The Trial Of Donald J. Trump!

Another day of trial for the 100 senators.
As Donald J. Trump returns from an economic forum in Davos, Switzerland, he comes back to the United States still an impeached president. The U.S. Senate is currently holding a trial and the Republican controlled leaders have voted down key elements that could make this a partisan specticule.

Watch it here.

The four Senators who are still running for president will have to leave the campaign trial. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) will be with the 96 other senators sitting uncomfortably in their seats while the trial is going on.

They will have no access to phones, coffee and will not have an opportunity to reach out through social media.

They will have to sit it out for hours while the Democrats House members who make up the impeachment managers display evidence and reason to have the 45th President of the United States removed form office.

As time enters the night, you will hear Democrats make the case to prosecute and convict.

On Friday, the White House team will have their opportunity to defend Trump. The White House lawyers so far embarssed themselves. They were reciting Fox News/Russian talking points and calling impeachment manager Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Joe Biden and Hunter Biden the real criminals.

Chief Justice John Roberts had to scold the Senate when they were throwing around the "traitor" comments at one another.

Long story short, many Americans aren't tuning it to it. Grim Riper Mitch McConnell (R-KY) had made that so. He wanted to make sure that the American people would be bored with the trial and focus on other issues.

However, many Americans want the trial to proceed with witnesses. Republicans are going to not convict Trump regardless. They will continue to acknowledge that the impeachment process is flawed and claim the Democrats are trying to remove a president that was elected by the people.
