A creepy crawler found its way into the McDonald's. A British couple found a spider baked in the bun.
A woman claims that she bit into a McDonald's sandwich with a little critter wedged inside the bun.

Joanna Kincaid, 22 ordered a meal from a Birmingham, England McDonald's a few days ago.

She claims her partner discovered a spider baked into the his cheeseburger.

McDonald's apologized and asked for the sandwich back. The couple refused to give it back to the restaurant and decided to take their story to the junk food media.

The restaurant located on College Road north of the city.

She said her partner, Jason ordered a slew of items that included a cheeseburger.

Just before he took a bite into the burger, the couple was disgusted to find a "small, brown critter embedded into the side of the bun."

The pair immediately took the burger back to the store but the Kincaid said the staff could not refund them unless they handed over the sandwich.
A McDonald's in England faces a lawsuit from a customer after she found a spider baked into the food.
Kincaid has spoken to the Birmingham City Council's environmental team and the woman said that a representative for the authority is now coming to collecting the burger.

The woman said that she's "put off McDonald's for life" after the discovery and said she is planning to "boycott" the restaurant which served her the meal.

McDonald's representatives said: "We are sorry to hear about this customer's experience. Food safety is of the utmost importance to us and we place great emphasis on quality control, following rigorous standards to avoid any imperfections."

"When the matter was brought to the attention of our staff, we apologised and asked the customer to return the item so we could further investigate the matter, however they were unwilling to do so. We understand that the customer is currently in contact with our Customer Services team to help find a resolution."
