Welcome to Northmont Plaza in Englewood, Ohio (A Dying Shopping Center)
Although most of what I seen in Englewood seemed to be in good shape, this shopping center has several vacancies. This probably a good run early on when it was built, but this shopping center is dying
Conservative Outrage Over Trevor Noah!
The right complains about Comedy Central's Trevor Noah. He was chosen to be the new host of The Daily Show. Jon Stewart is leaving the show after 16 years hosting it.
Moments after Comedy Central announced Trevor Noah as the new host of The Daily Show, many on the racist right and the irrational left are calling the comedian/actor an anti-Semite and racist.
For what reason?
Because he tweets some jokes that some agitators never got. The agitators zeroed in on jokes that were posted to Noah's 2 million followers on Twitter. Some pointed out a few offensive jokes about women, Israel and the Jews. Some criticized his stance on America.
Comedy Central is standing by Noah.
I mean the social media is catnip to agitators and the business community. Many people are often scrutinized for their online behavior. It's unfortunate that the social media can make or break someone.
Noah is a South African comedian who joined The Daily Show late last year. He was the international correspondent. Many conservatives zeroed in on his routine when he discussed the "Spot The Africa". They claim that the joke was comparing the U.S. to the South African apartheid.
Noah, remarked the "Hands Up Don't Shoot" meme that conservatives are roundly denouncing.
When he was chosen as the new host, the media started to vet him.
Soon the agitators from Newsbusters, The Daily Nothing, and the conservative Craigslist have put his face on their pages. Of course, their readers and followers have often remarked about it in the "nicest" way.
The word vomit from conservatives is predictable. Insert a racial slur, a racial stereotype, claim liberal this, Obama that. Add a ton of condescending remarks about comedians and Hollywood. Throw in mentions of Africa, Muslims, Netanyahu and the Islamic State and sure enough, we a party going on right there in the comment section.
Noah will do fine. Fuck the haters.
If they don't understand the comedy, that's their problem. But if you're a comedian who talks about issues and spin it into comedy, you're going to be provocative and it's going to be truthful.
I mean if you criticize Israel, should you be labeled an anti-Semite for it?

Crime Is Colorless Unless The Junk Food Media Runs The Scary Black Mugshots!
The left exposes a newspaper's yellow journalism. These are the images of men who were accused of criminal acts. Each of these individuals are criminals but who will the racist right look at as more dangerous?
The Raw Story and the blog SoLetsTalkAbout notes the junk food media's profile of White and Black criminals. NO APRIL FOOLS JOKE, it's real.
In Cedar Rapids, The Gazette had to do some explaining. The online website ran two stories about criminal behavior. The difference in between the stories is race. What's surprising is the pictures of the White suspects came from their yearbook and the pictures of the Black suspects were simply mugshots from the county lockup.
The images used of Ross Lembeck, Seth Gross and Logan Ryan, all 19, were taken from the freshman yearbook. All the boys were wearing matching ties.
While the other images used, Kwain E. Crawford, 36; Milton Whitehead, 50; Quentin D.W. Eatman, 24; and Curtis J. Johnson, 29 in same online publication were just that. Those menacing mugs.

The racist right never ceases to amaze me.
This went viral.
The Gazette endorsed perennial loser Mitt Romney for president. Kind of tells you what the publication's political views and how they view criminal acts by people of color.
The Iowa newspaper scrubbed from its website the distinguished images of three University of Iowa wrestlers accused of robbery.
So I am guessing the perception of images gives the media a reason. The same reason to think Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin deserve their deaths at the hands of either the law or a self righteous vigilante.

Religious Freedom Anchors The Ark!
Arkansas Republicans passed its version of religious freedom law and its state governor Asa Hutchinson will sign it into law despite outcry from activists and Walmart.
Governor Mike Pence (R) of Indiana is under intense pressure after he signed into state law this Religious Freedom Restoration Act, a bill that could protect bigoted business if they ban LGBT and non-religious residents. The law would be seen as a backdoor to outright discrimination.
Pence signed it into law last Monday and has been under fire since its signing.
National companies and even the city of Indianapolis' Republican mayor have called upon Pence to reconsider his decision. Pence has no intentions to call for a repeal of the law. However he's going to try to put a Band-Aid on a gunshot wound. He call upon Indiana lawmakers to amend the law to make it clear that no business shall be allowed to discriminate against anyone in his state.
Of course, the damage is done. Many entertainers, state governors and the NCAA have already threatened to bail out on Indy.
With the national championship game for Division I basketball being held in the state. Many athletes from both men and women's college basketball have quietly barked while allowing the coaches and board leaders bite.
Take it about 580 miles down to Little Rock where Arkansas governor Asa Hutchinson will sign his state's version of Religious Freedom Restoration.
About a few months into his term, Hutchinson sparked controversy. Hutchinson, a former congressman and attorney for the NRA won the governorship in 2014. He's from a political dynasty that carries from Fort Smith all the way to Washington, DC.
The Huffington Post reports that Walmart, a stable of Arkansas' economy isn't pleased with this decision. The Bentonville-based company has called for Hutchinson to not sign the law.
The bill cleared the Arkansas Legislature and now heads to the governor's desk, where it is expected to be signed. Like the Indiana law, the Arkansas legislation allows a person who feels his or her exercise of religion has been “substantially burdened” to cite that argument as a claim or defense in a private lawsuit. The legislation also grants corporations the right to religious freedom. This language is not in the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), and critics say it could be used to override existing anti-discrimination protections.
Walton's 5-10 store is the first Walmart. Its location is in Bentonville, Arkansas. The area seen a rise in growth. Bentonville and Fayetteville are growing cities. The University of Arkansas, Walmart corporate headquarters sit on the Insterstate 49 corridor. The interstate replaced Interstate 540 and it will eventually travel from Kansas City to Lafayette, Louisiana.
Earlier in the week, Arkansas lawmakers also tried to head off concerns about that state's bill, approving language that says “the General Assembly finds that it is a compelling governmental interest to comply with federal civil rights laws.”
However, according to Eunice Rho, advocacy and policy counsel at the ACLU, federal civil rights laws have no explicit protections for LGBT people, and this legislative finding -- while helpful -- is not part of the law. “If the Arkansas Legislature is serious about preventing discrimination, they need to write it into the actual code,” she said.
“We would like to see both Indiana and Arkansas adopt language clarifying that the state RFRA cannot be used to undermine federal, state or local non-discrimination laws," Warbelow said.
During Monday's committee hearing, some lawmakers raised concerns about the bill being inconsistent with federal and state RFRA laws when it comes to protecting civil rights. Some proposed a simple solution: adding a non-discrimination disclaimer to the legislation.
"It's not a philosophical debate with me at this point. I think we're going well beyond the other states," said state Rep. Camille Bennett (D), who ultimately voted against the bill.
But the bill's author, state Rep. Bob Ballinger (R), said its language was staying put, and that it would be too confusing to try to define what constitutes discrimination.
"If that means that you can force somebody who has deeply held religious beliefs to engage in some activity that violates their deeply held religious beliefs, and that the state has the right to force them into doing it, I can't say that I do agree with that," he said.
Arkansas is about to enter the same minefield that Indiana has been trapped in since Pence signed his religious freedom bill last week. In Indiana, major companies like Twitter and the NCAA, as well as celebrities like Apple CEO Tim Cook and Miley Cyrus, have spoken out against the law.
In Arkansas, both Walmart and Acxiom, a big data company, have spoken out against the legislation. The Democratic mayor of Little Rock also warned Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) on Tuesday that “any piece of legislation that is so divisive cannot possibly be good for the state of Arkansas and its people.”
But Hutchinson appears unfazed by these concerns. Last week, he vowed that he would sign the legislation: “Arkansas is open for business, and we recognize and respect the diversity of our culture and economy,” he said in a statement.

Jamie Foxx: Got Flack For Knocking Bruce Jenner's Transformation!
Entertainer Jamie Foxx as Ugly Wanda from In Living Color.
Obviously, the entertainer Jamie Foxx meant no harm. He was roasting controversial celebrity Bruce Jenner. His jokes lead to an outcry by some on the social media.
The patriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner clan has decided to transition into a woman. Jenner, a former Olympic gold medal athlete and occasional actor told his wife Kris about his transitioning to becoming a woman. This sparked a major feud between them and they went through a divorce.
Jenner is also under investigation for vehicular homicide after his SUV plowed into two vehicles killing a driver. It was on the Pacific Coast Highway and LAPD are trying to determine if Jenner was on the phone when this occurred.
At the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Foxx hosted it and got a little bit of flack for this video.
Foxx hosts The Foxxhole on SiriusXM . He is a comedian, singer and director.
He's pretty tolerant of the LGBT community.
The LGBT community is not having any of it. They call upon Foxx to apologize.
Just recently Indiana's Republican governor Mike Pence got his share of controversy.
Jenner is transitioning into a woman.
Pence had just recently announced he will call upon Republican lawmakers to specifically eliminate any traces of anti-gay rhetoric in this law.
Pence is floated as a potential clown for the nomination.
CO Poisoning Kills Another Ohio Victim!
The law is trying to figure out how a woman died in a carbon monoxide poisoning.
A woman who lived in Vandalia, Ohio died over the weekend. According to the law, she was a victim of carbon monoxide poisoning. Of course, this ends the month of death. Three young girls died in this situation earlier this year. The carbon monoxide gas this odorless, tasteless and colorless and it kills. It doesn't discriminate on who it kills.
We here at Journal de la Reyna send our condolences to the family of Patricia Bolden.
Many don't even know it. But the symptoms of illness, dizziness, nausea and finally the permanent sleep come forth when you're exposed to carbon monoxide.
Many in the emergency agencies always recommend a CO2 Alarms. The CO2 alarms can detect a odor. It's also recommended that you change the batteries of CO2 alarms and smoke detectors whenever you flip the hours during Daylight Saving Time.
Apparently the woman's estranged husband found her body after hours of failed contact.
Bryant Bolden, the husband is grieving over this situation. He and Patricia were separated and were in the possibility of reconciling.
The Brookfield Apartments where Patrica lived are within a few blocks of the Vandalia City Courthouse and police station.
The local gas company determined that it was a furnace. The Montgomery County Bag 'Em haven't concluded its investigation. They have not ruled out foul play in this tragedy.
Somehow, I am getting that feeling like this isn't just a simple accident. More details on this soon.

MC Rubio: I'm The Republican Going H.A.M.!
![]() |
Stallmigo Marco Rubio (R-FL) confirms that his intentions on running. But for what?
Confirmed, the Stallmigo Marco Rubio (R-FL) could make a run for the clown car. He's going to put his makeup on and jump into the race for the Republican nomination.
Rubio, 43 is probably going to use his swagger to win them crucial Black and Latino votes. He's probably the only Republican who can relate to the younger voters.
Rubio will make a run in April. If he's going to run for the clown car, he will contact his staffers to formally announce he will retire from the U.S. Senate. Then he will officially announce his intention to run for president. This will mark a first, two Hispanic men (both of Cuban decent) running for the Republican nomination.
Rubio must retire from his U.S. Senate seat. By Florida law, a lawmaker can't be on the ballot twice.
That assures Democrats an opportunity to pick up a seat that is pretty damn difficult given that Florida does swing in elections. Rep. Patrick Murphy (D-FL) has formally declared he's running.
Both are unaccomplished lawmakers who are first term senators. The thing about it, they will claim that President Barack Obama as their excuse when the junk food media attacks them for being inexperienced.
The Republican Party's officially trying to find the candidate who will complain about all things "Obama" and maybe everything "Clinton".
The Stallmigo had booked the Freedom Tower in Miami on that date for an undisclosed event, Rubio said he had not reserved a specific site yet, "but I will announce on April 13 what I'm going to do next in terms of running for president or the U.S. Senate."
Pressed on whether he would announce a White House bid, Rubio said: "I'll announce something on April 13."
His website, marcorubio.com, promised: "A big announcement is coming! Will you be there?"
Among other Republicans, Stallmigo Ted Cruz of Texas announced his bid for his party's nomination last week, and Stallmigo Rand Paul of Kentucky plans to make his intentions known on April 7.

Pitbull endorsed President Barack Obama in 2012.
Rubio, a Cuban-American lawmaker who was first elected to the Senate in 2010, said on a Loserville program: "It's really important that we move in the right direction as a country by not just confronting the challenges of this new era but embracing its opportunities.
"So again, I'll be very excited about April 13 and talking more about that with my friends and supporters," he added, referring people to his website for "more details in the days to come."
Rubio is a huge fan of hip-hop music. He's familiar with Miami rappers Flo Rida, Pitbull, Rick Ross, Plies, T-Pain, Trina and Trick Daddy.
He's grew up listening to them. He also can rap with you on legacies Tupac and Biggie Smalls.
But what makes him a long shot is the fact he's a fan of hip-hop music. A genre the older generation isn't so hip to. Matter of fact, they often use it as a weapon.
Jay-Z was one of the most notable rappers to endorse a presidential candidate. Jay-Z endorsed Barack Obama for president in 2008 and 2012. He and his wife Beyonce were invited to the White House to see the inauguration.
This makes two so far.
Others who have thought about jumping into the clown car include:
Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC)
Former governor Oops of Texas
Governor Chris Christie of New Jersey
Carly Fiorina
Benjamin Carson
Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin
Governor John Kasich of Ohio
Governor Mike Pence of Indiana
Former governor George Pataki of New York
Former governor, perennial loser and Loserville host Mike Huckabee
Former senator, perennial loser Rick Santorum
Governor Bobby Jindal of Louisiana
Donald The Clown Trump
The field is not weak. Not inspiring, though.
I mean c'mon, you have candidates with bullhorns instead of microphones. Most of the mention have been on television more and more than the Democrats.
Can it be done? Rubio thinking about taking a chance at running.
They can rant about how they're not Obama all they want, but let them win the presidency. I betcha that on Day One, the Democrats will devote their time to destroying the legacy of the Republican president.
More developments on Rubio in the coming days.
Trevor Noah: Who's To Say? I Could Be The New Daily Show Host!
Comedian Trevor Noah is the new host for The Daily Show.
Jon Stewart is stepping down from The Daily Show later this year. Who's to replace him?
One who just joined the Comedy Central program is already getting major buzz as the predecessor.
Trevor Noah is getting some major buzz. The South African actor/comedian joined The Daily Show and took off.
Noah had a major role on the South African soap opera, Isidingo in 2002, when he was 18. He then began hosting his own radio show Noah’s Ark on Gauteng’s leading youth radio station, YFM. Noah then went on to host an educational program Run The Adventure from 2004–06 on SABC 2. In 2007 he hosted The Real Goboza, a gossip show on SABC 1, and Siyadlala a SABC's sports show. In 2008 Noah co-hosted alongside Pabi Moloi on The Amazing Date (dating game-show) and was a Strictly Come Dancing (celebrity dance competition) contestant in Season 4. In 2009 he hosted the 3rd Annual South Africa Film and Television Awards (SAFTA Awards) and co-hosted alongside Eugene Khoza on The Axe Sweet Life (reality competition series) at the 15th annual South African Music Awards. In 2010 Noah hosted the 16th annual South African Music Awards and also hosted Tonight with Trevor Noah on MNet (in the second season it moved to DStv's Mzansi Magic Channel).
In 2010, Noah also became a spokesperson and consumer protection agent for Cell C, South Africa's third largest cellular provider.
Noah dropped his radio show and acting to focus on comedy, and has performed with South African comedians such as Riaad Moosa, Darren Simpson, Marc Lottering, Barry Hilton and Nik Rabinowitz, international comedians such as Paul Rodriguez, Carl Barron, Dan Ilic and Paul Zerdin, and as the opening act for Gabriel Iglesias in November 2007 and Canadian comedian Russell Peters on his South African tour.
Noah has performed all over South Africa in The Blacks Only Comedy Show, Heavyweight Comedy Jam, the Vodacom Campus Comedy Tour, the Cape Town International Comedy Festival, the Jozi Comedy Festival, and Bafunny Bafunny (2010).
His stand-up comedy specials in South Africa include The Daywalker (2009), Crazy Normal (2011), That's Racist (2012), and It's My Culture (2013).
Noah became the first South African stand-up comedian to appear on The Tonight Show and became the first to appear on Late Show with David Letterman.
He's in the running. With Larry Wilmore running The Nightly Report, Jason Jones and his wife Samantha Bee leaving, Michael Che joining SNL, Jessica Jones out ruling hosting duties, Stephen Colbert jumping to CBS and John Oliver moving to HBO, we can't determine who's going to replace an icon of comedy, politics and sanity.
Everyone is speculating that Comedy Central may appoint an insider. The outsider speculation includes: Tiny Fey, John Fugelsang, and Patton Oswalt being named as potential picks.
But all eyes are on Trevor and the media is buzzing about him.
Confirmed.
Trevor is the new host of The Daily Show. Comedy Central broke the news today.

Taraji P Henson: Damn My Bad! My Son Didn't Get Razzed By The Cops! Racial Profiling Still An Issue, Though!
Actress Taraji P Henson had to own up to the Glendale Police after she accused them of rousing her son.
Taraji P Henson is on fire. Her breakout role as Cookie Lyon in the hit series Empire has made her a household name.
Henson's rise to fame came from the her feature role in Hustle & Flow, with fellow actor Terrance Howard. They both are the stars of the Lee Daniels' musical drama.
Henson is also a mother. Her son is always a top priority. Henson praises her son regardless.
But something came into the news this past week and it's sparked some major controversy.
Henson claimed that her 20 year old son (Marcel Johnson) had been racially profiled by police and that his car had been illegally searched during a traffic stop on October 18, 2014 in Glendale, California.
In the beginning, Henson felt the law was harassing her son for being Black. Her son dropped out of the University of Southern California to attend Howard in her hometown of Washington, DC.
Henson told the junk food media, that who could you trust in this world, if a young Black man minding his business is harassed by the police.
Well the folks over at the Los Angeles Times wanted to obtain proof of this incident. They got some proof and then some.
A video obtained by the Times showed that Johnson had driven through a lighted crosswalk while a pedestrian was crossing, that he had given verbal consent to search his vehicle, that he had admitted to smoking marijuana two hours before going behind the wheel, and that hash oil, marijuana, and a knife were found inside his car.
Henson immediately suspended her social media profiles. She went on to apologize for overreacting and for making unsubstantiated claims, Henson said in an Instagram message that, "A mother's job is not easy and neither is a police officer's. I would like to publicly apologize to the officer and the Glendale Police Department."
Henson's apology was heartfelt. But unfortunately to the racist right, they will continue to denounce the BlackLivesMatter movement. They will now attack her for sparking "racial outrage" over nothing.
The racist right will place her in the box where they often hold President Barack Obama, Attorney General Eric Holder, Rev. Perm and Cut His Nut Off Jackson in.
