Storm's A Coming!

Stormy Daniels won a legal battle against Trump.
Two possible hurricanes are slated to hit the Gulf Coast. The hurricanes could impact the Republican National Convention where Donald J. Trump and Mike Pence will take their nominations as president and vice president.

The two will be monitoring the hurricanes.

Texas and Louisiana governors are declaring a state of emergency. Greg Abbott and John Bel Edwards warn residents that the potential for death is likely if Hurricane Marco and Hurricane Laura hit shore.

But a legal hurricane is coming to Trump by the way of an adult entertainer turned activist.

Stephanie Cliffords is known professionally as Stormy Daniels. She is the woman who accused Trump of paying her to stay silent about an affair they had while Melania Trump was pregnant. The news would have impacted the 2016 president election. Trump's former fixer Michael Cohen paid Daniels a six-figure to stay silent. It was revealed by The Wall Street Journal and launched an investigation into the matter. It landed into a federal probe of Cohen. His office was raided and he was criminally charged with lying to investigators and Congress. He is serving a three year bid in federal time out but is on in-house due to the coronavirus. He is publishing a book detailing his controversial relationship with Trump.

The National Enquirer got word of the allegations as well as the former Playboy model Karen McDougal. They scrapped the stories because the editor David Pecker was good friends with Trump.

Pecker was ousted from AMI publishing this month.

Stormy can claim a victory. She found out that Trump has been ordered to pay her legal fees totaling up to $45,000. She sued Trump over a non-disclosure agreement issued, she claims, to keep her quiet about the affair.

The Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert Broadbelt determined that Daniels won her case against Trump regarding the agreement, which she signed 11 days prior to the 2016 election -- and that Trump was required to pay her fees. He will likely appeal the decision.

Trump claimed he didn't know that Cohen paid hush money and claimed that the transaction was perfectly legal because it did not come from the Trump Organization or the Trump campaign.

Trump known for using pseudonyms used the name David Dennison, John Miller and John Barron.

He has denied ever paying Daniels and called her inappropriate names in regards to the allegations.

Stormy Daniels was awarded nearly $500,000 from the city of Columbus, Ohio. A few year ago, the Columbus Metro Police had a vice unit infiltrate one of her performances. A female officer put a $20 bill into Daniels and she motorboated her. The cops raided the club and arrested Daniels along with three women. Daniels was fingerprinted, mugshot and given a court date. Her attorney at the time, Michael Avenatti claimed that the cops were supporters of Trump and deliberately baited her into a criminal act that is rarely imposed on Ohioans.
Trump maintains he never slept with adult entertainer and activist Stormy Daniels.
The prosecutor dropped the charges and the mayor of the city Andrew Ginther, publicly apologize to her. The cops were placed in the freezer and later fired out the cannon. The unit they operated as a prostitution, alcohol and illegal gambling tactical team. That unit was disbanded shortly after the cops were fired.

Avenatti was later fired by Daniels and criminally charged with fraud and money laundering. He is currently serving a 15-year bid in federal time out and is currently on in-house due to the coronavirus.

Avenatti had ties to the former R&B singer who is accused by the feds of child trafficking and extortion. He had four clients who pushed for criminal charges against the sexual predator. The former R&B singer is currently in federal time out.

Stormy Daniels has continued to perform as an adult entertainer.
