Musk Launches The America Party!

Night of the Living Dead.

Elon Musk is furious over the Republicans passing the Big Beautiful Bill Act. He called it one of the worst pieces of legislation in the history of the United States.

Mildly speaking.

Musk has also turned on his ally, President Donald J. Trump.

Now he is planning on launching a conservative alternative political party.

Musk created an online poll on July 4 where he asked his followers if he should spearhead a fresh political party.

Of those polled, over 65% answered "yes", which paved the way for the announcement.

"By a factor of 2 to 1, you want a new political party and you shall have it!" he wrote on his social media platform.

"When it comes to bankrupting our country with waste & graft, we live in a one-party system, not a democracy.

This caused panic among the Republicans.

Musk heavily bankrolled Trump’s presidential campaign and endorsed him after his assassination attempt.

July 13 will be the day that saved Trump from federal time out. He was a bruised, penniless and scandal prone former president. That event where he was nearly assassinated in Butler, Pennsylvania rocked the 2024 election. The mass shooting and assassination attempt on then candidate Trump changed the game and sent him back into the White House to sow even more chaos.

"Today, the America Party is formed to give you back your freedom."

It is unclear whether the party has been formally registered with US election authorities.

And even should Musk wish to run for President, he won't be able to due to the U.S. Constitution.

The Constitution states only '"natural born citizens" can take the top job - meaning those born in the U.S.

His latest announcement comes in the wake of his public feud with Trump, which saw the Tesla boss delete a post on X last month claiming the president was named in the so-called "Epstein files".

The former allies were locked in an ensuing war of words for days - publicly hurling insults back and fourth.

Musk has stated that the America Party is focused on deficit reduction and has advocated for the party to be fiscally conservative.

The New York Times's Nate Cohn stated that the party's ideology "may be recognizable by the labels its critics on both the left and right have already assigned", referring to neoliberalism and globalism, respectively. According to Cohn, it also supports deregulation, free trade, and immigration of high-skilled workers.
