I guess this is the results of a "gun freedom" state like Texas. That idiot governor Karen Abbott has openly boasted that he will make Texas the state that loves gun owners and gun rights.

Abbott, President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Karen Cornyn (R-TX), Sen. Karen Cruz (R-TX) and the 36 U.S. Representatives will offer their phony sympathies and condolences.

At least 13 people were injured in a mass shooting in the 6th Street Entertainment District in downtown Austin,Texas. The attack happened on early Saturday morning,  One officially died.

"I'm happy to report no one has died," interim Austin Police Chief Joseph Chacon told reporters near the scene of the incident in the area of 400 E. 6th Street - a popular area filled with bars and restaurants.

"We do have two patients in critical condition," he added. "We have a total of 11 people transported to one hospital, one transported to a different hospital and one person reported to an urgent care clinic. So there is a total of 13 shooting victims."

The results of Texas' gun friendly laws.

"Our officers responded very quickly," the interim chief said. "They were able to immediately begin life-saving measures for many of these patients, including applications of tourniquets, applications of chest seals."

Appealing for witness to come forward, Chacon said the motive for the shooting was "unclear," adding that officers were reviewing video footage of the area.

The shooter, or shooters, were not immediately apprehended.

"At this time, this appears to be an isolated incident," said the Austin Police in a statement.

"The aggravated assault and homicide police units as well as a gang unit were investigating the incident, while the FBI and Homeland Security will do conduct a terrorism task force.

Austin Police confirms the terrorists are still on the loose.

Another mass shooting in the United States. In the city of Austin, Texas with a population of 1.03 million residents, mass shootings happen. The seat of the Texas government.

Obviously, the Texas legislators will not life a finger to curb gun violence.

There were mass shootings in Chicago; Dallas; Seattle; Savannah, Georgia; Detroit; Yonkers, New York; Memphis; Nashville; Houston; Cleveland; Homestead, Florida; St. Louis; Snow Hill, North Carolina; Miami; Oakland; Salt Lake City; Indianapolis; New Orleans and Muskegon, Michigan.

The summer of bullets will continue.

Where are you most safe from gun violence?
When you're at a religious service, wake or funeral.
When you're at a birthday party, graduation party, wedding or baby shower.
When you're at a nightclub, restaurant, casino, dance hall, bingo, national park or community park
When you're at a grocery store, mall or convenience store.
When you're at a school, college or university campus.
When you're at a concert, play, ballet, movie theater, comic book convention or ivideo gaming convention.
When you're at a police station, fire station, hospital or victim's shelter
When you're at a bus station, train station or riding a bus or train.
You're not safe anywhere. Gun violence happens everywhere.

It never stops!

It never happens in your community....... Until it does! Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how this gun reform is taking away your rights. I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth. I don't want hear folks say this is not white privilege. I don't want to hear folks say masks impede their freedoms. I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. These incidents are a tragic part of American history.

FOR EVERY BAD COP, THERE WILL BE A DEAD COP!

I DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING ON THE INTERNET OR THE COP'S VERSION.

THERE IS NO GOD!

GOD IS NOT FIXING THIS!

FUCK YOUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!

We haven't forgotten about the many mass shootings in the United States. COVID-19 doesn't stop individuals from picking up firearms and killing others.

And I am getting fucking tired of white nationalists and their enablers of color complaining about the lack of Black fathers. The fathers are either killed by gun violence, police violence, COVID-19, heart diseases, diabetes, freak accidents and just being Black in America.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence
