Shady Rock!

Em caught flack for reuniting with former collab Kid Rock.

Raymond Scott (formerly known as Benzino) is on the line.

The former rapper and former media mogul has a longstanding feud with an iconic rapper. To this day, Scott will constantly address his 2000s feud and why he believes he was right about white rappers ruining hip-hop.

Not realizing his rap career ended when he came up on the losing end of a rap feud, Scott continues to claim he is a rap expert whenever he is on these platforms. No one seems to care about his rants.

He certainly reacting to the latest controversy involving his longtime nemesis.

Marshall Bruce Mathers III, turns 54 today. The greatest rapper in modern history is a white man from Michigan who persevered in a culture that normally identifies with Black and Latino identities.

Eminem is one of the best rappers in modern history. He has a legacy. He is by far one of the most controversial rappers by far. He started as an underground rapper who struggled to breakout into the mainstream. Em got with a local recording studio ran by Mark and Jeff Bass to begin his rap career.

Em made his debut album now considered an undergound sleeper album Infinite. He partnered with Denaun Porter who would end up being a co founder of the rap group D12 and start promoting his music.

Em along with Porter (Kon Artis/Mr. Porter), Swifty McVay, Bizarre, Proof, Bugs, Kuniva Eye-Kweew and Fuzz Soota became a local talent in the mid to late 1990s. Em would try to generate mainstream buzz by selling The Slim Shady EP out of the truck of his car. He was passed by Rawkus Records, Elektra Records, Loud Records and even Fat Joe.

In 1998, Interscope CEO Jimmy Iovine had initially passed on the album. But pressure from music executive Evan "Kidd" Bogart got him in. Eminem's camp struggled to get Interscope's A&R department to pay attention to the cassette. Fearing Eminem might sign with a rival label like Loud Records, Bogart had an insider—Interscope assistant and former intern Dean Geistlinger—slip the tape directly into Jimmy Iovine's weekend satchel.

Raymond Scott can't let Em go.

Iovine listened to the cassette and passed it to Dr. Dre. Dre was immediately hooked by Eminem's raw lyricism and unique style. Soon, Em would end in Dr. Dre's home to record his national debut album, The Slim Shady LP.

And the rest is history.

Eminem remains the longest running talent on Aftermath Entertainment. He paved the way for rappers like 50 Cent, Obie Trice, Ez Mil, Stat Quo and numerous others to become famous.

He brought raw talents like Royce Da 5'9", Big Sean, BabyTron, Dej Loaf and Boldy James.

Em has recorded 12 albums, 2 EPs, 3 soundtrack albums and produced for numerous rap, rock and R&B talents.

No one could take that away. Trust me, Raymond Scott wished he had that opportunity.

At 61 years old, Scott could have left a legacy as a millionaire business mogul. His jealousy of Em led to his downfall. His downfall is satisfying. His own daughter is building a legacy and got more blessings from Eminem.

There is a controversy this week involving Eminem and Kid Rock.

When Kid Rock announced that Eminem would guest on his track "7 Sins," fans of both artists expressed heavy online criticism and disappointment. Eminem's progressive and anti-Trump fanbase questioned why he would work with Kid Rock, while some right-leaning fans also questioned the pairing.

Kid Rock, 55 (born Robert Ritchie) formerly a resident of Michigan now Tennessee is a staunch supporter of President Donald J. Trump. He told the junk food media that the president has a private dinner with him, Bill Maher and Stephen A. Smith.

Kid Rock and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., the incompetent Health and Human Services secretary.

Trump said the three love him.

After talking about the Michigan Senate race and Democratic candidate Abdul El-Sayed, Kid Rock told the hosts of "Fox & Friends" there was one thing he, Maher, Smith and Trump all agreed on.

"Last night, I'm having dinner at the White House with the president, Bill Maher and Stephen A. Smith. We all agreed socialism and communism has no place to have a foothold in our government," he said, before referring to El-Sayed.

"This guy is screaming socialism."

Asked how the dinner went, Kid Rock said the group had a great conversation.

"It was epic," he said. "And the thing that was the greatest, there's so many points, I could do an hour on it, is that, you know, two Democrats, two Republicans sit down, break bread, have laughs, talk about, have tough conversations on a lot of the issues."

The musician described some of the issues Maher and Smith raised with Trump.

"Everything from socialism and communism to the war in Iran to Bill Maher was talking getting our interpreters and things from Afghanistan that helped us out," he said.

Grandfathers in spirit. Em turns 54 today.

Rock preparing for his first Christian themed album. He told Fox this album is walking away from his normal southern rock, hip-hop and country theme persona.

Kid Rock was a rapper in the late 1980s to early 1990s. He became a rocker in the 1990s and transitioned to Southern rock and country by the 2010s.

Despite the polar opposite politics, Em has worked with Kid Rock on a handful of singles in the past and most recently Rock's newest album

Eminem and Lil Wayne appear on this album. Weezy supported Trump in the past and endorsed him.

Eminem requested his verse on 7 Sins to be removed and retooled to Hell My Faith.

Lil Wayne went on the record his verse to 7 sins.

Em responded to the backlash on X.

Many of Eminem's fans were furious over the collaboration because of the stark political differences between the two artists. Especially the racial and Islamophobic digs Kid Rock aimed at Ilhan Omar, Abdul El-Sayed and Zohran Mamdani.

Kid Rock later clarified on Fox that Eminem originally recorded a verse for a song called "7 Sins". However, after seeing the public tracklist, Eminem reached out to switch songs. Eminem is now featured on a track titled "Heal My Faith"—where he reportedly raps that Kid Rock is his "brother, not my political enemy"—while Lil Wayne took his place on "7 Sins".

Eminem is the father of three. He has a biological daughter Hallie Jade, who is a prominent podcaster and social media influencer. She is married with a son. He adopted his ex-wife's daughter and her late sister's daughter. Alina Scott, the daughter of late mother Dawn Scott is married and has a daughter. Stevie Scott, the daughter of Kim Scott and her ex-boyfriend identifies as non binary.

Kid Rock is one son, Bobby Ritchie, Jr. He is biracial and has two children.
