In honor of slain rapper Young Dolph, the legends come for a Verzuz battle. The iconic hip-hop groups Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia do a rap battle in Los Angeles.

Juicy J, DJ Paul, Koopsta Knicca, Crunchy Black, Lord Infamous and Gangsta Boo make up the Three 6 Mafia. They also known as DaMafia×6, Triple Six, Tear da Club Up Thugs and Hypnotized Minds Collective.

Koopsta and Infamous have passed away. The group formed in Memphis, Tennessee.

Layzie Bone, Krayzie Bone, Wish Bone, Bizzy Bone and Flesh-n-Bone are Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. They also are known as Bone Inc. 

They hail from Cleveland, Ohio. 

As a kid growing up in the 1990s, I was a hip-hop nerd. I was listening to the soulful gangsta sound of Bone and the sinful sound of Three Six. 

Things got hectic when Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and Three 6 Mafia did Verzuz.

The Verzuz battle went off smoothly but after Bone finished their song, Bizzy went off by calling them a bunch of "ugly motherfuckers" coming over disrespecting him.

He challenged Three 6 Mafia to "denounce satan" publicly on stage, but that didn't seem to be in their plans. As usual, when the two groups finally joined together, there was a bit of back and forth banter that made some uncomfortable, considering this lead-in. However, both Bone and Three 6 made it through their first handful of tracks without major incident.

However, in between songs, Bizzy stepped forward to call out Gangsta Boo. Then, he yelled at Three 6 Mafia, telling them that they won't be making fun of him any longer before throwing something at his opponents. Unsurprisingly, Three 6 stepped forward as well and Juicy J told him to "suck my dick," and soon, fists were flying and people were pushing one another. 

After 30 minutes, Bizzy Bone was allowed to return to finish his set.

Gangsta Boo called Bizzy a "hater" as he retreated and was protected by a swarm of security as well as his fellow groupmates. Juicy J, DJ Paul, and their crew were ready for whatever, but things were quickly calmed. Gangsta Boo told Bone that Bizzy would ruin their career. After a brief break, everyone returned to the stage and resumed the show, sans Bizzy.

Bizzy would return back to the stage and apologize to the fans and Juicy J. The rapper issued a statement saying that his actions were pressure and he didn't want to make the Verzuz about him and the incident. He wanted to keep the fans of their music happy and win the battle. 

Guest appearances from Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, 8Ball, MJG, Lil Eazy E, Project Pat, Lil Flip, Lil Jon, LaChat, Chamillionaire, Young Buck, Duke Duce and even Terrence Howard.
