The former Ferguson cop comes out of hiding expressing his thoughts on that day in August where he confronted Michael Brown. The confrontation became a deadly encounter. That touched off a serious discussion of racial profiling, police reform and the media's perception of Black men.
Yes, we're one year into the deaths of Eric Garner, John Crawford and Michael Brown. They are dead and the men who killed them are walking free without any regrets for what they've done.
Of course Darren Wilson cashed in. Upon resigning he received over $800K in donations. He is in talks with a book deal and he's talked to some outlets that are willing to hear his story.
The New Yorker Magazine has gotten a chance to talk to Wilson about his life since the incident.
He and his wife have been very reclusive. They often never show their faces in public other than for moments to get fuel and groceries. He blames the junk food media for elevating the event.
Michael's mother Leslie McFadden is not happy about the notion that Darren Wilson had no regrets to opening fire on her son.
She said at first she thought this was a joke for him to express sorrow for himself and her son. But when it came down to how he senselessly murdered her son, there's no need for apologies.
Leslie won't accept it.
The only thing that she would accept his him place in the iron college for murder.
A crowded room. Marco Rubio, Rick Perry, Bobby Jindal, Jim Gilmore, George Pataki, Rick Santorum, Lindsey Graham, Carly Fiorina, Mik Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Donald Trump, Scott Walker, John Kasich, Ben Carson, Chris Christie and Rand Paul will all meet in Cleveland to see who's going to bring up Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama's name the most.
The Republicans will gather in Cleveland for a trial run. The city is hosting the 2016 Republican convention and nomination. And it's the first city to host the Republican debates. There will be sanctioned nine debates. The chief Reince Priebus was pissed that they've held 20 debates and it created a mess. The fewer the better, right!
NOPE. It's a mess. Some of the candidates are crying foul. The network that claims that President Barack Obama gives free phones to people in Cleveland will host a forum and then the big debate.
The candidates are complaining that the network is looking for ratings rather than advocating candidate policies.
Matter of fact, the debate could generate up 20 million viewers through the network, radio, social media and print. One reason is the biggest target in the room. That target is a real estate and media mogul.
Here's the rundown. The junior league and the majors.
The junior league has candidates who are considered second tier. Joining the list of second tier is the pouting mouth former Texas governor Oops. Rick "Oops" Perry didn't make the cut. Perry, Bobby Jindal, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Rick Santorum, George Pataki and Jim Gilmore will do the minor league debate.
It will be held today at 5pm.
The big league who are considered the top tier. Joining the list of top tier are Marco Rubio, Mike Huckabee, Ted Cruz, Ben Carson, John Kaisch, Rand Paul, Chris Christie, Scott Walker, Jeb Bush, and Donald Trump.
Of the latter, some were contributors to the network.
Kasich was a host of Heartland. Left the network to successfully become governor of Ohio. Host of the Republican debate and convention.
Huckabee was a host of Huckabee. Left the network to run again.
Santorum was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run in 2012 and 2016.
Carson was a contributor to the network. Left the network to run.
Of the latter besides Kaisch, some are currently governors. Christie, Walker, Jindal, and Kasich are term limited and they won reelection handily despite being extremely controversial lawmakers.
Of the latter besides Huckabee and Santorum, some are perennial candidates running. Perry, Gilmore, Fiorina, Huckabee and Santorum have tried to run for higher office. Perry successfully won three terms as governor of Texas but failed at winning the nomination. Gilmore won a term as governor but failed in winning the nomination for president and nomination for senator. Santorum won as congressman and senator but failed in winning the nomination for president. Huckabee won two terms as a governor but failed in winning the nomination for president. Fiorina is a failed nominee for the senate.
It could be the most watched debate ever.
Some are considered political dynasty. Paul is the son of perennial candidate Ron Paul, a former Texas congressman. Bush is the son and brother of the 41st president George H.W. Bush and 43rd president George W. Bush.
Some are considered the establishment. Bush, Kaisch, Graham, Gilmore, Pataki and Christie are the establishment.
Some are the new generation. Jindal, Fiorina, Carson, Cruz, Rubio, Paul and Walker are the new generation of conservative politicos according to the agitators.
Some are of the religious right. Jindal, Huckabee, Santorum, and Carson are extremely religious.
Of the latter, Donald Trump is the only one who doesn't want to practice. He believes that being told what to say and being political correct will be disastrous. The Republicans will zoom in on him because of accusations of being a plant.
Republicans will meet at the Quiken Loans Arena for the debate and the Republican nomination.
What will be the topics they'll discuss. Okay get a glass and start drinking because obviously there will be mentions of policies, name-drops, fear tactics, and baseless lies. If you look at the list of what I believe will be discussed given that the network that's hosting the debate, you clearly know what's coming up.

Entertainers Ja Rule, 50 Cent, Drake and Meek Mill are feuding.
The Drake and Meek Mill feud may have started up another.
When Meek went into the final verse of his panned Wanna Know, he mentioned that this that Ja Rule and 50 Cent shit. Basically he said this feud will become physical if Drake goes near Philadelphia.
Ja went to social media to pan Meek's diss and remind his fans that he sold millions of albums and has the money to prove it. That's a knock to 50 declaring bankruptcy. He also stressed that nobody should be hurt in these rap feuds.
50 got wind of it and kindly remind his fans (or whoever would listen) that Ja got his ass tore up.
50 said that Ja would face another beat down.
And it's like a repeat of the same shit all over again for two longtime rappers. These Queens-based rappers are back burning each other. From social media to the studio, these two are back at it again!
Ja Rule (Jeffrey Atkins) and 50 Cent (Curtis Jackson) reignited the feud they've started nearly 15 years ago. But who's listening to them?
They are both off the major labels. They have no label home and their shit ain't popping in the clubs anymore. They both seen the cannon fire them out. Def Jam fired Ja out the cannon after he was defeated by 50. Ja struggled to keep the magic going despite taking a "L" in this battle. Def Jam fired him out the cannon in 2007. The cannon was looking elsewhere. It seems despite having the world's best debut album, 50 saw his stock slide fast. I mean he was dogging on Ja for doing songs dancing with Ashanti. What the heck was he doing when he released Candy Shop? Interscope fired 50 out the cannon after he refused to change an album he wanted to push out so badly.
It's like Back to the Future. This old feud is like, old....
Seems like some things never change.
MTV caught a picture of them embracing one another. At first I thought it was joke, but it was true.
50 Cent was boarding a flight and saw Ja Rule on it. They did a picture for the fan.
Alabama cop Troy Middlebrooks (right) was caught on tape telling the suspect's family member that he would fuck that Nigger up and make it look it was self defense.
The U.S. Justice Department and Alabama authorities are digging through the crates. They are trying find evidence of a frame up by an officer who is currently in the freezer.
As I told you in the previous postings, the law can lie when they do a pull over, a citation, a search of your vehicle, an arrest, or use of deadly force. The blue wall of silence is similar to no snitching.
The law will protect their own if they've done wrong and those who see criminal activity rather stay out of it. Those who refuse to snitch are often key witnesses to a criminal act. They fear that the law will not help them regardless of the crime.
It's a dice game. You're rolling a chance being either a person in law enforcement or a person of color.
This officer makes me think that his department would gleefully allow a possible criminal act to occur in his precinct.
This officer was caught on tape saying some choice words about a suspect he arrested. He was telling a family member that he would set this NIGGER up. If he could, he would kill him and tell his superiors that the suspect tried to harm him.
Troy Middlebrooks is the officer who is in question. He was pissed over the suspect escaping a harsh drop. He was at a residence when he made his tirade about the suspect. Turns out that suspect's brother-in-law is a White guy with a camera phone. Middlebrook complains about how the system is rigged, Obama this, Obama that, Black people are......you know.
Vincent Bias was arrested by this officer. He is a Black resident who was none too thrilled to hear his name being dropped in the recording.
The famed rapper, producer and actor with his wife Coco are premiering in a daytime program.
Fox announced the show Ice & Coco will challenge juggernaut Live! With Kelly and Michael.
Warner Bros. will produce the show and it will feature the couple talking about the latest issues and pop culture. It will be considered the sister of The Real which is airing its second season.
Ice-T is the original gangsta. No one can master the art of gangsta than Tracey Marrow.
From 1985 to present, Ice-T has become a legend among hip-hop. He's released the first commercially controversial album Rhyme Pays. The album was the first to carry an explicit content label.
Ice-T was a is the one who released the controversial single Cop Killer with his group Body Count.
He's got the baddest chick on his side. And they're announcing a bump in the road.
On a taping of their premiere show, Coco Marrow (Nicole Austin-Marrow) announced she is a first timer. She joins the club of first time mothers. The pregnancy was the first news broke on the show.
World News Today wish them well on their journey.
Ice-T also continues his role as Odafin Tutuola on NBC's longest running police drama Law & Order: SVU. The Dick Wolf series will premiere another season in September.
Eric Garner, Michael Brown, Tamir Rice, John Crawford and Trayvon Martin were killed by law enforcement. Their names became symbolic with the Black Lives Matter Movement.
We reflect on the need for better policing in the wake of three high profile incidents where the unarmed or unintended were gunned down by the law.
July 17 - Eric Garner was a father of six who lived in Staten Island. He was accused of selling cigarettes on a corner when the NYPD confronted him. While being filmed on camera, one of the officer placed a restraining hold around his neck. Eric would utter the words "I Can't Breathe".
As they take him down on the ground, the law was shocked to find out he wasn't breathing. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.
This officers Daniel Pantaleo and Justin Damico were let off the hook. The prosecutor Daniel M. Donovan, Jr. found that the officers didn't do anything that caused Eric's death.
Donovan, a Republican went on to become a U.S. Representative in a special election.
The family was awarded $6 million in wrongful death lawsuit.
August 5 - John Crawford was a father of two. He lived in Hamilton, Ohio. He was shopping in Walmart in Beavercreek, a suburb outside of Dayton. He was on the phone when he picked up an opened air rifle. While on surveillance camera, you see him walking through the aisles on the phone with the air rifle, A man calls 911 claiming that John was pointing a AR 15 at shoppers. Beavercreek police arrive on the scene. They enter through the garden center and without proper warning fired two shots at John. John yelled to the officers it's not a real gun.
As they take him down to the ground, the law was shocked to see he wasn't holding a real rifle. They would call for an emergency crew. He would die at a local hospital.
The officer who fired his weapon Sean Williams is in the freezer. He was let off the hook when the Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine found that the officer did nothing wrong. The grand jury said that even though Ohio is an open carry state, John caused his own death.
DeWine is a Republican who sides with the law on most issues.
The family sued Williams, DeWine, Beavercreek and Walmart for wrongful death.
August 9 - Michael Brown was a teenager who lived in Ferguson, Missouri, a suburb outside of St. Louis. He was walking down the street when an officer stopped him. The officer claimed that Michael was acting menacing. There was a struggle and the officer fired his weapon. Out of twelve shots, six of them hit Michael.
As the officer takes him down, he realized that Michael was unarmed. He would call for backup and then an emergency crew. Michael died on the scene.
The officer at first said that he stopped Michael for being in the street. But he would change his story saying that he was told of a robbery and the suspects were nearby. Michael was on surveillance allegedly stealing a cigarillo from QuikTrip.
This event sparked unrest. The QuikTrip that Michael visited was burned down.
The grand jury found that the officer Darren Wilson didn't commit a criminal act and he was spared trial.
That launched another night of unrest. The rioting cost millions, people were injured.
Michael Brown's family is suing Wilson and Ferguson.
Wilson would resign from the force and go into hiding.
You notice that these events happened one year ago. These events have sparked the Black Lives Matter Movement.
Black Lives Matter is an American activist grassroots movement that can be traced back to the July 2013 acquittal of George Zimmerman in the Florida shooting death of African-American teen Trayvon Martin.
It received fresh impetus from the 2014 shooting of Michael Brown, an African-American teen, and the death of Eric Garner, as well as the acquittals of both of the officers who killed them. The Black Lives Matter movement also speaks out and organizes against police brutality against African-Americans in the United States.
Some of the unarmed African-Americans who died at the hands of law enforcement have had their deaths protested by the movement, including Tamir Rice, Eric Harris, Walter Scott, and Freddie Gray (which sparked the 2015 Baltimore protests).
The movement was co-founded by three black activists: Alicia Garza, Patrisse Cullors, and Opal Tometi.
The shooting of Walter Scott by a white policeman was recorded by a bystander, who contacted a local activist involved with Black Lives Matter; they, in turn, contacted Scott's family to take possession of the video. Soon after the video was released to the public, the officer was arrested and charged with murder. The case is pending.
When you look at how many officer involved shootings in which lead to the death of unarmed suspects, you might want to question why do this stuff continue to happen despite the outcry from Trayvon Martin.
So many names in the news being killed by gun violence.
Shame we're still not making progress on gun control. The United State leads in gun violence.
Over 4,000 people were injured by gun violence. About 2,400 of them died because of gun violence.
Gun violence is more of a threat than terrorism. The discussion is often muted because of Republicans, some spineless Democrats and the NRA.
I am a gun owner and I am a voter. But seriously, we need to do something about this.
When will the next shooting occur. Will the junk food media follow this shooting like they've done with John Crawford, Michael Brown and Tamir Rice?
When will we hold those responsible in law enforcement for unintended deaths of unarmed citizens such as Eric Garner and Sandra Bland?
When will we finally recognized that everyone killed by gun violence matters?
World News Today send our condolences to the families of Eric Garner, John Crawford and Michael Brown. We send our condolences to everyone who died in gun violence.
Some disgraced lawman became a conservative agitator who runs his mouth with accusations. He is trying to smear Sam DuBose with stories that aren't proven by the prosecutor.
Smear campaign from the racist right!
The racist right rears its ugly head in the shooting death of Sam DuBose. When unarmed Black suspects lose their lives in police custody, conservatives automatically blame the victim. They want to make the issue about the victim and not the officers who allowed a death to occur in their precinct.
Sam was stopped by this cop working for the University of Cincinnati. He claimed that he had a missing license plate. The stop was elevated when Ray Tensing ordered him out the car. Sam questioned his actions. Like most motorists, you have a right to question why you're being detained without probable cause. So when Tensing pull the door open, Sam tried to close it. Then as he moved the door, the car revs up and that's when Tensing uses his service weapon in a deadly shooting.
Tensing shot DuBose in the head. It immediately killed him. Tensing and two other officers would concoct this lie saying that there was a struggle for the firearm and he tried to drag him.
If the law said Sam had weapons, cash or drugs in his ride, why wasn't it filed in the report? Will that come in a document drop during the pretrial hearing of murder suspect Ray Tensing.
The body camera evidence said something totally different. And now that Tensing is being served with an indictment for murder. After he posted a get out free card, his defenders are out in full swing saying that Sam had criminal intent.
So this nobody who was an ex-NYPD detective goes to the junk food media and racist right outlets with this latest bombshell. He said that the law found two pounds of weed and a bundle of cash in the vehicle.
Where did he get his bombshell from?
This asshat claims he got his "sources" from the law.
So why wasn't this in the University of Cincinnati police report?
Ray Tensing was trying to cover up a criminal act. He faces trial for the murder of an unarmed motorist.
Uh, because you liberals don't have the facts like we have! We obtained evidence. We're just waiting for the moment to leak it to the junk food media. This is what I'm expecting to hear from this concern troll.
This disgusting racist asshat John Cardillo made up some claims that officers found two pounds of marijuana and thousands of dollars in cash in his car. Cardillo called the law to confirm these new facts with the public information office of the Cincinnati Police Department, and they did not deny them. Neither did the prosecutor’s office when Cardillo contacted them.
So what?
Does it disqualify the fact that Tensing committed a criminal act?
See Cardillo is some agitator on Florida AM agitation. He's a nobody just like Colin Flaherty, Charles C. Johnson and Jesse Lee Peterson. A bunch of racial extremists who have no real reason to exist.
They only get their traction on shows nobody watches.
This racial asshat can make accusations and the like. It doesn't explain why Ray Tensing put a bullet in Sam's head. Another thing, Sam was unarmed and that bottle was perfume.
Oh by the way, this is the moron who went to social media to post him point a barrel at his webcam.
He was criticizing the BlackLivesMatter protesters crash the Sunday brunch.
Here's an example of what I've put together.
This racist asshat Cardillo with a firearm next to my former best friend who is an asshat in his own right. See a difference in who's more menacing!
Here's the video of this asshat on Dr. Drew on Call.
The word on the street, the Veep might run for the White House. Vice President Joe Biden is thinking about running.
Speculation is strong for a third run says some washed up columnist. The Vice President of the United States could be signaling another perennial bid for his boss's office.
Vice President Joe Biden is currently debating whether he can join the race.
If he joins the race there will be six candidates in the blue clown car. There are currently 17 candidates in the red clown car.
Former Virginia governor and perennial candidate Jim Gilmore decided to run again.
Now the network that inspires potential extremists is hosting a Republican political debate in Cleveland. The 17 clowns are trying to bonk one another. The second-tier bitched about not getting noticed in the media. The network gave them an opportunity to duke it out without the fanfare.
They will have their debate at 5pm and then the big clowns including Donald Trump will have theirs at 9pm. How interesting that reality television and business mogul managed to become the lead in.
While Hillary Clinton is still the clear leader. The concern trolls are trying to muddy her up so she can't face the potential clown in the Republican race.
She would clearly beat every candidate in the Republican clown car. But to the concern trolls, she's falling fast. The migraines believe that Hillary's emails are destroying her chances.
They've tried this stuff with Martin O'Malley. He's just a blip in the race. Same with Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee. They are not even getting media attention . So they watched Bernie Sanders run and gave him the media attention. He hasn't cracked the bar. So now, here's Joe.
Maureen Dowd is running her mouth through a keyboard. She made the claim that a bedside Beau Biden told his father to make another play for the White House.
Now Vice President Joe Biden is 72 years old. He is currently the president in the Six Power talks. He's been a big player in the U.S. Senate. While he's not getting much attention in the junk food media, his ratings are relatively modest. By him not being mentioned in the news and the death of his son, he's rose to 50% job approval. He and his boss President Barack Obama are comfortably in the high 40s in job approval.
He's behind the scenes trying to stop the Republican fear factor. The fear is this Iranian nuclear deal. The world supports it. Only Republicans, a few spineless Democrats and religious extremists hate the idea.
Perennial candidates are failed experiments. They gain traction only to be slaughtered in the primaries and general election.
John McCain, Ron Paul and Mitt Romney didn't get the message. They learned the hard way. It's just plain fact. The world hates them.
So when you hear about Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, Rick Perry, Mike Huckabee, Rick Santorum, and Jim Gilmore running again, you shake your head! Let them know that if you couldn't beat Barack Obama, what makes you think you can win?
Bobbi Kristina was laid to rest over the weekend. Her family got into a heated feud.
The Houston and Brown family pay their last respects to the celebrity agitator Bobbi Kristina Brown.
Her funeral was held in suburban Atlanta. The family decided to have her buried next to her mother, the late pop singer Whitney Houston.
Bobbi Kristina will be buried with her mom.
Brown died in hospice care July 26, six months after being found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub at her suburban Atlanta home. She never regained consciousness after the incident, and her months of medical care exposed family rifts that never seemed to heal.
Brown's partner Nick Gordon, who discovered her in the bathtub, repeatedly said on social media that he was not allowed to see her in the hospital. Entertainment Tonight and People magazine reported Gordon was absent from the funeral.
In June, a civil lawsuit was filed against Gordon in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia, alleging that he accessed Brown's bank accounts and stole more than $11,000.
But the funeral didn't go peacefully as many would have thought.
CNN reports that there were also reports the family was fighting over her care, though Bobby Brown said in June the family was working together on his daughter's behalf.
The family drama continued even at the funeral. In the middle of the service, Brown's aunt, Leolah Brown, walked over to the media gathered outside the church and said she had just been kicked out for shouting at Pat Houston, Whitney's sister-in-law.
"It went wonderful until Pat started speaking, and I didn't like that," Leolah Brown said.
Whatever dispute the two women have "is going to be a long, drawn-out thing," Brown promised. "Trust me. It's not over."
Bobbi Kristina Brown's body will be flown to New Jersey, where a private burial is scheduled for Monday next to her mother's grave, CNN affiliate WSB reported.
Tremaine Wilbourn is facing a court date after he killed an officer. Officer Sean Bolton was gunned down by this criminal. He grew a conscience and turned himself in. Or maybe, it's because people weren't willing to hide him.
The Memphis Police announced that they caught the man who killed a police officer.
Sean Bolton, a four year officer who served as a Marine had responded to a suspicious car. The vehicle was in a neighborhood many residents consider a gangster's paradise.
He saw it illegally parked. He approached the vehicle and passenger jumped out. A struggle ensured and Bolton was hit up with lead by the suspect.
The officer was mortally wounded by suspect. He would die at the hospital. The law issued an APB on the suspect, 29 year old Tremaine Wilbourn. He got out of federal time out and was supposed to face the wall for the remaining time. But I guess he said, fuck the law, I'm a gee!
Wilbourn would finally grow a conscience and turned himself in. Maybe knowing that he ran out of homes to hide in or the possibility of facing a lead sandwich, Wilbourn found religion.
Sean Bolton.
The police director Toney Armstrong wasn't kind to the suspect. "Officer Bolton apparently interrupted some sort of drug transaction," he said. "A digital scale and a small baggie of marijuana.... were located inside the vehicle. We're talking about less than 2 grams of marijuana. You're talking about a misdemeanor citation. We probably would not have ever transported for that. Mr. Wilbourn gunned down Officer Bolton, for less than 2 grams of marijuana. You literally destroyed a family."
Armstrong added that Bolton's duties were an example of good policing.
"For a police officer to have that kind of temperament, and to take such a caution approach to the use of force, he was a credit to the uniform", said Armstrong.
Sean leaves behind a wife and children. He was to turn 34 year old this month.
World News Today send our condolences to the family of Sean Bolton.
Now that the suspect is caught, who is likely going to take the blame for this tragedy?
A) Barack Obama
B) Black Lives Matter Protesters
C) DeRay McKesson
D) Al Sharpton
E) The Shooter
F) All Of These Above
Okay if you picked E, you're right. The fault solely rest on the feet of the shooter. It doesn't matter what his race, gender, sexuality, religion, political, economic, and criminal standings. He committed a crime. He will face a court of his fellow peers. Tremaine Wilbourn is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
In the court of public opinion, he's guilty. But since he's not dead and he's facing an indictment, he will see how the justice system works. He will learn that for the price of taking a life, he will probably lose his life to either the gas house or a permanent detention in the iron college.
I am betting conservatives will place blame someone they've always come to loathe. The concern trolls in the conservative media will shoulder the blame on President Barack Obama.
Obama had great concern for the rise of gun violence. He wants to pass comprehensive gun control reform. The only thing standing in the way is the Republicans, some spineless Democrats and the National Rifle Association.
The NRA wants to keep gun laws loose. They believe that guns are the solutions to the problems.
The conservative agitators want to complain about the president ignoring Black-on-______ crime.
Gun violence in the United States is more of a threat than terrorism.
The concern troll worries about gun violence only when it comes to Blacks, Hispanics and Muslims. They call for gun control for these so-called Democrat cities. But in the same breath, they won't talk about the mass shooters who shoot up innocent lives.
It's a damn shame that those in law enforcement pay the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty. But it comes with the jobs. We can only hope that it doesn't happen as much as them shooting unarmed suspects.
Blacks have such low approval for those in law enforcement. It's the reason for why we need police reform. We need better community relations with those in law enforcement.
Here's a Black conservative asshole's take on it. He and many in the racist right solely blames Obama for the death of Sean Bolton. Instead of finding solutions, they create more division and divide.
No one condones gun violence. It shouldn't be a political football. But who is to judge?
The racist right found its newest boogeyman. Another illegal immigrant who murdered a woman. Donald Trump still riding comfortably in the polls and Republicans are now pushing for stricter laws towards illegal immigration.
That network that scares White folks with stories of Blacks looting liquor stores, immigrants crossing the U.S. border, Muslim prayer rugs, and stories about President Barack Obama is hosting an event on Thursday in Cleveland.
Seventeen candidates running for the Republican nomination.
Junior league.
Rick Santorum - Perennial candidate Officially Last Place
Rick Perry - Perennial candidate Gov. Oops
Jim Gilmore - Perennial candidate Second To Last Place
Carly Fiorina - Perennial candidate iCarly, The Wanna Be Hillary
Mike Huckabee - Perennial candidate Huckleberry Hound
Lindsey Graham - First time Gomer Pyle
George Pataki - First time Dick Dasterdly
Bobby Jindal - First time Piyush Indian Tiger
Big league.
Rand Paul - Son of a perennial candidate and Stallmigo second-in-command
Marco Rubio - Hip-Hop Republican and third flank Stallmigo
Donald Trump - The Apprentice
Scott Walker - The Koch Curd
Jeb Bush - The son and brother of a Bush
Benjamin Carson - The Only Real Black in the Room
John Kasich - Gilligan on Dingleberry Island
Chris Christie - Big Bully
Ted Cruz - Looney Toon and Leader of the Stallmigos
Ten Republicans are going to be on stage. The other seven will be on the stage during an earlier taping.
Donald Trump is ahead of Scott Walker and Jeb Bush. The media and business mogul is running high in the polls. This clown running is the insurgency's newest sensation. He is a straight shooter on issues but many point out that he offered no detail and it's extremely controversial.
It's going against the establishment. The establishment was embarrassed by the antics of Trump, Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz.
They say this is a historical first. There are 17 active candidates running for the Republican nomination.
Reince Priebus is trying to bring more people into the 90% White party. He doesn't want Republicans to lose this presidential election. He is trying to not step on the third rail and cause a rift. Trump warned the Republicans not to cross him. He threatened to be a spoiler.
This immigration discussion came into play. The issue is now being discussed. The Democrats want to help immigrants become U.S. citizens. They are pushing for comprehensive immigration reform.
Previously the senate passed reform with bipartisan support. But it died in the House.
Now Republicans on this pro-nationalist stance wanted to pass the Kate Steinle law. The law is to put immigrants who commit any form of criminal act in federal time out for five years. The law will also strip funding from cities that Republicans claim are sanctuary cities. The bill died in Congress.
Republicans blamed the Democrats for failure of leadership. It helped them win back Congress. Looks like the Republicans are the ones who are failing in leadership.
Now as Congress is about to leave Washington for their umpteenth vacation, many people are saying that the Republicans are so inept, it's possible the senate could flip back to Democratic control.
Blame game.
But as Republicans scramble for seating, guess what's happening in Ohio. The indictment of an illegal immigrant who murdered a woman. The law had their sights on him. But they blame the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency for letting the ball drop.
CNN reports that Juan Razo pleaded not guilty this week to an attempted murder charge stemming from a violence-filled July 27 that also included a woman's killing, an attempted rape and a shootout with officers in Painesville, Ohio.
Okay, for the concern trolls, who are they gonna blame for the tragedy?
A) Barack Obama
B) Mexico
C) Congress
D) Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency
E) The Suspect
F) All of The Above
If you picked E, then you are correct. The fault of a criminal acts always belongs to the person who committed the crime. It's not the fault of the president, another country, or other entities.
Congress and the president should work together to pass a bipartisan bill to deal with immigration.
The suspect Juan Razo is innocent until proven guilty. He is granted a fair trial among the citizens. He doesn't automatically go to jail and then gets deported. He has an opportunity to face the victims of the criminal act. He also has a right to appeal a decision. Razo does have a right to have an interpreter.
In addition to allegedly shooting and wounding a woman in the arm, police said that Razo, 35, attempted to rape his 14-year-old niece hours before he shot and killed Margaret Kostelnik, a 60-year-old woman who, according to CNN affiliate WEWS, was the secretary for the mayor in nearby Willoughby for nearly three decades.
He will face those charges at a preliminary hearing Monday, the Lake County prosecutor's office said.
Republicans want to strip funding from cities that help immigrants.
Through an interpreter and his court-appointed defense attorney, Razo admitted at his bail hearing that he had no license, no identification, no passport and that his birth certificate was in Mexico.
"I have somebody who we don't know who he is, why he is in this country, why he is here illegally and why he allegedly committed a murder," fumed Judge Mike Cicconetti.
"I can't set a bond high enough."
HOLA, a Latino outreach organization based in Ohio, said it was "distraught and deeply saddened by the (alleged) violent acts committed by Juan Razo," but it said the real issue was Razo's mental illness, not the status of his green card.
Margaret Kostelnik was an assistant to the mayor of Willoughby.
"Juan Razo was not a random illegal alien. His father is a U.S. citizen who has worked in the fields for 40 years. He filed documents for his children over a decade ago and Juan Razo was a beneficiary with an approved petition who has been 'standing in line' for his green card for over 12 years. Thus, this is not an issue about immigration, rather it is about the problems associated with adults with mental illness."
When two Lake County sheriff's deputies approached Razo on July 7 while responding to a call of a suspicious vehicle parked near a golf course, he "was extremely nervous, sweating profusely, and making every attempt to avoid eye contact," Dunlap said. "When questioned, he provided a false name, was unable to give any type of identification, and he admitted to being in the United States illegally."
But because no crime was committed, and Razo had no criminal record, Dunlap said he lacked the authority to detain him, so he said a deputy called the agency that did: U.S. Customs and Border Protection. That's when Dunlap said Razo became uncooperative.
Satirist blames President Barack Obama for this. He is unaware that immigration reform hasn't been fixed in fifty years.
"As the conversations (between Border agents and Razo) progressed, Razo became less and less communicative, and he would not again admit to the Border Patrol, as he did to the deputies initially, that he was in the United States illegally," Dunlap said Friday. Because he lacked the legal authority to do so, Dunlap said his office "requested the Border Patrol to issue a detainer/hold authorization to keep Razo in custody... (but) Border Patrol would not issue a detainer."
"Without legal authority to further detain Razo, he was released."
But the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees U.S. Customs and Border Protection, said that it was the agency that lacked the authority to detain Razo, and points the finger back at the sheriff.
"Border Patrol agents interviewed this individual via telephone at the request of the Lake County Sheriff's Office ... during that interview, Razo was uncooperative and the agents were unable to determine his immigration status," the statement read. "Without such a determination, the agents had no legal basis to file a detainer to hold the subject. Although the agents offered to meet with the deputies on site and interview the subject in person, the offer was declined and the subject was released."
DHS said that Razo's lack of a record -- and the fact that he had been in the United States so long -- meant he wasn't a top priority.
"The (Obama) Administration has set enforcement priorities to make sure our resources are focused on apprehending and removing convicted criminals, gang members, recent border crossers and the most significant threats to public safety and national security."
Republican frontrunner Donald Trump used Steinle's death to push his campaign's tough stance on immigration, including building a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border. It appears the Razo case would be no different.
"This is a clear indication of why we need a strong wall protecting our border," read a statement CNN affiliate WEWS obtained from campaign spokesman Corey Lewandowski. "Mr. Trump is an outspoken critic of illegal immigrants coming over our borders. That's why it's so important to have a wall that is impenetrable."
HOLA disagreed.
"We are disappointed to see leaders exploiting this tragedy to promote a political agenda," it said.
