The body of a Klan man who came up missing was found near the Missouri River.
Frank Ancona, a 51 year old laborer was an imperial wizard of the Traditionalist American Knights, an offshoot of the far right terrorist group. He was found with a gunshot to the dome.
His wife reported him missing after he went out of state to do delivery work.
Local authorities question the alibi. His employer said he didn't take an out of state call. He failed to show up to work on Friday. He was on his duty on Wednesday.
The discovery of the guy wasn't reported as suspicious because a missing persons report had not been filed at the time, said the local junk food media. Police searched the area the following day but didn't find any evidence of foul play.

Yet, his party embraced Donald J. Trump. And the Klan endorsed him for president. Kind of funny that the Canadian born senator would go there. It's not like the Democrats nominated the African American for president. Oh, they did!
And because of the ignorance, we will have to wait for the day a woman can lead this country.

In South Florida, the state investigators are trying to determine if this was justifiable defense or callous murder.
Reminder: A good guy with a gun is still a threat to the police. A good guy with a gun doesn't think about the consequences when they use it. They could create a situation that causes panic. The good guy could injure a person. To kill someone over property is just fucking stupid.

Deputies says they were called to the Pine Hills Walmart after the shopper shot and killed a suspected diaper thief in the parking lot. This location is where a police officer was brutally killed by a man who murdered his ex-fiance.
Gunman shoots a shoplifter.
The shooting happened at the Pine Hills Walmart Saturday morning and the shopper opened fire out of fear for his life.
"What we have at this point is that the individual felt threatened -- one of the suspects reached for something [and he] thought that it was a weapon or firearm," said the Orange County sheriff. spokesperson Angelo Nieves.
The person killed was 19 years old and was shoplifting diapers with three accomplices.
They were loading diapers in a car when a Walmart employee tried to stop them, the station reported.
The shopper told deputies he showed up at this point to assist the store employee.
Deputies said after the gunfire the four suspects drove off and smashed into two cars. Three got away on foot while the other who was shot collapsed on the ground near a gas station.
The suspect was pronounced dead.
So here's a man who felt the need to be a fucking hero. An asshole who would shot a person who was unarmed and stealing diapers.

Asshole gets caught trying to harass a Muslim woman.
This guy Rob from Detroit got some attention this week after he made some inappropriate comments towards a woman. The woman grabbed her phone and recorded the entire ordeal.
They were in Atlanta when this altercation occurred. He had to remark if she was a foreigner because she's a Muslim.
The man, who identified himself as Rob and says in the video he is from Detroit, sat down at a table with Asma Elhuni of Atlanta at a cafe there and ultimately asked her, "Do you have a green card?"
The woman is American. She is a graduate student in political science at Georgia State University and an intern for Democratic state representative Brenda Lopez.
"I was just studying, and I looked up and here's a man pointing a camera at me," said Elhuni. She asked the man if he was taking a picture of her and he said yes. She asked why, "and he said, 'Because I want to.'"
Elhuni said that anyone who doubts why she was concerned about Rob's behavior wasn't there to see what led her to turn on the camera. This was the third time in two weeks a stranger tried to take a picture of her.
Hero of the day. A woman who caught an ignorant hater trying to harass her.
"They don't know what happened beforehand," she said. "Even though he tried to save himself in the video, his Islamophobia, his xenophobia caught up with him and came out in that video. I just captured a moment that happens often to Muslims."
Rob then would have the audacity to call her a "bitch" and say she needs to "chill".
Elhuni was pretty brave about recording this guy.
"Really what I wanted to show him was, one, what he did was inappropriate, and two 'I'm not afraid of you,'" said Elhuni.
Before things turned for the worse, another man would asked this asshole to leave.
The Southern Poverty Law Center had reported numerous incidents involving anti-Muslim sentiment in the United States. Most of the reactionary has started from the fuhrer's executive order banning travelers from seven majority Muslim countries. Many of them call it a Muslim ban.
The federal courts are debating this. A federal judge put a temporary block on the executive order.

Now his former boss will face charges with involuntary manslaughter. This is a serious felony. This is a result of a law made in honor of Megan Meier. The young teen was chatting with a boy who she feel in love with. It turns out to be a former friend and her mother playing a cruel hoax on her. Megan would kill herself. The mother Lori Dew and her daughter Sarah were charged with involuntary manslaughter. It sparked a law in honor of Megan Meier.
Anyway, the suspect is innocent until proven guilty. Dairy Queen representatives have no comment at the time.

What touched off the original Black Lives Matter movement was a 14 year old boy who was brutally killed by two White men in the tiny town of Money, Mississippi. President Barack Obama blocked the Keystone XL pipeline and the Dakota Access pipeline. The decision to block the pipelines won approval from Native American right groups who for years demanded the pipeline to realign the path. They believed that the pipeline could rupture and cause great damages to the water supply and bring unnecessary destruction to the land.
The Standing Rock Sioux tribe warned Trump to not allow the pipeline to continue. He ignored it.
In December, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers denied the pipeline builder Energy Transfer Partners the permits to carry forth. The pipeline was supposed to be going under Lake Oahe in North Dakota.
The decision was calling for a review of the safety and environmental impact of that route.
The State Department rejected the TransCanada request to build a 1,179 mile pipeline that would run from Alberta to Nebraska. Now the fuhrer's minions may greenlight the project despite the backlash.

Concern troll gets an answer to the Evanston Police and Lawrence Crosby controversy.
So Donald J. Trump is the 45th President of the United States. Okay, fine. I guess you idiots will give this asshole the chance. Unfortunately I won't. I want to treat him and Mike Pence like they've treated Barack Obama. For the next four or eight years, I will be unrepentant.

Now I posted this week about the issue with Lawrence Crosby who was roughed up by the Evanston Police after a woman called them. The woman clearly stated that she was "racially profiling" him.
I bluntly said. "Blake Murphy, expect death threats. You're going to get them for trying to be a 'hero.'"
"Your reactionary decision to follow a motorist because you suspect criminal activity was not only dangerous, but extremely stupid," I said. "You give the information to the law and let them handle it."
That brought this troll to question my posting. So in order to respond back to this troll, I want to look at the comments piece by piece and respond back with the answer.

This article is a hate crime! You are encouraging people to attack Blake Murphy. Your argument is apparently that white people cannot report apparent crimes to the police if they involve a black person. The race is not the issue in the woman's 911 call. She reasonably thought that someone was breaking into a vehicle, regardless of their skin color. She did say that "I didn't mean to racial profile the guy," but that was after she had seen the police beat down an innocent and arrest him on trumped up charges. She knew that he was being railroaded and was upset. Is she racist? There is no conclusive evidence on the tape to go either way. She may feel that her identifying his race in her earlier call would be viewed that way, as it had been in the edited tape of George Zimmerman's 911 call (largely due to NBC's "re-editing" of the tape). You could argue that it was foolish of her to follow his vehicle, and it probably was. However, the 911 operator did not tell her to stop doing so. By the same token it was probably foolish of Mr. Crosby to get out of his vehicle, but, again, the police are supposed to know how to handle these situations correctly. The fault in this lies solely in the response of the police. They could have instructed Mrs. Murphy to stop following the car. They could have given coherent instructions to Mr. Crosby and avoided most, if not all, physical contact with him. Really, though, the most reprehensible part is the cover up and charges afterwards even when the correct situation had been determined. Is there racism in how the police handled things? It would definitely seem so. You need to exam yourself and see why you feel such hate for someone who is trying to be a good citizen and keep someone's car from getting stolen.

The first thing you said was this article is a hate crime. In what matter am I encouraging crimes against anyone's race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, political, economical, and financial standings?
I don't condone hate crimes against anyone. So that's the first thing you got wrong here.
You claim that I believe White people should never report crime to the police if the suspect is Black. No I am not saying that. First thing, you do not approach a person committing a crime. You do not follow a person who commits a crime. And if you have a description of the suspect, let the police handle it. I will not put my life in danger to save property.
Crime isn't based on color. It's an equal opportunity offender. So you're wrong on that one.
When Murphy said "I don't really feel like I'm racially profiling", that's an example of it. I don't assume that a person breaking into a car is actually breaking into a car. I know the reactionary have called the law on a man who had a CPR dummy inside his vehicle. The law broke his window because someone claimed that an older woman was trapped inside. I seen reactionary call the law on people who leave stuffed animals or dolls inside a vehicle. So for you to claim that the woman didn't racially profile Crosby, you're wrong on that one as well.
You actually have to pop the door locks out of older model vehicles. For a vehicle like Crosby's, you might have to have OnStar and special tools. It's highly unlikely for him to break into a vehicle like his based on technology that makes it harder for criminals to get into it. That's why newer model cars have keyless entry. It eliminates the driver from losing a set of keys or having unauthorized motorists inside their vehicles. The only way a criminal gets into a vehicle is the person leaving their keys inside an unlocked vehicle or having the engine running when they're in a business "for a minute".
Bringing up George Zimmerman. That's what Joe Madison used to call the diversion tactic. NBC was sued by Zimmerman on a claim that they purposely edited a tape where it only seems like Zimmerman was only considered about the race of Trayvon Martin. The case was thrown out on the grounds of the audio was fair use and it wasn't a copyright of Zimmerman. The producer who made the video was fired out the cannon. No different than Fox News running misleading audio from individuals. Or perhaps the James O'Keefe undercover sting operation videos. They have been a subject of controversy. I don't see you getting all upset over people like O'Keefe deliberately editing videos. He paid the price by being arrested and sued by the people who he went after.
By the way, Trayvon Martin was the teen who was shot in Sanford, Florida by Zimmerman and it launched the Black Lives Matter movement. It became a polarizing issue for the fact that the junk food media was obsessed with Martin's past instead of the shooter's past. Zimmerman is forever tarnished by the celebrity. He can't live a normal life because he openly bragged about murdering an unarmed child. Regardless of what Martin did, he didn't have a gun and for you to bring that up is an example of the four Ds.

I am not arguing whether following the suspect was a smart move. I am bluntly saying that it was stupid. Regardless, the 911 caller doesn't sit in the passenger seat. They don't know where the person is located. They ping the phone and alert the police to the nearest area where the phone's data is on. Most phones active or inactive allow you to make a 911 call.
Crosby came out his vehicle with his hands up. So you're saying you rather see him dragged out his car or shot. Regardless of what he would have done, either he would have tasted the pavement or the hot lead from the officer's service weapon. For a Black person, getting a wallet, putting your hands in the glove compartment or even being a cell phone could mean a threat to a cop's life. The cops see threat regardless of what he done.
He has a dash camera in his vehicle and he could use that in his lawsuit against the Evanston Police.
Evanston Police didn't hold these officers accountable. So given in a few years, one of them would use deadly force against another person of color. I promise you that it will happen soon.

Unrepentant motorist gets LIFE for her callous attack on innocent parade watchers.
Adacia Chambers, the woman who ran her vehicle through a crowd of people in Stillwater, Oklahoma found justice. She was given a LIFE sentence in the iron college after the jury convicted her of murdering four people on her mission.
According to the law, she was under the influence when she decided to plow through the homecoming parade for the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Chambers was sentenced after pleading no contest to four counts of second-degree murder and 39 counts of assault and battery.
She was fired out the cannon at Freddy's Custard and Steakburgers for being on drugs. She got angry and decided to end her life by taking out others.
Nash Lucas, a toddler, Nakita Prabhakar, a 23 year old MBA student at Oklahoma State and a married couple Bonnie and Marvin Stone, both 65 lost their lives to this unrepentant terrorist.
Her defense for this act of terrorism was mental issues. The jury said she showed intent.
Prosecutors says Chambers steered her car around a police barricade and sped up before plowing into spectators.
Chambers will now have a chance to appeal the decision. Unfortunately, the LIFE sentence does carry a chance a parole. After serving at least 30 years in the iron college, she may have an out.

Young woman from Illinois went to Dairy Queen to get a dinner and left with a racial slur. Deianira Ford gets more than terrible food service. She was called a racial slur in front of her children.
In fuhrer Donald J. Trump's America, a franchise owner of a popular fast food restaurant got the audacity to call a customer a NIGGER because she was wanted to return an order that was wrong.
Jim Crichton. Expect death threats. Expect these death threats because you allowed your word vomit to get in the way of serving the customer. You have the nerve to call a Black woman a NIGGER because your workers fucked up an order. The customer has a right to respond to an order.
Deianeira Ford gets the last laugh in this transgression. Unfortunately she will not win the war given that fuhrer Trump continue to press for the elimination of political correctness.
In Zion, Illinois, Ford was with her children and she wanted to get a DQ meal with a Blizzard and couple of ice cream cones. She didn't think that the service was going to be that bad.
The Zion location is closed indefinitely.
Crichton, the owner of Dairy Queen approached her and started popping off at the mouth. She said that he was degrading her in front of her children.
"I was kind of taken back, and my daughter in the backseat repeated what he said and asked me what that means," Ford said.
Ford said she was so upset she called the law on him. The police report says that Crichton called her a NIGGER repeatedly in a dispute over the partially-filled food order that he handled. When Ford asked for a full refund, police said, "Crichton refused, gave her $5 back and called her and her children NIGGERS adding that "they did not deserve anything more."
The owner boasted that he was proud to say NIGGER to the woman and said that was "fed up with Black people."
When she posted her experience on social media, the backlash. The backlash came swiftly.
Crichton issued an apology saying that, "What I said was not appropriate and is something I cannot take back. I have no excuse. I can only ask for forgiveness and try to make it up to all involved. As a start, I, along with my employees, will undergo sensitivity training."
It was a little too late. Dairy Queen's corporate office in Minneapolis said, "Time's up. You done."
So Dairy Queen's internal investigation found that his behavior was unbecoming of the company.
They decided to end their franchise deal with Crichton. Basically firing him and his employees out the cannon.
Ford retained a lawyer and is considering legal actions against the owner. She had gotten support from organizations across the country and the Chicago Black Lives Matter group is getting involved in the matter. They are planning protests at the Zion location despite it being closed.
The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority covers the Dayton, Ohio and Montgomery County with a portion of the bus lines going into Greene County. It has 29 routes and also a mobility line for seniors and special need riders. The RTA also has overhead trolleys. The trolleybuses cover a portion of the city and inner suburbs.
Dayton is the smallest city in the United States to still have overhead electric trolleys. Other cities include Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, and Boston. These cities have populations with over 500,000 residents.
In a city with 139,000 residents, the RTA is necessary for the 30,000 riders who use the public transit.
The RTA is facing a crisis within its ranks. The Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1385 is getting tired of dealing with the leadership's ineptness. Mark Doughney, the president of the RTA is facing calls for resignation after many drivers complained that the new rules imposed on drivers limit their break periods, their restroom breaks and time off.
Many of the drivers voiced frustration with the way RTA is working them. They now operate from 4:15 am on opening routes to nearly 2:30 am.
Now at the stroke of midnight, the city bus drivers will end their routes and walk off the job.
Dayton's mayor Nan Whaley and city's commissioners are pleading for RTA and the union to work out the differences for the sake of the community.
A strike could make life difficult for riders who need to get to work, school, or shopping districts.
A strike could cost RTA millions of dollars.
A strike could spell doom for union workers because if Republicans pass a NO STRIKE CLAUSE state law when it comes to public sector work, the RTA drivers could be fired out the cannon.
Ohio is a "right to work" state. The worker's unions across the country are being weakened by Republicans. They feel confident that they could destroy the unions and make employers hire people at lower wages and longer hours.
Ohio governor John Kasich and the federal government might get involved in this situation.
Some unfortunate facts about the RTA.
Many of the residents in this community support the fuhrer Donald J. Trump. So it won't be any surprise that some online white extremists are seething with glee watching others suffer. Most of the people who comment about the RTA often push racial stereotypes about the riders and the bus lines.
Many of them are assuming that many of the bus riders are geekers and druggies. Some openly call the workers, the riders and the people who support the RTA a bunch of NIGGERS or NIGGER-LOVERS. Some even resort to the childish name calling supporters LIBTARDS.
The junk food media here often sensationalize stories for ratings. I don't watch the news anymore because they allow Trump to win.
Beavercreek, Ohio a city that is located six miles from Dayton was a vocal opposition to the RTA and Greene County Area Transit Service having routes serve the Mall at Fairfield Commons.
The U.S. Department of Justice and Transportation warned Beavercreek that if they continue to deny bus service to the community they could lose funding for the city. Once the fuhrer Trump takes over, Beavercreek city leaders could ask for Rep. Mike Turner (R-OH) and Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) to ask the DOJ to relinquish their recommendations. And Beavercreek could reinstate their public transportation ban.
RTA has wasted money big time on hydro-buses that hardly run, trolleybuses that don't often run and passing the expense onto the riders. I live in the rust belt city of Dayton. The city has trolley lines that are hardly used. I mean there is probably 100 miles of trolley line in the city and only 45 miles of the lines are used. The city fare is $1.75 for an adult. You can get a transfer for $.25 and it's good for a connecting trip for up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
It's one of the highest fares in the state.
Compare that to larger Columbus with 80 routes and Cincinnati with 50 routes. You are paying up to $35 a week on public transit. The average bus pass for a month is $95.
Dayton has only 29 routes.
Routes 3,4,5,7 and 8 are the bus lines that have trolleybus service. Route 1 and 2 have trolleybus service on limited service.
Since 2013, RTA returned bus service to the Dayton International Airport. For 15 years the bus never went to the airport. You had to have take a bus near the area and walk to the local shuttle buses that serve the airport when air travelers had to leave their vehicle overnight.
Route 1 and 16 are the only buses that serves Greene County. The bus has 90 minute commuters to Wright State University and the Mall at Fairfield Commons. In 2016, Route 16 was realigned to serve Costco Wholesale, Kroger Marketplace and Miami Valley Hospital South Campus.
The U.S. Department of Defense and the RTA worked out an agreement to have special buses serve the Wright Patterson Air Force Base in Montgomery and Greene County. The buses operate two times a day.
The RTA doesn't connect to Miami County, Warren County, Butler County, the remaining portions of Greene County and Clarke County.
The Southern Ohio Regional Transit Authority (Cincy Metro), Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky (TANK) and Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) have buses that serve multiple counties, many business venues, their local airports and local attractions.
Dayton RTA has five transit stations. One that is located at the Westown shopping center. One that is located at the Eastown shopping center. One that is located in Trotwood which also serves at the Dayton Greyhound transit terminal. One located one mile from the Dayton mall. The final one is the downtown transit station which is located near the RTA headquarters.
The Dayton Mall has been under fire for banning the buses from the property. The only buses that serve the mall are routes that have very few riders. Route 23, 60 and 61 are crosstown buses that avoid downtown Dayton. The buses operate on a limited schedule and often are completed by 10pm.
Many of the county buses and crosstown Route 24 avoid the mall. They head to the transit hub or have a local stop about 1/2 mile from the mall.
Ohio State Route 741 known as Springboro Pike was reworked to have sidewalks. The speed limit was previously 45 mph. Now it's localized to 40 mph. They moved the pedestrian crosswalks to an area that is 1/2 mile from Ohio State Route 725. The Miami Township Police maintain a heavy presence around the mall. The Ohio State Patrol maintains traffic control on most roads around the mall.
Lyons Road where the South Transit Center is located is 1 mile from the Dayton Mall. The road has sidewalks and a bicycle lane. The speed limit around the area is 45 mph and the nearest light with a crosswalk is 1/4 mile from the transit center.
Dayton is still one of the most segregated cities in the United States.
An Ohio cop is being charged for public intoxication, inducing panic, reckless endangerment and felonious assault. Shauna Lambert works for the Cincinnati Police. The police department is facing a DOJ investigation.

Cincinnati Police are placing one of their own in the freezer after she was accused of leaving her firearm inside a movie theater. On top of that, she was intoxicated. The cop beat an OVI charge last April.
Milford Police and the Clermont County boys arrested District 2 officer Shauna Lambert after she left her service weapon inside Rave Movie Theaters on Friday. She was off-duty when this all happened.
Cellphone footage of the arrest was done by a viral seeker.
Moviegoers were watching the Rouge One: A Star Wars Movie.
Someone panicked when the burner was found on the floor.
Lambert was lying across the seats and witness said that she was acting a tad bit odd and not normal of a moviegoer.
Not a good night for a Cincinnati officer.
Lambert has a history with the booze. She was busted in Blue Ash for being on OVI. The "Blue Wall of Silence" gave her a lesser charge. She plead guilty to having a reckless operation.
The Cincinnati and Milford Police have no comment on the matter other than she will face a disciplinary hearing. The possibility of being fired out the cannon is LIKELY.
On top of that, she will banned from Rave Movie Theaters for LIFE.
And she will have a court date in Clermont County.

The white extremists are once again livid over a woman who broadcast the beating of a man on Facebook Live. The attack happened in Chicago and the suspects are in custody. But according to the white extremists, this is "racially motivated crime" and the fault belongs on Barack Obama and Black Lives Matter. In the video it has some notable quotes and the suspects are taunting the victim.
The video is 30-minutes long and it has the suspects shouting at the victim, "fuck Donald Trump" and "fuck White people".
The suspects were Black and the victim was White.
One of the suspects is going to get death threats once she gets out of Cook County lockup.
An 18 year old man with special needs was taken from suburbs and held against his will. He was bounded and gagged.
In the video, several people look on as one of the people laid the knuckle style chili on the victim.
The video begins with the group of apparent captors yelling at the tied up man. They cut the sleeves of his sweatshirt as one says they're going to make him "butt ass naked."
The woman filming the video then appears to realize she's on Facebook Live, but continues recording as she smokes. The video also includes numerous references to drinking and getting drunk.
The group makes several references to Donald Trump at the beginning of the video, yelling his name and cursing him.
Another video was also posted on Facebook with the caption "#Trump Got Us #Fuckedup On My #DeadHomie."
The second video, which you can watch below, shows the group taunting the victim and forcing him to drink from a toilet.
Four of the suspects were taken into custody. They are innocent until proven guilty. Kidnapping charges itself carry up to 20 years in the iron college. If the federal government under the fuhrer gets involved, a hate crimes charge could carry 15 years.
Every suspect is guilty before proven innocent in the minds of concern trolls.
These concern trolls outed the suspect that was involved in the attack. The hashtag #brittanyherring and #blmkidnapping was trending online. Of course, white extremists often blame Black Lives Matter for every act caused by a Black criminal.

The Manson legacy came around the late 1960s when he recruited a group of teenagers to murder and mane seven victims. Manson is being treated for an undisclosed illness at a Bakersfield hospital.

DNA Info reports that charges against 29 year old Ramiz Bajwa were dropped this week after his accuser, Jennifer Boyle, failed to show up in court.

Stephane Jean-Louis, a friend of Bajwa's, tells DNA Info that Bajwa never assaulted Boyle, and said that the two got into an argument after Bajwa accidentally rang her doorbell.
Specifically, Jean-Louis tells the publication that "although he heard the woman yelling at Bajwa and the two arguing," for a short time, he "did not hear a scuffle ensue, and the woman was already walking back up the stairs by the time he'd gotten to the hallway."
"He can't even push her through that [front] door — you have to pull that door to get it open," Jean-Louis said Thursday. "There was no noise, nothing at all to make anyone seem like they were even pushed through the door."
