California Cops Off The Force After Beat Down Of Suspect!

San Bernardino Sheriff's office has to clean house. The cameras caught 10 deputies putting a beat down on a suspect who was already on the ground with his hands up.

Again, the cameras were rolling when an unarmed suspect on a horse was getting a beat down by the San Bernardino Sheriff deputies. Now 10 members are on leave and are facing an investigation.

The U.S. Justice Department and FBI are looking into how these officers conducted themselves when suspect, Francis Jared Pusok was apprehended by the deputies.

The search warrant was being issued for a resident in the Apple Valley. Pusok was wanted for some minor felonies and misdemeanors. He tried to shake the law by stealing a person's horse.

For about 45 minutes, Pusok was chased through the desert highlands. At the end of the chase, Pusok gets off the horse and surrenders. Pusok was on the ground with his hands over his head. The deputies approach him and give him a serious beat down. The beat down lasted for more than two minutes.

Francis Pusok's booking photo. Disturbing.
He took 30 to the head, 10 to the abdomen, and 10 to the legs. The officers used not only a Taser, but their fists, their feet and a baton.

They would have gotten away with this if it wasn't for them pesky cameras.

It wasn't a bystander or the suspect with the camera. It was NBC 4 from Los Angeles. They witness this incident on camera. The helicopter pilot and reporter witness a 10 to 1 beat down. Guess who lost that one?

The suspect did suffer some injuries that required a medical visit. But after release he was sent to lock up for the fleeing and eluding charge.

But he has hired an attorney and is planning on suing the police for excessive force. Sheriff John McMahon is doing damage control after viewing the video.

He calls the incident "troubling" and calls for an internal investigation into this matter.

Pusok was unarmed. He didn't attack the officers with any weapon (i.e. firearm, knife, bodily fluids, animal or explosive device).

The junk food media has been on a roll with the debate over police officers using deadly force against unarmed suspects.

If the shootings of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown don't seem to matter, how about this one?

What image will the junk food media use when they're smearing an unarmed victim?
The law can lie when justifying a pull over, a citation, an arrest, use of a Taser, use of restraint or use of deadly force. The cops can tell their superiors in a written or on camera statement how the suspect provoked the use of force. The law can splice video and release it to the public. The junk food media will make any unarmed suspect or unintended victim look like the bad guy regardless.

The political agitators and arm chair keyboard warriors go back in forth on debating.

The cop who used deadly force on a suspect is given the benefit of doubt by the junk food media and supporters of law enforcement. A dead body (especially a Black man) is valued only as a criminal based on what the public sees on social media or open record searches.

Although Francis will owe up for the criminal acts, he didn't deserve this type of abuse by the law.

We here at Journal de la Reyna wish Francis Pusok a speedy recovery.

Tulsa Police Release Video Of Oklahoma Reserve Officer Shooting Unarmed Suspect!

The Tulsa Police release the video of unarmed suspect Eric Harris purchasing an unregistered firearm. He would run and eventually get caught. But in the apprehension an elderly reserve officer would "accidentally" fire his service weapon instead of his Taser. Harris was shot and killed. The Department of Justice is investigating this situation.

In Tulsa, OK there's a controversy. A suspect who was unarmed was shot by a reserve cop who thought he had drawn the Taser. The suspect would later die of his injuries. The Oklahoma State Patrol Enforcement Agency is looking into the death of Eric C. Harris.

This shooting follows a few high profile shootings such as the Walter Scott and Michael Brown shooting.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Eric Harris.

Harris was under investigation for purchasing firearms. While in a police pursuit, Harris would exit the vehicle. The arresting officer would tackle him down.

But in a few seconds, the reserve officer drew the firearm. He would shoot Harris in the back. The officers who restrained him were cursing at him after Harris screamed he was shot by the reserve officer.

Reserve officer Robert Bates inadvertently shot Harris when he was confronting him. Tulsa Police are defending the 73-year old reserve deputy.

This was recorded on body cameras and yet it still didn't make a lick of difference.
Cops told Eric Harris despite being unarmed and shot in the back, he fucking ran! I guess it's perfectly legal to shoot a fleeing suspect if he's not even armed!
CNN reports that the reserve deputy who shot the suspect with his firearm rather than his stun gun, and another deputy who can be heard cursing at the suspect after he was shot, were not in their normal states of mind because of the elevated stress of apprehending the suspect, according to a Tulsa, Oklahoma, investigator.

As deputies tried to handcuff Harris, Bates arrived with a pepper spray gun in hand. He warned his fellow deputies he was going to use a Taser on the suspect, but instead, he fired a single gunshot — and immediately apologized, Clark said, citing a recently released video.

Clark attributed Bates’ actions to a phenomenon known as “slip and capture.” An example is when someone who drives a car with a manual transmission gets behind the wheel of a car with an automatic transmission. The driver will press her or his left foot down when stopping abruptly, even though there’s no clutch pedal, he said.

Tulsa Police Sgt. Jim Clark was emphatic that Bates had done nothing criminally wrong and went so far as to say the reserve deputy was a victim.

“Reserve Deputy Bates did not commit a crime. Reserve Deputy Bates was a victim, a true victim of slip and capture,” he said. “There’s no other determination I could come to.”

‘He shot him!’

Reserve officer Robert Bates is on leave.
When they set up the undercover sting, police wanted evidence on camera. But when they recorded the operation targeting Harris earlier this month, cameras continued to roll as the suspect ran, and as he was fatally shot.

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office released the video on Friday. The shooting was an apparent accident, it has said.

In the last minutes of the video, Harris lies on the pavement with police on top of him.

An officer calls for a Taser, but in place of an electric clicking sound, a gunshot rings out.

A voice can be heard saying, “Oh! I shot him! I’m sorry!” Another officer screams out, “He shot him! He shot him!”

Harris, who is bleeding, calls out, too. He’s losing his breath, he says. An officer yells back at him.

“You fucking ran! Shut the fuck up!” he yells. “Fuck your breath,” he said.

Clark defended the officer’s language, saying the deputy experienced auditory exclusion, never heard the gunshot and thought the suspect was out of breath from running. The language has no bearing on whether the shooting was justified, Clark said.

“One deputy thought he was going to have to shoot this person at the arrest site. It’s very upsetting when you think you are going to have to take someone’s life and this deputy, one of the involved deputies, was upset,” he said. “Secondly, this is total stress. They are going after a dangerous suspect that they have no idea whether or not this person is armed.”

Clark added, “They did not know that he was shot at this time. They had audio exclusion. They was at a point where they couldn’t hear. They didn’t even hear the gunshot go off. The officers did not know that Mr. Harris had been shot.”

An officer can be seen in the video taking his foot off an object lying on the pavement not far from Harris.
Tulsa Police are doing damage control after an elderly cop shot an unarmed man.
Shortly after the suspect is shot, the officers begin tugging Harris’ hands behind his back as the video ends.

Harris later died at a local hospital. Police said at the time of the shooting that Harris admitted to medics at the scene that he may have been under the influence of phencyclidine, a street drug commonly known as PCP.

The video is edited to block out the officers’ faces. Harris is clearly visible.

Police have said that Harris had reached for his waistband, and officers feared he might endanger them. When Harris was on the ground, he “refused to pull his left arm from underneath his body where his hand was near his waistband,” they said after the shooting.

The officer’s body camera video did not reveal that area of Harris’ body.

Bates, a former Tulsa police officer, was placed on administrative leave after the shooting, the sheriff’s office has said.

Asked whether Bates’ age may have been a factor in the shooting, Clark said, “It’s happened to 21-year-old law enforcement officers. It’s happened to 30-year-old law enforcement officers. Age is not really a factor in consideration for the dynamics behind slip and capture events.
BlackLivesMatter. What image will the racist right use?
Despite the details released over the weekend, Harris’ brother says he still want answers.

“I want to know if he was shot in the back accidentally or on purpose. These are all the things that not only I want, but the public wants,” Andre Harris told CNN affiliate KTUL.

Bates’ attorney, Scott Wood, told CNN on Friday he would contact the network later. He had not issued a statement or called back as of Sunday.

With that said, what do you think?

Should Bates be charged with murder?

The Tulsa police are giving him a "pass" because he made a mistake. Looks like the U.S. Justice Department and FBI are investigating this.

Nelly Facing A Dilemma Without The Backup Singer!

Scorpio Stinging. Nelly got busted in Tennessee for contraband and firearms.

There was a movie produced by Spike Lee called Get On The Bus. It starred Charles Dutton, Ossie Davis, Issiah Washington and Bernie Mac. The movie was based on the Million Man March. The men were traveling from Los Angeles to Washington, DC.

On their journey, they go through a stretch of Interstate 40 outside of Knoxville in central Tennessee. They were pulled over by the state patrol. The state patrol claims that they've observed suspicious behavior. The Tennessee State Highway Patrol officers accuse the men of using the bus to smuggle drugs. The bus and its passengers are searched, turning up no evidence of drugs; the troopers reluctantly allow the bus to progress.

The movie was a fiction. It was based off a true story of an experience.

I guess one entertainer experienced it and got lock up for it. The Tennessee State Highway Patrol net themselves contraband, firearms and a rapper.

Cornell Haynes, Jr. (aka Nelly) went to county lock up.

The 40-year old rapper was on his tour bus and it was interrupted by a traffic stop because of non-conforming U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association stickers and subsequently searched by Tennessee state troopers which netted methamphetamine, marijuana, over 100 ziplock bags and numerous handguns, including a gold-plated 50-caliber Desert Eagle pistol. Nelly was officially booked into the Putnam County Jail, was charged with felony possession of drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He made bond onthe weekend and was released on bail.

Wondering if Pimp Juice would rather fly instead of taking the tour bus?

One Monumental Handshake Leads To Conservative Outrage!

Barack Obama and Raul Castro shake hands as Ban Ki-moon looks on, before the inauguration of the VII Summit of the Americas in Panama City
The historical handshake between U.S. president Barack Obama and Cuban president Raul Castro signals progress. Conservatives are foaming at the mouth over this.

President Barack Obama heads down to Panama for the Summit of Americas. During his visit the junk food media is covering the monumental handshake with Cuba's president Raul Castro.

The powerful symbolism of a substantial exchange Saturday between the leaders with the leadership of the Western Hemisphere gathered around them could signal progress. Both sides are still working through nettlesome issues that would lead to the opening of embassies in Washington and Havana, the first stage in a new diplomatic relationship.

The United States is turning the page and willing to engage with Cuba. The president will talk to Castro and consider lifting Cuba off the list of state sponsored terrorist nations.

Obama believes the time has come to lift the embargo against the Communist nation. The conservative outrage is off the chain. They believe that Cuba is still a threat to the United States.

The president is trying to ease tension with the island nation. It's been over 50 years, and many young voters support the idea of talking to Cuba and Iran. Many old school Cubans, the racist right, and agitators are foaming at the mouth complaining about how shaking hands with Castro is disgusting.

Cuba's Raul Castro and his brother the former dictator Fidel have been in power for years. According to the media, their regime has killed thousands of Cubans during the revolution.

The peak of conflict happened when then president John F. Kennedy launched the Bay of Pigs invasion.

The conservatives believe that this appeasing, anti-Semitic, Socialist, Commie, aloof, racist, Muslim Obama is weak on foreign policy. They believe that talking to Iran and Cuba is treasonous.

The Republicans threaten to derail any talks with Cuba and Iran.

Defying the odds is makes Barack Obama a great president. He isn't afraid to engage with the countries the junk food media label as enemies.

The Republicans claim that Obama is willing to talk to "our enemies" and "shun our friends".

This stems from the Benjamin Netanyahu fiasco. The controversial Israeli prime minister is trying to encourage American lawmakers to push for more sanctions against Iran. The global powers are coming to an agreement on the Iranian nuclear program.

The Republicans are trying to stall or pass legislation to derail this historical deal.

Will Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appear on GOP Sundays to bitch about the handshake?

50 Cent: Nah, Game Ain't Coming Back To The Unit!

Bad blood. 50 Cent admits that Game is a great artist but he stands firm in not allowing him back into The Unit.

Game burned bridges and then some. Now the Compton rapper wants to make "peace" with The Unit.

We've heard this story. One minute Game goes after The Unit and a few months later, he's cool with them.

We know that every attempt to reunite with his old crew was marred with Game's stubbornness and unwillingness to acknowledge 50 Cent's role in his debut album.

In the beginning I was down with Game throughout his fallout with The Unit. But when I seen him admit that he believes leaving The Unit was a mistake, I started to believe the rumors of Game being bipolar.

As you know this is over 10 years since The Documentary. The debut album from Jayecon Taylor (aka Game). The first debut album since he signed a contract with Dr. Dre and 50 Cent. That album was a certified classic.

Despite his constant name drops, Game managed to score a four times platinum album. He had a lot of A-game producers, a lot of featured guests and five hit singles. But the thing that was missing was The Unit.

Yeah, there were features of Tony Yayo and 50 Cent, but the album was missing Young Buck and Lloyd Banks.

Well according to 50, Game didn't get along with Banks.

He wanted to do his thing with the Black Wall Street Records.

He was picking fights with Joe Budden, Memphis Bleek, Jay-Z and Yukmouth.

When 50 asked Game to jump on a single targeting Ja Rule, Nas, Jadakiss, Fat Joe and Ashanti, Game refused. Game said he didn't want no part in the feuding. He wanted to rep his click.

So on radio, 50 fired The Game. On Hot 97, 50 formally dismissed him from the group and told the public that Dr. Dre and 50 will continue without Game.

Game got upset and tried to confront 50 at the radio station. When his entourage was denied entry, a member of Game's crew threatened the security and they drew the pieces and popped off.

Game and 50 were both at the peak of an all out East-West Coast feud. But that ended when Jimmy Iovine warned them both that they'll be fired out the cannon if they don't patch things up.

So in front of cameras, the rappers made peace, "sort off".

While both hit each other with subliminal and not so subliminally dissing of one another, Game decided to release the 300 Bars. The freestyle went off on 50, Banks, Buck, Yayo and R&B singer Olivia.

He created the G-Unot boycott with his manager Jimmy Rosemond (aka Tha Henchman).

Game had been forced off the Aftermath label because he didn't want to pay royalties to Dre and 50.

50 took ownership of the naming rights after Game got fired from the labels.

50 continued to record a few more albums under Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment and Eminem's Shady Records label. But when it came to his Street King Immortal, it was put on ice. They shelved the album and let 50 find the door out.

Now as an independent artist, 50 decided to reunite with his estranged crew. He made peace with Buck and Banks. He also patched up things with Yayo and recruited Kidd Kidd to The Unit.

Now the Unit is trying to recapture its glory. But one member is still looking from the outside.

Outside is Game. Now an independent artist himself, Game is hoping to recruit Dre and 50 for The Documentary 2.

Game's failed attempts at reuniting with 50 all stemmed from the way they promoted The Documentary. The album was a product of The Unit.

Game didn't give credit to 50.

I believe that 50 should reconcile with Game. Although I don't trust Game at his word, 50 should get over the feud.

So do you think that it's time for these two to bury the hatch?

Lauren Hill Passed Away!

Lauren Hill, the Mount St. Joseph basketball player diagnosis with cancer passed away.

The basketball icon of Mount St. Joseph University Lauren Hill passed away yesterday. Many people are hoping that her legacy will help others achieve goals. She wanted to live her life doing something she told pride in doing.

Basketball.

She came to fame when she told the public she was diagnosis with terminal brain cancer.

She had Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma after she turned 18 in October 2013.

"To put my foot down on the floor and hear the roar of the crowd -- I just love it so much. I love basketball," Hill said after the game, where over 10,000 people attended, according to the Associated Press.

The away game was originally scheduled for later in the month, but the NCAA allowed it to be moved up due to Hill's condition. It was also held at Xavier University to accommodate the large, sold out crowd.

She had an opportunity to play a few basketball games and even graduated with high honors.

We here at Journal de Reyna send our condolences to the family of Lauren Hill.
