What Happened To Aniah Blanchard?

Alabama woman goes missing after meeting someone on a dating app.
Wondering if the junk food media will amplify this missing woman of color?

NBC News and CBS News have done brief stories about this young woman.

Hopefully, she will be found alive.

The state and federal authorities are searching for a missing Alabama woman who is the step-daughter of UFC star Walt Harris.
UFC star "Big Ticket" Harris is the step-father of this young woman. He is devoting his time to helping find her.
19-year old Aniah Blanchard is starting to pick up steam in the junk food media. Her disappearance from a local university have investigators determining this is a case of foul play.

Blanchard, a student at Southern Union College was last seen in Auburn. Her vehicle was found in the state capital of Montgomery with severe damage.

"We're talking about a 50 to 60 mile span where something could have happened to her," said Chief Paul Register of the Auburn Police. "She's a person that is very close with her family and friends, and her being away, off the radar this long obviously is a very big concern."

"Big Ticket" Walt Harris had a UFC round scheduled in December but immediately pulled. He wanted to aid in the search of the young woman.
Last known sighting was a gas station near Auburn.
Alabama's controversial governor Kay Ivey and UFC president Dana White have announced rewards that totaling $30,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone involved in Blanchard's disappearance.

"While she's gone, I've been holding on to hope," Blanchard's father Elijah Blanchard said to NBC News. "The hardest part is knowing that she's not just a phone call away."

Blanchard was allegedly meeting someone on a social media dating app. They have no suspects or persons of interest at this time but they are contacting the companies that last seen the woman.
