The U.S. government has warned Sean "Puffy" Combs, known as Diddy that his antics will no longer be tolerated. The former rap and media mogul was injured at his federal time out. He is interned at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey where he's a low risk. However, he has pushed limits by bringing in contraband, bribing intern family members and having booze (aka toilet water).
TMZ reported Combs was taken from the FCI Fort Dix prison around 1 a.m. for treatment. People magazine confirmed he was hospitalized.
A representative for Combs told NewsNation, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”
It was not clear where he was treated or how he suffered the injury, but the music producer was conscious and speaking when he was taken back to the prison before sunrise Saturday.
Diddy’s prison release date pushed back
Combs’ release date from FCI Fort Dix was recently pushed back to March 2, 2028. His previous release date was Jan. 21, 2028.
Combs, who is serving a 50-month prison sentence at the low-security prison, was reportedly put into solitary confinement Oct. 1.
It followed NBC News’ report that the rapper was receiving special treatment behind bars, including having men cook and clean for him, make his bed, do his laundry and give him Chinese-style massages.
The rapper was found guilty of two counts of transporting women for prostitution, including his ex-girlfriend Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, in July 2025.
