White man got a hot plate from a Black man after allegations of a racial slur were tossed around. |
This happened in Michigan at the Genesee Valley Center in Flint.
A white man shown in a viral video getting served by a Black man for allegedly throwing a racial slur inside a Macy's is confirmed to be an employee.
It was posted on social media and shortly deleted. The person who posted it was a local rapper.
The rapper claimed that he and his bro were in the mall looking for clothes and asked a man on the phone about a shirt size.

He said that the employee answered them and returned to his phone call. Allegedly, he overheard the man utter the words, "no one just some NIGGER," which resulted in the Black man to serve him a hot plate.
The law says this is unprovoked. |
"We are deeply saddened about the incident that took place on Monday (June 15) at Macy's Genesee Valley as the safety of Macy's customers and colleagues is our top priority," said Andrea Schwartz, senior director of media relations for Macy's.
"Violence in the workplace of any kind is unacceptable. All the materials from the evening have been reviewed and it is clear that the attack was unprovoked. We are working closely with local authorities on this investigation, and will defer any further comments about the case to them per policy."
The law will criminally charge the pair with misdemeanor assault, trespassing, shoplifting and possible battery charges. That could put the individuals in the iron college for up to three years.
They will be banned from Macy's and the Genesee Valley Center as shoppers. They will have to pay for the medical bills of the victim. They will have to go through anger management and racial sensitivity classes. They will formally have to apologize to the victim.
If the victim did say a racial slur, he will likely be fired out the cannon at Macy's.
The suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
