The search for a missing Florida girl intensifies. |
Taylor Rose Williams is a five-year old girl.
The Jacksonville/Duval County Boys (JSO) are investigating the area closest to the home. They are intensifying the search. The child was last seen around midnight Tuesday.
Over 100 law enforcement officers have searched around the area.
Her mother reported her missing on Wednesday morning.
Brianna Williams, the child's mother, who is a Navy petty officer, told them that she saw her daughter in bed around midnight. She woke up the next morning to see her daughter not in bed and the back door was open.
She called the law and it became an all-hands-on-deck search for the little girl.
The county boys have used K-9s, drones and door-to-door searches. They are checking local pedophiles in the area.
Today, the state issued an Amber Alert. The alert will appear between around the state. All law enforcement agencies are on alert for any suspicious activity in regards to the disappearance.
So far, there's no signs of foul play as of yet.
Williams is not a person of interest and her father lives out of state. Authorities say her family is cooperating in the investigation.
