Matter of fact, the Republicans only have 3% of the Black vote in general. There's only two lawmakers in Washington, DC right now. One U.S. congressman and one U.S. Senator.
Rep. Will Hurd (R-TX) who is retiring and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC). Hurd has been critical of Trump and has warned Republicans to stop demonizing Black leaders. Scott who worked with Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) in the passage of criminal reform, has often warned Republicans about being a regional party.
Booker and Harris are running for president and they are both African American.
Truth hurts. The Republican Party has been the party for white men.

Blacks are extremely cautious of Republicans. Many of the Republican Party's policies aren't beneficial to Black Americans. They often want to parrot ridiculous troupes about Blacks being "trapped on the Democrat plantation" and "being woke."

Trump went to Atlanta for a Republican fundraiser and a stop at an event for Black Republicans.
He made a pledge to black supporters that "best is yet to come" if they side with him in 2020.
He claims the Democrats have let down Black communities, trapping Black children in failing schools and accusing the party of playing identity politics.
Ironic, the pot calling the kettle black.
This is the disinformation campaign spread by the Russian troll farm and conservative morons.
He said that Democrats have prioritized undocumented immigrants over Black citizens, who have long been a dependable Democratic voting bloc.
"Democrats care more about illegal aliens than African-American citizens, or our military or citizens all over the place," said Trump.

The event was titled "Black Voices for Trump" and it had a gathering of nearly 1,000 attendees at the Georgia World Congress center.
Carson, the current Housing and Urban Development Secretary spoke also at the event.
You know what amazes me! The fact that Republicans and trolls farms from Russia spread misinformation about African American history.
Trump continues to press the notion that he's done more for African Americans than any recent president. That's an outright lie. He said that low unemployment numbers and policies he enacted in his measly three years done more than Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton.
The Democratic Party has nominated and the American people elected twice, the first African American president. For those who aren't aware, he was named Barack Hussein Obama II.
Throughout his eight years of his presidency, Republicans and conservatives have demonized him.
They attacked him on his race, his policies to help African Americans and constantly belittled his wife and children.
You're gonna tell me that Donald J. Trump, the king of birtherism is the savior of Black America.
Hell no.
By the way, trolls. Don't come at me about how Democrats aren't doing shit for Black folks.
If you ask me, both parties haven't done shit for Black people. However, the Democratic Party is more inclined to the concerns of Black America.
Being a conservative is not cool. It's not cool being a racist. Conservatives are racist. End of discussion.
