As of today, the results are not in. The states of Pennsylvania and Nevada are withholding their results until further notice. The poll workers are citing fears of armed protesters demanding they either “stop the count” and/or “count the vote” if it works in President Donald J. Trump’s favor.
As anxiety is growing within both the Biden and Trump campaigns, the former vice president feels confident regardless of the results, he feels like he made a point to the American people.

Until the Associated Press calls the results of Nevada, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Alaska, and North Carolina, we have no confirmed winner.
As of today, Biden has 264 electoral votes and Trump has 214 electoral votes. The former vice president has only one state to claim in order to become the next President of the United States.
The Trump Campaign has issued lawsuits in Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Pennsylvania and Nevada. He claims that the mail-in ballots being tallied are invalid.
Trump is expected to speak on Thursday from the White House. So far, he has probably called Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), Sean “Softball” Hannity, Geraldo Rivera, Bill O’Reilly and Rudy Giuliani on strategizing his potential lawsuits or the transition.
