What Happened To Nicholas Robertson?

A father of three was killed by the LAPD while on his knees.

The Los Angeles Police Department once again faces another fatal encounter with a suspect. The suspect was shot and killed by two lawmen 33 times. Many say that the suspect was on his knees crawling when they kept firing on him. He would die on the scene.

The LAPD was called to the Lynwood neighborhood on reports of a man firing a firearm in the air.

When they responded to the threat, they noticed that Nicholas Robertson was heading in another direction. They confront him on the suspicion of having a firearm.

According to the LAPD, the deputies told him to drop his piece.

They said that he pointed the piece at them. So they had no choice but to fire upon him.

It seems like the lawman may face some heat. A witness decided to whip out the camera and record the encounter. It seems like Nicholas was walking away from the suspects.

The witness zoomed in on the suspect as the LAPD starts plugging.

KTLA reports that once on the ground, the camera panned to focus solely on the man, who crawls next to the gas station and away from the gunfire.
The law starts plugging.
After a pause in audible gunfire, at least a dozen additional shots are heard.

The camera then panned back to two deputies, who both had arms raised and were pointing guns in the man's direction.

At least one of the deputies then fired additional shots before the video ends.

It was not clear from the video if both deputies had fired their weapon, but when slowed down, more than 30 shots can be heard.

Hernandez could only confirm multiple shots were fired.

Investigators were aware of at least one video that recorded the fatal incident.
On the ground and they're still plugging.
"My understanding is the suspect does, is in one of the frames, but it's not very clear what the suspect's actions are," LAPD lieutenant Eddie Hernandez said. "The video is just one piece of evidence that's going to be examined as a part of a comprehensive, protracted, long investigation, and that'll be analyzed against the physical evidence, the witness statements and the deputies’ statements."

Many residents are crying foul. They believed that the lawmen used excessive force.

Now the Los Angeles prosecutor has placed the lawmen on ice pending a preliminary hearing.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Nicholas Robertson.

This video is disturbing.

The Montgomery Bus Incident 60 Years Later!

Rosa Parks got on a local Montgomery Bus after a tired day. She was told to move to the back of the bus for an older white guy. She refused. The bus driver called the law. Rosa was fingerprinted, photographed and booked in the local lockup.

This sparked a movement.

The Montgomery Bus Boycott, a seminal event in the U.S. Civil Rights Movement, was a political and social protest campaign against the policy of racial segregation on the public transit system of Montgomery, Alabama. The campaign lasted from December 1, 1955—when Rosa Parks, an African American woman, was arrested for refusing to surrender her seat to a white person—to December 20, 1956, when a federal ruling, Browder v. Gayle, took effect, and led to a United States Supreme Court decision that declared the Alabama and Montgomery laws requiring segregated buses to be unconstitutional.

Many important figures in the Civil Rights Movement took part in the boycott, including Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. and Ralph Abernathy.

Rosa was known as the mother of the modern civil rights movement.

Her act of civil disobedience became a historical feat. Her impact helped the United States become a little bit better.

The Law Cuffs The People Who Killed A Homeless Veteran!

I got an opportunity to check out the latest stories on Google+.

It seems like nothing is sacred anymore. This was mentioned by S. Baldwin.

I happened to click on Addicting Info and got an opportunity to shake my head in disgust over the heartless actions done to a homeless veteran.

In Philadelphia, the law is searching for the individuals who beat 51-year old Robert Barnes to death.
Robert Barnes before his death. He was hit over the head with a blunt object.
They believe Robert got hit with a blunt object. He was declared brain dead after the injuries prove to be too extensive to treat. He would die upon the injuries.

The people who were arrested were teenagers. They claimed that Robert got into an argument with one of the suspects.

Not only that, one of the suspect's mother, 34-year-old Aleathea Gillard, has been charged in the case, along with 24-year-old Shareena Joachim.

Three teens were also arrested and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, simple assault and related offenses.

World News Today sends our condolences to the family of Robert Barnes.

Conservatives Concern Trolling "Black On Whatever" Crime!

The racist right tries to deflect, distract, discredit and disengage.

When #BlackLivesMatter denounces police brutality, conservatives are trying to turn the conversation into "Black On Whatever" violence.

That right wing network has declared war on #BlackLivesMatter.

Every agitator that appears on their lineups have openly attacked the group and President Barack Obama for embracing the grassroots movement.

After all, since he's the first Black president, according to the agitators he's a part of their movement.

Well one journalist managed to call out the bullshit deflection.

Raw Story and Mediaite have managed to catch the debate between Chicago Sun Times writer Lynn Sweet and two of that right wing network's agitators.

The syndicated writer Cal Thomas off the bat worrying his ass off about "Black on Black" crime.

Thomas and right wing network anchor Leland Vittert call out the junk food media for not questioning protesters on the names of the victims of recent violence in Chicago.
Chiraq is coming to the movie theaters. Spike Lee's movie talks about gun violence in Chicago.
Sweet decided to call them out on their concern trolling.

“There has been tremendous attention to crime in Chicago,” she said. “I don’t know how any person who is familiar with the situation says that there’s not.”

Sweet then pointed out that national news coverage of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s bid for reelection had focused on crime in Chicago.

“So I don’t even understand the premise of where you’re coming from on this one. Respectfully said,” she said.

Conservatives only concerns for gun control is taking the Second Amendment rights from Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.

They fail to realize that gun violence is by far the biggest threat to the United States. Terrorism, Ebola, and HIV are deadly threats to the country. But none so than the firearm and the reckless actions by those who operate them. That's where the problem lies.

Halle Berry Is Back On The Market!

It's a wrap for Halle and Oliver. The celebrity couple announce separation.

Halle Berry has the worst luck in relationships. It seems like her third marriage is a wrap.

Berry has a temper. She is bipolar and can be volatile when she's under the influence of alcohol.

I guess it's taken its toll on the two year marriage.

She and her husband, actor Oliver Martinez announced they're splitting up.

The couple met in 2010 and wed in 2013; they had a son together that same year.

They released a joint statement to celebrity agitator People Magazine.

"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce," the couple says in a statement to People. "We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children's privacy as we go through this difficult period." Berry, who has a 7-year-old daughter with aforementioned brawler Gabriel Aubry, has been divorced twice before.

However, while Berry asks for no spousal support for either party, and for the costs of raising their child to be shared as per terms of their prenup, Martinez asks for issues of spousal support to be sorted out at a later date. The actress states that all of her earnings and assets are her property per their prenup.

Both are seeking joint custody of their 2-year-old son, Maceo-Robert, but Berry's filing has an attached form about visitation, saying they will "share custody as is in the best interest of the child" but that Martinez should provide transportation to and from visits and need permission to take Maceo out of California.

Berry had planned to raise her two children (she has a daughter, Nahla, from Gabriel Aubry) in Europe, but was never able to make the move because of ongoing custody issues with Nahla's father, Gabriel Aubry. Meanwhile, Martinez "never loved living in L.A. full time," according to a source. "[He] just isn't happy in L.A."

Martinez's temper also allegedly played a role in the split. "He has a violent temper," the source told People this summer. Martinez got into a Thanksgiving brawl with Aubry in 2012, and was caught shoving an LAX employee with a baby seat earlier this year. The employee is now suing the couple for $5 million.

Ultimately, a source tells People that the relationship between the two "fiery personalities" had "run its course," adding: "They are keeping it amicable now. She is okay."

This is Martinez first divorce, and the third for Berry, who wed baseball player David Justice in 1993 and singer Eric Benét in 2001.

She got some more bad news handed to her. CBS had canceled the hit drama Extent.

Berry had returned to television after 10 years. The series was produced by Amblin Entertainment and CBS Television Studios.

Don Lemon Got A Kick Out Of Teen Being Flipped By Cop!

Don Lemon gets into a heated confrontation with Sonny Hostin on CNN. They debate the now viral video of a young girl being flung around by South Carolina cop in a school classroom.

The now viral video of South Carolina Deputy Ben Fields flipping a teen in the classroom of a suburban Columbia school has the nation talking.

#BlackLivesMatter once again brings to light the unfair treatment of unarmed citizens and law enforcement. This issue bring concerns of Blacks being brutalized or killed while in police custody.

The Richland County Sheriff's department iced Fields pending either discipline or criminal misconduct charges. The FBI and South Carolina state authorities are considering possible civil right violations against Fields.

Fields got him a lawyer and a police union who is willing to back up the claim that the teen didn't act right from the jump. The person who filmed the encounter didn't get the whole story.

CNN, MSNBC and that right wing network are covering the controversy in their usual partisan fashion. Some commentators are supportive of the #BlackLivesMatter movement. They are outraged that the officer who has a history is still on the force.

Then of course the #AllLivesMatter crowd. The concern trolls who are often siding with the law regardless of misconduct or reckless call. These networks continuie bringing on commentators who often believe that the actions were justified.

Take that asshole Milwaukee sheriff David Clarke, Jr. He's been on that right wing network more than he's been in his office in Milwaukee. The conservatives seem to rely on this buffoon for commentary. This Black lawman often expresses outrageous comments towards Black America.

Some of his comments are half-true or deliberately biased. The racist right eats this stuff for breakfast. They find these coons to air out our problems while failing to address the rise in heroin and human trafficking. None of these coons talk about gun crime in America. It's always Black on Black violence and negligent parenting.

Enter the next buffoon in the media. The third most hated agitator in cable news, Don Lemon.

Don Lemon comes in third place. He, Ronan Farrow and that annoying conservative agitator are the worst in cable news. They are often panned along with Rev. Perm for being just plain awful.

That annoying conservative agitator and Rev. Perm were demoted. Farrow was kicked off the 3pm spot on MSNBC. Don Lemon was promoted to the struggling 9pm slot on CNN.

He seems to get a kick out of law enforcement brutalizing citizens. On the Situation Room, Wolf Blitzer, Tom Fuentes and Sunny Hostin were debating this with Lemon.

Lemon made a comment that seems to attract Mediaite.

“It does look disturbing,” said the CNN anchor. “The part that is most disturbing to me is seeing her thrown around. As far as the desk going over, I don’t know if the desk fell over because she didn’t want to get up or if he pushed it over. I don’t know. I think there’s context to everything. I would like to see what happens before and I would like to see what happened afterwards… It does look horrible. It does look like there’s no excuse for what he’s doing to her, but again, we don’t know… This only show a small slice in time of what happened. I’d like to know more before passing judgment.”

That got Sunny Hostin out of her seat. She wanted to reach across the set and slap the shit out of Lemon. Figuratively speaking of course.

“Are you guys kidding me?” said Hostin.
Deputy Ben Fields may want to consider a new line of work.
Lemon and Hostin took turns yelling at and interrupting one another.

“No, we’re not kidding. We don’t know what happened,” said Lemon. “You weren’t sitting in the room, Sunny. You don’t know if she wasn’t standing up!”

“I don’t need to know more,” Hostin retorted, to which Lemon said: “You do need to know more! As a prosecutor, you should want to know more.”

“This is a young girl!” she shouted, emphasizing the girl’s age in comparison to the school resource officer.

Lemon persisted, noting that all the facts should be sought out and analyzed before passing judgment on the situation. Fuentes and Blitzer didn’t say anything throughout the exchange, though they mostly agreed in their own comments. Hostin, however, never relented until the show host interrupted the segment to show a second video.

Regardless of how this situation happened, would you want your child or you tossed around like that?

FBI chief James Comey also lit up a shit storm by saying that recording misconduct by law enforcement makes it harder for them to do their jobs. Comey believes the "Ferguson Effect" has made the law lack the effort to combat real criminal activity.

The White House shot back saying that Comey's comments were ridiculous.

Lawman In The Freezer After Slamming Teen To The Ground!

FBI head James Comey said that the Ferguson effect kind of makes policing a tad bit difficult.

He said that in the age of YouTube, this is making police officer's jobs even harder. He believes police officers will deliberately ignore criminal activity in order to do their jobs.

Nowadays you can whip out a camera phone and record an encounter with the law. Again, you have the right to film police officers. They are civil servants. They're human as well. They are obligated to follow the law as well.

When you put something on the internet, it's there forever. It's apart of the social media craze that driven the narrative #BlackLivesMatter.

The group has been actively protesting against unfair police encounters.

Shaun White, DeRay McKesson and Bree Newsome have been pushing this controversy into the mainstream.

And of course, the noise. The conservatives line up the biggest concern troll to hide behind the badge.

Milwaukee County sheriff David Clarke, Jr. is the racist right's go-to guy for all things anti-Black.

Clarke was on that network saying that police brutality doesn't exist. This clown adamantly said that President Barack Obama is solely responsible for the deaths of police officers.

So I am guessing that he's solely responsible for the deaths of citizens held in police custody too!

In Columbia, South Carolina, a lawman who operates for the school is in the freezer after a video surfaced of him slamming a disruptive student on the ground. A student filmed the encounter and posted it on YouTube. The young girl who is not identified as of yet, was seen being dragged on the ground and body slammed by the officer.

The school officer grabbed a high school student from her chair, knocked her to the floor and dragged her across the classroom on Monday, a video shows.

The brief, shaky video shows an officer grab the student by her arms while she's sitting at her desk and flip her over, toppling the desk. The officer then yanks the girl to the front of the classroom.

The officer has been identified as Deputy Ben Fields. He's in the freezer pending a decision on whether discipline or criminal charges are filed. Richland County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Curtis Wilson said, according to the junk food media.
The lawman drags the young girl across the floor. A student records the encounter and posted it on social media.
The video becomes blurry after the officer and the student reach the front of the classroom, but the officer appears to restrain the student by putting her arms behind her back. In a longer version of the video, the officer looms over the student before grabbing her.

Libby Roof, a communications officer for Richland School District Two, told the junk food media that officials were "deeply concerned" about the incident.

"Student safety is and always will be the district’s top priority," Roof said in a statement. "The district will not tolerate any actions that jeopardize the safety of our students. Pending the outcome of the investigation, the district has directed that the school resource officer not return to any school in the district."

The student had refused to leave class before the school officer became involved, the sheriff's office told the local TV station.

Incidents of violence involving students and school or local law enforcement are not uncommon. Last November, a video emerged of a school resource officer punching a student in the face, supposedly to break up a fight. An incident earlier this month shows a cop grabbing a teen by the neck and slamming him to the ground. And another shows a man using what Fusion calls a "WWE wrestling move" on a 14-year-old student.

Spring Valley High School officials didn't immediately respond to inquiries. A spokesman for the Richland County sheriff's office was unavailable, according to someone who answered the department's phone, because the office had been "inundated" with calls.

Trump: Romney Should Just Bury His Head Back In The Sand!

Looks like the friendship is over.

The perennial loser Mitt Romney has spoken to the junk food media about Donald Trump.

He believes that Trump is a fad and he will not become the Republican nominee.

It seems like Jeb Bush and the perennial loser have decided to throw everything they've got at Trump and Benjamin Carson. These two have been gadflies to the establishment. The establishment is concerned that the insurgency will cost them the election.

The Republicans want to eliminate Trump, Carson and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) before they create more damage to the party.

To add insult to injury, the perennial loser went on former Barack Obama advisor David Axelrod's radio podcast to go after Trump.

The perennial loser said that Trump's comments were hurtful and it could spell doom for him if he manages to win the nomination.

“I think Donald Trump has said a number of things which are hurtful, and he has said they were childish in some respects, and I think [they] will be potentially problematic either in a primary or in a general election if he were to become the nominee,” said perennial loser Mitt Romney.

He believes that Trump is negative to the party.

Trump in usual fashion responds back to the perennial loser.

The Law Caught Suspect In NYPD Cop Killing! Who's Really Gonna Get The Blame?

NYPD mourns the lost of an officer. The conservative agitators will automatically blame President Barack Obama and #BlackLivesMatter.

The New York Police Department is once again facing a tragedy among their ranks. An officer died in East Harlem. He was engaged in a gun fight with a suspect.

Officer Randolph Holder was shot in the head. He died at a local hospital.

The suspect, Tyrone Howard is a notorious dope boy. He was spotted in the area with a stolen bicycle. The suspect robbed a man of his bike. The suspect was spotted by officers.

They gave chase.

Howard 30, who goes by the street name "Peanut," has a long criminal history, with 18 prior arrests and three outstanding warrants. He was wanted for an earlier shooting in East Harlem.

Holder and other officers were responding to reports of gunshots in East Harlem, which police sources said was connected to gang activity.

Howard has been previously arrested multiple times, including a year ago in a case relating to gang activity, officials said.

Howard was also wanted for a shooting on Sept. 1 and there was an active warrant for his arrest, according to Jim O'Neill, the NYPD's chief of department, speaking at a news conference today with Police Commissioner Bill Bratton and Mayor Bill de Blasio.

The NYPD's Manhattan violent felonies squad was actively working the case, O'Neill said, noting, "We were hunting him but obviously [we were] unsuccessful."

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio extended his condolences to Holder's family and vowed, "We will not stop in the relentless pursuit of the violent few."

A viewing for the officer was set to be held at the Community Church of the Nazarene in Far Rockawawy, Queens, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. next Tuesday, the AP said. The funeral was set for 3 p.m. the next day, the AP said, and he will be buried in Guyana.

The incident on Tuesday night started as a gang dispute between members of rival gangs that operate in the adjacent Jefferson Houses, East River houses and the Wagner Houses, police sources told ABC News, noting that there is an ongoing dispute between gangs in the three apartment complexes.
The suspect was wanted on numerous warrants. He engaged contact with officers. He fired upon them, killing one. Officer Randolph Holder was 33 year old. He was a native of Guyana.
Billy Aubry, the NYPD's chief of detectives for Manhattan said that two police officers on the roof of one of those locations observed shots being fired down below and responded.

The gangs got into a dispute in front of a parking garage at 445 E. 102nd St. and that is where shots were fired, police sources said.

"We know from the evidence recovered at the scene that there were at least three firearms that were fired," Aubry said.

Commissioner Bratton questioned why the suspect in the police shooting was diverted to a drug program after his arrest last year as part of a group of 19 violent drug dealers operating in an East Harlem apartment complex.

Howard was ordered into a court-mandated drug diversion program, which is meant to keep some drug offenders from further crowding already overcrowded jails, after his arrest last October, Bratton noted.

But Howard stopped taking part in the program in May.

"If ever there was a candidate to not have been diverted, it would be this guy. He is a poster boy for not being diverted," Bratton said during today's news conference. "He would have been the last person in New York City I would have wanted to see in a diversion program. He has no propensity, with the number of arrests over a many year period of time, of changing his ways."

De Blasio added: "When you look at the offenses this individual committed, they were consistently violent. I don't know the details of how his case was handled by the judge. But I do know someone like this shouldn't have been on the streets."
A man of  discipline says his fellow officers. Randolph Holder was NYPD's 4th officer killed the year.

Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus R. Vance, Jr. responded in a statement.

“I am deeply angered and saddened by the senseless murder of Police Officer Holder. This defendant was part of a strategic investigation and prosecution conducted by our Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit, targeting the individuals driving crime in East Harlem," Vance said. "We recommended state prison for the defendant, and opposed his request for diversion.”

Howard is being held without a get out free card. New York's mayor Bill de Blasio wants this "scum" placed in the iron college. Howard has not yet been charged. The NYPD said there's video evidence, physical evidence and witnesses that will tie him to the shooting.

Now that the shooter is caught, who really gets the blame? Here's a quick poll.

Who Gets The Blame In The Killing Of NYPD Officer Randolph Holder?

Barack Obama
#BLACKLIVESMATTER
Bill de Blasio
Congress
The Shooter
All Of These Above
Quiz Maker

If you picked the shooter, then you're absolutely correct. Of course, if you're blaming everyone but the shooter (i.e. Obama and Black Lives Matter), then we're going to blame you for the death. See lumping Black Lives Matter and President Barack Obama to the deaths of law enforcement is not productive.

No one condones the deaths of those in law enforcement.

Most Americans believe those in law enforcement deserve praise for risking their lives for the safety of those they've sworn to protect. It's a thankless job. They don't get recognition much. The only time they get recognition is when they are given media attention.

The problem is that those in law enforcement won't weed out the officers who create the divide. The officers who abuse their power while on duty. They are the ones who give law enforcement a bad name.
Mayor Bill de Blasio wipes tears away. He is torn by the lost of Officer Holder.
The blame game is a partisan event in which agitators from the right and the left start accusing a whole group for the sole actions of the suspect.

They seem to always ignore the shooter. The shooter deserves all the blame.

Now you aware of the concern trolls and the #copslivesmatter and  #AllLivesMatter hashtag.

The concern trolls use this as a counter attack against the Black Lives Matters activists.

The concern trolls ignore the concerns of the activists. They conclude that Black Lives Matters is anti-cop, anti-White and anti-whatever.

Again, gun crime is an epidemic. This outranks terrorism and Ebola.

The lawmakers in Congress refuse to do anything about it. They conclude that the NRA is more powerful than them.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of Randolph Holder and everyone lost to senseless gun violence.

Boy Murders His Brother! Dad May Face Time In Iron College!

Andy Parker, the father of murdered TV reporter Alison Parker is now a victim's rights advocate.

A few months ago, a terrorist murdered Alison and Adam Ward on live television. The terrorist was a disgruntled news reporter who blamed society for his social ills. He said in his manifesto that he wanted to be recognized for his criminal acts. He wanted the world to know that he's gotten tired of being pushed around by the system.

Ever since that incident, we had another mass shooting. Andy Parker was there in Roseberg, Oregon.

He was actively pressuring lawmakers to pass reasonable gun control. His campaign to fight gun violence has garner attention. His activism is being criticized by conservatives who believe he's exploiting his daughter's death for political activism. They believe that any laws passed would result in more gun crime. In their warped minds, President Barack Obama is determined to take away guns.

And regardless of what is said by the president, the agitators will find some reason to blame him for "politicizing" tragedies.

Andy has teamed up with the families of Sandy Hook and Aurora to pressure Congress to change course on guns.

One of the Aurora shooting victims, Jessica Ghawi was a sports reporter. Jessica was killed by a deranged terrorist. The terrorist killed 12 people inside a movie theater during a premiere of the sequel to Batman, The Dark Knight Rises. Jessica was a survivor of the 2011 Toronto mall mass shooting.

Jessica's family tried to sue the ammo and gun manufacturers in court and lost. Lonnie and Sandy Phillips wanted to sue Lucky Gunner, the company that provided the terrorist with his ammunition.
Boy with a revolver
The Republican appointed judge said that the family can't sue on political activism. The family is now ordered to pay up $250,000 in court cost. The Supreme Court granted immunity to the gun manufacturing.

Gun crime is the number one threat in the United States. It's been over a few weeks since the Umpqua Community College shooting. Now the junk food media passed on Umpqua, we hear about more and more gun crimes.

We hear about children getting a hold of firearms and accidentally shooting a family member. This is becoming a horrible trend.

In Chicago, a father is facing time in the iron college for second degree murder. He left his firearm in an area where his children could find it. When one his children got pass the trigger lock, he shot his brother in the chest.

Michael Santiago is being charged for not only second degree murder, but reckless endangerment.
Dad faces criminal charges for involuntary manslaughter.
The loaded gun had been wrapped in a pair of pajama pants and stashed on top of the refrigerator, Chicago police said.

Santiago was at work at the time, and the boys' mother was at the store. Their grandfather Israel LaSalle, who lives upstairs from the family, was watching the boys and had sent them downstairs to their apartment to get something with which to clean up after the dog, according to CNN affiliate WLS-TV.

"I heard a pop, you know, like somebody had shot, so I opened the door and I look out and he was running up the stairs and he told me somebody shot his brother," LaSalle told WLS.

The 3-year-old died at a hospital.

Santiago is a former gang member who illegally purchased the gun, police told CNN on Monday. He is being held in lieu of $75,000 get out free card. He was originally given the $1 million get out free card.

The boy and his brother's names are withheld.

Gun control advocates argue research shows children often know where weapons are hidden and say weak state laws offer too little deterrent to careless storage of guns. The National Rifle Association has argued that mandatory storage laws are unnecessary.

World News Today send our condolences to the family of those killed in senseless gun violence.

What Happened To Daven Guilford?

The tragic death of unarmed teen Deven Guilford has gotten the junk food media's attention.

If it wasn't for #BlackLivesMatter you would have never heard of the tragic death of Deven Gulford.

Deven Guilford was a teen from Michigan who was on his way to see his girlfriend. He was driving on the road allegedly with his bright lights on.

Deven observed Eaton County sheriff Jonathon Frost with his high beams on. Deven flashed his high beams on and it caught the attention of Frost.

So Frost would eventually pull over Deven. The interaction between the two would end up becoming a deadly encounter. Deven was shot and killed after a traffic stop and a struggle with the deputy who made the stop.

The shooting which was captured on film shows that Deven was questioning why he was being stopped and detained. He also informed the officer he had no weapon and he was filming the officer.

Michigan sheriff's deputy Jonathan Frost
Deven has been very concern about law enforcement violating civil liberties. Like many, some believe those in law enforcement violate the rights of the motorists. They try to find ways to search a person's vehicle without a warrant. The law will concoct a story claiming you violated a traffic law.

Sometimes police-citizen interactions will result in a warning or citation. Other times, it may merit an arrest or use of deadly force.

CNN reports that Guilford had just dropped his brother off at a church and was driving to his girlfriend's house in the town of Mulliken, according to an account of the stop from the county prosecutor's office.

Frost pulled the teen over and turned on his body camera before exiting his vehicle, multiple accounts of the traffic stop show.

"I couldn't see," Guilford says to Frost, as recorded on the body camera, complaining to the officer that the headlights of his vehicle -- a new SUV, according to the complaint and report -- were shining in his eyes.

"I didn't have them on," Frost responds, meaning his high beams. He asks the teen for his license and registration.

Guilford persists, and Frost continues to deny his high beams were on, asking more times for the driver's license. Their argument escalates.

Frost radios for backup as Guilford continues to refuse to produce his identification. Guilford makes a phone call and begins to record the interaction on his own cell phone camera. Guilford admits he does not have his license after Frost asks for it a sixth time. Frost wrests open the driver's door and points a Taser at Guilford, telling him to get on the ground to be detained.

Frost later writes in a narrative account of the stop submitted as part of the police incident report that he thought that in light of Guilford's challenges, the teen may have calling in reinforcements from a local "sovereign citizen or militia movement." The prosecuting attorney's report references a recent police bulletin that warned officers about such threats.

Guilford lowers slowly and reluctantly to the ground. Frost screams for him to lie down with his hands on his side. Guilford continues to film the scene and struggles from the asphalt next to his car.

Guilford, shown on Frost's body camera with his elbows propping him up on the side of the highway, his cell phone in his right hand, says, "This is what American--"

Frost grabs his phone and throws it feet away on the ground.

"You can't do that!" the teen cries, getting up.
The law releases injuries of Frost to justify deadly encounter with Deven Guilford. It looks like the Taser barb ricocheted on his face.
"Get your hands behind your back. You're under arrest," the officer shouts back.

Frost discharges his Taser into Guilford's back.

The Taser was shot too close to its target and didn't administer a full shock, the report by the county prosecutor later noted. Instead of being incapacitated, Guilford leaps up angrily.

Basically what I believe is the Taser ricocheted into the face of Frost. Guilford didn't attack him. He got up and tried to move away from the Taser barb. That's when Frost drew his service weapon.

Only audio recorded on the body camera, and from Guilford's cell phone still recording on the ground nearby, captures what happens in the next 13 to 14 seconds: Heavy breathing, thumping noises, seven gun shots, and a scream.

Of course, Frost walks after the grand jury believed that he used justified deadly force. The bag 'em ups said that Deven had traces of marijuana and alcohol in his blood. The usual smear tactics created by the law enforcement to say that the deadly encounter was justified.
Body camera on Frost showed Deven on the ground recording him. Frost kicks his phone and then the encounter.
They said that Deven refused to issue his license. He forgot his license at his girlfriend's house. The officer could have asked for social security and address for verification.

It's a damn shame. The family has filed a federal lawsuit against the Eaton County prosecutor, the sheriff's department, and Frost.

A Facebook group called "Justice for Deven Guilford," run by the family, is verdant with posts of support and pictures of the blond, ruddy-faced teenager.

Guilford's then-girlfriend, identified in his obituary as Brittany Patterson, wrote in the group in August: "Being someone's first love may be great, but to be their last is beyond PERFECT. It would of been 3 years this month."

On that cold night in February, Patterson arrived at the scene of the traffic stop shortly after Guilford was shot, the prosecutor's report said.

It was Patterson's car that Guilford had been driving to her house. It was she that he had called in the middle of the traffic stop, and she'd picked up only to hear what sounded like "someone was running or out of breath" the report said.

She had brought Guilford's wallet and driver's license, the report said. He had left them at her house.

World News Today send our condolences to Deven Guilford.

Former GOP Chair: Good Honest White Folks Deserve Guns! The Blacks Ought Lose 'Em!

The Second Amendment only belongs to Whites says former Republican chairman.

Gun rights for Whites! Gun control for Black, Hispanics and Muslims.

It's proven that gun rights are exclusive. Today it was brought to you by some former Republican chairman. Obviously, there's a reason to why he's no longer the state party's chairman. It's the very fact that he's a muffling buffoon going to social media basically saying take rights from Blacks.

Hence forth why BlackLivesMatter. This guy values Black lives less than others.

He's one of those types who thinks like Ben Carson and Donald Trump.

He thinks that political correctness is dooming the Republican Party. So he believes that the real problem to gun violence is Blacks.

Great, blame the Blacks for gun crime.

Nevermind the fact we have illegal gun purchases through straw men.

Nevermind the fact that people who suffer from mental illness are given access to firearms.

Nevermind the fact that a gun lobbyist group spends millions scaring Americans into stockpiling.

Nevermind that we have 90 people die a day by firearms. Over 45,000 people died in firearm tragedies this year.

If we had sensible background check laws, maybe we wouldn't have such senseless violence.

Pullen says the tweet was supposed to be taken sarcastically. When the local junk food media asked why he specifically mentioned black men, he said African-Americans are overwhelmingly loyal to the Democratic Party. He said he wanted these voters to understand that even though liberal politicians say black lives matter, their policies don't make black lives better.

"It's really not about guns that cause the violence. It's the lack of opportunities for groups of people who need opportunities to improve their lives. That's not what they're getting out of the last seven years and the economic policies the Democrats have."

Pullen says the Republican Party believes everyone should have access to guns because, ultimately, it's how you defend yourself regardless of the color of your skin.

But to this former Arizona Republican chairman, it's nothing but a gun grab by Obama.

Way to go, Mr. Randy Pullen, you're actually the one who wants to be a gun grabber!

Texas Councilman Got Tasered By The Law!

Prairie View Police puts the Taser on a man who is a councilman for the city.

Prairie View, Texas councilman was given a court date after he got into a confrontation with the law.

Jonathan Miller was stunned a deputy after the law came to his home and questioned his friends.

This incident happened Thursday night. This was done by the same department already facing heavy scrutiny for the Sandra Bland tragedy.

One of the arresting officers was a Prairie View officer who was responsible for Sandra's arrest.

Sandra would turn up dead in the lockup.

Jonathan is a 29 year old councilman who was elected this year. He was with his fraternity bothers practicing a step routine. The councilman promised to get to the bottom of the Sandra Bland tragedy.

He also is criticizing the law for the arrest. He believes that the law is too excessive.

"It went from me asking questions to me basically being put face down on the ground", Miller told local junk food media.
Jonathan Miller talks to the junk food media after he posted his bail.
This incident happened when Miller was on his knees before being tased. The law contend that Miller was interfering them with questions and refused to step back as they questioned the others. The law claims there was suspicious activity in the neighborhood.

He allegedly pulled away as the law lunged forward with handcuffs.

The officers involved weren't named by the junk food media yet. This is often a tactic to defend the law. The chief of Prairie View said that it's not often that his officers were filmed in other incidents.

The arresting officers were wearing body cameras.

Jonathan faces interfering with a public servant and resisting arrest. Each are misdemeanors. He was freed from the lockup on Friday.

Key Witness In Texas Cop Murder Had An Affair!

Will the Harris County Texas sheriff blame Black Lives Matter for one of his own having a romantic affair with a key witness in the Deputy Darren Goforth murder?

The death of Darren Goforth became national news. The racist right was so freaking eager to blame #BlackLivesMatter for the murder of the Harris County, Texas sheriff deputy.

Goforth was pumping gas at a Houston area gas station when this nut job comes up and fires upon him at point blank range. The suspect is right now in lockup on capital murder charges.

The investigator in the Goforth case tarnished the case. He had an affair with the key witness.

The key witness told the junk food media that she saw the suspect Shannon Miles murder Goforth.

The investigator Craig Clopton was put in the freezer pending a cannon firing.

Will Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman blame Black Lives Matter for one of his own having sex with a witness?
I want to be clear that this is the same sheriff who said, "We hear Black Lives Matter, but what about Blue Lives Matter?" Now what's he gonna say when it's a personal matter.

This could throw out the capital murder charge. The killing of law enforcement in Texas usually results in the fryer. Texas is the state leading in the fryer.

About 85 interns in were sent to the fryer in the state of Texas.

Republican governor Greg Abbott doesn't offer clemency to the mentally insane.

Any thoughts on the scandal rocking the Harris County Sheriff's office?

Texas Lawman Necks And Kneed Teen!

Lawman puts his hands on the neck of a teen and it was filmed. This went viral. The police are doing damage control.

In the Austin suburb of Round Rock, there's a video circulating over the weekend. A Round Rock lawman was filmed grabbing a Black teen by the neck and slamming him to the ground.

There was a fight at a high school in the Round Rock Independent School District and the officers were dispersing the crowd after a fight in the school cafeteria.

The incident happened at the Round Rock High School. According to the law, school resource officers were called to the cafeteria to break up a fight between two students.

One of the students was watching the fight from the sidelines. The law claimed that had to restrain the student known as Gyasi Hughes was getting mouthy with them.
This incident was uncalled for. The officer should of handled the situation differently. This is Gyasi and his father Kashka Hughes. They talk to the junk food media about the incident.
During the conversation with the lawman revealed to be Rigo Valles, Gyasi bumped his hand.

Valles grabs the teen by the neck and then tosses him to the ground. The video was recorded by cellphone and the students shared it with the junk food media.

Gyasi was heard in the video telling the law to "leave him alone". He told the junk food media he didn't engage in the fight, he was extremely upset over this.

The parents were pissed. Kashka Hughes said that he plans on filing a complaint with the Round Rock Police. He demands the lawman be stripped of his badge for this event.

Gyasi wasn't involved in the fight but he was suspended for the confrontation with the law. The family may file a lawsuit against the school as well.

This case is under review.

Million Man March: 20 Years Later!

The Million Man March turns 20. The Nation of Islam's Honorable Louis Farrakhan and many speakers appear at the National Mall to discuss the issues facing Black America.

The Million Man March returns to Washington. This will celebrate 20 years since the first march upon the National Mall.

Justice or Else: The 20th Anniversary of the Million Man March: Justice or Else, sometimes abridged as Justice or Else or stylized as Justice or Else!, is a movement and a march in Washington D.C. that is part of the Black Lives Matter activist movement. Louis Farrakhan announced his "Justice or Else" event commemorates the 20th anniversary of the October 16, 1995 Million Man March.

Minister Louis Farrakhan will headline the event. It will outline a lot of things. One in particular is the Black male inside out. I managed to hear the speech and I strongly agree with the premise of the minister.

One thing that caught me was the instructions. His instructions are basically keep fighting for justice and ignore the noise. The noise (i.e. that annoying conservative agitator, David Clarke, Jr., O'Loofus and that network) will take his speech out of context and make it seem like he's calling for the death of White America. He doesn't call for any death of human beings. He said that arrogant America will be condemned by God. He said that the rich will continue to push the poor into fighting one another.

He said that Black men should keep BITCH out of their mouths.

He said that Black men should learn that killing one another doesn't bring strength. It brings weakness and it's a plan.

He slammed former Ferguson officer Darren Wilson for being a part of the system of corrupt lawmen who take joy in the pain and sorrow of Black America.

I wish I would have went tot the March. I would love to find my place in the world.

Atlanta Dork's Selfie With Boy Merits Racial Insults!

Business marketing executive got a cannon fire after he racially insults his co-worker's child.

A man got fired out the cannon for unprofessional behavior. Although, the company denies this was over the controversy, he knew his time was up. I'm going to explain that RacistsGetFired had a hand in this.

Some dork took a selfie with the son of a co-worker. As soon as he posted it on....Guess!

It went viral. It was sweep with racial insults towards the boy. Some were referring the boy to being a "feral animal" inside a civilized environment. Other remarks were "Kunta Kente", "Toby" and "Niglet".

Sydney Jade the mother of the 3-year old boy Cayden got the last laugh. Black Twitter created the hashtag #HisNameIsCayden and it went viral.

This is Cayden Jace! The love of my life, the apple in my eye, my EVERYTHING. All this lovely personality wrapped up...
Posted by Sydney Jade on Saturday, October 3, 2015

Gerod Roth (aka Geris Hilton) was the guy who took the selfie with Cayden.

Roth posted the image on Facebook last month, and the comments quickly showed the Internet at its absolute worst. Roth's friends posted racist jokes and hateful commentary, including references to slavery.

"He was feral," Roth wrote in what appears to be his only comment.
Dork got fired out the cannon after he made a snarky comment about a coworker's son. It went viral.
Roth told Fox 5 Atlanta that the "feral" comment referred to kids running around the building and that he actually told one person not to make racist remarks.

"I just really feel upset, not only with myself, but also the character that was based off the comments that my friends had made," Roth told the station. "Cayden has been victimized but I have been targeted."

A black friend who added #BlackLivesMatter to the image also said Roth is not racist.

"My Dawg isnt Racist, he just made a bad joke & im sure when he is given the outlet to speak about his regret, he will," wrote Skylar Felton on Facebook.

Roth said he has apologized to Jade by email.  He was also fired from his job at Polaris Marketing Group last week, although the company said it was for unrelated reasons, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

"It breaks my heart that Sydney and her adorable son Cayden were subjected to such hateful, ignorant and despicable behavior," company president Michael Da Graca Pinto wrote on Facebook. "Cayden visits my office almost every afternoon after daycare, he's sat at my dinner table and I consider him a part of the PMG family."

But if the hatred and bullying posts reveal the Internet at its worst, the response also shows the online community at its best. Jade told the Atlanta Black Star about the unexpected level of support she's found.

"I never in a million years expected it to be this massive,” Jade told the website. “If it has to start with us, I’m going to finish it. It was my son put in the limelight. And not only my son but a child, a 3-year-old, someone who can’t defend himself."

Instead of the image linked to the hate-filled rants, Jade wants people to see another side of her son and posted a set of photos that show "all this lovely personality wrapped up into one small person's body."

The Root and Huffington Post reports that Roth apologized to Sydney and Cayden.

World News Today wish Sydney and Cayden well on their journey.

Wife Of Iced Officer Involved In Police Vehicle Accident!

Montgomery County Sheriff's deputy involved in an accident. Bombshell, this is the wife of a deputy who is on ice after he killed Donate Martin.

I was asleep this morning when I was awaken to sirens this morning.

I didn't know what had happen until I turned on the local junk food media. They were reporting a deputy was involved in an accident near my home.

The deputy crashed into another vehicle. The deputy said that she had the lights and sirens on when she was heading to another crash on Interstate 75 near the Needmore Road exit. The deputy and driver of the other vehicle were taken to the hospital.

The accident happened on Shoup Mill Road and Riverside Drive in Harrison Township.

The sheriff's SUV took a flip and the driver's car took a trip into the woods. I can tell you straight up from watching the video, the deputy was going 65 in a 40 mph zone. The driver of the vehicle who turned from Riverside to Shoup Mill Road turned at a point where the deputy was maneuvering through the road.

The Ohio State Patrol and Montgomery County Sheriff are investigating who's at fault.

The junk food media releases the name of the deputy.

Her name is Amber Haas. I am guessing that this is the wife of the iced deputy who shot two suspects in the same year. One of the suspects that this deputy bucked made national headlines.

Earlier this year, Montgomery County Ohio sheriff deputies Josh Haas and Gust Teague were put in the freezer after they put the lead in Donate Martin. They claim that Donate was reaching for a firearm and they had no choice but to neutralized the threat. The dashcam wasn't even on.

They're still in the freezer pending a grand jury decision on whether this merits a criminal trial.

Yeah, we can also say that Haas and his buddies profiled me this year.

Def Jam Movie In The Works!

There's talk about a biopic about Def Jam. Rick Rubin and Russell Simmons pioneered the hip-hop label. Jay-Z signed on as an artist and distributed his independent label Roc-A-Fella and RocNation through Def Jam.

Russell Simmons and Rick Rubin created the legendary Def Jam Recordings in 1983.

Now there's talk about a movie being made in regards to it.

Michael B. Jordan and Jonah Hill are considering the roles.

Def Jam was founded by Rick Rubin in his dormitory in Weinstein Hall at New York University.

Russell Simmons joined Rubin shortly after they were introduced to each other by Vincent Gallo.

They would create on of the world's powerful hip-hop labels. The Def Jam umbrella includes Island Records and the legendary Motown Records. Each of these label operate as a separate entity under the Universal Music Group.

The last movie based on the rise of Def Jam was Krush Groove. The movie was a semi-biopic of Russell Simmons rise to media mogul.

Deadline reports that Universal is working to develop a movie based on the 2002 memoir of Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons, “Life and Def: Sex, Drugs, Money, + God.”

The label that created Run DMC, Public Enemy, EMPD, LL Cool J, Rick Ross, Ludacris, 3rd Bass, The Beastie Boys, 2 Chainz, DMX, Jeezy, Ne-Yo, Rihanna, Iggy Azalea and Jay-Z.

The film would chronicle Simmons’ and Rubin’s creation of the legendary hip hop label that defined rap in the 80s. The pic is expected to “explore how hip hop grew from an underground sensation into a dominant and pivotal voice of culture and change.”

Russell has expressed that he is flattered that Michael B. Jordan is being considered to portray him in the pic, as Global Grind reports.

What Happened To Terrell Day?

Teen dies in police custody. Family demands answers to his death.

Indianapolis Police are investigating the tragic death of an 18-year old teen who died in custody.

Apparently he had a heart attack while in police custody. The death of Terrell Day is getting national exposure after Black Lives Matter got involved in his death.

He was suspect in a shoplifting of a Burlington Coat Factory. He allegedly pointed a firearm at the security guard. He was quickly apprehended. I guess something went wrong on his way to lockup.

The medic and the law determined he was faking this and sent him to lockup. They ignored his calls.

He was admitted to lockup. The next day he would turn up in the back of an ambulance, dead.

"Despite the best life-saving efforts by the EMS crew, the suspect died in the back of the ambulance," the statement added.

Indianapolis Emergency Medical Services chief Charles Miramonti offered "sincere condolences" in the statement. Miramonti said a "full internal investigation" has been launched but that he was "confident the highest level of response and care was provided."

Police said that when the man told officers he was having trouble breathing, an ambulance was called. The responding EMTs assessed Day and determined he could be taken on to processing "via jail wagon," according to the statement.

Day again complained of breathing difficulties when the jail wagon arrived and a second ambulance was called but his "condition deteriorated," police said.

Now Indianapolis Police along with state investigators are determining who ignored the suspect's request for medical treatment.

#IfIDieInPoliceCustody is a trending hashtag. It became a trend after the deaths of Freddie Gray and Sandra Bland.

Freddie Gray was severely injured in a scuffle with police. Freddie complained of injuries but was ignored by the officers. He was arrested and transported to city lockup. The officers are being charged with homicide and manslaughter, Sandra who was arrested after a routine traffic stop died while spending a night in a Texas county lockup. They claim that she committed suicide.

Now it seems like there's many more incidents like this. The law ignoring a suspect's request for treatment when asked.

Yeah, a fraction of the suspects may lie about being injured. But seriously, the law should take everything into consideration.
My son died and I want answers.
Day's mother, Shanika Askew, said her son had not been suffering from any health problems or ever had asthma.

The Marion County bag 'em ups said that he had a heart attack. Tests are still pending on whether he had other medical issues or narcotics in his blood.

You know what happens when this becomes a viral story!

The concern trolls will come out the woodwork. The concern trolls would often rush to claiming that if Terrell didn't shoplift or point the gun, he wouldn't end up dead.

The concern trolls will find some way to blame President Barack Obama, Al Sharpton and Black Lives Matter for rushing to judgement. The concern trolls will say that I give comfort to criminals.

No, I don't! I just think rationally before jumping to conclusions.

Yeah, we all believe in the justice system. If he was alive, he would go to trial. He is innocent until proven guilty. The system is assured that everyone in custody deserves a fair trial.

I believe in the U.S. Constitution as well. No one is above the law. That includes those in law enforcement. I believe that Terrell had a right to ask for medical treatment regardless of a cop's concerns that he'll escape.

The cruel and unusual punishment clause of the Eighth Amendment states that a suspect should be able to access needs in the case of an emergency or file a grievance against treatment while in lockup.

The concern trolls will find some reason to say that his life doesn't matter. The racist right will hit the hate web calling him a "Nigger", "gorilla" or "thug." The racist right will advocate for more guns in the hands of White vigilantes.

His death in police custody has sparked feverish debate on police brutality. The law often releases talking points to the junk food media justifying the incident as fault of the suspect and not those who arrested him.
