Mental Illness Defense So Freaking Fast....SMH!!!!

The Town Of West Kardashian!

Celebrity agitators are getting married. Kim Kardashian's third and Kanye West's first.

Kim Kardashian, the celebriturd and her boyfriend/fiance rapper Kanye West are getting married this weekend. Kardashian is a reality star and annoying celebrity. She and her family along with former athlete Bruce Jenner are on this reality show on E! Network.

Kardashian recently had a daughter with her high profile and controversial boyfriend. West is a producer, rapper, media mogul. He is a signed act to Roc-A-Fella/RocNation and is the founder G.O.O.D. Music.

G.O.O.D. Music is credited to Common, Big Sean, John Legend and Pusha T's album releases.

This marriage is going to be big. This will be Kardashian's third marriage and West's first. This is a high profile wedding. The junk food media is swarming to Italy.

The wedding is closing kept under wraps. West is trying to surprise his beau with many themes.

Kardashian landed her first American Vogue cover for the magazine's April 2014 issue, together with West. The cover has been lauded by some, while others have taken a more critical look of the reality star being on the cover, with she and West dubbed the "#worldsmosttalkedaboutcouple (or Kimye)."

In my opinion, I think that this could be a sham marriage.

I just have this big feeling that these two celebrity agitators are going to have a huge fallout.

But I can't judge them. They're in love.

We here at Journal de la Reyna wish these two well. And if anything leaks about the wedding, you'll get the latest here.

Julián Castro Raising The Stakes!

San Antonio mayor Julián Castro will be the pick for HUD. His brother Joaquin is a Democratic U.S. Congressman from Texas.

Soon the San Antonio mayor will be a part of President Barack Obama's administration giving the junk food media more speculation that he may be a potential contender for White House.

The bid for the secretary of Housing and Urban Development is going to filled today.

Shaun Donovan will resign from this post today to be the nominee for the Office of Budget Management.

Julián Castro delivered the Democratic keynote speech in 2012 giving the junk food media a bone. His speech rings echos of then candidate for U.S. Senate Barack Obama's famed 2004 Democratic keynote speech.

Obama would win his bid for the U.S. Senate. Most media analysis knew that Obama was an early front runner for the White House. Although he kept it under wraps until 2007, the talk was growing. I knew from the jump that Barack Obama was the first serious Black contender for the White House.

I have this feeling again. I believe that Castro will be the best candidate for the Democratic nomination.

I really believe that Hillary Clinton is destined for failure. She's a well liked and also most talked about politician. She was a former First Lady, U.S. Senator and Secretary of State.

The two things that may sink her chances: Perennial candidate and she carries a lot of baggage.

Conservatives will whine Benghazi, Whitewater, Monica Lewinsky, age, and Bill Clinton every chance they get. They really are obsessed with Clinton and especially Obama.

I have a feeling that she'll be toying around the notion of running for president, but in reality she won't.

Castro being young, Hispanic and well-liked is the perfect choice for the Democrats.

Democrats have a growing Hispanic/Latino base. He seems to have the formula of President Barack Obama in connecting to young voters with the internet.

Republicans are hoping to appeal to the young voters. They figure that hip-hop Republican Senator Marco Rubio of Florida could pull in a few.

Castro will be mention frequently on Journal de la Reyna.

Obviously if he declares his intent to run, expect the attacks from the racist right to come.

First his last name will be compared to Fidel Castro. He's Hispanic, so once again the birth certificate rumors. Then they'll attack his brother, his wife and even his child. They will take shots at San Antonio.

The racist right will claim that Blacks and Latinos vote only on race instead of policies.

The racist right will do a Obama style NIGGERZATION on Castro.

Jason "The Manchild" Mattera Ambushes Rev. Perm!

Conservative gnat confronts Rev. Perm.

Conservative agitator Jason "The Manchild" Mattera once again tries this in your face journalism on people who he claims are hypocrites. Last time he tried to confront comedian Chris Rock and this kind of gotten out of control. Then he tried to run up on Bono, and was shocked to find that he was talking to a Bono impersonator.

These confrontations were part of his book Hollywood Hypocrites. The last book he wrote was Obama Zombies. Each book is full of his hyperbolic criticism of liberals and how conservatives must master the message to appeal to minorities. Most people of color view Republicans and their conservative allies as racist. Yet, in this empty head, Mattera continues to be in a denial of reality. He will continue to agitate those who he felt got away with "murder".

Now still up to his notorious race-baiting tactics, he goes after Rev. Perm over his Crown Heights comments.

Like racial arsonist James O'Keefe, Mattera has a history of distorting the truth. So obviously, I have to not take this video for face value. After all it cuts off with his recording speeches of 20 years ago.

Of course Rev. Perm is the founder of the National Action Network, host of Obama News program PoliticsNation and a signed act on Cash Money Records. The Rev has history of grassroots protest and provocateur activism. He's a well known liberal agitator.

The racist right can't stand him and Jesse "Cut His Nuts Off" Jackson. They believe that every time an event happens in America and it involves a White on Black crime, the racist right expects these two to be involved.

Rev. Perm with Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, the parents of deceased teen Trayvon Martin.
So digging back into the vault, Jason Mattera pulls out all the statements of the past.

The Rev. was an active activist in New York he made some not so nice comments about the Jewish community during the Crown Heights riots. The Crown Heights riot began on August 19, 1991 after a car driven by a Jewish man, and part of a procession led by an unmarked police car, went through an intersection and was struck by another vehicle causing it to veer onto the sidewalk where it accidentally struck and killed a seven-year-old Guyanese boy named Gavin Cato and severely injured his cousin Angela.

Witnesses could not agree upon the speed and could not agree whether the light was yellow or red. One of the factors that sparked the riot was the arrival of a private ambulance, which was later discovered to be on the orders of a police officer who was worried for the Jewish driver's safety, removed him from the scene while Cato lay pinned under his car.

During a protest the Rev. said, "If the Jews want to get it on, tell them to pin their yarmulkes back and come over to my house".

So as Mattera goes into confrontation he first asked the Rev. that in spite of the "lifetime ban" of LA Clippers owner Donald Sterling, why isn't he banned from Obama News?

As Rev. Perm was walking to the event, Mattera continues hounding him with questions.

If Mattera really wanted to debate Rev. Perm why don't he go on PoliticsNation?

See he's too much of a punk to do that. And his videos aren't but distortions of truth.

As Wikipedia explains it, Rev. Perm is controversial but yet effective. Rev. Perm's supporters praise "his ability and willingness to defy the power structure that is seen as the cause of their suffering" and consider him "a man who is willing to tell it like it is". Former Mayor of New York City Ed Koch, a one-time foe, said that Rev. Perm deserves the respect he enjoys among Black Americans: "He is willing to go to jail for them, and he is there when they need him."

His critics describe him as "a political radical who is to blame, in part, for the deterioration of race relations".

Sociologist Orlando Patterson has referred to him as a racial arsonist, while liberal columnist Derrick Z. Jackson has called him the black equivalent of Richard Nixon and Pat Robertson. Rev. Perm sees much of the criticism as a sign of his effectiveness. "In many ways, what they consider criticism is complimenting my job," he said. "An activist's job is to make public civil rights issues until there can be a climate for change."

SCOTUS Is So Stupid!

Religious prayer is allowed in municipal buildings.

Greece, New York wins a public battle. I guess we have no separation of church and state in the eyes of the Supreme Court. In a ruling of 5-4, the town of Greece won against a man who believed the public meeting places (such as non-religious city hall) shouldn't allow prayer.

So I am hoping an imam gets an opportunity to preach an Islamic prayer at a city hall meeting. I hope an atheist can speak at a city hall meeting.

The five members of the conservative wing of the Supreme Court of the United States once again think backwards when it comes to the country's diverse citizens.

Four White men and one Black man who have no common sense ruled for localities to use prayer whenever they open up a government meeting. Saying that Christian prayer is allow in civic meetings.

Again SCOTUS blog reports that Supreme Court rules that the town's practice of opening its town board meetings with a prayer offered by members of the clergy does not violate the Establishment Clause when the practice is consistent with the tradition long followed by Congress and state legislatures, the town does not discriminate against minority faiths in determining who may offer a prayer, and the prayer does not coerce participation with non-adherents.
A Black Catholic priest gives the benediction.
By the ruling, it was reversed. The 5-4 decision with an opinion by Justice Anthony Kennedy on May 5, 2014. Justice Antonin Scalia and Justice Clarence Thomas join the majority opinion except as to Part II-B. Justice Samuel Alito filed a concurring opinion, in which Justice Scalia joined. Justice Thomas filed an opinion concurring in part and concurring in the judgment, in which Justice Scalia joined as to Part II. Justice Steven Breyer filed a dissenting opinion. Justice Elena Kagan filed a dissenting opinion, in which Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Justice Breyer, and Justice Sonia Sotomayor joined.

The reaction to the courts ruling was diverse. Christian conservatives and others who feel that religious expression has been overly curtailed in public settings were happy with ruling. Eric Rassbach, deputy general counsel of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, called the court's decision "a great victory for religious liberty."

Along with their supporters the Jewish and atheist women who filed suit against the town of Greece were disappointed by the court's ruling.

A number of Jewish organizations, including the American Jewish Committee and the Anti-Defamation League, had filed amici curiae briefs in support of the respondents, and expressed disappointment with the majority's decision.
The Town of Greece residents give a prayer before they do public meeetings.
Secular groups were also disappointed. Daniel Mach, director of the ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief, for example stated: “We are disappointed by today’s decision. Official religious favoritism should be off-limits under the Constitution. Town-sponsored sectarian prayer violates the basic rule requiring the government to stay neutral on matters of faith.”

Ira Lupu, a law professor emeritus at George Washington University who specializes in the First Amendment, called the court's ruling "a very bad decision" because it undermined the Establishment Clause.

Lupu explained that the court decision "does not insist on any [...] reasonable effort to make prayer nonsectarian or to push for diversity. The majority faith in a particular community can dictate the prayers and minority faiths could be left out if they don’t step up and say, ‘Hey, what about us?'"

The Los Angeles Times pointed out that the decision divided the justices along religious lines, as well as ideological ones. All five justices in the majority were Catholics, and three out of the four dissenters were Jewish.

Ohio Criminal's Life Ends With Speed!

Knife-wielding man jailed on assault charge photo
Ohio criminal made a poor decision while on the road.

I used Google to find out the name of a victim of a roadway tragedy in Dayton, Ohio this week.

I kind of know this person. Back in the day, I worked at gas station on Harshman Road in Dayton. When I was a cashier, there was this little man who was heavily tattooed  who came into the gas station quite often.

He would usually be in the gas station with a young white woman and they would often act "suspiciously".

The city records often told a tale of a man who had a temper. A man who couldn't keep his foot off the pedal. A man who would drink more than his share of alcoholic beverages. A man who didn't believe a seat belt was necessary when he was driving.

Joshua Richmond, 31 was apparently speeding on Valley Street. He lost control and crashed into two vehicles. He was pronounced dead.

Although we here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Joshua Richmond, I am guessing his mistakes (i.e. county lockup) didn't change his behavior. This incident cost him his life.
Vehicle collision on local street kills man.
Nearly a year ago, Richmond was a knife welding man tried to carjack literally a man on bicycle.

WHIO-TV reports that Richmond, a 4-foot, 111-pound man tried to steal a bicycle Monday morning on the 1200 block of Keifer Street.

When another resident came out to the parking lot, the man approached the resident with a knife before tripping and dropping the weapon, according to the incident report.

The resident was then able to kick the knife away, police said.

When police arrived, they found an apparently intoxicated Richmond, stumbling around in the parking lot while cursing the man who pushed him down “for no reason,” according to the incident report.

Mos Def On The Banned List!

American rapper was denied entry into the United States. Yasiin Bey, known as Mos Def was to perform at an event in Boston but he was stopped at the gate.

Mos Def  (Dante Terrell Smith known as Yasiin Bey) is an activist and rapper.

Brooklyn based entertainer was denied entry into the country this week. He was supposed to perform at the Together Boston event but somehow his change of residence and political views may have been the reason for his denial.

“We regret to inform you that due to immigration / legal issues Yasiin Bey is unable to enter back into the United States and his upcoming U.S. tour has been canceled, including May 15th, Together Boston’s show at The Wilbur Theatre,” the statement read. “Individual ticket refunds for this show are available at point of sale.”

The Grammy and Emmy nominated rapper/actor recently relocated to South Africa, though it’s unclear whether he gave up his American citizenship. No reason was given for the denial of reentry.

Mos Def is well known for his left-leaning political views.

In 2000, Mos Def performed a benefit concert for death row inmate Mumia Abu-Jamal.

Mos Def performing on Late Night  with Jimmy Fallon.
Mos Def appeared on Real Time with Bill Maher where he spoke about racism against African Americans, citing the government response to Hurricane Katrina, the Jena Six and the murder conviction of Mumia Abu-Jamal. He appeared on Real Time again on March 27, 2009, and spoke about the risk of nuclear weapons.

Mos Def said that he did not listen to any of Osama Bin Laden's messages because he did not trust the translations.

In July 2013, Mos Def, under the new name Yasiin Bey, appeared in a short film released by the human rights organization Reprieve, depicting the forced-feeding methods used at the Guantanamo Bay detention camps. This transpired after a document containing the military instructions for the procedure was leaked.

Something Ain't Right At Will And Jada's House!

The Fresh Prince and his princess are facing legal troubles.
Famed couple Will and Jada Pickett Smith are facing some questioning by the Los Angeles Children's Service because of their daughter Willow's crazy antics.

The Huffington Post reports that media sources swirling around their young daughter Willow was lying up with an older man. That picture below has the media going bonkers. Now all of sudden, our friends in the junk food media will "whip their hairs" into this scandal.

“The investigation was formally opened last week and is being taken very seriously by the department. Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand," a source told the website, adding that social workers will be speaking to Willow separately, as well as former Disney star Moises Arias, who was pictured with her in the photo.

The Huffington Post has reached out to both Smith and Pinkett Smith's reps for comment, but has yet to hear back at this time.
Moises Arias and Willow Smith lying on a bed shared on social media
Picture worth a thousand words.
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old actress and matriarch of the family, brushed off the notion of any controversy after the photo of Willow sparked attention, telling TMZ's cameramen:

"Here's the deal: There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it and you're acting like covert pedophiles, and that's not cool."

Will Smith has yet to make any comment regarding the photo, but viral photos seem to run in the family, as a photo of him helping a fan announce her pregnancy has exploded online.

Dirty Rotten Politico Mitch McConnell Beats Insurgent!

Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) is one of the most dirtiest politicians ever to be in Washington, DC.

The senator who happens to be the Minority Leader in the Senate managed to beat back an insurgent from the right. The Tea Party endorsed Matt Bevin was roundly defeated by McConnell's dirty tactics.

In the general he will face Alison Lundergan Grimes, the secretary of state for Kentucky.

He's already preparing to scare the Kentuckians into believing Grimes is the "devil".

McConnell is considered vulnerable as reflected in his low approval ratings.

This election race is one of only two Republican-held seats that is considered a tossup, the other being retiring Senator Saxby Chambliss's seat in Georgia.

Game on.

The most controversial race is off and we'll see if Alison Lundergan Grimes can beat a dirty, but effective and savvy political foe.

Mikey D's Rolls Out A Son Of A Mac!

Company launches new promotion that is already causing an uproar.

Who's bright idea is to have this as a mascot for the world's most successful and yes controversial fast food restaurant?

The Chicago-based McDonald's corporation is retiring Ronald McDonald, the iconic clown who is a part of every young child's experience with a Happy Meal.

The clown hasn't hasn't been a feature since 2007.

The company unwraps the most unappealing mascot ever.
Are you happy?

Now doesn't that bring a child to McDonald's?

How many underpaid employees will suffer for this epic rollout of the "Happy" mascot?

If you're not a fan of the creepy box thing, you're not alone. It's being slammed on social networks and I hope that the McDonald's executives hear the word.

After all their CEO Donald Thompson, can lose weight eating a handful of those meals!

Actor Questioned In Death Of His Wife!

Actor Michael Jace is facing charges for murder.

Michael Jace is under the spotlight. The actor who is best known for his role as staunchly Christian (but secretly gay) officer Julien Lowe in the FX hit series The Shield is now going up the creek for the death of his wife April.

April Jace, 40, was found fatally shot in her home in south Los Angeles last night, and Jace has now been booked on a homicide charge. TMZ reports that Jace himself called police, and that he said on the 911 call, "I shot my wife." Sources say he was home alone; his wife came home with their two children, and he allegedly shot her a short time later—as the children, both under 10, looked on.

Jace also has starred in the movies The Replacements, playing a prison inmate turned football player; Forrest Gump, playing a member of the Black Panthers; The Fan, playing an arrogant ticket scalper; as well as an array of TV appearances including the 1995 HBO TV movie Tyson (as boxer Mitch Green), Law & Order, Cold Case, and the 1999 Fox TV movie Michael Jordan: An American Hero (as Jordan).

Jace was detained by the Los Angeles Police Department on May 19, 2014. Police had responded to a home in the Hyde Park section of South Los Angeles after receiving a report of a domestic violence incident.

Police took Jace into custody for questioning in her death. On May 20, he was formally charged in her shooting death.

We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of April Jace. Her husband threw away a career.

Breitbart Still Agitating From The Grave!

The lawsuits against him continues. Even though this agitator is dead, his assets would be up for grabs by those who sued him.

The racist right lost an ally to their efforts. On February 29, 2012, after finishing his documentary Hating Breitbart, conservative agitator Andrew Breitbart was at a local spot in his hometown of Los Angeles.

Everything was cool until the early morning of March 1. After leaving his spot, he was walking home. He would.collapse and die on route to the hospital. He passed away of a heart attack.

I remember that four days before his death, he was on That Guy Who Helped Obama Win's program. He was promoting that devastating tape that could rattle the institutional left. A tape that President Barack Obama was shielding from the junk food media.

Everyone was caught off guard by this.  Not many in the junk food media had heard of him. They knew he was the one who brought down ACORN, the community organization group the racist right believed "stole" the election from John McCain.

ACORN was being taped by James O'Keefe (aka ACORN Pimp), a right wing activist and his girlfriend at the time Hannah Giles. They would sneak into the community organization office as normal people and then turn around and put on a pimp and prostitute outfit. Their antics managed to shut down the community organization. Their antics managed to get them in trouble with the fired employees.

O'Keefe, Giles and Breitbart were forced to shelve out money after the tapes produced were found to be misleading and slanderous.

They heard of Breitbart being the guy who managed to embarrass Anthony Weiner, a longtime Democratic lawamker from New York. He got major credit for catching the lawmaker sexting women his penis. That led to the mighty fall of Weiner.
Shirley Sherrod is the most high profile litigant against the estate of Andrew Breitbart.
Weiner tried to resurrect his career by running for mayor of New York. His career tanked after got caught sending even more disturbing and even more explicit photos of his penis.

Now there's a real big story involving Breitbart. It comes in regards of Shirley Sherrod, the former USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) worker who was fired by the federal government after she was accused of saying offensive statements about White people.

July 19, 2010, Shirley Sherrod was forced to resign from her appointed position as Georgia State Director of Rural Development for the United States Department of Agriculture because of administration reaction to media reports on video excerpts from her address to an event of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People in March 2010 and commentary posted by blogger Andrew Breitbart on his website.

Based on these excerpts, the NAACP condemned Sherrod's remarks as racist and U.S. government officials called on the official to resign. But, when the story was understood to be about the NAACP audience reaction to Sherrod's story, and not Sherrod at all, the NAACP and White House officials apologized. In addition, United States Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack apologized for the firing and offered Sherrod a new position.

Sherrod would file a lawsuit for defamation in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia against Andrew Breitbart, Breitbart.com TV chief Larry O'Connor, and a "John Doe," who, according to the complaint, is "an individual whose identity has been concealed by the other defendants and who, according to defendant Breitbart, was involved in the deceptive editing of the video clip and encouraged its publication with the intent to defame Mrs. Sherrod."

On April 18, 2011, Breitbart and O'Connor filed joint motions for dismissal on First Amendment grounds, known in legal circles as an "anti-SLAPP motion." The motion argued that Breitbart's "1400-word, July 19, 2010 commentary... that is the subject of Sherrod’s lawsuit" was in the context of a "months-long and very loud public clash between Tea Party conservatives and the NAACP and its allies in Congress."

The motion was denied, and on February 15, 2012, the U.S. District Court issued a six-page "statement of reasons" which accused Breitbart and O'Connor of wasting "a considerable amount of judicial and litigant resources" on their "'novel' if not overreaching motion."

On March 2012, Andrew Breitbart died of heart failure. He remained a named party in Sherrod’s lawsuit until August 2013, when Sherrod’s lawyers moved to name Susie Bean Breitbart, his widow, as defendant in the lawsuit.

In 2014, Sherrod's lawyers indicated that U.S. executive branch privilege may play a role in the suit

To this day, most on the racist right believe that Sherrod is a "racist". Her image was severely tarnished.

Tom Vilsack, the current USDA chief is being subpoenaed to court  Lawyers for Sherrod and O'Connor said Friday that they had subpoenaed Vilsack for deposition earlier this week. They did so after U.S. District Judge Richard J. Leon said in a hearing Monday that Vilsack's testimony could speed up the conclusion of the case. The USDA referred calls to the Justice Department, which did not respond to a request to confirm that Vilsack had been subpoenaed.

When Sherrod's full speech to an NAACP group earlier that year came to light, it became clear that her remarks about an initial reluctance to help a white farmer decades ago were not racist but an attempt at telling a story of racial reconciliation. Once that was obvious, Sherrod received public apologies from the administration — even from President Barack Obama himself — and an offer to return to the Agriculture Department, which she declined.

Sherrod's lawyers have been pushing the government to release more documents and emails in an effort to get more information on her ouster. At one point, the judge said that deposing Vilsack, who has said he alone made the decision to seek Sherrod's resignation, might be a quicker route to the information.

The case is one of the first high-profile federal lawsuits to test bloggers' freedom of speech rights, and large news organizations including The New York Times Co., The Washington Post Co. and Dow Jones & Company have filed friend-of-the-court briefs in the suit.

Sherrod's lawsuit says the incident affected her sleep and caused her back pain. It contends that she was damaged by having her "integrity, impartiality and motivations questioned, making it difficult (if not impossible) for her to continue her life's work assisting poor farmers in rural areas" even though she was invited to return to the department.

Lawyers for the bloggers argue the blog post was opinion and did not defame Sherrod.

The Breitbart empire is collapsing. Nothing of the shit is sticking to the wall. With the passing of Andrew Breitbart death, the company is left with no motivation.

O'Keefe, Giles and Dana Loesh left Beirtbart on sour terms. Joel Pollack went to Crazy Jones and InfoWars. Ben Shapiro left the company to jump onto agitator radio.
