A white student at a Naperville High School is facing criminal charges for an inappropriate posting on social media. The student posted on Craigslist an advertisement of a Black student being a slave for sale.
The DuPage County State Attorney's office and Naperville Police said that the suspect is being charge with two counts of a hate crime and one count of disorderly conduct.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
He was offering a Black student up for sale on Craigslist.
The suspect allegedly posted the ad with a photograph of the victim with the caption:
"SLAVE FOR SALE (NAPERVILLE) [A] hardworking thick nigga slave. For 'da' Low."
The principal told the junk food media that the suspect is expelled from the school and there will be a formal investigation into the actions.
"The sentiment being displayed is not reflective of Naperville Central High School. We hold our students accountable for their behavior, which includes appropriate disciplinary consequences. We will continue our efforts to educate our students to be more culturally aware and to produce good digital citizens."

This is the latest controversy in Naperville. The two last incidents happened this year. There was a Buffalo Wild Wings employee telling a group of Black diners that they had to find another place because a white customer was upset over the noise.
LeReyna and I covered the gas station worker who told young Latina teens that they need to "go back" to their country after they spoke Spanish inside the store. He threatened to call Immigration Customs Enforcement on them when they called him out on his racist behavior.
Is Naperville the hub of racial angst?

All I am going to say is that you're not anonymous. You will be found and you could lose your job or face a lawsuit.
White nationalism is a problem. It's only gotten worse since Donald J. Trump got into the White House. He openly embraces this bullshit despite his past life as a reality television star. He was once a household name in success. Now that he's the current president, Trump is no longer a name that holds value.
His legacy will be embolden by white nationalism and stupidity.
His supporters are a true testament of it.
