This album was done during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bussa Buss, also spent time trying to curb the carbs while working on the album. The rapper had admitted that he faced depression and it led to him overeating and not taking care of himself. He at one point was weighing in at over 300 lbs.
So he worked out and started eating healthy. He lost over 100 lbs and is trying to get his body back to the muscles.
“I came from a time where it was extremely important to garner respect of the elder statesmen,” said Busta Rhymes in an interview. “A lot of motherfuckers running around complaining, talking shit about what these new dudes is doin’, but the question really is what is you older dudes doing to help the new dudes? Outside of popping and shit and being mad at them all the time for what they not doing that you feel they need to do.”
Busta showed off his weight loss on social media.
As a member of the Five Percent Nation, Busta Rhymes practices as a Sunni Muslim. He has three sons and three daughters.

He was a member of the Leaders of the New School. He left the group and founded the Flipmode Squad with Spliff Star and Rampage. He also is credited for bringing in female MC and media personality Rah Digga to the fold.
Busta Rhymes is one of my favorite rappers. He is an iconic member of the Brooklyn Class and continues to keep it honest.
If you’re aware of his movie credits, I advise you to watch John Singleton’s Higher Learning with Ice Cube, Michael Rapaport, Omar Epps and Tyra Banks.
