I hope this isn't photoshopped! |
Now thanks to our nitwitted president, that bullshit artist Benjamin Netanyahu and Republicans, we're on the brink of a global war. And what do Republicans do when they're beating their chests, they torment the predecessor, Barack Obama.
Enter a white nationalist lawmaker from Arizona's 4th Congressional district. A former dentists who's dead weight to the constituents. He wants to make himself a favorite of folks like Sean "Softball" Hannity and Alex Jones.
Rep. Paul Gosar's (R-AZ) family distance themselves from him. They even went on to support the Democratic nominee running against him in 2018.
Would it be interesting that Gosar's siblings move to Arizona, run as a Democrat and try to unseat him?
That would be a real family feud.
The Arizona lawmaker is similar to Rep. Steve King (R-IA), Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX), Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), Rep. Doug Collins (R-GA) and Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL). He is a white nationalist and fierce supporter of Donald J. Trump.
Gosar decided to throw shade at Iran's president Hassan Rouhani and former U.S. president Barack Obama.
He tweeted a photoshop image of the U.S. President and Iranian president shaking hands.
The world is a better place without these guys in power. pic.twitter.com/gDoXQu9vO5— Paul Gosar (@DrPaulGosar) January 6, 2020
He would also say in the tweet, "The world is a better place without these guys in power."
Arizona lawmaker has more time posting on social media than serving his constituents. |
Obama and Rouhani never actually met in person. Rouhani still serves as president of Iran.
The fake image, which was tweeted from the Arizona representative's personal Twitter account, shows Obama smiling broadly while shaking hands with Rouhani in front of the American flag and the flag of Iran during what would appear to be a photo op. The image of Obama, however, appears to be taken from a 2011 event during which he was actually shaking hands with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in front of the Indian flag.
U.S. congressman sharing a fake photo. This photoshopped from Obama meeting India's prime minister. https://t.co/7UMjyPwFDQ pic.twitter.com/ckRZx3ktok— andrew kaczynski🤔 (@KFILE) January 6, 2020
Gosar faced immediate backlash for sharing the doctored image.
