Blame Game: Nathan Goddard!

Cop killer and his three buddies face a DEATH card.
A No-Knock warrant is controversial. The individuals and those in law enforcement are both in danger of a violent outcome. When the law arrives at your door in the early morning or late afternoon, you're awaken to the shouting, "POLICE, COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!"

The law will knock down your door, they will arrest you in your underwear and they search everything and destroy property to obtain evidence. Usually, if you're awoken to an intruder, if you're armed, you will be forced to shoot at the intruder. Sometimes, cops are in the heat of the moment.

The no-knock is supposed to stop criminals to destroying evidence. But there are times when the law gets it wrong. Folks who aren't involved in the warrant or they arrived at the wrong house are often killed or stuck with the bill if the cops determined they're no suspect or evidence.

Legally, cops can obtain a no-knock warrant from a judge. If cops destroy property in a failed search, it's almost impossible to get some form of monetary damages. The courts often side with the cops on the fact they were "working on behalf of the public safety."

Thoughts and prayers, thoughts and prayers. Thoughts and prayers will not heal the wounded or bring back the dead. It's a worthless platitude and we need to stop saying stuff like this. This is a man-made crisis. Our American leaders, the National Rifle Association and the junk food media are numb to gun violence.

Jorge del Rio paid the price in a failed raid.
Donald J. Trump, Mike Pence, Gov. Mike DeWine, Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Sen. Rob Portman (R-OH) and the 16 U.S. Representatives are going to do their usual "thoughts and prayers" and "our hearts going out to" nonsense. They also will do symbolic stuff like "lowering flags," "candlelight vigils," and "naming of roads" in honor of those killed by gun violence. All of this is meaningless platitudes. I am sorry, this is a man made crisis and Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and media agitators are so numb to this. They will not move the needle on keeping semi-automatic firearms out of the hands of potential terrorists.

The shooting of a Dayton, Ohio police detective who assisted the feds in a raid of a home died on Thursday. The name of the cop is released to the public. He was named Jorge Del Rio. He was a father, grandfather, community activist and police officer. He was with the Dayton Police for 30 years.

The terrorist who shot him is now facing a federal sandwich and the charges in this could carry the DEATH card.

The cop was shot twice in the face while trying to arrest the terrorist. The terrorist got the drop on the cop and paid the price. The additional charges will include the murder of a peace officer, murder of a federal agent of the U.S. government, possession of drugs, drug trafficking and money laundering.

The Dayton Police, Montgomery County boys, U.S. Marshals, DEA, FBI and U.S. Secret Service will conduct an investigation into the suspect and his accomplices.
Dope pushers find themselves in a life or death situation. The killing of a federal agent is automatically a death sentence.
The three other men will likely be charged with a federal sandwich as well.

The suspects each face state and federal charges. They could each be sentenced to LIFE in the iron college (or federal time out) if convicted in the drug trafficking and money laundering. The one who killed the cop has LIFE or DEATH if convicted. They will get federal time out. Once done with federal time out, they will serve the state charges in the iron college.

The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Idiot governor Mike DeWine will do the usual "thoughts and prayers" nonsense. He said Ohio will lower flags. Won't do a damn thing about curbing gun violence.
First responders had lined the streets of Dayton to watch the bag 'em ups cart the body to the funeral home.

Mayor Nan Whaley and police chief Richard Biehl had to address the news to the public. They had dealt with many controversies during the Trump era.

Do you believe "no-knock" warrants are controversial? (Expect the dumbest answers and responses from trolls. This is an unscientific poll, we expect trolls to be here).

Yes. These warrants are contributing to death of law enforcement, suspects, pets and individuals. Law enforcement often enters a property without immediate prior notification and it poses a risk of the homeowner to defend themselves from a perceived threat. If the homeowner was armed, cops and homeowners are usually paying the price for a no-knock warrant.
No. These no-knock warrants are useful to stopping criminals from destroying evidence. The police must use this technique to stop potential criminals from escaping their home or destroying valuable evidence in regards to a case. These incidents allow law enforcement to apprehend a potentially dangerous individual. These no-knock warrants aren't controversial. They are pretty lawful and must be used more often in drug cases.

The closing of Good Samaritan Hospital, the lost of grocery stores in West Dayton, the closing of Taylor Communications, the moving of Spectrum/Energizer Brands to Monroe, the tornado, the mass shooting in the Oregon District, the police chase that led to the death of two girls, the shooting of a fleeing suspect, the shooting of a mentally disturbed man, the racist social media postings of a Dayton Police officer, the chief losing his firearm, the city leaders being under federal watch in a corruption probe and the Klan coming to town were some of Dayton's most devastating problems.

Dayton is a dying city. It will continue to die despite it's hopes of a comeback. Believe me, Trump's promise to Make America Great Again didn't help much in the Midwest.

Trump is likely to win Ohio and Florida in 2020 despite him being unpopular.
Mayor Nan Whaley and Dayton Police chief Richard Biehl have to deal with another tragedy in the city of Dayton. The two seen the worst of times.
Gun violence does not take a break in the United States. That is the biggest threat in the United States and we're not doing one damn thing to stop this from happening.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence.

BAD COPS WILL GET GOOD COPS KILLED.

GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.

We are in the midst of possibly the 300+ mass shooting in the United States. Donald J. Trump, Congress, the National Rifle Association and agitators in the junk food media have moved on from dealing with gun violence. They're too busy sniping over the impeachment inquiry and partisan blame games.

Trump and lawmakers elected to federal office made politics extremely toxic.

It's not just the fault of our dear leader and lawmakers, but relentless agitators on the 24/7 cable news channels. They are profiting off division and divisiveness. The internet is also a problem. It's is a breeding ground for potential mass shooters. Facebook, Twitter, Google and other social media outlets have been "ground zero" for disinformation, partisan threats and social activism. Incels and social outcasts find their outlets on sites that inspire them to cause harm to their fellow human beings.
