Mother of Sowell Victim Speaks

Florence Bray's daughter, Crystal Dozier, was among the victims found on Anthony Sowell's property.



It's very heartbreaking to see one's mother losing her daughter.  And why Cleveland police was so nonchalant when it comes to missing POC?  That same police is so eager to brutalize Black men, women, and children while deny wrongdoing.  Rest in power, the 11 victims of Anthony Sowell and Tamir Rice, whose justice is STILL NOT SERVED.
