Road Closure In West Kardashian!

Reality hits Kimye.
Could this be the end of reality television?

We already put one of them inside the White House.

Although E! Network says that production will resume shortly, I won't be surprised. The main attraction is probably leaving the show and it will lead to collapse of a longtime favorite junk food media show.

E! Network may eventually announce the news that Keeping Up With The Kardashians will be cancelled after Season 12. The news isn't hardly a surprise but given how this was a dominate force in the junk food media, it's a cautionary tale of what happens when the cameras are focused on your daily life.

In October, Kim Kardashian West was robbed at gunpoint in Paris. This happened a few hours after she posted on social media her plans, her property and her lackluster of knowledge to the area.

The robbers made off with over $10 million in property and tied the reality television agitator up and sacked her in the bathroom.

Since the robbery, she fired her bodyguard and publicist for the incident. She had not posted on social media since October 2nd and hasn't made any public appearances. Even on her birthday.

Her husband, rapper/producer/bitch boi Kanye West isn't doing any better. His album The Life of Pablo wasn't his masterpiece. He had a huge fallout with many in the rap community.

West has praised the controversial billionaire/racist/sexist/pussy grabbing/immature/reality television manchild who is about to your next president.

West has attacked Wiz Khalifa, Amber Rose, Jay-Z, Queen Bey, President Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Kid Cudi and his fans before he had a nervous breakdown.

West postponed his concert tour while he is being treated.

Scottie and Larsa Are Enjoying A Banana Split!

Scottie Pippen fouled out with his wife Larsa.

It looks like Scottie Pippen and his wife Larsa are divorcing. The couple been together for 19 years.

His wife was a reality star on the short lived Real Housewives of Miami.

The two decided it's time to move forward with their lives.

"After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect. She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for their family."

Scottie married Larsa in 1997. Pippen, 51 and Larsa 42 were spotted together at the New York Fashion Week last month. Their daughter Sophie is a model at the children's fashion show.

TMZ confirms that the NBA great is hiding in Florida after this.

Pippen was previously married to Karen McCollum. He had a son with her. He also has two other children from other ex-girls.

Pippen was a small forward for the Chicago Bulls. He was part of the "Dream Team" and carries 6 rings as the NBA Champions.

He is good friends with Charles Barkley, Michael Jordan and Karl Malone.

Sheltered Life In West Kardashian!

The reality of being a celebrity has Kim Kardashian thinking it's not all that's it's cracked up to be.

It's going to be a quiet birthday for the most talked about reality star in the world. Kim Kardashian-West turns 36 year old today. The celebrity agitator hasn't been on social media since October 2. The Paris robbery really rattled her and it's sure seems like she's heading for a low-key lifestyle.

All her public appearances were cancelled indefinitely.

This bit of drama wasn't reality television. This was actually reality. Kim and her family were appearing at Fashion Week in Paris. Kim and her family were having a good time in Paris and decided to stay at the Hotel de Pourtales.

While her bodyguard Pascal Duvier was with Kourtney and Kendall, Kim went to bed early.

About 2am, five men on bicycles grabbed a man who worked at the hotel. The man was held at gunpoint and ordered to unlocked the security doors. As he was hit in the head and handcuffed, they go to the room where Kim was staying at.

They forced their way into the room and grabbed Kim out of her bed. They held a gun to her head.

They tied Kim up and she begged them not to kill her. They didn't kill her, they gagged her and thrown her into the bathroom. They shut the door and rummaged through her stuff.

They managed to steal her personal phones, her jewelry all totalling over $10 million.

They were caught on camera escaping into the darkness.

Around that time, her husband, rapper/producer Kanye West was performing in New York. He abruptly stopped the show and left for France. After the incident, the family went back to New York under heavy security. Kim decided to skip the Las Vegas B-Day show and Kanye for the time being is still continuing his concert tours.

CBS news program 60 Minutes decides to air the Kim Kardashian interview in which she openly said that she can handle the pressure of being in the limelight.

Were the thieves enticed by the social media from Kim?

Okay, I am going to be blunt about the social media. I would never post anything valuable online.

I would never let people know that I am leaving for vacation on social media. I would never post any pictures online while I'm gone out of town.

I would never post pictures of my relationships online.

I am pretty jealous of people who post on social media. I don't want to waste my time looking at that stuff. I have enough issues to worry about.

Here's her guest appearance on Last Man Standing in which Mandy (played by Molly Ephraim) meets her idol at a bookstore

Bonus feature: Kim's appearance on 2 Broke Girls. When Max (played by Kat Dennings) and Caroline (played by Beth Behrs) were opening up their cupcake store, Kim makes a purchase.

Reality Hits Kim K!

The celebrity agitator was allegedly robbed while in Paris, France. We haven't gotten all the details about the controversy, but Kim Kardashian-West is pretty shaken up by this.

Husband, rapper/producer/celebrity agitator Kanye West abruptly cancelled his performance to handle a major "family emergency".

Kardashian-West was jacked up by two men who portrayed themselves as police officers. They were armed and they weren't playing games. They took an undisclosed amount of properties.

As Kanye West was performing in New York he would kill the music and say to the fans, "I'm sorry...I'm sorry, family emergency. I have to stop the show!"

Fans were left speechless wondering if this was a stunt or for real.

Apparently it was real...

Now if Kim K. was robbed of her properties, I am assuming that the robbers will sale the photos and videos of her to tabloids for a hefty sum.

The celebrity agitator was in Paris at their Fashion Week.

HLN Loses Nancy Grace!

Nancy Grace announces her departure from HLN.

The courtroom agitator who has hosted her program for nearly 13 years is about to say goodbye to the network.

Nancy Grace announced that she will leave HLN in October. She had gotten her start on CourtTV before striking it on CNN and then its sister network HLN.

She told the executives that her departure will be on October 13. She will focus on digital content programming.

"This fall, I'll be leaving HLN, my longtime TV home, with a full heart and endless gratitude," Grace said in a statement Thursday. "The network has been my extended family for nearly a dozen years, and I am proud of the amazing work we've produced together."

The host of one of HLN's most popular shows went on to say, "We created an unparalleled platform that gave crime victims a voice and succeeded in helping to find missing people and spotlight unsolved homicides."

Grace, a native of Macon, Georgia, came to her career via a personal tragedy.

She was only 19 when her then-fiance, Keith Griffin, was murdered. After his death, she abandoned her studies in Shakespearean literature to seek a career in law.

After graduating from Mercer Law School and completing an LLM in constitutional and criminal law at New York University, Grace became a special prosecutor for the Fulton County District Attorney's Office in Atlanta.

Her reputation handling high-profile cases in Atlanta courts caught the attention of Court TV executives, who put her on air and eventually created "Cochran and Grace," which she co-hosted with Johnnie Cochran of O.J. Simpson trial fame.

She became known as a tough-as-nails advocate for crime victims on her eponymous nightly show.

Her coverage of the Casey Anthony trial, in which Anthony was accused and eventually acquitted of the murder of her young daughter Caylee Anthony, helped make Grace even more of a household name.

The fame also made her a target for parody.

Grace told CNN in 2009 that she didn't mind the "Saturday Night Live" sketches or You Tube videos that poked fun at her.

"It's very flattering that they would think enough to make fun of me," she said. "I want [rapper] Eminem to make fun of me, but I don't think it would be very nice."

Grace, who will leave in the fall when her contract ends, did not share specifics about her next venture. She did say, "I will continue my fight for justice across a variety of traditional and new media, where victims' voices can reach an entirely engaged audience."

In an internal note to employees, CNN executive vice president Ken Jautz celebrated Grace's time at HLN, CNN's sister network.

"Nancy has worked tirelessly on behalf of the missing and exploited for more than a decade on HLN," he wrote. "She gave a voice to the voiceless and we are extremely grateful for her contributions to the network. During her remarkable career at HLN, she led the coverage of two of this century's most talked about and infamous trials, Casey Anthony and Jodi Arias.

A Spoon Could Be A Murder Weapon!

The juice is squeezed.

Somethings are better left back where they were left.

The knife that drove the junk food media back to Brentwood, Los Angeles turned out to be not the weapon used in the 1994 killing of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said that the knife doesn't have any trace of Simpson's DNA. Matter of fact, the former officer who held on to the knife has a credibility issue.

Forensic investigators conducted DNA and other tests on the blade after it was turned over to Los Angeles police within the last few months by a retired LAPD motorcycle officer.

The retired officer told investigators he had been given the knife by a construction worker, who in turn claimed to have found it on Simpson‘s property in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles when the house was being torn down in 1998.

“We don’t know if it’s a hoax, but there’s no nexus to the murders, based on the testing we’ve done,” LAPD Captain Andrew Neiman said in an interview.

O.J. Simpson the famed football star and television actor was acquitted of the murder.

The murder of Nicole and Ron led the nation to the slow speed chase, the Trial of the Century and the gloves that didn't fit which lead to Simpson being acquitted.

Simpson was found liable for the deaths of Brown Simpson and Goldman by a civil court jury in 1997 and ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages to the victims’ families, a judgment that has remained largely unfulfilled.

Simpson's infamy came to a end when he decided to take actions into his own hands.  In 2008, he was caught up. Now he's serving a 33-year bid in the iron college. He is eligible for parole in 2017.

Simpson is sitting in a Nevada iron college was found guilty of burglary and aggravated assault after he and his buddies roughed up a collections dealer.

Back To The Brentwood!

The infamous smirk on O.J. Simpson.

The junk food media is returned back to Brentwood, Los Angeles for the speculation.

A man turned over a knife to the Los Angeles Police Department. That knife was located on the old property of a former football star who was acquitted of murder.

Many believe that the knife could be the murder weapon used in the 1994 murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman.

The development conjured up a cast of characters from the trial that gripped the nation's attention in the mid-1990s: Remember the televised slow-speed chase of O.J. Simpson in the white Bronco? His all-star legal team? The glove that did not fit? Judge Lance Ito?

And who can forget the ongoing crusade of Goldman's outraged family against Simpson, who is now imprisoned in Nevada for armed robbery and kidnapping in a separate case.

Emotions still burn fiercely about the case and its underlying issues that sound remarkably familiar today: race, justice and policing in America.

The O.J. Simpson murder trial was one of the biggest tabloid courtroom drama in American history.
Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman were found stabbed to death and the murder weapon was never found.
Simpson, a former NFL football player/actor/media mogul who was accused of murdering his estranged wife and her friend.

Simpson was found not guilty in the murder of Nicole and Ron. That case divided among racial and political lines. Many in the Black community at the time believe that O.J. was being railroaded by a White jury.

Whites believed that O.J. used his fame and his high profile attorneys to buy his way out of murder.

Robert Shapiro, Robert Kardashian, Alan Dershowitz, Johnnie Cochran and F. Lee Bailey became household names. Kardashian's celebrity gave way to his ex-wife Kris. Of course the Kardashian name comes well with the main act Kim Kardashian-West. It also gave celebrity to sisters Khloe, Courtney, brother Rob and their half sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Mark Fuhrman: I Didn't See Anything Wrong With SC Cop's Handling Of Teen!

That right wing network brings out the ex-LAPD detective Mark Fuhrman. This is the guy who once called Blacks standing at a corner a bunch of "Niggers with beady eyes". He's giving his take on the brutal takedown of teen by SC deputy.

While the nation condemned the deputy for doing the act, there's only one network devoted to saying that the takedown was justified.

Mark Furhman, the disgraced Los Angeles Police Department detective gives analysis of the now viral video of a South Carolina deputy dragging a teen across the classroom floor.

Fuhrman gain notoriety for being the caught saying racial slurs about suspects. He was accused of perjuring himself during the O.J. Simpson murder trail. His perjury charge helped Simpson beat a murder rap.

Fuhrman was forced to retire. After he left the LAPD, he took to becoming a conservative AM agitator who does a podcast. His rhetoric attracts White extremists. Fuhrman is watched by the Southern Poverty Law Center.

He appears on that network that concludes that #BlackLivesMatter is a "murder group". Fuhrman who took refuge in White extremist haven of Idaho, made some uneasy comments about the situation.

“I’ll tell you why it’s not excessive,” Fuhrman said. “He verbalized, he made contact, he verbalized, he was polite. He requested her. He verbally did that.”

“The next level is he put a hand on her,” he continued. “She escalated it from there. He used soft control. He threw her on the ground, he handcuffed her. He didn’t use mace. He didn’t use a Taser. He didn’t use a stick. He didn’t kick her. He didn’t hit her. He didn’t choke her. He used a minimal amount of force necessary to effect an arrest.”

This is the network that claims that Barack Obama embraces "radicals" and supports the murder of "law enforcement".

With that coon cop David Clarke, Bo Dietl and now the racist dick Fuhrman all appearing on that annoying conservative agitator's program, it's appears that they're siding with Richland County sheriff's deputy Ben Fields brutal take down of the teen.

The sheriff is determining whether he may fire Fields out the cannon.

Would you want that done to your child or perhaps you?

By the way, did you know that Fields has a Black girlfriend?

This is what the concern trolls are bringing up. Again deflecting the reason to why the nation is outraged over the fact a man would put his arm and hands around a teen. Distracting from the fact that on camera, the man would slam the teen on the ground and drag her across the classroom floor.

UPDATE: BEN FIELDS WAS FIRED OUT THE CANNON. THE VIDEO SHOWS EXCESSIVE FORCE WAS USED IN THE TAKE DOWN. FIELDS IS BANNED FROM RICHLAND COUNTY SCHOOLS AND MIGHT FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES.

Media Matters and Raw Story got the goods on this bonehead.

BREAKING: Bill Cosby Drugged Women!

Cosby was one of the best American TV dads. Now the embattled entertainer admits he's drugged women and raped women.

The devastating news about entertainer Bill Cosby comes out. It's true that the famed comedian drugged nearly three dozen women and had sex with them. This news was broken by the AP and the junk food media is reporting it.

I just finished listening to Michelle Miller of CBS do a report on it. She almost teared up in her report.

Bill Cosby admitted in 2005 that he got quaaludes with the intent of giving them to young women he wanted to have sex with, and that he gave the sedative to at least one woman and "other people," according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.

That woman and a second woman testified in the same case that they knowingly took quaaludes from him, according to the unsealed documents.

The AP had gone to court to compel the release of the documents from the deposition in a sexual abuse lawsuit filed by former Temple University employee Andrea Constand — the first of a cascade of sexual abuse lawsuits against him. Cosby's lawyers had objected on the grounds that it would embarrass their client.

Cosby settled that lawsuit under confidential terms in 2006. His lawyers in the Philadelphia case did not immediately return phone calls Monday. Constand consented to be identified but did not want to comment, her lawyer said Monday.

Cosby, 77, has been accused by more than three dozen women of sexual misconduct, including allegations by many that he drugged and raped them in incidents dating back more than four decades. Cosby has never been criminally charged, and most of the accusations are barred by statutes of limitations.

Cosby, giving sworn testimony in the lawsuit accusing him of sexual assaulting Constand at his home in Pennsylvania in 2005, said he got seven quaalude prescriptions in the 1970s. The lawyer for Constand asked if he had kept the sedatives through the 1990s — after they were banned — but was frustrated by objections from Cosby's lawyer.

"When you got the quaaludes, was it in your mind that you were going to use these quaaludes for young women that you wanted to have sex with?" lawyer Dolores M. Troiani asked.

"Yes," Cosby answered on Sept. 29, 2005.
Cosby's legacy is like Ghost Dad.
"Did you ever give any of these young women the quaaludes without their knowledge?"

Cosby's lawyer again objected, leading Troiani to petition the federal judge to force Cosby to cooperate.

Cosby later said he gave Constand three half-pills of Benadryl, although Troiani in the documents voices doubt that was the drug involved. The two other women who testified on Constand's behalf said they had knowingly been given quaaludes.

Three of the women accusing Cosby of sexually assaulting them have a defamation lawsuit pending against him in Massachusetts. They allege that he defamed them when his agents said their accusations were untrue. Cosby is trying to get their case thrown out before discovery.

Cosby had fought the AP's efforts to unseal the testimony, with his lawyer arguing the deposition could reveal details of Cosby's marriage, sex life and prescription drug use.

"It would be terribly embarrassing for this material to come out," lawyer George M. Gowen III argued in June. He said the public should not have access to what Cosby was forced to say as he answered questions under oath from the accuser's lawyer nearly a decade ago.

"Frankly ... it would embarrass him, (and) it would also prejudice him in eyes of the jury pool in Massachusetts," Gowen said.

U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno asked last month why Cosby was fighting the release of his sworn testimony, given that the accusations in the Temple woman's lawsuit were already in the public eye.

"Why would he be embarrassed by his own version of the facts?" Robreno said.

Cosby resigned in December from the board of trustees at Temple, where he was the popular face of the Philadelphia school in advertisements, fundraising campaigns and commencement speeches.

That's 36 to 40 women who claim that Cosby had claimed that the entertainer had drugged them and had sex with them. A handful of them are suing him.

Each of these lawsuits are aimed at the entertainer.

The statue of limitations may have stopped the law from cuffing him, There's going to be state laws eventually passed in his honor.

Here's what's worse in this whole ordeal. His name will be forever sealed in this. We'll still give him props for his charity, his entertainment legacy and his thoughts on Black America. But are you willing to see all that's given, are you willing to forgive him?

Cosby admitted to taking advantage of women. I don't think Cosby will recover from this controversy.

Most of the ones who accused him are White women. Automatically doomed.

His lifetime of work from movies, sitcoms, animation and comedy have now collapsed. His marriage is probably doomed and no one wants to associate with him anymore.

Cosby's charitable work will now be questioned. Cosby's doctrines on family values are ignored. His public speaking tours are gone.

NBC cancelled all ties to Cosby last year after he kept denying it. At the time he was facing less than 10 women. Now he's bottomed up towards 40 women claiming that he's raped them.

You're thoughts on this?

Ray Rice's K.O. Scandal Has NFL Under Fire!

Longtime commissioner to the NFL may soon shake after it was revealed that the knockout punch on Janay Palmer by ex-NFL runner Ray Rice was seen by some higher ups.

The scandal surrounding the NFL "not knowing" about running back Ray Rice's assault on his then fiance (now wife) at an Atlantic City casino is the talk of the nation.

The junk food media is picking sides once again in this debate over domestic violence in the sports industry with some agitators calling pairing it with  "O.J. Simpson" and "the bitch deserved it".

Earlier this year, Ray Rice and his girlfriend Janay Palmer were arrested and charged with assault after a physical altercation at Revel Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Celebrity news website TMZ posted a video of Rice dragging Palmer's body out of an elevator after apparently knocking her out.

The celebrity agitators obtained even more damning video of the punch that could be felt across the bandwidth. The blow knocked her unconscious. The incident became a prominent controversy after TMZ released a video of the encounter, which led to an NFL policy change regarding how it handles domestic violence cases.
Janay Palmer-Rice and Ray Rice speak out on the scandal. Janay stands by her man.
At first the NFL suspended Rice for two games during his term with the AFC Baltimore Ravens. It soon was revealed that the NFL's call to suspend him for such a few was scandal enough.

When the video hit the internet, the world was lit up. The NFL had no choice but to lay the hammer on Rice. First his contract with the Ravens was terminated. The league suspended Rice indefinitely.

The grand jury had indicted Rice on third-degree aggravated assault, with a possible jail sentence of three to five years and a fine of up to $15,000.

Roger Goodell the commissioner of the NFL talked to CBS News agitator Norah O'Donnell about the revelation of the video.

Goodell denies that he's seen the video and hopes that this experience along with numerous other scandals will eventually die down. He is drafting new rules for NFL stars, coaches, owners and fans.

What's your thoughts on this scandal?

Be warned the video is disturbing.

20 Years Ago: The OJ Simpson Murder Case!

The "Trial of The Century". 20 years ago marks the OJ Simpson murder trial.

Man it's been that long!

I remember I was in the my high school classroom back in the Spring of 1994 when the OJ Simpson trial was going on.

Everyone was glued to the public courtroom trial of Orenthal James Simpson. He was accused of murdering his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman.

This trial was so polarizing and divided people among racial lines. Simpson was found not guilty in the murder but liable for their deaths. For about nearly 12 years, OJ Simpson was a free man. But his misfortunes came to court yet again when he was accused of robbing a group of men in Las Vegas.

He was sentenced to 9 to 33 years in the iron college. He is currently working on a new trial.

Many Americans believe that Simpson got away with murder. Many Black people were happy about the decision.

Did you happen to see the infamous white Ford Bronco chase on a Friday night in June of 1994?

The Bronco permanently entered American popular culture on June 17, 1994, when a white 1992 model owned and driven by Al Cowlings with O. J. Simpson, who was wanted for the murders of his ex-wife and her friend, attempted to elude the Los Angeles Police Department in a low-speed chase.

I bet that over millions of people were glued to their televisions with some jumping in the street cheering him on. It would be one of the most memorable moments in my young life.
Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman both were murdered by a butcher knife.
Watching a former football star and part time actor flee the Los Angeles Police with a gun to his head.

The O. J. Simpson murder case (officially the People of the State of California vs. Orenthal James Simpson) was a criminal trial held at the Superior Court in Los Angeles County, California, that spanned from the jury being sworn in on November 2, 1994, to opening statements on January 24, 1995, to a verdict on October 3, 1995.

The former professional football star and actor O. J. Simpson was tried on two counts of murder after the deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and a waiter, Ronald Lyle Goldman, in June 1994. The case has been described as the most publicized criminal trial in American history.

Simpson was acquitted after a trial that lasted more than eight months.

Simpson hired a high-profile defense team, initially led by Robert Shapiro and subsequently led by Johnnie Cochran, and which also included: F. Lee Bailey, Alan Dershowitz, Robert Kardashian, Gerald Uelmen (the dean of law at Santa Clara University), Robert Blasier, and Carl E. Douglas, with two more attorneys specializing in DNA evidence: Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld. Los Angeles County believed it had a solid prosecution case, but Cochran was able to persuade the jurors that there was reasonable doubt about the DNA evidence (a relatively new form of evidence in trials at the time)– including that the blood-sample evidence had allegedly been mishandled by lab scientists and technicians – and about the circumstances surrounding other exhibits.

Cochran and the defense team also alleged other misconduct by the Los Angeles Police Department. Simpson's celebrity and the lengthy televised trial riveted national attention on the so-called "Trial of the Century". By the end of the criminal trial, national surveys showed dramatic differences in the assessment of Simpson's guilt between most black and white Americans.

Later, both the Brown and Goldman families sued Simpson for damages in a civil trial that came to a total of $40 million. On February 6, 1997, a jury unanimously found there was a preponderance of evidence to hold Simpson liable for damages in the wrongful death of Goldman and battery of Brown.

The Los Angeles court upheld a renewal of the civil judgment against him.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the families of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman.

Zimmerman's Wife Lets Him Walk!

Wife of acquitted shooter won't press charges against him after domestic dispute.

Shellie Zimmerman may have to "Stand Her Ground" if her husband George becomes a threat to her safety.

Breaking today, the junk food media is covering the controversy with the acquitted shooter George Zimmerman. He and his wife were in the news today after there were reports of him threatening his wife and father in law with a firearm.

The Associated Press reports that even though threats were made upon her life, Shellie Zimmerman won't press charges against this man.

The sobbing wife of George Zimmerman called 911 Monday to report that her estranged husband was threatening her with a gun and had punched her father in the nose, but hours later she decided not to press charges against the man acquitted of all charges for fatally shooting Trayvon Martin.

Lake Mary police officers were still investigating the encounter as a domestic dispute, but no charges had been filed Monday afternoon. George Zimmerman, wearing a flannel shirt, baseball cap and with sunglasses on, left the home after being questioned by police.

Shellie Zimmerman, who has filed for divorce, initially told a 911 dispatcher that her husband had his hand on his gun as he sat in his car outside the home she was at with her father. She said she was scared because she wasn't sure what Zimmerman was capable of doing. But hours later she changed her story and said she never saw a firearm, said Lake Mary Police Chief Steve Bracknell.

For the time being, "domestic violence can't be invoked because she has changed her story and says she didn't see a firearm," Bracknell said.

On the 911 call, Shellie Zimmerman is sobbing and repeating "Oh my God" as she talks to a police dispatcher. She yells at her father to get inside the house, saying Zimmerman may start shooting at them.

"He's threatening all of us with a firearm ... He punched my dad in the nose," Shellie Zimmerman said on the call. "I don't know what he's capable of. I'm really scared."

She also said he grabbed an iPad from her hand and smashed it. Her father also declined to press charges, the police chief said.

Police officers could still build a case based on surveillance video from cameras outside the house and also video from the squad cars of officers who responded. Florida law allows police officers to arrest someone for domestic violence without the consent of the victim.

Police spokesman Zach Hudson said the estranged husband and wife were blaming each other for being the aggressor and that police officers were sorting through their accounts.

Shellie Zimmerman in her divorce filing last week said she and her husband had separated a month after he was acquitted of any crime for fatally shooting the 17-year-old Martin in Sanford, not far from where Monday's investigation happened.

Shellie Zimmerman asked the dispatcher to send an ambulance to check her father out. A fire department ambulance arrived at the house but nobody needed to be transported, Hudson said.

"The call went out as a 911 call that Mr. Zimmerman was threatening them with a firearm," Hudson said.

"We're trying to see if that's true or not."

In her divorce petition, Shellie Zimmerman asked that her husband pay for a permanent life insurance policy with her named as the beneficiary, according to a divorce petition made public last week.
Asshole can't keep out of trouble.

In an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America" that aired last Friday, Zimmerman said her husband left her with "a bunch of pieces of broken glass" after the acquittal. She said he only stayed in their house three or four nights since the trial ended and that they even tried counseling. But she moved out Aug. 13.

"I have a selfish husband and I think George is all about George," she said.

George Zimmerman and his lawyers have made no public statements on the divorce proceedings. An email to Zimmerman's lawyers weren't immediately answered. But lead defense attorney Mark O'Mara was at the home.

Neighbors and other onlookers gathering to watch.

George Zimmerman's brother Robert Zimmerman Jr., tweeted that "we've learned from GZ case not to `jump to conclusions,' to wait for facts, & to avoid speculation. `News' is a business – not your friend."

Last month, Shellie Zimmerman, 26, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor perjury charge for lying about the couple's finances during a bail hearing following her husband's arrest after Martin's shooting.

George Zimmerman, 29, said he acted in self-defense when he killed Martin and the polarizing case opened up national discussions on self-defense laws and race. Martin was black. Zimmerman has a white father and Hispanic mother.

Shellie Zimmerman was sentenced to a year's probation and 100 hours of community service. Her husband did not attend the sentencing hearing in the Sanford courtroom.

Zimmerman has been involved with a domestic case at least once before. In 2005, Zimmerman's former fiancee filed for a restraining order against Zimmerman, alleging domestic violence. Zimmerman responded by requesting a restraining order against his then-fiancee.

Since his acquittal, Zimmerman has gotten a speeding ticket in Florida and was pulled over on suspicion of speeding on a highway near Dallas but not ticketed.

Forney police stopped Zimmerman as he drove west on U.S. 80, about 20 miles east of Dallas. A police dashcam video released July 31 shows an officer interacting with Zimmerman and letting him go with a warning.

The officer can be heard saying, "Just take it easy. Go ahead and shut your glove compartment. Don't play with your firearm."

Although the officer's comments indicated Zimmerman had a gun, a weapon can't be seen and it's not clear that he had one. However, Zimmerman had a concealed weapons permit in Florida that would be also recognized under Texas law. The gun used in Martin's shooting remains in the custody of the federal government, which is looking into a possible civil rights case.

One would think that the man who got away with murder would stay out of the spotlight. Nah, not this guy!

He doing all his bad publicity in either a flannel shirt or a hoodie.

Zimmerman is considered one of the most hated individuals in America. He ranks right up there with people like O.J. Simpson, the Kardashians, and Florida native Casey Anthony.

Anthony the young mother who was acquitted of murdering her daughter Kaylee. She hardly puts herself in the spotlight. She's often caught in either Florida or Ohio with bodyguards in tow.

O.J. Squeezed!

The troubled celebrity may get some time off for good behavior.

The troubled celebrity is getting a pass. He's granted parole. And of course it's going to be the talk of the nation. The guy who most figured got off with murder is now about to get his walking papers.

O.J. Simpson, the former football star acquitted in the murder of Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman has spent over three years in the iron college for armed robbery.

The Juice was a player. He was married twice and has more children than I've thought. Simpson married Marguerite L. Whitley. Together they had three children: Arnelle L. Simpson (born December 4, 1968), Jason L. Simpson (born April 21, 1970), and Aaren Lashone Simpson (born September 24, 1977).

Simpson would divorce Whitley. He would later marry Nicole Brown. They had two children, Sydney Brooke Simpson (born October 17, 1985) and Justin Ryan Simpson (born August 6, 1988).

In 1989, Simpson pleaded no contest to a domestic violence charge and was separated from Nicole Brown, to whom he was paying child support. They divorced in 1992.

Before the George Zimmerman and Casey Anthony trials there was the People vs. Simpson.

The People of the State of California vs. Orenthal James Simpson was a criminal trial held in Los Angeles County, California Superior Court that spanned from the primary jury being sworn in on November 2, 1994 to opening statements on January 24, 1995 to a verdict on October 3, 1995.

The former American football star and actor was tried on two counts of murder following the June 1994 deaths of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Lyle Goldman. The case has been described as the most publicized criminal trial in American history.

Simpson was acquitted after a lengthy trial that lasted over eight months which was presided over by Judge Lance Ito.

Simpson hired a high-profile defense team initially led by Robert Shapiro and subsequently led by Johnnie Cochran and also included: F. Lee Bailey, Alan Dershowitz, Robert Kardashian, Gerald Uelmen (the dean of law at Santa Clara University) and Carl E. Douglas with two more attorneys specializing in DNA evidence: Barry Scheck and Peter Neufeld. Los Angeles County believed it had a solid prosecution case, but Cochran was able to persuade the jurors that there was reasonable doubt about the DNA evidence (a relatively new form of evidence in trials at the time) – including that the blood-sample evidence had allegedly been mishandled by lab scientists and technicians – and about the circumstances surrounding other exhibits.

Later, both the Brown and Goldman families sued Simpson for damages in a civil trial. On February 6, 1997, a jury unanimously found there was a preponderance of evidence to hold Simpson liable for damages in the wrongful death of Goldman and battery of Brown.

On February 21, 2008, a Los Angeles court upheld a renewal of the civil judgment against him.

Simpson was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, and charged with numerous felonies, including armed robbery and kidnapping. In 2008, he was found guilty and sentenced to 33 years' imprisonment, with a minimum of nine years without parole.

He is serving his sentence at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada

I guess the Nevada parole board gave The Juice some ease. They've taken off the most harshest charges that landed him the iron college. The kidnapping and firearm charges were dropped.

Now the robbery will stick for the Juice. He will probably spend at least five years for that one. He may be out as soon as 2015.

At age 66, Simpson looks like he's an old man. The iron college took its toll on him. See for yourself.

The Left Got O.J. Simpson And The Right Got George Zimmerman!

nydn
Emmett Till didn't hurt no one! But he died. Trayvon Martin was minding his business and he was confronted by a stranger. He died. The jury believed that Martin chose his fate since he had to protect himself from a stranger who just happened to have a gun.

President Barack Obama releases a statement on the matter with Sanford, Florida's most controversial court case. He speaks in support of the family of Trayvon Martin and urges calm for those upset over the decision to find his shooter George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY.

"The death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy. Not just for his family, or for any one community, but for America. I know this case has elicited strong passions. And in the wake of the verdict, I know those passions may be running even higher. But we are a nation of laws, and a jury has spoken. I now ask every American to respect the call for calm reflection from two parents who lost their young son. And as we do, we should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to widen the circle of compassion and understanding in our own communities. We should ask ourselves if we’re doing all we can to stem the tide of gun violence that claims too many lives across this country on a daily basis. We should ask ourselves, as individuals and as a society, how we can prevent future tragedies like this. As citizens, that’s a job for all of us. That’s the way to honor Trayvon Martin."

Just for the record, the Black community is really livid over the verdict to find George Zimmerman NOT GUILTY. It's assures that in states that advocate "STAND YOUR GROUND" laws, another one could kill an unarmed Black person on the basis of fear for his life. Sans the person confronts a group of Black teenagers or a big Black guy looks menacing according to the owner of a firearm.

George Zimmerman is a "free" man. He can't live his normal life ever again. For the rest of his life, he'll be tagged as the guy who got off with murder. The guy who racially profiled a teenager who had a bag of Skittles and Arizona ice tea. A man who Barney Fife would have been proud of if he was actually a real person.

There are going to be protest across the nation in regards to the George Zimmerman verdict.

And of course our racial extremists in the conservative movement are practically gleeful that the "race hustlas" didn't get an opportunity to score a victory.

"THE LEFT GOT O.J. SIMPSON AND THE RIGHT GOT GEORGE ZIMMERMAN!"

Yeah, I can said that! It's the truth. Think about how the conservative movement was livid over O.J. Simpson getting acquitted of murder of Nicole Brown and Ronald Goldman. They were mad that some Black people were cheering for the verdict. Now we're nearly 20 years later, another man who the nation clearly thought was guilty of murder got off.

The O.J. Simpson issue was the "Trial of The Century" in 1995. It was the day O.J. Simpson became a free man. At least for nearly 10 years of his life. He ended up being sent to prison after he was accused of kidnapping and robbery.

Currently Simpson is spending 33 years in prison. He's trying to appeal his decision.

The family of Trayvon Martin could bring a civil lawsuit against Zimmerman. The United States Justice Department could file hate crime charges against him if they find evidence that proves he racial profiled him.

CNN has been the most neutral in covering the Zimmerman trial. They've managed to score big with the post interviews from the family of George Zimmerman, one of the jurors, and Rachel Jeantel.

I must admit that King Hippo (Rush Limbaugh), That Guy Who Throws Shit On The Wall (Matt Drudge) and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win (Sean Hannity) are so pleased with the verdict.

They're practically doing victory laps around this. They're attacking The Rev. Perm (Al Sharpton), The NAACP, and President Barack Obama for "injecting their nose in the matter!"

The conservative/white supremacist bubble continue to post racial insults and threats of violence towards Black people. All the while hoping the next riot would inspire a Republican comeback, the Democrats are hoping enough anger could inspire voters to remove Republicans from localities.

The verdict has sparked some violent protests in Los Angeles. That's really because of someone riling them up and the cameraman wanted the best coverage.

The juror who spoke to Anderson Cooper was going to write a book about the situation, but that was scrapped after a massive backlash against her and the publisher.

There's still heavy talk about the verdict. We here at Journal de la Reyna will continue to keep you informed about the latest in the verdict and how we can heal from the decision.

NRA Goes After Obama And Gun Totting Senator!

With friends like this Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia), who needs enemies? The president can't get things done because of idiots in his own party. Manchin is one of them. He comes from the state he never could win.

Quick question: If there's no source of food or human life on this planet, would you eat a firearm if there's no food?

Of course not. You've rather put it to the temple of your head if there's no one around and you're the last person on this planet.

Quick question: Why is it that Black men are depicted as natural born killers in the junk food media?

Simple. Black men are glorified by negative stereotypes of Blacks being criminals, thugs, pimps, rappers, and everything else they've watched in the junk food media. It is considered an ethnic subgenre of the general category of exploitation films. Hence the term, Blaxploitation. Blaxploitation films were originally made specifically for an urban black audience, although the genre's audience appeal soon broadened to cross-racial and ethnic lines.

Last question: Why is the fear of President Barack Obama's gun control proposals spooking the White man?

Simple. The National Rifle Association is working double time to scare up fundraising to defeat senators who are incumbents. They're trying to defeat the Democratic Party and President Barack Obama. The president's  proposals for gun control are riling up the white supremacist/conservative bubble. They are buying firearms in huge quantities. Despite the constant pleas from victims of gun violence (i.e. Santa Monica shooting, Sandy Hook shooting, Trayvon Martin, Aurora shooting, and Tuscon shooting) the NRA and its allies in the Republican Party are determined to stop proposals that may prevent the next mass shooting.

Okay, now before we get into the story, we'll talk about the Santa Monica College shooting.
Santa Monica shooter John Zawahri represents the rise in firearm usage among those who are mentally insane.
A 24-year old man named John Zawahri went on a shooting rampage last week. He killed five people before the police killed him. The man was a few days shy of his birthday. Somehow, I guess he's been mentally unstable for some time.

He ended up killing his father and brother before setting his home on fire. He carjacked a woman. He grazed a woman with a few shots. He shot at a bus going by. He shot a vehicle with people inside. He grazed a woman with his firearm. Then he managed to kill a Santa Monica College professor and his daughter.

When confronted by the cops, he aimed and they've fired. Zawahri was killed and while they were checking his body for weaponry, they've found a note saying his forgiveness for his actions.

The New York Daily News reports that Zawahri left a farewell note in which he expressed remorse for killing his father and brother but left no explanation for the rampage that left them and three others dead in Santa Monica, police said Thursday.

The three- to four-page handwritten note was found on Zawahri’s body after he was shot and killed June 7 by officers on the campus of Santa Monica College, Police Chief Jacqueline Seabrooks said at a news conference.

In the note, which was conversational in tone, 23-year-old Zawahri also said goodbye to friends and expressed hope that his mother would be taken care of and receive recompense from his father’s estate.
Police shoot and kill Zawahri before he could reload his homemade assault rifle.
Zawahri apparently built his own .223-caliber assault rifle, using it to shoot his father and brother before he set fire to their family home, officials said earlier Thursday.

Zawahri’s bedroom, investigations found illegal zip guns, Seabrooks said. They also found ample evidence of his fascination with weapons, including four replica airsoft pellet guns, knives and gun magazines, said Sgt. Richard Lewis. Investigators also found materials that indicate he likely assembled the weapon.

Police said Zawahri bought a lower receiver that was only 80 percent complete. Because it is not complete and not considered a full weapon, a person isn’t required to go through a background check to get one, nor does the part need to have a serial number.

Understand this.

He wasn't able to purchase a firearm, but yet he managed to outmaneuver the law by purchasing accessories to the firearm.

No one could stop him from making a straw purchase. Even though he had known mental issues, that was thrown under the table because he had the cash.
The new NRA president James Porter is a fat White asshole who once represented gun manufacturers. Besides he's packing more than his firearm on his holster.
California Democratic Governor Jerry Brown and President Barack Obama were informed about the shooting that day. The president was in Los Angeles and his Secret Service detail were told of this incident.

Last April, the gun control measure compromise by conservative lawmakers Senator Pat Toomey (R-Pennsylvania) and Senator Joe Manchin (D-West Virginia) went up in smoke.

The Senate refused to pass even the most water-down legislation capable from stop the next mental patient from obtaining a firearm.

The people of Sandy Hook were lobbying members of Congress to help pass the law. They've ignored it and called the parents of Sandy Hook a bunch of Obama supporters. The conservative agitators send their phony sympathies to the families but told in the second verse they've told the Sandy Hook families to shut up and go away.

Now the National Rifle Association is back in the news. I look at the Redding News Service and clicked on an article from the UK's Daily Mail, a London based newspaper.

They've reported that President Barack Obama and New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg were featured in a NRA online web video in which they were heavily criticized for their gun control proposals.

What's got the Daily Mail buzzing was the apparent blackening of the president. Hence the sinister feature.

In the ad, Bloomberg's face appears to be shaded, as well, but much less dramatically than the president's
Obama's darker appearance in the ad is being compared to a controversial 1994 Time magazine cover that shows a shaded image of former Buffalo Bills running back O.J. Simpson - who, at the time, was on trial for the brutal murders of his ex-wife and another man - that makes his skin seem much darker than it actually is.

The Time magazine cover came at a time when racial tensions across the U.S. began heating up as a result of the Simpson trial, which divided the country along racial lines for a variety of reasons.

Specifically, those skeptical about the state's case against Simpson charged that the lead investigator on the case, former Los Angeles Police Department Detective Mark Fuhrman, was racist and had planted evidence to frame the Heisman trophy winner.
Made in the shade: the NRA shaded this photo of President Barack Obama to make him appear darker than he actually is
Oh, look scary people on the TV screen....
James Gaines, the managing editor of the magazine when the now-infamous cover was published, later posted an explanation online.

'It seems to me you could argue that it's racist to say that blacker is more sinister, but be that as it may: To the extent that this caused offense to anyone, I obviously regret it,' Gaines said in his message.

The NRA did not respond to Mail Online's request for comment, nor has it responded to any of the criticism that the ad is racist.

The NRA dropped more than $100,000 on the ad, which will start airing in West Virginia in two weeks.

The ad quotes one of Manchin's videos from his 2010 Senate campaign, in which he says 'As your senator, I'll protect your second amendment rights.'

A voiceover in the ad then says, 'That was Joe Manchin's commitment. But now, Manchin is working with President Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Concerned? You should be. Tell Sen. Manchin to honor his commitment to the Second Amendment and reject the Obama-Bloomberg gun control agenda.'

Manchin - who has previously received an 'A' rating from the NRA - recently sponsored a bill with Republican Pennsylvania Senator Pat Toomey that would have expanded background checks on gun buyers to include sales at gun shows and over the Internet.

The bill failed to get the 60 votes needed to avoid a filibuster, but Manchin recently said that he hopes the Senate would again consider expanding background checks - which is what put him the cross-hairs of the nation's most powerful gun lobby.

O.J. Simpson Wants Out!

Prison drained The Juice. Acquitted of murder nearly 20 years ago, O.J. Simpson is now serving 33 years in prison for robbery and kidnapping. The washed up celebrity is hoping a retrial will set him free.

A 30+ year sentence for former football star and actor, Orenthal James "O. J." Simpson. Simpson (born July 9, 1947), nicknamed "The Juice", managed to beat a murder case only to be caught up in a botched robbery case.

In 2007, Simpson was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, and charged with numerous felonies, including armed robbery and kidnapping.

In 2008, he was found guilty and sentenced to 33 years' imprisonment, with a minimum of nine years without parole. He is serving his sentence at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada.

Now after four years of imprisonment, O.J. wants out.

So he's now going to have his day in court for a retrial.
O.J. Simpson denies he robbed collectors of his former properties.
CNN reports that the one-time Heisman Trophy winner and Buffalo Bills halfback is more than four years into a 33-year prison term and is asking for a new trial. In court papers, he's arguing that bad legal advice led to his arrest and conviction in a 2007 confrontation with sports memorabilia dealers.

Simpson not only accuses his old lawyer, Yale Galanter, of having a conflict of interest and of failing to mount an effective defense in his trial. He also says Galanter told him before that confrontation that he was within his rights to take back property he believed had been stolen from him, "so long as there would be no trespass and no physical force used against the persons with the property."

Simpson, 65, was convicted of leading a group of associates into a room at the Palace Station hotel and casino and using threats, guns and force to take back the items from the two dealers.

If it don't fit, you must acquit! - Johnny Cochran.
"Simpson also contends that Galanter did not advise Simpson that carrying out the plan could subject him to criminal charges, regardless of the ownership of the property," his new lawyers wrote in seeking a new trial.

Simpson also blames Galanter for preventing him from testifying in his own defense. Without putting him on the stand, "There was no evidence presented to adequately challenge the state's evidence of criminal intent and knowledge of the guns or the bad character evidence to which the jury was exposed," his appeal states.

The Nevada Supreme Court already upheld his conviction in 2010. Prosecutors have called the new attempt to reverse his conviction "without merit," and Galanter is quoted in court papers as telling the judge in the original trial that he spoke to Simpson only after the confrontation.

"Other than Simpson's bare allegations, the record does not support any conflict of interest," prosecutors wrote in response to Simpson's claims.

Galanter could not be immediately reached for comment Sunday.

Simpson's October 2008 conviction came on the anniversary of his famous acquittal on murder charges in the 1994 deaths of his ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and her friend Ronald Goldman. Though cleared of criminal charges, a civil jury later slapped him with a $33 million wrongful-death judgment, and lawyers for the Goldman family have doggedly pursued his assets.

His current sentence leaves him eligible for parole in 2017.

Kanye West And Kim Kardashian: Making A Reality Star!

End of the year news: Realty stars announced they're going to be parents.
Kanye West said something that shocked the hip-hop world?

At a performance in Atlantic City, the rapper said that you can "stop the music", then announced "make noise for my baby mama [Kim Kardashian] right here," with a wide smile. It was confirmed by the reality star that she is pregnant.

Kanye West is a famous producer, rapper, media mogul and fashion designer. Also he's a controversial figure in hip-hop. The rapper appears under Roc-A-Fella Records and Def Jam. West is closely associated with his mentor Jay-Z. Earlier this year, he and pop signer Beyonce became proud parents of their first child.

The daughter of Robert Kardashian, the man who saved O.J. Simpson from prison, Kim Kardashian is an American socialite, television personality, businesswoman, fashion designer, model, author, and actress. In 2006, she gained notoriety as the subject of a sex tape with entertainer Ray J that subsequently resulted in a court awarding her $5 million.

West upstaged Taylor Swift in 2009 at MTV's VMAs.
In 2007, she and her family rose to prominence with their E! reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians and its subsequent spin-offs, including Kourtney and Kim Take New York. In 2010, Kardashian was the highest-earning reality star, with estimated earnings of $6 million.

In August 2011, Kardashian married basketball player Kris Humphries in a widely publicized ceremony. That October, Kardashian filed for divorce following 72 days of marriage. The move garnered significant backlash from the media, who labeled it a "publicity stunt".

West for his part has been no stranger to controversy.

West has had several controversies throughout his career. The two famous controversies involved the reaction to President George W. Bush's response to Hurricane Katrina and him embarrassing pop star Taylor Swift at the MTV Video Music Awards.

On September 2, 2005, during a benefit concert for Hurricane Katrina relief on NBC, A Concert for Hurricane Relief, West was a featured speaker. When West was presenting alongside actor Mike Myers, he deviated from the prepared script.

Myers spoke next and continued to read the script. Once it was West's turn to speak again, he said "George Bush doesn't care about black people."
Kardashian with Kris Humphries. Media slam her for sham marriage.
At this point, telethon producer Rick Kaplan cut off the microphone and then cut away to Chris Tucker, who was unaware of the cut for a few seconds.

Still, West's comment reached much of the United States. Bush stated in an interview that the comment was "one of the most disgusting moments” of his presidency.

On September 13, 2009, during the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards while Taylor Swift was accepting her award for Best Female Video for "You Belong with Me", West went on stage and grabbed the microphone to proclaim that Beyoncé's video for "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)", nominated for the same award, was "one of the best videos of all time".

He was subsequently removed from the remainder of the show for his actions. When Beyoncé later won the award for Best Video of the Year for "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)", she called Swift up on stage so that she could finish her acceptance speech. West was criticized by various celebrities for the outburst, and by President Barack Obama, who called West a "jackass".

In addition, West's VMA disruption sparked a large influx of Internet photo memes with blogs, forums and "tweets" with the "Let you finish" photo-jokes. Subsequently, West posted two apologies for the outburst on his personal blog; one on the night of the incident, and the other the following day, when he also apologized during an appearance on The Jay Leno Show. After Swift appeared on The View two days after the outburst, partly to discuss the matter, West called her to apologize personally. Swift said she accepted his apology.

In September 2010, West wrote a series of apologetic tweets addressed to Swift including "Beyonce didn't need that. MTV didn't need that and Taylor and her family friends and fans definitely didn't want or need that" and concluding with "I'm sorry Taylor." West also revealed he had written a song for Swift and if she did not accept the song, he would perform it himself.

However in an interview with a Minnesota radio station, West seemed to recant a bit of his past apologies by attempting to describe the act at the 2009 awards show as "selfless" and downgrade the perception of disrespect it created.

While we wish them well on the first child, I think that West wanted to upstage rival Wiz Khalifa. The Pittsburgh rapper confirmed that reality star Amber Rose (West's ex-girlfriend) is pregnant with their first child. They plan on getting married.
