I want to make a point here!

Many Republican and Democratic lawmakers often do photo-ops or political stunts to rile up their bases.

It happened when Bill Clinton was president. It happened when George W. Bush was president. It happened when Barack Obama was president. It happened when Washed Up 45 was president. Now it's happening while Joe Biden is president.

The lawmakers who are complaining about the U.S.-Mexican border are not even concerned about their constituents. 

Last week, Vice President Kamala Harris slammed the Republicans and Lester Holt for complaining about her not going to the border for a damn photo-op. She said the mission is to get to the root of the problem.

The Biden Administration wants to know the root causes to why migrants are leaving their homes to seek asylum in the United States. 

Rep. Karen Boebert (R-CO) who lives about 600 miles from the border went for a photo-op carrying a cardboard cutout of the vice president. Many of the far-right lawmakers are angry that Harris refuses to do a fucking photo-op. It would divert traffic, it would increase security because the Secret Service has to keep residents and workers away while she is present. It would cost taxpayers money for a few hours talking to state legislators, the junk food media and state governors.

Big Bend Holiday Hotel at Rock House in Redford, Texas literally sits on the U.S.-Mexican border.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is closer to being a Karen. She lives over 2,600 miles from the border and is complaining about Harris stating that migrants seeking asylum need to stay away. Do you see any Americans looking for asylum in Mexico, Guatemala, Hondorus, Nicaragua and El Salvador?

Those countries have corruption, violent terrorists and an illegal sex trade which claims over thousands of lives. They have no choice in some cases. They may have lost their homes to hurricanes, earthquakes and wildfires. The states aren't providing assistance and the COVID-19 pandemic is likely worse than it is in the United States.

Those are reasons to why they seeking asylum. Anyway, Ocasio-Cortez is a pain in the ass. She along with Boebert, Rep. Marjorie Karen Greene (R-GA), Rep. Karen Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO), Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), Rep. Karen Jordan (R-OH) and every member of the "Freedumb Caucus" have no business ever being in Washington, DC. 

All they do is appear on television and radio showing out. They have offered no solutions to help their constituents. Even if they do, it's little accomplishments.

It appears that Biden has formally ended the national emergency declaration for Washed Up 45's $2 billion border wall funds. The former president wanted to pitch a "big, beautiful wall" along the border between the U.S. and Mexico. 

He initially wanted the Mexican government to pay for their wall. It appears the promise for Mexico to build the wall was a failed promise. Only 60 miles of the border wall was built and its only replacing aging structure. 

Karen Abbott is desperate for a third term. He will wheel in stupid laws to generate support.

Biden said that the money being built for the wall is taking away from "genuine security challenges, like drug smuggling and human trafficking."

It appears that Karens in Texas legislature is trying to overrule a federal mandate. It will immediately set up a showdown with the federal government and it may end up in federal court.

Karen Abbott is going to allocate $1 billion to build the border wall. The Texas governor wants to build a border wall and set up a task force to curb illegal immigration. See in the state of Texas, there are no term limits and a governor can run for more than two terms. Abbott is looking for a third term.

The Texas Republicans are running on white supremacy and idiocracy. Abbott who could face a primary challenger more aligned with Washed Up 45 is trying to throw red meat to the base.

His apparent attempt at thumbing his nose at the federal government will bite him in the ass. 

Remember in February, the state had nearly had its power grid fail. The grid put over 25 million people out of power and Abbott begged Biden to for emergency assistance.

I guess we have short term memory about issues that really matter. If the power grid does go down during the summer, I bet you money that $1 billion will be diverted to the grid.
