Vice President Kamala Harris and Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg. The junk food media is stirring up rivalries if Biden doesn't run for president in 2024.

So for the month of November the U.S. economy added 210,000 jobs. The junk food media claims this is the lowest in almost a year. The unemployment rate falls from 4.6% to 4.2% and the stock market rallied on the news. We have lost over 810,000 Americans to the coronavirus. We have over 335.2 million Americans living the country and of those jobs being spread between 50 states, five U.S. territories and the District of Columbia, there's at least 15,000 new jobs for a state. There are companies closing and going out of business. There are companies forced to keep hours limited because of hiring shortages. There are workers who literally quitting the service industry because it's stressful. Those who don't like wait times or poor performance for overworked workers are driving the service industry to a mass departure.

Congress has not passed the Build Back Better package which is slated to help working families. Two senators, Sen. Karen Sinema (D-AZ) and Sen. Karen Manchin (D-WV) have balked at the package amount and giving "handouts" to struggling Americans.

This job report will be criticized because it's not enough. When is there ever enough?

The far-right, the far-left, and the ney-saying junk food media agitators will say this is bad news for President Joe Biden. A president that has touted more jobs than his predecessor.

The new variant of the coronavirus called omicron has spread across the country. Right now, five states have confirmed cases. Even in Hawai'i, the remote island chain state, there's confirmation of the virus.

The Squad's Bush and Ocasio-Cortez are constantly in the news for trolling and not working in good faith. The Democrats are sick of them.

Congress averts a government shutdown. There are five Republican do-nothings in the Senate who were going to block a House passed bill that would have funded the government and raise the debt ceiling. Obstructionist leader Karen McConnell (R-KY) put an end to the noise quickly. He knew the writing on the wall. If the government shuts down, Republicans were gong to be blamed. The complaints ranging from the Build Back Better bill as well as vaccine and mask mandate no less. They managed to get it through and will hold off until February where this whole ordeal will continue.

America’s unemployment rate tumbled last month to its lowest point since the pandemic struck, even as employers appeared to slow their hiring — a mixed picture that pointed to a resilient economy that’s putting more people to work.

The government reported Friday that businesses and other employers added just 210,000 jobs in November, the weakest monthly gain in nearly a year and less than half of October’s increase of 546,000.

But other data from the Labor Department’s report painted a brighter picture. The unemployment rate plummeted from 4.6% to 4.2% as a substantial 1.1 million Americans said they found jobs last month.

The U.S. economy still remains under threat from a spike in inflation, shortages of labor and supplies and the potential impact of the omicron variant of the coronavirus. But for now, Americans are spending freely, and the economy is forecast to expand at a 7% annual rate in the final three months of the year, a sharp rebound from the 2.1% pace in the previous quarter, when the delta variant hobbled growth.

Who is the Karen Queen Bee? The three freshman lawmakers are the least productive in Washington and most controversial figures. Mace, Greene and Boebert are feuding with one another.

Employers in some industries, such as restaurants, bars, and hotels, pulled back on hiring in November. By contrast, job growth remained solid in areas like transportation and warehousing, which are benefiting from the growth of online commerce.

The fall in the unemployment rate was particularly encouraging because it coincided with an influx of a half-million job-seekers into the labor force, most of whom quickly found work. Normally, many such people would take time to find jobs and would be counted as unemployed until they did. The influx of new job-seekers, if it continues, would help reduce the labor shortages that have bedeviled many employers since the economy began to recover from the pandemic.

“That’s good news for job seekers and workers, and for businesses too,” said Julia Pollak, chief economist at online jobs site ZipRecruiter. “It looks like the supply constraints are easing a bit with the unemployment rate low and wage growth high” — two factors that often encourage people to search for work.

November’s report reflects a divergence in two surveys that the government conducts each month. The unemployment rate is calculated from a survey of households. For last month, this survey found that 1.1 million more people reported that they were employed. A separate survey of employers, called the payroll survey, reported just 210,000 added jobs.

Though the results of the two surveys typically match up over the long run, they can differ sharply in any one month. For November, economists noted that the big employment gain in the household survey brought that figure in line with the larger increases in the payroll survey during previous months.

The hiring gains in the payroll survey have also been revised up substantially in recent months, and some economists suggested that this will likely happen again in coming months.

“My sense is the household estimate is closer to the truth around what is happening in the jobs market and ... should anticipate a significant upward revision to the November data next month,” said Joseph Brusuelas, an economist at RSM, a tax and advisory firm.

The household survey also captures self-employed and gig workers, whose ranks have grown steadily since the pandemic struck, unlike the payroll survey. Some economists attribute part of the nation’s labor shortage to an increase in people who have recently gone to work for themselves.

Among them is Daniel Nolan of Raleigh, North Carolina. Like millions of other Americans, Nolan, 36, had his life and work upended by COVID-19. His 9-year old son was in virtual school at the outset of the pandemic. And his father-in-law, ill with cancer, moved in with his family, prompting Nolan to leave his job as a software engineer at a private equity firm.

Nolan expected this period to last only a few months. But when he began looking for work again, the job offers he got weren’t what he was looking for. So in August, he decided to strike out on his own.

So far, Nolan said, he’s earning roughly the same income that he did before. He plans to keep consulting for at least two more years — and may never return to a corporate job.

“I’m able to make at least as much as I was making at my previous job and still have the flexibility of being a consultant,” he said.

Friday’s report showed that the number of unemployed Americans sank in November to 6.9 million, compared with the pre-pandemic number of 5.7 million. And average wages, which have been rising as employers try to attract or keep workers, increased a strong 4.8% from a year ago.

For months, employers have been struggling with worker shortages because many people who lost jobs in the pandemic have not, for various reasons, returned to the workforce. But last month, nearly 600,000 people came off the sidelines to look for jobs and were generally hired quickly. The government classifies people as unemployed only if they’re actively seeking work.

We need more lawmakers like Shontel Brown. A lawmaker who doesn't want to a circus act.

As a result, the proportion of Americans who are in the workforce rose from 61.6% to 61.8%, the first significant increase since April. If that much-anticipated development continues, it could point to stronger job growth ahead.

Even as the jobless rate has steadily declined this year, the proportion of Americans who are working or searching for jobs has barely budged, at least until this month. A shortage of job-seekers tends to limit hiring and force companies to pay more to attract and keep employees. Higher pay can help sustain spending and growth. But it can also feed inflation if businesses raise prices to offset their higher labor costs, which they often do.

Whether or not the increase in job-seekers continues is a critical question for the Federal Reserve. If the proportion of people in the workforce doesn’t rise much, it would suggest that the Fed is nearing its goal of maximum employment.

With inflation at a three-decade high and far above the Fed’s 2% annual target, reaching its employment mandate would heighten pressure on Chair Jerome Powell to raise interest rates sooner rather than later. Doing so would make loans more expensive for many individuals and businesses.

President Joe Biden on Friday highlighted the drop in the unemployment rate, which he called “an extraordinary bit of progress.” Still, the slowdown in job growth, if it persists, will pose a challenge for Biden, who has received poor marks in a handful of public opinion polls for how he has handled the economy.

Though most indicators show the economy remains on the rebound, White House aides have privately expressed frustration that the president hasn’t earned credit for the improvement and instead is facing criticism over the spike in inflation and gas prices that have burdened Americans in recent months.

The government’s survey of businesses suggested that some employers were more cautious about hiring last month. Restaurants, bars and hotels added just 23,000 jobs, down from 170,000 in October. That could reflect the effects of an uptick in COVID-19 cases last month and a reduction in outdoor dining.

Retailers cut 20,000 jobs, a sign that holiday hiring hasn’t been as strong as in previous years. But transportation and warehousing firms added 50,000 positions, which indicates that online retailers and shippers anticipate healthy online shopping.

Jeff Crivello, CEO of BBQ Holdings, which owns about 300 restaurants, said that for him, hiring has become a little easier in recent months. None of his restaurants are now closing early because of staff shortages. But it’s still a struggle. The company hired more than 300 people in November yet still has about 500 open jobs.

“The pandemic,” Crivello said, “ushered in a seismic shift in consumer behavior and demand and the desires of the workforce.”

His company has raised average hourly pay 15% since the pandemic struck but is competing with the new opportunities that many restaurant workers have, including higher-paying jobs at warehouses or in trucking. Many younger workers, Crivello said, are finding jobs in the cannabis industry or in gaming or even making money building followings on social media.

The jobs outlook for the coming months has become hazier with the emergence of the omicron variant. Little is definitively known about omicron, and widespread business shutdowns are considered unlikely. Still, omicron could discourage some Americans from traveling, shopping and eating out in the coming months and potentially slow the economy.

The agitators are painting a feud between Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and Vice President Kamala Harris. They were complaining about Buttigieg and his husband Chasten having newborn twins and he's taking family leave. They were complaining about Harris traveling to Europe to speak on behalf of the president. They were complaining about her lingo. She bought an expensive kitchen set with her own money. They claim that she has record low job approval and some are still seeing her as inauthentically Black because she's married to Doug Emhoff, the Second Gentleman. The far-right also shared an inappropriate video of Dr. Jill Biden, the First Lady of the United States being told to "shut the fuck up." The video was deemed fake but it's still up and the troll has shared the video to nearly 2 million folks. The Republicans continue to play "pretend doctor" when it comes to the president's health.

A stupid Karen named Rep. Karen Jackson (R-TX) along with Fox have spreaded "Russian Active Measures" when it comes to the health of the president. Jackson has vowed to pressure Congress to draft legislation to make the president take a cognitive test to prove if Biden is a blithering idiots.

Congress is so much like high school. Rep. Idiot Karen Greene (R-GA), Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO), Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rep. Karen Mace (R-SC), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Rep. Karen Gosar (R-AZ) are feuding with one another. Gosar was stripped of his positions after he shared a graphic anime depicting himself killing Ocasio-Cortez and Biden. Boebert appears to be next after she made an inappropriate joke about Omar and called her a member of the "jihad squad." Omar played a death threat she got shortly after the two argued on the phone and she hung up on her. Greene defended them and called out QAnon Leader Karen McCarthy (R-CA) for making Gosar and Boebert pay the price for white nationalism. Mace called Greene out shortly after and now she's gotten death threats and a personal warning from the Georgia lawmaker that she is going to make sure that she'll endorse the primary opponent.

Manchin and Sinema are getting death threats and disruptions to their lives because of their wishy washy antics. They are stalling Build Back Better.

None of these lawmakers have any accomplishments. Rep. Shontel Brown (D-OH) has been the only lawmaker who has done far more than the Freedumb Caucus and the Squad. Only a month in, she's has voted numerous times on legislation and is co-sponsoring a bill with Rep. Lucy McBath (D-GA).

The travel ban is ridiculous. Americans and foreign travel to the African Union and Asian-Pacific Alliance states are not the cause of a pandemic. However, Biden and his predecessor Washed Up 45 seriously believe that a pandemic will be stopped at the border or checkpoint. Trevor Noah, a South African comedian and host of The Daily Show slammed Biden for imposing a travel ban for 10 African Union countries. It already made it to the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, China, Japan, European Union and Saudi Arabia.

Biden also has to agree to the "stay in Mexico" rule imposed by Washed Up 45 and the federal court.

The president had the federal courts reject his argument that migrants entering the United States should have the right under asylum. The pandemic and white nationalism were the reasons to why the federal courts ordered Biden to keep in place the rule that keeps migrants in Mexico for six months while they are being properly vetted.

The junk food media has been saying that Biden will do one term, Harris is unpopular to be the Democratic nominee and Washed Up 45 is teasing another run. None of this stuff is confirmed as fact.

Yes, Biden's job approval is low. But that's because he's dealing with a partisan Congress, he didn't accomplish his two key proposals: voting rights and police reform. The junk food media is trying to find something to stick to Harris. The junk food media likes drama and are attacking a Black woman who is productive. Biden said he's running for 2024. He will do fine. If he stays out of the nonsense of gossip and retaliation against critics, he could win reelection.

President Joe Biden's headaches:

  1. The Karens in the Republican House and Senate.
  2. Two Democratic senators and one independent senator who is a Democratic Socialist.
  3. The so-called progressive members of The Squad and Progressive Caucus.
  4. The junk food media and their never ending dramatizing of world events.
  5. Anti-Vaxxers. Lawmakers and activists who protests the CDC guidelines during the pandemic.
  6. The endless culture wars that Republicans find outrage in.
  7. Washed Up 45 and his minions on Fox, Newsmax, OANN and the internet.
  8. Facebook and TikTok and the idiots who run it and the idiots who post on it.
  9. Fox, The Daily Mail and OANN's relentless talk about his son Hunter Biden.
  10. The relentless talk about spending.
  11. Gun violence in the country and Congress refusal to do something about it.
Should I go further than I want. I mean the president's agenda is literally being grinded to a halt by 50 Republicans in the minority and two Democrats. The 47 Democrats are tired of the independent who caucuses with them always in the limelight. The House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) is tired of the House members trying to sabotage the Build Back Better agenda.
The two white nationalist lawmakers got the Republicans to back measures to keep government open.

The coronavirus doesn't care about your age, race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, politics, economic or social standings. It doesn't care about your business, your performances, your personal finances and travel. It doesn't care about the funerals, the birthday parties, the weddings, the vacations, the events and your graduations. It doesn't care about anything. It's a living organism that causes mild symptoms that include: fever, sore throats, chills, respiratory issues, loss of taste or smell and other unknown symptoms. If you have a weak immune system or health issues, your risk increases.

Food prices, energy prices, rent, city services and college education have risen. Companies are struggling to find workers. They are now trying to push incentives to get workers in.

Real Reasons To Why Unemployment Rate Stays The Way It Is!

  1. DEAD
  2. BORN
  3. THE PANDEMIC
  4. CLIMATE CHANGE
  5. IN PRISON
  6. IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
  7. IN MIDDLE SCHOOL
  8. IN HIGH SCHOOL
  9. IN COLLEGE NOT LOOKING
  10. VOLUNTEER
  11. DISABLED
  12. STAY AT HOME PARENT
  13. RETIRED
  14. QUIT ON THEIR OWN
  15. NOT HIRING QUALIFIED
  16. NOT HIRING TOO QUALIFIED
  17. ACTIVE MILITARY
  18. NATURAL DISASTERS
  19. MASS SHOOTINGS DISRUPT DAILY ROUTINE
  20. BEING LAID OFF DUE TO CLOSING OR STAFF REDUCTION
  21. DESTRUCTION TO FACILITY OR PROPRETY
  22. OUTSOURCING JOBS TO OTHER STATES OR COUNTRIES
  23. BEING UNDOCUMENTED IN FEAR OF I.C.E. OR U.S. AGENCIES
  24. BEING PUBLIC OUTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA DOING SHAMEFUL ACTS
  25. PARTICIPATING IN UNCIVIL OR VIOLENT PROTESTS

Things are slowly returning back to normal. However we're still not out of the woods yet. Over 78% of Americans have at least gotten one of the coronavirus vaccines. Around 135 million Americans refusing to be vaccinated which will lead to the coronavirus being resistant to vaccines. As it mutates into a deadly strain, folks who refuse to follow the CDC guidelines will eventually turn it into a super-pandemic in which those who come into contact with an infected asymptomatic person could trigger the mass destruction of the human race.

President Joe Biden had hopes that Americans would take this shit seriously. Unfortunately, Republicans so fucking eager to return to power will keep Americans fixated on the culture wars. Now vaccinations are part of this culture war.

But those fighting the culture war by not vaccinating, not wearing face mask in public, not following protocols, and deliberately ignoring federal and international rules when traveling are going to be the first casualties of the war.

With this pandemic mostly affecting states where Republican governors are, we may have to return to wearing facial protection and cutting back services to reduce the spread of the coronavirus.

We came so far only to have a bunch of selfish idiots set it back. Just because they hate President Joe Biden.

Companies are still trying to hire employees. With the average wages stagnant, many are not looking forward to returning to a job that pays dirt wages. Many who worked in the retail, restaurant and low end service industry are not willing to take a job for less than $10 an hour.

Republicans don't see the bigger picture itself. They rather continue to believe in conspiracies about people collecting the safety net and not going back to work.

Give them a liveable wage and maybe things might improve in the job market.

We can't always assume that folks are lazy. People are literally dying from being overworked and folks are tired of the status quo of their jobs.

Many single mothers are having trouble trying to find quality daycare or family members to watch children. On top of that, some have lost family members due to the pandemic. A homemaker may have lost their spouse. Some may have no choice but to watch their children or loved ones due to the aftermath of the pandemic.

Folks are still trying to rebound from medical bills, late rent payments, owing taxes and college loans.

Republicans are white nationalists without a conscience. Washed Up 45's presidency and Republican controlled governments killed millions of Americans. President Joe Biden has a slim majority in Congress and things can't be done with obstruction from both parties.

Holding these lawmakers accountable is not just a pledge, but a promise. You need to learn who represents your community. Your local community member, your school board member, your mayor, your state representative, your state senator, your governor, your U.S. Representative, your U.S. Senator and the president need to be held accountable for their actions.

We need to put pressure on Republicans and Democrats to do something to improve everyone's lives.
