Who's Going To Call The Law On Open Carry Protesters?
These protesters carry around Walmart. Wonder who's going to call the law on them? |
There's a small protest outside of Walmart in Dayton, Ohio. The suburb of Beavercreek is the place where a Hamilton man was shot and killed by the police.
White open carry protesters were protesting at Pentagon Boulevard near the property. They were claiming that they were in support with this "I am John Crawford" campaign.
After an all white grand jury found that Sean Williams the officer who shot Crawford not guilty, the protests grew louder and demands for the U.S. Justice Department to investigate came forth.
Walmart has faced some heavy criticism after allowing their pellet guns be in open display.
Ronald Ritchie was the one who started this controversy. He told the law that John Crawford III was lurking in the stores with a firearm pointing it at people. The officer who shot at Crawford III, Sean Williams is on desk duty while the federal prosecutors gather evidence.
In the video, Crawford was shot from a distance. He was on the phone when he was shot. Crawford didn't even have time to disarm.
Wonder if the law is going to be called on a White guy shopping in a Walmart with his firearm on his handle?
Obviously not.
I've heard from a person that Walmart allowed a man to shop with a snake around his neck!
Are they going to call the law on him?

The Secret Service Put Obama's Life In Danger!
Julia Pierson couldn't cut the mustard. The director resigned after too many incidents involving U.S. Secret Service agents. The aftermath of the fence jumper spreads even further. |
The president's most important detail had failed one too many times. From the prostitution scandal to the apparent drinking while on duty, there are some Secret Service members who are still lacking discipline.
President Barack Obama is the first Black president. He is a very high priority for the Secret Service.
The agitators of the junk food media driven the irrational to do something that may put the president, Vice President Joe Biden and their families in danger.
The Secret Service is trained and ready to go.
This discipline was supposed to be changed by Julia Pierson. Alas, her motherly skills have proven to be a failure. Now she's heading for the exit.
After a week of misfortune for the Secret Service, the Congress will now conduct investigation into mismanagement and chronic failure in protection.
The president and First Lady Michelle Obama may smile and give thumbs up to the men and women of the Service, but the grumbling is being talked about. They really are pissed over the fact that an extremist would jump the fence and make it all the way into The White House.
These two high-profile incidents involving intruders at the White House. One such intruder actually gained access into the White House itself, entering the East Room through an unlocked door.
Another incident involved a violation of procedure in which an armed contractor with previous convictions for violent offenses was allowed to ride in the same elevator as President Barack Obama during a visit to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta, Georgia to discuss U.S. response to the Ebola virus epidemic in West Africa.
The contractor was caught using his phone to record video of Obama and refused to comply with a request to stop.
This week the Secret Service ignored a man who pretended to be a lawmaker when the president appeared at the Congressional Black Conference annual dinner.
Black lawmakers Elijah Cummings (D-MD), Emmanuel Clever (D-MO) and John Lewis (D-GA) have express outrage and concern that the Secret Service will drop the ball and the president will be hurt.
Conservative agitators have been blaming the president for his security detail being so weak.
Instead of blaming the inept Congress for not funding the Homeland Security, the agitators are crying that the president is using this as a tactic to keep control of the Senate in the hands of the Democratic Party.
The Secret Service better get their asses together. The moment they let their guard down, then the gun goes off and we'll be hearing nonstop coverage of a tragedy.
What could be done to help the Secret Service?

Out Of Stock!
Stock photos are Republican too! |
The Republican Party is so fucked up right now! They have a terrible problem with getting non-whites to join the political party.
They got a terrible accountant and public relations management team. The liberal agitators are mocking this lame attempt of courting Black voters.
They got caught in the act of using stock photos as their new "I Am A Republican" campaign.
I gotta admit that the young African American woman with glasses is quite attractive. So attractive other companies have used this in their advertising campaign.
What's your thoughts on this controversy?
I betcha you're not impressed by the #IamARepublican campaign.

October Surprise In A Harvest Basket!
The jobs report is looking pretty damn good. Is it good enough to save the Democrats chances to hold on the U.S. Senate? |
Jobs report out for the month of September. The president's last chance to win over the support from his base and those valuable independents who may tilt the Congress into Republican control.
For the month of September the unemployment rate drops to 5,9%. The gains of 248,000 is mighty impressive and the critics will mock it regardless.
The Associated Press reports that the Labor Department report Friday also showed that employers added a combined 69,000 more jobs in July and August than the government had previously estimated.
The unemployment rate fell from 6.1 percent in August and is now close to 5.5 percent, which many economists consider a healthy level. The lower rate, combined with the surge in hiring, could ratchet up pressure on the Federal Reserve to raise its benchmark interest rate earlier than expected. Most economists have predicted that the Fed would start raising rates in mid-2015.
The job gains were broad-based and included many higher-paying industries. Professional and business services, which includes engineers, accountants and architects, added 81,000 jobs, the most in seven months. Construction companies added 16,000 jobs, manufacturing 4,000.
Economists noted, though, that average hourly wages didn't budge last month, a surprising trend in light of the healthy job growth. Joseph Brusuelas, chief economist for the consulting firm McGladrey LLP, suggested that more jobs in better-paying industries haven't yet translated into higher pay because employers still have so many applicants to choose from.
"Policymakers will certainly be worried by the lack of wage growth," said Chris Williamson, chief economist at Markit. "Without substantially higher wage growth, the fear is that households will pull back on consumption if interest rates and borrowing costs start rising, snuffling out the wider economic recovery."
Stock futures rose after the news was released, a sign that investors are optimistic about the U.S. economy.
The improved job growth comes after President Barack Obama touted his administration's economic achievements in a speech Thursday. The economy is the top issue in voters' minds as the November elections near.
The number of unemployed fell in September by 329,000 to 9.3 million. Most of them found jobs. But nearly 100,000 stopped looking for work. Their exodus lowered the percentage of Americans working or looking for work to 62.7 percent, the lowest proportion since February 1978.
Friday's report will likely intensify debate among Fed policymakers over how close the job market is to full health. Fed Chair Janet Yellen has said she is tracking many other gauges besides the unemployment rate, most of which still show scars from the Great Recession.
For example, there were 7.1 million people working part-time jobs last month even though they would prefer full-time work. That figure is up from just 4.6 million before the recession.
Republicans will keep the pressure up on issues not relevant to the economy. They're on this Islamic State fixation. |
A broader measure of unemployment that includes part-time workers who would prefer full-time jobs, as well as those who have stopped searching, fell to 11.8 percent last month from 12 percent in August.
September's job gain means that more Americans are earning paychecks and can spend more. The annual pace of economic growth is expected to remain above 3 percent for the rest of the year. Business investment is picking up, and consumer spending is growing at a steady if modest pace.
Joseph LaVorgna, an economist at Deutsche Bank, notes that productivity - the amount of output per hour of work - is rising 1 percent annually. LaVorgna thinks the economy is expanding at a 3 percent annual pace and that hiring should grow roughly 2 percent a year. That would translate into 230,000 jobs each month, he calculates.
Just 287,000 people sought unemployment benefits last week, not far from a seven-year low reached in July. The number of people receiving benefits has reached an eight-year low, a sign that companies are confident enough in their customer demand to retain their staff levels.
Business investment in equipment and buildings rose 9.7 percent in the second quarter, the second-highest figure in the past three years. And orders for capital goods, a sign of future business spending, rose in August.
Americans have generally spent cautiously this year, held back by sluggish wage growth. Average hourly pay has barely kept up with inflation in the past three years.

Mom: I'm Not A Racist! I Just Didn't Want The Sperm Of THE BLACK Guy!
Ohio mom suing sperm donor after they botched up the insemination. |
Really, okay.
Here's another gem the junk food media jumped on and of course we here at Journal de la Reyna will talk about.
A woman is suing a sperm bank over the fact she gave birth to a biracial baby. The issue is this woman Jennifer Cramblett and her partner are suing the facility. They are pissed that the facility gave the sperm of a Black man.
The woman gave birth to a lovely daughter, Payton. She loves the baby to death.
She's totally pissed over the fact a botched donor.
Cramblett with her partner Amanda Zinkon. |
So they're suing and hope that the Chicago based sperm bank will concede that they've failed.
The lawsuit claims that Cramblett and her partner Amanda Zinkon were notified of a clerical error.
They were told that a donor that was suppose to be theirs was an error. She was in the middle of her pregnancy when the unfolded.
They're seeking $50,000 in punitive damages.

Lifetime Faces Criticism Over Aaliyah Biopic!
A long time ago, August 25, 2001, Aaliyah, famed entertainer died in a plane crash in the Bahamas.
The world lost a legendary talent who's down to earth appeal attracted millions of fans.
Lifetime is running an original movie based on her life. The junk food media thinks that it's going to be full of controversy because it doesn't really tell the story of Aaliyah.
Nickelodeon star Alexandra Shipp portrays the late singer Aaliyah. Previously entertainer Zendaya was going to portray the late singer. But death threats and harsh criticism forced her to drop the project.
Alexandra Shipp portrays Aaliyah in Lifetime movie. |
The two-hour movie event is executive produced by Howard Braunstein, Debra Martin Chase and Wendy Williams, and based on the bestseller “Aaliyah: More Than a Woman” by former Time Magazine music editor Christopher John Farley (Game World).
Before Beyoncé and before Rihanna, self-proclaimed “street but sweet” Aaliyah was poised to become a global icon with top-selling albums, a hot movie career and an adoring fan base.
The film follows the beautiful and talented performer’s inspirational journey, from her debut on “Star Search” at the age of ten to the challenges she faced during her rise to become the Princess of R&B.
On August 25, 2001, at the height of her popularity, her life was tragically cut short when a plane carrying the singer and some of her video crew crashed after takeoff from a Bahamian runway.
Although just 22-years-old at the time of her death, Aaliyah continues to lead a legacy as Billboard’s tenth most famous R&B artist of the past 25 years and one of the recording industry’s most successful artists in history.
Multi-talented actress and singer/songwriter Alexandra Shipp starred as KT Rush in the Nickelodeon series “House of Anubis.” Additional credits include the upcoming film “Drumline 2: A New Beat,” “ Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel,” “Ray Donovan,” “Victorious,” “Switched at Birth” and “Awkward.” Shipp is currently filming Universal Pictures’ “Straight Outta Compton.”
“Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B” also stars Rachael Crawford (“The Man”) and Sterling Jarvis (“The Sentinel”) as Aaliyah’s parents Diane and Mike Haughton; A.J. Saudin (“Degrassi,” “The Next Generation”) as Aaliyah’s brother Rashad Haughton; and Lyriq Bent (“Saw IV”) as her uncle and music manager Barry Hankerson. The film also stars Anthony Grant as Damon Dash, Izaak Smith (“Mirror, Mirror”) as Timbaland, Elise Neal (“The Soul Man”) as Gladys Knight and Chattrisse Dolabaille (“Home Away”) as Missy Elliot. “Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B” is produced by Aaliyah Productions, Inc. Howard Braunstein (“The Informant!”) Debra Martin Chase (“The Princess Diaries,” “Sparkle”) and Wendy Williams (“Wendy Williams Show”) serve as executive producers. Steve Solomos serves as producer. Bradley Walsh (“Turn the Beat Around”) directs from a script written by Michael Elliot (“Brown Sugar”).

Michael Dunn Got Served Hard!
This asshole could have just got the license plate and called police. No this asshole decided to launch an attack on a bunch of young Black teens. He shoots and kills Jordan Davis in a road rage dispute. This fool got found guilty finally for murder in the first degree. |
The controversial case in the state of stupidity finally nailed this rotten bastard to the wall. The murder of Jordan Davis cried echos of Trayvon Martin. The 17 year old was shot and killed by this foolish asshole named Michael Dunn after a heated argument.
Dunn was initially charged and convicted with second degree murder. He was given 60 in the iron college for this crime. Dunn appealed this and now guess what?
Dunn got the served.
The jury reached its verdict today after more than five hours of deliberations.
Now he can face the added 45 years to his 60. Meaning life in the iron college with no chance at parole.
Poor soul can finally rest. |
Prosecutors say Michael Dunn shot with intent to kill when he fired 10 times into an SUV carrying 17-year-old Jordan Davis and three of his friends in November 2012. Dunn testified that he thought his life was in danger. He was convicted previously of three counts of attempted second-degree murder in February and already faces at least 60 years in prison. The jury in the first trial deadlocked on the first-degree murder count, which led prosecutors to retry him in this case.
Dunn, who is white, had described the music to his fiancee as "thug music." He claimed he acted in self-defense. After four days deliberations, the 12 jurors found Dunn guilty of three counts of attempted second-degree murder and a count of firing into an occupied car.

Romney: If Today Was Yesterday, And Yesterday Was Today....
You can't help the dumb. Some want the perennial loser to run again. |
Since the 2016 presidential elections are a few years away, the junk food media continues to prop up candidates who are likely to fail.
Already the media is looking for Hillary Clinton to jump back into the saddle now that she's the "ONLY" choice the Democrats have. The media speculates that Clinton is gearing up for another run after losing to her former boss in a bitterly fought 2008 Democratic presidential primary.
The media also speculates that Vice President Joe Biden will try this again too. There's not many suitable choices for the Democratic nomination as of right now. Biden and Clinton have ran one too many times and they're so close to President Barack Obama it's likely going to be their anchor if the racist right starts going after them for being associated to him.
The same goes for the Republican Party. They have the worse crop of potential candidates to ever run. The insurgency thinks that their choices in Stallmigos Rand Paul (R-KY) and Ted Cruz (R-TX) are capable of running a country. With no legislative accomplishments, the insurgency is the most talked about in the junk food media, But some in the insurgency want idiotic candidates like Benjamin Carson, Allen West and that ex-Alaskan governor to run for the Republican nomination.
Still there's talk that the famed perennial loser Mitt Romney may run again. Almost a decade out of office and the dumb can't fathom his trouncing in 2012.
They believe that if Candy Crowley didn't help Obama win the debate, the perennial loser would have won.
Nevermind the flip-flopping, the 47% tape, the fact that he's a Mormon, and the Republican field being extremely flawed,
Who could blame them for trying?
They want to have a Saint Ronald of Reagan. They have went through 35 years without a god. They were burning in the Bush.
Now that Obama is a lame duck in his second year, the conservative agitators are so hoping there's a Republican victory this election.
But let's hope that Last Man Santorum, Governor Oops and the perennial loser stay off the ballot.

Junk Food Media Release Oklahoma Beheading Victim's Pictures!
Colleen (right) with her husband KC, daughter Kelli and granddaughter Riley. Woman was a victim of heartless attack by a crazed Muslim extremist who was her former worker. The suspect claims he wanted to be like the Islamic State. |
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Colleen Hufford. The 54-year woman was stabbed and later decapitated by this crazed man. This crazed man is Muslim convert who is perennial inductee of the iron college.
The racist right is having a field day with this.
Two things that agitates the racist right: a Black man and a Muslim. What more could they ask for?
Guaranteed the mentions of Ferguson, Trayvon Martin, Muslims, and Barack Obama are going to be poured down the comment section. The word vomit is always plentiful for the living. Always got to be a blame game for the incidents.
Instead of blaming the criminal, we blame Obama, the junk food media, agitators (from the left and the right) and politics for this incident.
The conservative agitators of the junk food media are saying that this is their "I TOLD YOU SO MOMENT!"
Just about a few days ago, a Muslim convert extremist named Alton Nolen was fired from Vaughn Foods processing plant. He went on this extremist style killing spree. He killed fellow co-worker Hufford after he crashed his vehicle into the building.
He also went to stabbing Terri Johnson before the co-founder Mark Vaughn (a part time deputy) put a bullet in Nolan's stomach.
Nolen is recovering from his wounds. This opens the investigation to how a man snapped like that!
The Daily Mail chronicles the lives of both Hufford and Nolen.
FBI is looking into this criminal's background. Some claim that the finger pose is similar to Islamic State. |
Hufford was a mother, grandmother and survivor of the devastating tornadoes of last year. Family created a Facebook page to help aid in getting her a proper funeral.
The mother of Nolen tells the junk food media that her son is a idiot. She knows her son took the wrong path ever since he was inducted into the Oklahoma iron college.
The FBI is looking into his background from his days of criminal activity.
When released from the hospital, Nolen will be charged with capital murder and he will likely get the gas house for this incident.
That annoying conservative agitator was going on and on about ISIS, radical Islam and dropping Obama's name in every freaking sentence.
I want you to understand that crime happens in America. And if you're a smart person, you would realize that the more these agitators crow about Muslims, the likely a White extremist will commit a hate crime towards one.
No one would imagine this could happen!
Americans must be vigilant when their friends, family or a complete stranger does things that may merit either law enforcement or health professional involvement.
It's considered a coin flip. Some do the right thing and others don't.

Stupid News Anchor Says F**k The Welfare Degenerates!
The ax fell on hapless news anchor. Said some stupid shit and got his ass handed to him. |
Quick question: Will the folks over at Loserville have him on for interview after his unceremonious departure?
Sometimes what you say on a hot mic can not only cause you to lose your job but also make you the butt of ridicule.
A New York anchor let his big mouth fly right onto the airwaves and a Black couple managed to record it and post it on the social networks.
Matt Pieper will do fine as a talk radio agitator. He can head down to Naples and wake that crustacean Neal Boortz up. Boortz would say something similar to what this douche would say about people when he was a talk radio agitator.
Loudmouth Bill Cunningham, that annoying conservative agitator and the foolish talk radio asshat are examples of the racist right's undermining of the poor and needy.
They hate the safety net. The safety net helps those in need. In the racist right's mindset, if you're poor and using food stamps, you;re a parasite to the gubmint.
Pieper is an example of this mindset of White privilege men who think that just because he's not poor and had this posh job, he deserves the right to make these asinine comments.
The posh job is gone and he's going to probably get sued for the fine the FCC imposes on the News 12. The idiot may eventually live a day in the shoes of a poor person.
Just a reminder, without the safety net, people will result to looting and killing for necessities.
Pieper issued an apology. Not a true apology but one nonetheless.
As a professional who has spent his entire career delivering the news, I understand the importance of sharing the facts. The situation that transpired on September 24th was extremely unfortunate and I feel the need to communicate what occurred and clear the air. The incident was broadcast accidentally when we were supposed to be in a commercial break, not on the air. Someone in the control room spoke into my earpiece and asked me to relay a message to our reporter out in the field. These were not my own thoughts or profanities. In relaying that information, I made a poor decision in my choice of words and for that I apologize. I could have communicated what I was asked to get across in a different manner and under the pressure of doing my job in real time I made a mistake. I have been a stalwart advocate for equality and diversity in the workplace, within my own family and in my community. I apologize to anyone I offended and assure you that this situation—which has cost me my job—was truly just a mistake in relaying a message, and not a representation of my views or character.
