Guess what folks, it's the Questions and Answers phase of the Senate trial. The U.S. president, Donald J. Trump is the third federal official of the highest level to be impeached while in office.
The House of Representatives have introduced two formal articles of impeachment for Obstruction of Congress and Abuse of Power.
The resolutions were passed on a partisan line vote. The House Democrats have control of the chamber while the Republicans have control of the Senate chamber.
The U.S. Senate is considering the possibility of having witnesses and evidence.
Senators get an opportunity to address impeachment managers and White House lawyers arguments.
They now will address issues that were raised during the impeachment trial.
Republicans and Democrats are going to serve up a handful of questions to both sides.
Some of the questions will be conspiracy theories.
One includes the whistleblower who brought attention to Trump pressuring Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden. Each of these Senators are vying for Fox News primetime.
Some questions include former NSA official John Bolton.
Some questions will deal with presidential powers and hypotheticals. Some Senators will drop Obama in a question.
This circus continue on.
