In Missouri, murder is a capital felony punishable by LIFE or DEATH. The suspect(s) involved will face criminal charges ranging from manslaughter, to first-degree murder. Each charge is a 20 year sentence in the state. If the person is a felon with firearm, he could face federal charges.
The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
Again, we go through this every time. Another young life in his prime taken away by gun violence.
GUN VIOLENCE IS THE NUMBER ONE THREAT IN THE UNITED STATES.
