hurt Trump. But since he's the "it" candidate in the clown car, many Republicans are fearing that his impact will destroy their chances.

Matter of fact, you heard from Rand Paul, Scott Walker, Lindsey Graham, Rick Perry, Jeb Bush and Carly Fiorina. They had an opinion on the matter.

Trump responded back and hit them hard. When responding to Jake Tapper, Trump said.

"Carly Fiorina.  OK, give me a break.  She's got - she's got zero chance," he said.
Jake Tapper asked why did he believe so many conservative commentators are saying that they don't believe your explanation?

Trump fired back. "Because they want to be politically correct. They want to get points.

I'm leading in the polls by a fortune.  They wouldn't - by a tremendous margin.

They wouldn't have had - do you think they would have had 24 million people watching that show if I wasn't on?  If I wasn't on that show, Jake, in all fairness - and I say it in all due modesty - you would have had two million people, not 24 million people.  And you can ask any expert about it.  But 24 million people was not there to watch Carly Fiorina or Jeb Bush, that - or Lindsey Graham, who, by the way, has zero in the polls.  I mean, he's been my biggest critic, and he has zero in the poll and, by the way, came to me asking for campaign contributions and everything else.  People don't say that.  Perry of Texas, he started attacking me quite viciously, and he went down in the polls,"

Christian Taylor's Death By The Law Sparks Outrage!

Christian Taylor's death by the law sparks outrage. By the way, he flashing a peace sign. Not a gang sign trolls!

Arlington, Texas rookie officer is in the freezer after he put four into an unarmed man. This is another event where the law uses deadly force and it's attracted the attention of the junk food media.

Christian Taylor was a 19 year old man who crashed his car through a car dealership. He was acting erratically when the law showed up.

According to the law, they answered a burglary call. The arrive to see Christian acting like he was on something. The officer report says that he charged at the officers, and struggled for the firearm. Then of course, the officer used deadly force.

The rookie, Brad Miller claimed that he used deadly force because it was "no choice". He was hired to the force in September and was being on training duty when this occurred. So Miller had no experience.

But a surveillance shows a different story. Matter of fact, there were some surveillance shows that the officer did something that some considered a reckless call. We also have a YouTube user who posted that in the audio you can hear in less than 1.3 seconds, you hear Miller put the slugs in him.

The surveillance on the property shows every thing except the moment Christian was shot.

He was a student at Angelo State University. He was a member of the football team. He had minor run-ins but nothing that considered him a danger to the lives of the officers.

The chief of Arlington Police Will Johnson said that the FBI will interview the officers and determine whether the call made by Miller is considered criminal.

The racist right will automatically defend the law. They will say that based on actions (i.e. being on drugs, criminal past, traffic convictions, etc.) the unarmed suspect deserved to die.

But in his last social media posts, he had posted this. It's been retweeted over 15,000 times.

Christian was well liked on the campus. His friends and family described him as a "jokester",

He had graduated from Mansfield Summit high school. He only had one item on his record, which was six months deferred adjudication for possession of hydrocodone, according to The Dallas Morning News. The charge, a misdemeanor, was dismissed when he finished his probation.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Taylor Christian. Me and S. Baldwin will continue to follow the developments in this controversy.

DeRay McKesson said that he doesn't want to show up to these events. But as long as this stuff continues, he has a purpose. And I strongly believe that he is making an impact on the social media. Matter of fact, he and Bree Newsome are becoming civil rights icons.

Today marks one year since the Michael Brown death.

The Republican Debates Were A Hot Mess!

**DRUDGE POLL** WHO WON THE FIRST REPUBLICAN DEBATE '16?

Oh, this is a disaster. Donald Trump and the other nine contenders were spending most of their time attacking Hillary Clinton, President Barack Obama and one another. Trump was the focus of most of the barbs.

This was a memorable debate to say at least. Trump didn't disappoint. When Bret Beier, Megyn The Outrage Princess and Smirking Chimp Chris Wallace went into the question about an independent run, everyone but Trump raised his hands. That got a boos, applause and chants of plant.

And of course it set for about two hours of finger pointing, complaining about liberals, Obama bashing, Clinton bashing and jabs at the moderators.

Not all candidates got an opportunity to speak. Yeah, this is what happens when you're bottom tier.

Just like the first debate. It lack substance. It lack charisma.

It was like listening to Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Ann Coulter, and Michael Savage.

It was a train wreck.

Who won the night?

I don't know.

Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Chris Christie, Rand Paul were by far the most violate. John Kasich, Scott Walker, Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee tried to be humble but missed the mark.

Okay, and the debate is a dud. In my opinion, I felt they spent too much time on issues that we all know where they stand on. They failed to talk about some major issues. This was a disaster.

HILLARY CLINTON - Too Much
BARACK OBAMA - Too Much

The Circus Comes To Cleveland!

A crowded room. Marco Rubio, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, Jim Gilmore, George Pataki, Rick Santorum, Lindsey Graham, Carly Fiorina, Mik Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump, Scott Walker, John Kasich, Ben Carson, Chris Christie and Rand Paul will all meet in Cleveland to see who's going to bring up Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama's name the most.

The Republicans will gather in Cleveland for a trial run. The city is hosting the 2016 Republican convention and nomination. And it's the first city to host the Republican debates. There will be sanctioned nine debates. The chief Reince Priebus was pissed that they've held 20 debates and it created a mess. The fewer the better, right!

NOPE. It's a mess. Some of the candidates are crying foul. The network that claims that President Barack Obama gives free phones to people in Cleveland will host a forum and then the big debate.

The candidates are complaining that the network is looking for ratings rather than advocating candidate policies.

Matter of fact, the debate could generate up 20 million viewers through the network, radio, social media and print. One reason is the biggest target in the room. That target is a real estate and media mogul.

Here's the rundown. The junior league and the majors.

The junior league has candidates who are considered second tier. Joining the list of second tier is the pouting mouth former Texas governor Oops. Rick "Oops" Perry didn't make the cut. Perry, Bobby Jindal, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Rick Santorum, George Pataki and Jim Gilmore will do the minor league debate.

It will be held today at 5pm.

The big league who are considered the top tier. Joining the list of top tier are Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, John Kaisch, Rand Paul, Chris Christie, Scott Walker, Jeb Bush, and Donald Trump.

Of the latter, some were contributors to the network.

Kasich was a host of Heartland. Left the network to successfully become governor of Ohio. Host of the Republican debate and convention.

Huckabee was a host of Huckabee. Left the network to run again.

Santorum was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run in 2012 and 2016.

Carson was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run.

Of the latter besides Kaisch, some are currently governors. Christie, Walker, Jindal, and Kasich are term limited and they won reelection handily despite being extremely controversial lawmakers.

Of the latter besides Huckabee and Santorum, some are perennial candidates running. Perry, Gilmore, Fiorina, Huckabee and Santorum have tried to run for higher office. Perry successfully won three terms as governor of Texas but failed at winning the nomination. Gilmore won a term as governor but failed in winning the nomination for president and nomination for senator. Santorum won as congressman and senator but failed in winning the nomination for president. Huckabee won two terms as a governor but failed in winning the nomination for president. Fiorina is a failed nominee for the senate.
It could be the most watched debate ever.
Some are considered political dynasty. Paul is the son of perennial candidate Ron Paul, a former Texas congressman. Bush is the son and brother of the 41st president George H.W. Bush and 43rd president George W. Bush.

Some are considered the establishment. Bush, Kaisch, Graham, Gilmore, Pataki and Christie are the establishment.

Some are the new generation. Jindal, Fiorina, Carson, Cruz, Rubio, Paul and Walker are the new generation of conservative politicos according to the agitators.

Some are of the religious right. Jindal, Huckabee, Santorum, and Carson are extremely religious.

Of the latter, Donald Trump is the only one who doesn't want to practice. He believes that being told what to say and being political correct will be disastrous. The Republicans will zoom in on him because of accusations of being a plant.

Republicans will meet at the Quiken Loans Arena for the debate and the Republican nomination.

What will be the topics they'll discuss. Okay get a glass and start drinking because obviously there will be mentions of policies, name-drops, fear tactics, and baseless lies. If you look at the list of what I believe will be discussed given that the network that's hosting the debate, you clearly know what's coming up.

HILLARY CLINTON
BARACK OBAMA
DONALD TRUMP
THE US-MEXICO BORDER
THE IRANIAN NUCLEAR DEAL
PLANNED PARENTHOOD
ABORTIONS
ISRAEL
ISLAMIC STATE
MARRIAGE DEFINITION
OBAMACARE
BENGHAZI
BILL CLINTON
SAFETY NET
RONALD REAGAN
LIBERAL MEDIA ACCUSATIONS
GUN RIGHTS
KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE
ENERGY
MILITARY READINESS
NORTH KOREA
SANCTUARY CITIES

I would be surprised if this comes up.

GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN
HUMAN TRAFFICKING
PAID FAMILY LEAVE
CUBA
HIGHWAY FUNDING
VETERANS CARE
GRAND JURY DECISIONS
EBOLA
VOTING RIGHTS
POACHING ENDANGERED ANIMALS
BLACK LIVES MATTER
POLICE REFORM
WORK ACROSS THE AISLE
OBESITY IN CHILDREN
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES
HEROIN
LEGALIZATION OF MARIJUANA

The debate is on. Are you watching it?

Third Rail!

The word on the street, the Veep might run for the White House. Vice President Joe Biden is thinking about running.

Speculation is strong for a third run says some washed up columnist. The Vice President of the United States could be signaling another perennial bid for his boss's office.

Vice President Joe Biden is currently debating whether he can join the race.

If he joins the race there will be six candidates in the blue clown car. There are currently 17 candidates in the red clown car.

Former Virginia governor and perennial candidate Jim Gilmore decided to run again.

Now the network that inspires potential extremists is hosting a Republican political debate in Cleveland. The 17 clowns are trying to bonk one another. The second-tier bitched about not getting noticed in the media. The network gave them an opportunity to duke it out without the fanfare.

They will have their debate at 5pm and then the big clowns including Donald Trump will have theirs at 9pm. How interesting that reality television and business mogul managed to become the lead in.

While Hillary Clinton is still the clear leader. The concern trolls are trying to muddy her up so she can't face the potential clown in the Republican race.

She would clearly beat every candidate in the Republican clown car. But to the concern trolls, she's falling fast. The migraines believe that Hillary's emails are destroying her chances.

They've tried this stuff with Martin O'Malley. He's just a blip in the race. Same with Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee. They are not even getting media attention . So they watched Bernie Sanders run and gave him the media attention. He hasn't cracked the bar. So now, here's Joe.

Maureen Dowd is running her mouth through a keyboard. She made the claim that a bedside Beau Biden told his father to make another play for the White House.

Now Vice President Joe Biden is 72 years old. He is currently the president in the Six Power talks. He's been a big player in the U.S. Senate. While he's not getting much attention in the junk food media, his ratings are relatively modest. By him not being mentioned in the news and the death of his son, he's rose to 50% job approval. He and his boss President Barack Obama are comfortably in the high 40s in job approval.

He's behind the scenes trying to stop the Republican fear factor. The fear is this Iranian nuclear deal. The world supports it. Only Republicans, a few spineless Democrats and religious extremists hate the idea.

Perennial candidates are failed experiments. They gain traction only to be slaughtered in the primaries and general election.

John McCain, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney didn't get the message. They learned the hard way. It's just plain fact. The world hates them.

So when you hear about Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Rick Perry, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, and Jim Gilmore running again, you shake your head! Let them know that if you couldn't beat Barack Obama, what makes you think you can win?

The Law Blames ICE For An Illegal Killing An Ohio Woman!

A Latino outreach group said the real issue was Juan Razo's mental illness, not the status of his green card.
The racist right found its newest boogeyman. Another illegal immigrant who murdered a woman. Donald Trump still riding comfortably in the polls and Republicans are now pushing for stricter laws towards illegal immigration.

That network that scares White folks with stories of Blacks looting liquor stores, immigrants crossing the U.S. border, Muslim prayer rugs, and stories about President Barack Obama is hosting an event on Thursday in Cleveland.

Seventeen candidates running for the Republican nomination.

Junior league.

Rick Santorum - Perennial candidate Officially Last Place
Rick Perry - Perennial candidate Gov. Oops
Jim Gilmore - Perennial candidate Second To Last Place
Carly Fiorina - Perennial candidate iCarly, The Wanna Be Hillary
Mike Huckabee - Perennial candidate Huckleberry Hound
Lindsey Graham - First time Gomer Pyle
George Pataki - First time Dick Dasterdly
Bobby Jindal - First time Piyush Indian Tiger

Big league.

Rand Paul - Son of a perennial candidate and Stallmigo second-in-command
Marco Rubio - Hip-Hop Republican and third flank Stallmigo
Donald Trump - The Apprentice
Scott Walker - The Koch Curd
Jeb Bush - The son and brother of a Bush
Benjamin Carson - The Only Real Black in the Room
John Kasich - Gilligan on Dingleberry Island
Chris Christie - Big Bully
Ted Cruz - Looney Toon and Leader of the Stallmigos

Ten Republicans are going to be on stage. The other seven will be on the stage during an earlier taping.

Donald Trump is ahead of Scott Walker and Jeb Bush. The media and business mogul is running high in the polls. This clown running is the insurgency's newest sensation. He is a straight shooter on issues but many point out that he offered no detail and it's extremely controversial.

It's going against the establishment. The establishment was embarrassed by the antics of Trump, Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz.
They say this is a historical first. There are 17 active candidates running for the Republican nomination.
Reince Priebus is trying to bring more people into the 90% White party. He doesn't want Republicans to lose this presidential election. He is trying to not step on the third rail and cause a rift. Trump warned the Republicans not to cross him. He threatened to be a spoiler.

This immigration discussion came into play. The issue is now being discussed. The Democrats want to help immigrants become U.S. citizens. They are pushing for comprehensive immigration reform.

Previously the senate passed reform with bipartisan support. But it died in the House.

Now Republicans on this pro-nationalist stance wanted to pass the Kate Steinle law. The law is to put immigrants who commit any form of criminal act in federal time out for five years. The law will also strip funding from cities that Republicans claim are sanctuary cities. The bill died in Congress.

Republicans blamed the Democrats for failure of leadership. It helped them win back Congress. Looks like the Republicans are the ones who are failing in leadership.

Now as Congress is about to leave Washington for their umpteenth vacation, many people are saying that the Republicans are so inept, it's possible the senate could flip back to Democratic control.
Blame game.
But as Republicans scramble for seating, guess what's happening in Ohio. The indictment of an illegal immigrant who murdered a woman. The law had their sights on him. But they blame the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency for letting the ball drop.

CNN reports that Juan Razo pleaded not guilty this week to an attempted murder charge stemming from a violence-filled July 27 that also included a woman's killing, an attempted rape and a shootout with officers in Painesville, Ohio.

Okay, for the concern trolls, who are they gonna blame for the tragedy?

A) Barack Obama
B) Mexico
C) Congress
D) Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency
E) The Suspect
F) All of The Above

If you picked E, then you are correct. The fault of a criminal acts always belongs to the person who committed the crime. It's not the fault of the president, another country, or other entities.

Congress and the president should work together to pass a bipartisan bill to deal with immigration.

The suspect Juan Razo is innocent until proven guilty. He is granted a fair trial among the citizens. He doesn't automatically go to jail and then gets deported. He has an opportunity to face the victims of the criminal act. He also has a right to appeal a decision. Razo does have a right to have an interpreter.

In addition to allegedly shooting and wounding a woman in the arm, police said that Razo, 35, attempted to rape his 14-year-old niece hours before he shot and killed Margaret Kostelnik, a 60-year-old woman who, according to CNN affiliate WEWS, was the secretary for the mayor in nearby Willoughby for nearly three decades.

He will face those charges at a preliminary hearing Monday, the Lake County prosecutor's office said.
Republicans want to strip funding from cities that help immigrants.
Through an interpreter and his court-appointed defense attorney, Razo admitted at his bail hearing that he had no license, no identification, no passport and that his birth certificate was in Mexico.

"I have somebody who we don't know who he is, why he is in this country, why he is here illegally and why he allegedly committed a murder," fumed Judge Mike Cicconetti.

"I can't set a bond high enough."

HOLA, a Latino outreach organization based in Ohio, said it was "distraught and deeply saddened by the (alleged) violent acts committed by Juan Razo," but it said the real issue was Razo's mental illness, not the status of his green card.
Margaret Kostelnik was an assistant to the mayor of Willoughby.
"Juan Razo was not a random illegal alien. His father is a U.S. citizen who has worked in the fields for 40 years. He filed documents for his children over a decade ago and Juan Razo was a beneficiary with an approved petition who has been 'standing in line' for his green card for over 12 years. Thus, this is not an issue about immigration, rather it is about the problems associated with adults with mental illness."

When two Lake County sheriff's deputies approached Razo on July 7 while responding to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked near a golf course, he "was extremely nervous, sweating profusely, and making every attempt to avoid eye contact," Dunlap said. "When questioned, he provided a false name, was unable to give any type of identification, and he admitted to being in the United States illegally."

But because no crime was committed, and Razo had no criminal record, Dunlap said he lacked the authority to detain him, so he said a deputy called the agency that did: U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That's when Dunlap said Razo became uncooperative.
Satirist blames President Barack Obama for this. He is unaware that immigration reform hasn't been fixed in fifty years.
"As the conversations (between Border agents and Razo) progressed, Razo became less and less communicative, and he would not again admit to the Border Patrol, as he did to the deputies initially, that he was in the United States illegally," Dunlap said Friday. Because he lacked the legal authority to do so, Dunlap said his office "requested the Border Patrol to issue a detainer/hold authorization to keep Razo in custody... (but) Border Patrol would not issue a detainer."

"Without legal authority to further detain Razo, he was released."

But the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees U.S. Customs and Border Protection, said that it was the agency that lacked the authority to detain Razo, and points the finger back at the sheriff.

"Border Patrol agents interviewed this individual via telephone at the request of the Lake County Sheriff's Office ... during that interview, Razo was uncooperative and the agents were unable to determine his immigration status," the statement read. "Without such a determination, the agents had no legal basis to file a detainer to hold the subject. Although the agents offered to meet with the deputies on site and interview the subject in person, the offer was declined and the subject was released."

DHS said that Razo's lack of a record -- and the fact that he had been in the United States so long -- meant he wasn't a top priority.

"The (Obama) Administration has set enforcement priorities to make sure our resources are focused on apprehending and removing convicted criminals, gang members, recent border crossers and the most significant threats to public safety and national security."

Republican frontrunner Donald Trump used Steinle's death to push his campaign's tough stance on immigration, including building a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border. It appears the Razo case would be no different.

"This is a clear indication of why we need a strong wall protecting our border," read a statement CNN affiliate WEWS obtained from campaign spokesman Corey Lewandowski. "Mr. Trump is an outspoken critic of illegal immigrants coming over our borders. That's why it's so important to have a wall that is impenetrable."

HOLA disagreed.

"We are disappointed to see leaders exploiting this tragedy to promote a political agenda," it said.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Margaret Kostelnik.
