Trump Trying To Strip Civil Liberties From Iranian Americans!

American woman says the U.S. Custom and Border Protection Agency detained her for no reason because she's an Iranian American.

Tensions are rising between Iran and the United States. The U.S. strike on Qassem Soleimani has driven the narrative. The third president to be impeached while in office, Donald J. Trump is rising the stakes. He has threatened "unilateral actions" towards Iran. He also threatened to destroy Persian landmarks in Iran. Many have called his threat an potential war crime.

Iran has launched ballistic missiles at U.S. and British bases in Iraq. They vow military action in revenge of the Soleimani.

There's allegations that the U.S. Customs and Border Protections are violating civil liberties. They are being ordered to detain Iranian Americans at the border.

It was probably ordered by Trump's interim chief Chad Wolf.

More than 100 people of Iranian descent appear to have been held up at the Washington and British Columbia border over the weekend.

Iranian American Mona Zabihian was one of them. She tried to return to Washington from Canada late Saturday after attending a concert.

She said she had made trips across the border numerous times a year and never had an issue. This time she was questioned and held for hours on end.

"We went inside, we saw a bunch of other Iranians, pregnant women, children. I saw one of my friends from Seattle," she said to NBC News.

Zabihian claimed that one agent said, "You guys are all U.S. citizens, you should not have to go through this."

"He mentioned that this was not a nationwide order. It was a Washington border order."

Another woman stated her experience with CBP.

Kiara Vaziri said that her family traveled from Canada back into Washington on Satuday when she had her passport, car and keys taken.

"Some people got their phones taken away and were told to give their iPhone, Facebook, and Instagram passwords," she said.

Vaziri and her brother never went to Iran , were let off easy after answering three questions, their parents were peppered with questions about their backgrounds, high schools, military service, travels to Iran, and clan and militia affiliations.

Governor Jay Inslee condemned the decision by CBP. He said that this is an alarming.

"The reports out of the border crossing at Blaine are deeply alarming. Washingtonians who happen to be Iranian-American were detained at the Canadian-U.S. border for extended periods of time for no other reason than their ethnicity or country of origin," Inslee said in a statement.

:Let's be clear: this overreach is the direct result of President Trump's recklessness. Following his indefensible decision to abandon diplomacy and dismantle the nuclear deal, Iran has restarted its previously abandoned nuclear program, and violence threatening Americans has increased. Rather than making us more safe, his unilateral actions increase the risk to Washingtonians at home and abroad. I will continue to stand up for the rights and protections of all Washingtonians."

I have this feeling that Trump is reading the pages of Michelle Malkin and threatening interiment for Iranians and Somalians.

I believe this attack on Soleimani was a direct result of phony intelligence given by foreign actor, Israel.

Israeli intelligence wanted to take Soleimani out for years. They managed to rile up the U.S. with fake intelligence. Allegedly, the Joint Chiefs of Staff introduced Trump with the options on the table.

They gave him the option to snuff out the Iranian general. Trump chose to snuff him out.

Negah Hekmati Kirkland and her children were detained for hours for no reason. She is joined by Rep. Pramila Paypal (D-WA) in a presser. 

This is a huge global mess and it's an attempt to keep Trump in power for LIFE. If we go to war, he will be able to win over support from bigots across the country.

He will force our country to spend billions if not trillions to usurp Iranian leaders and force an unprecedented occupation in the Middle East. He will likely keep war ongoing for years.

Just like George W. Bush.

And once a Democrat wins the White House, we'll go right back to the same old shit about how the Democratic president is weak and appeaser. Anything that happens because of Trump is blamed on Barack Obama or the future Democratic president. They will rewrite history to claim that Trump's impact was the best in modern history when it really isn't.

People of color are losing their "civil liberties."
