Cops Shoot At Car Full Of Minors!

Tensions are rising in Waycross after a cop shot at a vehicle with children inside.
What the hell is going on in America?

Don't people get the fuck out of the way of a moving vehicle?

Is there going to be a better outcome for police when engaging in a fleeing motorist?

Two teenage boys were arrested on firearm charges and other counts after a Georgia police officer attempted to conduct a traffic stop. The cop fired multiple shots at their car. Unbeknownst to the cop, there were children in the backseat of the car.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has launched an investigation of the incident Saturday morning in the city of Waycross near the Georgia-Florida state line. The two boys, African American were inside a car when a Waycross police officer approaching from the front opened fire, claiming that the video begun driving toward him, the GBI said.

No one was hurt by the gunfire. Before the shooting started, three younger children -- age 14, 12 and 9 -- ran from the vehicle, the GBI said in a news release on Saturday. The agency said the officer who opened fire had come to assist another Waycross officer who began following the car after witnessing the driver commit a minor traffic violation.

Waycross Police said both teens inside the car were arrested on charges of illegal possession of a firearm by a minor. The driver, 16 and passenger 15, were charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, reckless driving, running a stop sign and driving without a license.

The passenger was charge with obstruction of a police officer and attempting to remove an officer's firearm. The department didn't release the name of the teens.

The NAACP and Black Lives Matter said that incident smell like shit.

One of the boys parents said that the firearm charge is bullshit.

There were five minors in the vehicle. Dominique Goodman, Sr. confirmed that he was the father of all the children and he's pissed that the teens were charged with gun crimes when he said he's the licensed owner of the weapon and vehicle.

Benjamin Crump, who is overseeing the Ahmaud Arbery, Breona Taylor and George Floyd cases is now talking with the lawyer Gerald Griggs on how to deal with the matter on behalf of the younger children.

The cop shot into the passenger side door of the vehicle. He and the other cop were placed in the freezer pending an investigation into whether use of force was justified.

The teenagers are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. If criminally charged as juveniles, they could get up to five years in Georgia youth offenders. If criminally charged as adults, they equally could face up to 30 years in the iron college.
