Okay, here we go again! The white extremists are trying to trend #BLMkidnapping on Twitter.

They're placing the blame of a kidnapping on the feet of the Black Lives Matter movement. This white extremist movement the junk food media labeled the alt-right are race-baiting plain as day.

Most Americans condemn this brutal attack on a man with special needs. But somehow the issue isn't going away because the white extremists are still pressing for more junk food media coverage.

The four individuals are charged with kidnapping, felonious assault and federal hate crime charges.

Each charge could have them lockup for up to 25 years plus 10 for federal. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

But in the social world of "fake news" and "boisterous outrage", they're "guilty as sin! Lock 'em up!"

These individuals should be charged. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

What more can the junk food media do? They covered the story and it got attention.

Dwyane Wade Got Into Trump's Court!

NBA's Dwyane Wade got thrusted into the political campaign. His cousin was murdered and Donald Trump tweets an offensive response to it.

Donald Trump had to walk back a social media posting that came off as condescending and heartless.

His pathetic attempt at courting the Black vote fell at the feet of Chicago Bulls forward Dwyane Wade.

The basketball star's cousin was a victim of senseless violence. Nykea Aldridge, a mother of four was killed when a gunman fired at everyone including his intended target. She was walking with her child in a stroller when the incident occurred.

Trump used social media to pat himself on the back. His tweet which was captured by social media shows the Republican nominee say that he believes Blacks will support him in huge numbers.

Dwyane Wade had criticized the law for being inept. Many in the Chicago P.D. have this angst against the mayor Rahm Emanuel and his new police commissioner Eddie Johnson. Somehow they're doing a "slow down" of services.

Trump tweets condescending message about NBA player's family member being killed.

Since the Laquan McDonald shooting, the Chicago P.D. is under federal watch. The recent shooting of an alleged car thief. The death of Paul O'Neal came into the spotlight. Even with Chicago officers wearing body cameras, it didn't show the moment when they used deadly force against O'Neal.

The rap community isn't spared from the violence. Rhymefest was mugged by a gunman and he tells the junk food media that the Chicago Police aren't willing to do their jobs. They disrespected him.

King Yella was lucky. He was doing a protest video about violence in Chicago. He was shot while filming a music video. Yella was lucky. He said that this nonsense gotta stop.

As Chicago is well on its way to surpass over 500 homicides by gun violence, the Trump campaign will not support gun control. Trump and many concern trolls believe that gun control measures will not solve the problem of gun violence. They seriously believe that the Black community isn't concern about Black on whatever violence.

Nearly 3,000 people were shot by firearms in the city of Chicago. The third largest city in the United States has domestic terrorism. Gang violence is equivalent to terrorism.

What Happened To Paul O'Neal?

Unarmed Black man shot and killed by the law after a police chase. Chicago Police are bracing for a backlash after body camera footage was released showing the officers fired on Paul O'Neal without an ounce of remorse.

Another police shooting in America. It was an unarmed Black teen. The junk food media will soon flood us with stories about it.

The city of Chicago comes into the news again. This time for another tragic police shooting and this one happens to make the news. The death of a teen who fled in a stolen car will assure someone to point out that the shooting was "justified". The theft of property doesn't merit death.

Chicago is bracing for a spark of police violence and unrest. The shooting is graphic. The officers who responded wore body cameras and the video was released. The names of the officers weren't released to the junk food media yet.

What was heard in the video was some derogatory comments about Paul. Now those comments came back to haunt those who fired upon Paul. Now they are in the freezer and will likely be stripped of their duties for this.

Paul was a recent high school graduate who was in a stolen Jaguar. Paul struck two Chicago Police units and two officers fired at him while he was in the car. Paul would flee the car and hopped over a fence near a home. The body cameras show an officer chasing him. Then there was a shooting.

Now I am going to be honest with you on this situation. It troubles me.

Soon the conservatives will blame President Barack Obama for this. They will blame #BlackLivesMatter, Al Sharpton and others for the outcome.

Conservatives will say the police officers deserve the "benefit of the doubt" when they shoot their service weapons.

But if the victim is Black and he committed a crime, the conservatives will say "well he didn't follow police order" or "he probably was on drugs or something".

Me and S. Baldwin will follow this controversy. I am tired of sending my condolences to the families of the victims. What is needed is police reform. What is needed is gun control. What is needed is accountability for officers who use deadly force in situations that didn't warrant it.

Chicago Residents Let A Bystander Die In The Street! [NSFW]

Pathetic that residents of Chicago allow a man to die in the streets because they refused to call 911.

The fear of retaliation from gang leaders is common among those who refuse to call the law. They believe if you "snitch" you may end up being the next victim.

Marques Gaines was attacked by a man in the street. A cab would run over his body and no one called the law to report the matter. Marques would die at the hospital after four hours of being not treated for his injuries.

Security guards working for 7 Eleven were around the area but refused to get involved. They removed the suspect from the store and I guess Marques was there at the wrong time.

Marques was in the store buying snacks after leaving a bar. Somehow there was an exchange of words and the suspect dealt Marques a five finger roll that laid him out.

Marques was minding his business when a man attacked him. He was laying unconscious in the street and no one helped him.

As he lays there unconscious, bystanders grab his wallet and cellphone. A few minutes later a taxi driver runs over his body. The taxi driver would alert the store that he ran over someone.

The security guards at the 7 Eleven would finally call 911. This event happened in a span of twenty minutes.

This event happened on Feb. 7. The folks over at ABC-7 and the Chicago Sun-Times requested the tape of the incident.

Within two minutes, a cab wheels around the corner and strikes Gaines. Gaines' family is now suing 7-Eleven, as well as the cab companies involved.

"It is the duty of 7-Eleven corporation to provide competent people to protect their stores and their customers because they know that criminals target these stores," attorney Chris Hurley said.

About 20 minutes later, police and onlookers lift the car off Gaines. He was alive, but died in the hospital four hours later, his internal organs crushed.

Friends mourn the loss of Marques Gaines.

"Our family has suffered tremendously by this loss," said Drexina Nelson, Gaines' cousin.

Gaines grew up in Georgia with his cousin, Drexina. After college he made his way to Chicago where he earned the nickname "Groomsman". He was loved enough to stand for some 15 friends at their weddings.

"He's a very fun-loving person who was all about unity. In the video he kind of holds his hands up, and I know he's like, 'I just don't want any trouble,'" Nelson said.

"Security should have locked the door, told the customers to wait and called the police," Hurley said.

His aunt was too upset to speak at the press conference, but had a message for Chicago.

"I just don't understand people today. I don't understand why people don't get more involved in what's going on around you," Phyllis Nelson said.

The family is planning on suing 7 Eleven, the cab company and the security company hired to watch the store.

It's unfortunate that this young man loses his life to a senseless act of ignorance.

The Law Bucks A Teen And A Woman Who Lived Next Door!

The calls for a cannon fire grow for embattled Democratic mayor Rahm Emmanuel. The mayor is facing heavy scrutiny over his handling of the Laquan McDoanld controversy.

Now this recent event may have the #BlackLivesMatter activists back out protesting the law's killing of unarmed citizens.

A Chicago cop is in the freezer after he shoots and kill a teen and his grandmother.

The Huffington Post and AP report that Quintonio Legrier, 19 was acting erratically at his home in the neighborhood of Garfield Heights. The teen was acting pretty damn crazy. He was swinging a metal bat around.

The law arrives on the scene. The family said that the cop failed to calm him down. So as the teen swings the bat, the cop puts seven in him. He immediately drops.

Somehow the cop's slugs ricocheted into the neighbor's home. It went into the neck of a woman who lived next door. The mother Bettie Jones, 56 opened to the door after she heard massive shots. She dropped after the slug got her in the neck.

Now the Illinois State patrol and Chicago police are investigating the incident.

The U.S. Justice Department is investigating the Chicago Police for potential violations. The possibility of brutal force is often called into question.

Protests continue.

The cop didn't have a body camera or a Taser on. The name of the officer isn't released yet.

#BlackLivesMatter has went all out this holiday weekend. They've done disruption and peaceful protests on the Miracle Mile. The Michigan Avenue entertainment district has been often a site for protesters.

In Minneapolis and Los Angeles, protesters have called into question of deadly police encounters of two recent events. The death of Jamar Clark and Nicholas Robertson became national stories.

The events were sparked by allegations of the law bucking a suspect on the run. Kind of like the shooting of Walter Scott....

Chicago Police Under Federal Watch!

Mayor Rahm Emmanuel at first didn't see the problem with the Chicago Police. The recent release of the Laqaun McDonald video shows more than just a problem, it shows an epidemic.

The Chicago police is under federal investigation. The U.S. Justice Department is looking into police brutality, corruption and misconduct. Emanuel said he welcomes the investigation and promised the city's total cooperation in achieving the "mutual goal" of keeping Chicago safe while respecting citizens' rights.

"Nothing is more important to me than the safety and well-being of our residents and ensuring that the men and women of our Police Department have the tools, resources and training they need to be effective crime fighters, stay safe and build community trust," Emanuel said in a statement.

He later told reporters that the city will be made better because of the investigation.

"We accept it, and we need it," he said, describing the current moment as an inflection point.

"None of the measures we have taken have ever measured up to the seriousness, the scope, the scale of the challenge in front of us as a city," Emanuel said.

I mean it's not the type of stuff you find on Mike & Molly, Chicago PD, and The Chicago Code.

Two disturbing videos were released by the Chicago prosecutor Anita Alverez.

The first video shows the Chicago Police shooting upon a fleeing suspect.



The second video shows the Chicago Police using a Taser on an unruly suspect in Cook County lockup. Philip Coleman was pronounced dead on the ride to the hospital.



Each of these officers were cleared of misconduct charges.

The public is calling for a cannon firing of not only the prosecutor but the mayor as well. Many figured that political corruption kept these videos from seeing daylight.

The Chicago Police are determined to find out why the person who filmed this.

A young boy wearing only a diaper takes two hits off what appears to be a joint or a blunt under the guidance of a man whose voice can be heard in the 16-second video.

The New York Daily News reports that the video is disturbing.

“Smoke, bro,” the man, who isn’t seen, said. “Inhale it.”

He added, “Do this” before showing the boy how to inhale.

The boy held the apparent weed in front of him for a moment, nearly burning himself.

“Let me hit that,” the man said. The video then ends.

Investigators with the Area South Special Victims unit are looking into where the footage was filmed, a Chicago police spokesman said. Community activist Andrew Holmes alerted cops after someone sent him the video on social media, he told WMAQ-TV.

“This is sickening,” Holmes said. “This child needs help ASAP if he hasn’t had help already. It’s disturbing to hear the adult that was in the background to let them hit it and they’re telling the child to inhale.”

Looks like it's curtains for the police commissioner Gerry McCarthy. The Chicago police's top cop was fired out the cannon for inept management.

Chicago has experienced a rise in gun violence, gang violence and possible police corruption within the department.

All the recipes for embattled mayor Rahm Emmanuel to light the cannon and send McCarthy right out of the tent.

The Laquan McDonald shooting proved to be the boiling point for residents fed up with police corruption, the constant gun violence and gang violence plaguing the third largest city in the U.S.

McCarthy was hired by Emanuel to take over the Chicago Police Department shortly after Emanuel's election in early 2011. McCarthy was the City of Chicago's highest paid public employee, earning an annual salary of over $260,000.

The number of crimes and murders in Chicago declined under his tenure (with murders declining from 525 in 2011 to 505 in 2012 to 415 in 2013).

In an investigative article by Chicago Magazine reporters David Bernstein and Noah Isackson, it was asserted that the decline was in part due to the unjustified re-categorization of murders as undetermined and then if it is later determined to be a murder, tallying the total to the prior years' statistics.

McCarthy responded that the article is “patently false” and criticized its reliance on anonymous sources.

A 2012 audit by the Chicago Inspector General determined that the Chicago Police Department had under-counted aggravated assault and aggravated battery victims by 25 percent by not following state guidelines by counting each incident rather than each victim.

McCarthy attributed the error to the administration of the prior police superintendent, Jody Weis.

Anita Alverez is facing some major heat as well. After the release of the video of now disgraced cop Jason Van Dyke putting 16 rounds in the fleeing Laquan, people are saying it's political corruption.

Alverez denies that she held back the video to help Emmanuel's chances at winning the election.

Calls for her removal from the Cook County prosecutor are growing as well.

Even Jesse Jackson is turning his back on the Chicago mayor. He is calling for Emmanuel to resign.

The shooting happened in October 2014. That was about the time Rahm Emmanuel was facing a tough reelection bid. Emmanuel was reelected in April 2015. The video release happened 13 months since the shooting and seven months into his second term.

The federal and state courts ruled that the video must be shown and it was being held back in fear of political backlash. The family of Laquan was paid off earlier this year. The family was awarded $6.4 million in damages.

University of Chicago Mass Shooting Plot Foiled!

Extremist posted threats on social media. He wanted to massacre students at the University of Chicago. Feds put the brakes on the extremist.

The feds nab a Black extremist who threatened to take out "White Devils" at the University of Chicago. That threat prompted a major shutdown of the campus.

The Chicago Tribune details the suspect and his twisted motives. This extremist was threatening to massacre White people in regards to the now disgraced cop Jason Van Dyke killing Laquan McDonald.

I can already assume the racist right will tie him to the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

The feds bust a student who lived near the campus.

Jabari R. Dean, 21, a student at the University of Illinois at Chicago, was charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce.

He appeared in federal court Monday afternoon wearing a red UIC hooded sweatshirt and jeans, and kept his arms at his sides as he quietly confirmed that he understood the proceedings. He will be held in jail until Tuesday, when he is expected to be released to the custody of his mother.

In an online post Saturday night, the extremist allegedly threatened to shoot and kill 16 students or staff, and then the police, on the U. of C.'s Hyde Park campus at 10 a.m. Monday, and then kill himself. He cited as a motive the fatal shooting last year of 17-year-old McDonald by a Chicago police officer, which has sparked protests around the city.

The officer, who shot McDonald 16 times, was charged last week with first-degree murder.

In response to the threat, U. of C. President Robert Zimmer canceled all classes and other activities planned for Monday on campus.

Zimmer called Monday a "challenging day" but said classes and other operations will resume Tuesday.

The FBI does not consider this extremist a threat, and he did not have the weapons to carry out the threat, federal prosecutors said in court. If convicted, he faces a maximum of five years in prison. The extremist was a student at Chicago State University from 2013 until summer 2015 before transferring to UIC this fall to study electrical engineering, according to records from both schools.

The syndicated writer Cal Thomas off the bat worrying his ass off about "Black on Black" crime.

Thomas and right wing network anchor Leland Vittert call out the junk food media for not questioning protesters on the names of the victims of recent violence in Chicago.

Chiraq is coming to the movie theaters. Spike Lee's movie talks about gun violence in Chicago.

Sweet decided to call them out on their concern trolling.

“There has been tremendous attention to crime in Chicago,” she said. “I don’t know how any person who is familiar with the situation says that there’s not.”

Sweet then pointed out that national news coverage of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s bid for reelection had focused on crime in Chicago.

“So I don’t even understand the premise of where you’re coming from on this one. Respectfully said,” she said.

Conservatives only concerns for gun control is taking the Second Amendment rights from Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims.

They fail to realize that gun violence is by far the biggest threat to the United States. Terrorism, Ebola, and HIV are deadly threats to the country. But none so than the firearm and the reckless actions by those who operate them. That's where the problem lies.

That right wing network got a hissy fit over a protester staring down a lawman.

Megyn The Outrage Princess was not a happy camper over the past day. She was livid.

There was a viral image of a man staring down a police officer in Chicago. In the wake of the Laquan McDonald shooting, many activists are planning a "shut down" of Black Friday. There's going to be sit-in protests at major city malls and shopping centers by the #BlackLivesMatter activists.

The right wing network is devoted to making #BlackLivesMatter, anti-White, anti-cop, anti-American.

Taking Points Memo report that Megyn got heated with a guest over the confrontation.

 "I just want to jump in as we're seeing an extraordinary moment. Look what's happening here," Megyn said.

Former New York City police Commissioner Bernard Kerik told Megyn, "Listen, you're going to have guys like this. You know, they want to instigate."

Richard Fowler jumped in to protest Kerik's comment and said, "What is he instigating? Bernie, I'm sorry I've got to interrupt."

"But Richard look at him," Megyn responded. "This is a cop out there accused of doing nothing wrong, trying to keep the peace."

Fowler said that it was the protester's First Amendment right.

"This guy is having a silent protest with this police officer," he said.

"He gets right in his face and stares him down? This cop hasn't done anything wrong," Megyn replied.

"You think that's fine? You have no problem with this?" Megyn later asked Fowler after he maintained that the protester had a right to stare down the officer.

"This is his first amendment right. This biggest problem here is..." Fowler said in response.

"It's not a question of what his constitutional rights are. It's a question of what's appropriate," Megyn hit back.

According to the right wing network, it's unfair if you're given the right to stare at law enforcement.

You should be arrested for staring at a lawman.

John Felton managed to get Dayton Police to admit they've fucked up when they pulled him over for "staring at an officer". That right wing network continues to tosses out the notion that it's the First Amendment right when it comes to peaceful protests.

When there were armed White protesters at Cliven Bundy's Nevada ranch doing a staring down state and federal lawmen, the right wing network was extremely supportive of their right to do that.

Chicago Cop Indicted For The Murder Of Laquan McDonald! [NSFW]

The city is preparing for a major backlash. Chicago mayor Rahm Emmanuel and the police commissioner Gerry McCarthy urge the citizens to not rush to judgement. They urge the residents not use protest as a backdrop for unrest and violence.

The shooting of 17-year old Laquan McDonald became the shiny coin the junk food media is preparing to chase. Last October's shooting by the now fired Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke was much talked about in the Chicago junk food media.

Laquan McDonald was gunned down in cold blood by a cop. The cop is charged with murder.

It became a focal issue for the national agitators after a federal judge ordered the release of a graphic video showing Van Dyke shot Laquan numerous times without giving a since ounce of remorse.

The video is released and its bound to create some turmoil for the Chicago police.

Already there has been over 400 fatal gun shootings in the city alone. Many of the residents have such distrust for the law, they won't relinquish any information in spite of the rise in criminal activity.

The indictment of Van Dyke may give Laquan's family a chance to face the killer in the court of law.

Van Dyke is innocent until proven guilty. He is currently in special custody at the Cook County Lockup. Van Dyke is on suicide watch and couldn't get a "get out of free card" at this time.

The prosecutors concluded that Van Dyke concocted a story saying that Laquan lunged at him with a small pocket knife. He said that he shot Laquan in self-defense.

In the video, Laquan was running in the street. He was being cornered by the law. He turns away from them and that's when Van Dyke put the slugs in him.

Obviously the so-called People's sheriff David Clarke would spend more time on camera than actually doing his job. He will join the biggest concern troll on that right wing network to attack Laqaun.

I've listened to the annoying conservative agitator and that coon Kevin Jackson today debate that token liberal Tamara Holder. These nitwits were blubbering over Black crime and how the president isn't doing enough.

Those nitwits were obsessed with the allegations of Laquan having PCP in his system. What the fuck does that have to do with the video showing Van Dyke shooting Laquan at point blank range?

On that nightly disaster show, he debates the attorneys for Michael Brown, that racist dick Bo Dietl and coon Jackson. They were trying to bring up the numerous shootings and violent crime in the city.

The number one threat in the United States is gun violence.

To the conservatives, any mention of gun control is always applied to Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims. For the conservatives and National Rifle Association, gun rights are meant for Whites, cops and "patriots".

The right wing network spotted the Catholic pastor Michael Pfleger. That annoying conservative agitator was telling the reporter to corner him. That annoying conservative agitator has a compulsive obsession with attacking Chicago activists Jeremiah Wright and Bill Ayers.

The president has been actively talking about issues in his hometown. It's unfortunate that the conservative agitators and that Black coon Kevin Jackson are so deaf in their third ear.

Donald Trump also got into the fray by tweeting to his million supporters that Black crime is more a threat in America than gun crime.

The Feds Join Chicago PD In Search Of Tyshawn Lee's Killer!

Sins of the father. Tyshawn Lee was gunned down by domestic terrorist. They lured him into an alley and put slugs in him to send a message to his father.

Another innocent child murdered by gun violence. This gun violence provoked by domestic terrorists who run the streets of Chicago.

The 9-year-old boy killed in Chicago this week was "lured" into an alley and shot in a gang-related attack, authorities said.

"Tyshawn Lee was murdered in probably the most abhorrent, cowardly, unfathomable crime that I've witnessed in 35 years of policing," Chicago Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy told reporters Thursday.

"We're pretty certain that this is not an accident. He was not a bystander."

The child was targeted, according to McCarthy, because of his "family relationship with a member of a gang."

When asked which family member, he identified the boy's father.

"Tyshawn's father has ties to a certain gang that is in conflict with another gang," McCarthy said.

The father, Pierre Stokes, is not cooperating with police.

He told the Chicago Tribune earlier this week that he thought his son's shooting was deliberate.

"If it wasn't a target, he wouldn't have got hit so many times in the back and the face," said Stokes. "I think he was targeted."

The Chicago newspaper also reported that Stokes disagreed with what police have said about him, but did not talk specifically about whether he belonged to a gang.

Tyshawn's dad Pierre Stokes shocked they would target his son. Tyshawn's dad had ties to domestic terrorists (street gangs).

McCarthy told reporters investigators believe Tyshawn's death on Monday was the latest in a series of gang-related events that go back as far as August or earlier.

Police are looking for a number of people, he said, not just one person. No arrests have been made in Tyshawn's case.

McCarthy asked anyone with information to step forward. Authorities are offering a $35,000 reward.

The Rev. Michael Pfleger, a priest and local faith leader in Chicago and outspoken advocate against gun violence, offered to pay to relocate any witnesses who feel they would be in danger for providing information.

"What happened to Tyshawn Lee took us to a new low," Pfleger said. "This wasn't a drive-by. This was not a spray of bullets. A baby was executed. A baby was assassinated right behind us in this alley."

McCarthy agreed.

"This is a different level," the superintendent said. "These are noncombatants now being assassinated."

You won't believe it! These are two cops with a suspect. The suspect is wearing antlers. 

Spreading racist emails, taking inappropriate pictures, doing unprofessional things on social media all the while wearing the badge is not an coincidence. It's a matter of common practice.

This picture is of two former Chicago cops posing with a suspect. They decided wanted to share a funny picture with fellow officers. They decided to put antlers on the suspect and pose as two Elmer Fudds.

The Chicago Sun-Times report that ex-cops Jerome Finnigan and Timothy McDermott were fired out the cannon after they were posing with this unidentified drug suspect.


Finnigan had already been fired out the cannon: In 2011, he was sentenced to 12 years in prison for leading a team of cops in robberies and home invasions. This may have inspired Chicago PD on NBC.

McDermott is fighting to wear the badge. He got a 5-4 decision in his cannon firing. The minority believe that it was a funny picture. The majority believe it's time to clean up the force.

This makes Chicago PD look like a bunch of idiots. Terrible.

Even in my community an idiot sheriff's deputy got his online fixation. He was on Twitter and had shared some inappropriate thoughts of the Baltimore riots in the wake of Freddie Gray's death.

Clark County Ohio sheriff Gene Kelly said that this deputy is fired out the cannon.

Zach Davis got fired out the cannon.

Ex-deputy Zach Davis was caught online posting his thoughts on the rioting in Baltimore.

Davis said that the Baltimore riots were a "real life Planet of the Apes". And to make it worse, he said that rioters are “ignorant young people” who deserve “every stereotype they've ever been labeled.”

When confronted with his post, Davis confessed and was immediately fired out the cannon.

Kelly said that Davis "did not believe he was racist" for publishing such comments.

The letter sent to the sheriff's office expressed concerns over the "insensitivity, hostility, and maliciousness" reflected in the tweets, and stated that such derogatory statements are unacceptable under any circumstances but especially troubling coming from a deputy who "holds the power of the state."


"Davis’s tweets are offensive, inappropriate, and inhumane for the way they treat the black citizens of Baltimore, striping them of their humanity and rendering them 'apes' who should be 'slayed' to be taught a lesson," the letter reads.

Davis joined the force in April. Kelly said he has met with the local NAACP president, who supports his decision.

"I’ve done everything I can do to try and correct this problem," Kelly said. "It hurts us and this community and there’s no place for it."

Now all deputies in Clark County will have to go through sensitivity training. They will now be forced to limit their social media connections and associations.

Understand no one is safe from being fired out the cannon. But if you take steps to prevent your business from being out there, make it private and don't jeopardize your job by talking about it.

Cop Who Killed Rekia Boyd Walks!

No justice for Rekia. Her murderer walks after he claims he thought he saw gang members drawing guns.

During the week of protest and the overblown media focus on the rioting in Baltimore, another sad chapter in America. In 2012, a young woman was gunned down by an off duty detective. The detective fired from his vehicle after he made the perception of Black criminal activity in progress.

Last week the cop who killed that innocent woman got his freedom.

Chicago district court let a killer cop walk.

Dante Servin, the cop who claim he was in fear of his life when he fired his Tommy gun on a group of young people.

The bullets flew right into the head of Rekia Boyd, a woman who was a bystander who with  a group of her friends. Servin who was off duty claimed that a man was pulling out a piece. Servin didn't notice the man was holding a cell phone.

The court found him "not guilty" in the involuntary manslaughter of Boyd. Many claim that the charges filed against Servin were foul. He should have been charged with murder.

Judge Dennis J. Porter in a rare directed verdict.

Porter's reasoning was that since the shooting was intentional, Servin could not be charged with recklessness. "It is intentional and the crime, if any there be, is first-degree murder," said Porter in his ruling. It has been suggested that state prosecutor Anita Alvarez may have deliberately undercharged Servin, knowing that the charges would be dropped, in order to curry favor with the police department.

Servin claimed he fired because someone in the group was holding a gun, but it was actually only a cellphone.

Witnesses said that Servin appeared drunk at the time of the incident.

This was overlooked by the junk food media. The media was scaring White folks with the pictures of Black folks looting liquor stores and CVS.

Servin would have faced 30 years in the iron college. He had a great police union lawyer a lot of excuses (i.e. Obama, Rahm Emmanuel, Chicago gangs, Black on Black crime, etc.) and the prosecutors in his corner.

The former Chicago detective Dante Servin shows no remorse for his actions.

Had it been a Black cop, he would be found guilty. Had it been an unarmed White woman, the cop would have been found guilty.

It's going to be unlikely that the Department of Justice finding that Servin violated the civil rights of Rekia.

When an unarmed suspect of color is killed by law enforcement, the Black community is outraged.

The racist right sees $$$$, click bait, victim blaming and concern trolling as their excuse to the Black community being outrage.

When I've heard the AM agitators say that Blacks aren't concerned about Black on Black crime, unwed parents and not point the fingers at the president, I shake my head.

Rev. Perm, Cut His Nuts Off Jackson, President Barack Obama and many civil rights leaders have often talked about the problems in the Black community. This is ignored or taken out of context by the AM agitators.

Common was fixture on Interscope/A&M/Geffen Records for a time being. He was signed with Kanye West's Getting Out Our Dreams Music label for three releases.

After departure from GOOD, it appears that he decides to jump onto the Def Jam label for a release of his newest album called Nobody Smiling.

The album, which Common revealed was originally going to be an EP, is set to feature Vince Staples, James Fauntleroy and "some new artists from Chicago." The concept of the album was inspired by his troubled hometown of Chicago: "We came up with this concept 'nobody's smiling.' It was really a thought that came about because of all the violence in Chicago," he says. "It happens in Chicago, but it's happening around the world in many ways." He continues, "We was talking about the conditions of what's happening, when I say 'nobody's smiling.' But it's really a call to action."

Common is an active member of Trinity United Church of Christ. The church was controversial during the 2008 U.S. Presidential Elections when Jeremiah Wright spoke about the 9/11 attacks and racial injustice in America. That cause such a firestorm, then senator Barack Obama had to resign from the church.

Common was invited to the White House to speak some poetry and That Guy Who Helped Obama Win was on radio bitching and complaining about First Lady Michelle Obama.

That Guy had the nerve to call Common a "cop killer".

Man Blames Mental Illness For His Racist Fatal Attack On A Chicago Father!

Joesph Firek is being charged with murder. He's also being charge by motivated felonious assault by hate.

A father died a hero trying to save his daughter from some crazed racist. This racist would beat down the father multiple times killing him. Now this man is blaming an "abusive" family as the reasons to why he's a cold blooded killer.

No amount of mental illness would merit for this jerk to kill an innocent human being.

The father is former boxer. He was trying his best to deescalate the problem as best as possible.

This attacker wanted nothing to do with it.

The New York Daily News and Chicago Tribune report that Michael Tingling, 59, had a pacemaker in his chest and died minutes after the vicious attack while his alleged attacker, Joseph Firek, 59, was charged with committing a hate crime and murder.

Michael Tingling was known to neighbors as the guy with a big heart. He would walk his only daughter to school almost everyday. The young girl would now be without a father. A man who punched her father is held in Cook County lockup.

"My dad was a very loving and devoted dad," Tingling’s only child, daughter Masharah, told the Chicago Tribune. "He was never the kind of person who bothered anyone. He loved giving."

The devout father had just picked up his daughter from school to take her to a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday when the duo decided to stop off and grab a doughnut, according to the Tribune.

That’s when they brushed past Firek, who leered at the teen and made inappropriate gestures.

Tingling ordered the man, who is white, to back down as he shielded Masharah from his stares. Firek began throwing punches and calling the black family “n-----s” and telling them to “go back to Africa,” DNAinfo reported.

Masharah was the rock to Michael Tingling's heart. She is totally devastated by the lost of her father. 

"My dad — being a boxer and having the temperament that he has — he wasn't going to just let that fly," Masharah told the news site of her father, a native of Belize. "He pushed the guy back, and [the guy] punched him directly in his chest. My dad has a pacemaker in his chest."

Tingling later collapsed and complained he wasn’t feeling well while Firek, who followed the duo after the fight, expressed some measure of remorse, saying “I hope he’s OK. I hope he didn’t kill him.”

The Rogers Park man died about 45 minutes of heart disease and from stress due to an altercation, according to the Cook County coroner.

Firek appeared to be drunk when arrested, police said, and was on parole after being released from prison in January. He had a string of arrests, many related to home break-ins, dating back to 1996.

Firek, who his attorney says has a psychiatric illness, is held in custody in lieu of $250,000 bail.

Meanwhile, friends, neighbors and family members remembered the big-hearted Tingling, whom they now need to bury.

The devoted, doting father would walk Masharah, described as his best friend, to school each day and pick her up. She’s scheduled to finish eighth grade this spring.

The Black Friday shopping is one of the common themes for the Thanksgiving weekend. Many Americans head to the malls for the best deals. Expected are altercations and possible theft.

Police and the FBI prepare for shoplifting. They are well aware of perennial thieves who use this time as a crime of opportunity.

In suburban Chicago, Illinois there was an incident where police chased a group of shoplifters. One of the shoplifters was shot after the person dragged an officer. It was at a Kohl's Department Store in Romeoville.

The driver of the car ignored commands to stop and dragged the officer, police said. A second officer nearby fired a shot at the driver, striking him in the shoulder, Turvey said. The injured officer and the driver were hospitalized with injuries that were not thought to be life-threatening, police said.

The driver is in police custody, as are two additional suspects, police said.

Despite the shooting, shoppers were still browsing the aisles of the store where police had marked off a crime scene with orange cones out front. An unmarked police car was parked inside that boundary, behind a black Pontiac sedan with bullet holes visible in its rear driver’s-side window. Shoppers used their cell phones to snap pictures of the scene.

Jesse Jackson, Jr. and his wife Sandi are going to federal time out for misuse of campaign funds. Jackson is demanding that he goes to a lenient iron college. 

Former Democratic congressman from Illinois, Jesse Jackson, Jr. is heading to federal time out. The lawmaker accepted a guilty plea for using campaign funds for his lavish lifestyle. The former lawmaker and his wife will be getting time spent in the iron college.

Jackson is the son of Cut His Nuts Off Jackson (Reverend Jesse Jackson, Sr.)

The conservative agitators are practically hoping that the civil rights leader joins his son in the iron college.

In June 10, 2012, Jackson took a medical leave of absence from the House, citing exhaustion.

On July 11, 2012, Jackson's office said he was being treated for a mood disorder at a residential treatment facility. His office denied speculation that he was being treated for alcoholism.

However, he also acknowledged that he was under two separate and distinct investigations, by the House Ethics Committee and by the FBI.

On August 13, 2012 it was confirmed by numerous news outlets that Jackson was in fact being treated for bipolar disorder.

Sixteen days after being re-elected to another term, Jackson resigned effective on November 21, 2012, citing his health problems and acknowledging the ethics investigations.

Jackson was named one of the 15 most corrupt members of Congress by the liberal Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington for his role in the scandal.

On September 21, 2010, Jackson said of his affair with Peruvian Giovana Huidobro: "is a private and personal matter between me and my wife ".

The Peruvian hostess was flown to Chicago twice by political fundraiser Raghuveer Nayak one month before the 2008 November election in a bid to see if Jackson would pony up $6 million in exchange for an Illinois senate seat being vacated by Barack Obama.

In September 2010, fundraiser Nayak was mentioned in the press as having been an alleged go between for Jackson and Blagojevich with the message that Jackson would help Blagojevich raise $6 million in exchange for the Senate appointment.

The allegations have become the subject of a Congressional ethics investigation.

Now as he heads off to federal time out, he demands a television and daily newspaper while he serves his time. He thinks that federal time out is going to be an "easy" ride.

The Chicago Tribune reports that the ex-Congressman is ordered to spend time behind bars, he would like to go to either the federal prison camp in Montgomery, Ala., or the low-security portion of the federal correctional institution in Butner, N.C., one of his lawyers said Monday.

The Butner Federal Correctional Complex already has at least two well-known inmates — former Chicago police Cmdr. Jon Burge and former New York financier Bernard Madoff.

Jackson, 48, will be sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for misspending about $750,000 from his campaign treasury.

While the sentencing judge will have the option to suggest where Jackson should serve any prison term, it's up to the Bureau of Prisons to decide where felons are incarcerated.

Ed Ross, a spokesman for the bureau, said it considers a number of factors when placing inmates, including criminal history, medical needs and sentencing recommendations. Additionally, the bureau tries to place inmates within 500 miles of home.

In the request, which was filed with the court Monday, defense lawyer William Drake said the facility in Alabama — about 700 miles from Washington — is the closest federal prison camp to the nation's capital and would "allow Mr. Jackson to maintain contact with his wife and children during incarceration." The Jacksons have homes in Washington and Chicago.

In making the North Carolina facility Jackson's second choice, the lawyer said he "has significant ties to the area, which he believes will aid his rehabilitation during any term of incarceration."

Jackson graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro. The prison in North Carolina is within 500 miles of Washington.

Both facilities are among the best in the prison system, said Alan Ellis, a defense attorney who specializes in federal sentencing. Ellis ranks the Montgomery prison, a minimum-security facility located on Maxwell Air Force Base, among the top 10 in the nation.

"Staff is good there," he said. "You keep your mind occupied, you're working on the base."

Butner is "the crown jewel of the prison system" because it has a number of different facilities and a medical center that draws from the nearby Research Triangle area of Durham, Raleigh and Chapel Hill, Ellis said.

"It's like a college campus," Ellis said, adding that the buildings are "all named after (Atlantic Coast Conference) schools."

Butner is home to a low-security facility, two medium-security facilities and the medical center. Former Chicago cop Burge, convicted of lying about torturing confessions out of suspects, is in the prison's low-security area. Convicted financier Madoff is in Butner's medium-security facility, records show.

Jackson's lawyers have said he has severe depression and bipolar disorder and have argued that he could not get suitable care behind bars.

Of the two options presented by Jackson's lawyers, Ellis said Butner seemed like the best fit.

"Butner has these various levels, and it will probably be more appropriate to his mental health and medical needs," Ellis said.

Prosecutors want Jackson to serve four years in prison and his wife, former Chicago Ald. Sandi Jackson, to serve 18 months. Sandi, 49, will be sentenced the same day for failing to report about $600,000 in income. Both resigned from office before pleading guilty in February.

I wouldn't get upset with a black dude in white face, any more than I'd get upset with a white dude in black face-- so long as the context was appropriate. If it's like this, some racist rodeo clown hyping up rednecks to "See obama get taken down by a bull," well that's clearly racist and not appropriate. If it's just some white guy who is a fan of Obama wearing an Obama mask at a support rally, I'm ok with it. Because he didn't have racist intent.

Somewhere in those cities, a conservative viewer or listener is probably pissed that a talk radio agitator or cable news channel had the audacity to bash their hometown.

The conservative agitators in the junk food media claim the Democrat (sic) controlled cities are wastelands.

They believe whenever a Democratic mayor is in charge of a city, urban crime is rampant.

Blacks are forever trapped in urban blight, poverty, unemployment and handouts. Union thugs are front and center. They're destroying the "free market capitalism" of American business. Illegal "aliens" are setting up shop and probably anchoring their children in these cities.

This is a conservative word vomit.

These cities are "shit holes" says some White extremists who usually word vomit on a blog or white supremacist forum.

The conservatives and White extremists want to prove a point by saying that if a Democrat is elected to office, then your cities are going to hell.

America's third largest city is Chicago, Illinois.

Last time, I've checked, I am reminded that every time a Republican gets into office, the country wealthy thrive while the poor fight and kill one another for the very things the wealthy have.

Whenever a Republican gets into office, they'll sign away legislation that may endanger the environment and either the safety of American living here and abroad. They will give firearms more liberties than a woman who wants the choice to have an abortion if she was raped.

They want to keep Blacks and Hispanics either in jail or in their areas (i.e. the hood or Mexico).

So it's no surprise that Republicans and their conservative agitating friend are bashing on Chicago.

Chicago is the third largest American city. The population of the city is 3.5 million and Cook County holds 5.5 million people as a whole. The area expands from Northeastern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Northwestern Indiana.

Chicago is the hometown of President Barack Obama and current mayor Rahm Emmanuel.

Bill-O is the country's most watched agitator.

The reasons for the conservative "concern" about young Blacks dying is to prove to their gullible audience that the Trayvon Martin protests are just liberal reactionary outrage.

[The liberals] scream for Trayvon Martin but never the hundreds of young Black teens, Black adults, and other people of color being killed in Chicago says the conservatives agitators.

Conservatives want to dismiss the protest rallies as another attempt at ginning up Black anger towards Republicans and George Zimmerman.

The Trayvon Martin Protest Rallies have address gun control, Black on Black crime and the verdict. Unfortunately, the message is lost in the crowd whenever there's a violent act happening in America.

For every rally there's been a murder somewhere in urban America. For every honest discussion about race in America, a racial extremist wants to discredit these protests as a "mob" and warn the White suburbanites that the protesters are "looting and rioting".

Chicago was among one of the first U.S. cities to build an integrated emergency response center to coordinate the city's response to natural disasters, gang violence, and terrorist attacks. Built in 1995, the center is integrated with more than 2000 cameras, communications with all levels of city government, and a direct link to the National Counterterrorism Center. Police credited surveillance cameras with contributing to decreased crime in 2004.

Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel. The politico was once President Barack Obama's chief of staff and was a long serving Democratic congressman from the northwest quadrant of Chicago.

Recently installed anti-crime cameras are capable of pinpointing gunshot sounds, calculating where the shots were fired, and pointing and zooming the cameras in the direction of the shots within a two-block radius.

Since surveillance cameras have been placed in high-crime areas, some Chicagoans feel uneasy about being so closely watched, but others believe their streets are safer.

The cameras have prompted some calls of discrimination since they have been placed in areas of gang activity and high gun violence that also are chiefly occupied by blacks and Latinos.

And yes, I conclude that gang violence is domestic terrorism. That's the truth. No lie.

I haven't watched Bill-O in a while. But there's talk about his epic meltdown on his program Monday. This agitator has the nerve to claim that Blacks are baby popping faster than Hispanics at 73%.

This agitator had the nerve to say that rap music, television, entertainers (i.e. Jamie Foxx), President Barack Obama, Rev. Perm and Cut His Nuts Off Jackson are responsible for the epic turmoils facing the Black community.

Not the economic gap between races.

Not the cultural divisions.

Bill-O assumes that all Black men are "natural born criminals" and "unruly".

He claims that the president has rushed to judgment on the George Zimmerman trial.

Of course, calling Black leaders as "race hustlas" when they're express their freedoms to assemble a protest.
