Bugzie The Don Got Five Months In Federal Time Out!

Bugzie The Don gets a record deal of five months. MAGA rapper pays the price for supporting Washed Up 45.

The Virginia rapper who posed on a U.S. Capitol Police vehicle smoking a blunt while rioters stormed the U.S. Capitol gets his federal sandwich. The rapper who supported Washed Up 45 went with Forgiato Blow and numerous other MAGA rappers to storm the Capitol in rage of the former president's request for then-Vice President Mike Pence to change the results (which he couldn't legally do).

Antionne Brodnax, known as Bugzie The Don will have some street cred. The first rapper to overthrow democracy. He titled his album, The Capital, while sitting on a U.S. Capitol Police SUV smoking a blunt.

The rapper pled guilty in October to four misdemeanors after rejecting a plea deal. Prosecutors wanted five years due to the fact he has a history in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. The DMV rapper decided to delete the images of the riot from his phone which prosecutors wanted to say that he intentionally destroyed evidence and tried to claim that he wasn't involved in the attack.

Additional footage allegedly busted the Sandston, Virginia native inside the Capitol where he took pictures with statues in the midst of the riots.

Bugzie previously pleaded guilty to four counts in the fall of 2021, including entering a restricted building and illegally protesting in a capitol building.

The Justice Department initially asked for 21 months because of Bugzie’s “extensive criminal history,” noting that he was on probation for a felony conviction when he entered the Capitol. They also said he “attempted to profit from the riot by releasing a rap album that used the attack on the Capitol as a theme.”

In the end, his sentence was lightened, as prosecutors noted in a statement of facts agreed to by Bugzie in his plea deal that he didn’t directly clash with Capitol Police, and was instead “swept along with the group.”

According to WRIC, Bugzie was only inside the building for just over a half hour, and exited through a side door when other rioters started chanting “break it down” in an attempt to breach a police line.

Bugzie previously claimed he was in the D.C. area shooting a music video and decided to show up to the Capitol after noticing the commotion taking place outside before breaching. He also denied being a Washed Up 45 supporter.

Right?

Bugzie The Don is one of more than 400 that have been arrested for their involvement in storming the government headquarters thanks to footage, social media and tips from family members. Sentencing remains ongoing.

Black Terrorist Kidnapped Ohio Twins!

Twins found safe in two cities far from home.

This certainly been a dramatic week for a Columbus, Ohio family. The Black woman who kidnapped two 5-month old twins was apprehended in Indianapolis.

The suspect is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

It is a perfect reminder to make sure that you never leave your vehicle running when you are entering a building for even a brief second. It is also important to make sure you take your children and pets out of the vehicle. It is dangerous for children and pets to be left inside a hot and cold vehicle.

The mother was doing a DoorDash for a customer at a local pizza shop when she left her vehicle running with her twin boys inside. Out of nowhere, the terrorist jumping into the vehicle and took off. It was a three day horrific experience.

The Columbus Police face scrutiny after issuing an AMBER Alert three hours after the vehicle was reported missing. The whole issue led to a delay of capture.

Terrorist was spotted in Dayton, Ohio gas station.

The terrorist was spotted in the Dayton suburb of Huber Heights, Ohio at a local gas station begging for money and acting erratically.

Kyair and Kason Thomass were kidnapped and were in great danger.

Kayir was found alive at the Dayton International Airport in a parking lot. It was Kason that had the nation on high alert. There was a dangerous Winter storm and fears that this terrorist would leave the baby alone to die were strongly concerned.

So it took a watchful eye to find Kason. The Indianapolis Metro Police were tipped that the vehicle was spotted near a pizza store.

It was an ironic experience for Columbus father. He was a survivor of the 2019 Dayton mass shooting in which his father and eight others were killed by a white terrorist.

Amid the search for Kason, Dion Green, who survived a 2019 mass shooting in Dayton, Ohio, that claimed the life of his father, established a $10,000 reward for the baby's safe return.

Kason Thomass safe.

"I hope and pray that this baby is found safe and that we can get him back home to his mother," Green said in a Facebook post on Wednesday announcing the reward.

Green was out with his father, Derrick Fudge, in Dayton's Oregon District when a 24-year-old man went on a shooting rampage, killing nine people, including Fudge, and wounding dozens more. In the aftermath of the massacre, Green founded the Fudge Foundation to help individuals impacted directly and indirectly by mass shootings, violence, human trafficking, domestic abuse and other forms of trauma.

"My main concern is the child," Green told ABC affiliate station WSYX in Columbus. "I just want to get the baby and make sure we get him returned back home safely."

George Santos, Is This Really You?

Republicans already have a scandal and they've haven't taken charge yet.

Republican-elect is not who he says he is.

Rep-elect George Santos (R-NY) won in a relatively safe Democratic district and it appears he won on the noise of crime, inflation and being against "wokeism." The key elements to winning a Republican primary and eventually a general. Thanks to New York redistricting, Republicans have a five seat gain because of the Democrats trying to be fair. Unlike Ohio, Florida and Texas, the Democratic majority states like Illinois, California and Minnesota have independent commissions. Ohio does but the Republicans decided to go against the voters.

Nonetheless. Santos may have deceived his supporters and the voters.

I am already seeing a train wreck in the making. They complain about the junk food media always picking on them whenever they are held accountable for their actions.

Republicans think they are going to get away with governing.

Santos, who was elected last month to represent parts of Queens and Long Island beginning next year, came under fire earlier this week after a New York Times article alleged that he had fabricated parts of his résumé and biography, including his work history, educational background, business dealings, real estate holdings, and even his purported Jewish heritage.

Some alleged inconsistencies in his financial reports, which appeared to conflict with some parts of his biography, have led Democrats to demand he resign or to call for investigations into whether he violated ethics rules or campaign finance laws.

According to The Daily Beast, the congressman-elect’s deception did not stop there.

The online news website claims that it obtained court records showing Santos was the subject of a previously undisclosed divorce with a woman in Queens.

The uncontested divorce, which went through in September 2019, involved a person named “George A. Devolder Santos” and a woman named Uadla Santos Vieira Santos.

The Daily Beast claims there is only one person in the United States with that name. The news site also found a deed for a $750,000 house purchase in Union County, New Jersey, from this past June. Uadla Santos is listed as the buyer and the only purchaser listed on the property documents, which indicate she is married.

According to The Daily Beast, two weeks after the divorce was finalized, Santos filed the official paperwork to launch his 2020 congressional campaign against then-incumbent Democrat Tom Suozzi.

In that campaign — which saw Santos lose by 10 points — as well as his most recent campaign, Santos has identified himself, in interviews with U.S. and Brazilian media, as a gay man in a relationship with another man, whom he initially identified as his fiancé and whom he now calls his husband. However, The Daily Beast claims it was unable to locate any records listing the two as married.

Additionally, Santos has claimed that his then-fiancé lost his job as a pharmacist after the couple were pictured unmasked at a crowded New Year’s Eve Party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in 2020. Santos also appeared to imply, but never directly stated, in a tweet, that the couple had received threats of violence that led them and their four dogs to flee their Long Island home.

A gay Republican may have fabricated his past to win. The New York Times uncovers a pattern of misleading statements and could not verify whether this guy is legitimate in his biography.

How Easy It Is To Fall For Fake News!

The noise makes a claim that Ukrainian first lady Olena Zelenska went lavish shopping in Paris. Yet there are no photo proof. Russian disinformation is rampant.

As Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke to the U.S. lawmakers and American people, his critics and the Russian government wanted to keep the noise going. They ran a fake story about his wife going on a lavish shopping spree in Paris, France and the noise fell hook line and sinker.

Kind of like the stories you hear about former first lady Michelle Obama, Duchess Meghan and Vice President Kamala Harris. Every time they do something with their own money, the noise believes they're spending taxpayer money on it.

Obama got the most of the attacks. I still grind my teeth whenever that dead asshole Rush Limbaugh used to mock her. He often was ranting off about the trips that she, Malia and Sasha took and complained about how former president Barack Obama was "un-American" and the such.

You see, Michelle Obama is healthy at 58, Barack Obama is healthy at 61 and Rush Limbaugh is dead and gone.

Anyway, Olena Zelenska went on behalf her husband to the European Union. She went to France and  was accompanied on the trip to the French capital with Ukrainian officials, including her country's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, in a visit that was aimed at showing the strength of ties between Ukraine and France.

After leaving France, there were chatter about Zelenska spending $40,000 in Paris. Now, some assume that she was using the American military aid to her shopping spree which is bullshit.

On top of that, there's no confirmed sources that proved that she did spend money in the country.

Nonetheless, it got into the social media and throughout the noise of the far-right.

It appears to smell like a disinformation campaign. As Ukraine is urging world powers to join NATO, Russia is amping their offense through social media.

Several Republican lawmakers, far-right media personalities, the Biden accuser and several online trolls are backing the Kremlin's talking points. Tucker Carlson, Tulsi Gabbard, Dana Rohrabacher, Max Blumenthal, Tara Reade, Matt Taibbi, Katie Halper, Elon Musk, Candace Owens and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are known for their support of the Federation.

I said it many times.... Ignore the noise!

Do not trust the crap on social media.

What Happened To Raj Moonesighe?

Raj Moonesighe was shot by the Austin Police while defending his home.

Austin man was shot and killed defending his home. The Austin Police shot and killed 33-year old Rajan (Raj) Moonesighe after he called the law to report the suspicion of an intruder inside his home.

And like Atatiana Jefferson, he was defending his home with a firearm. A theme of those white folks living in Texas, have a gun and a hat. I guess if you're a person of color, having a gun to defend your home is a death sentence. Cops see threat if the person is Black or in this case, South Asian.

According to the far right: White shooters are mentally ill. Black shooters are unrepentant criminals. Gay shooters are active groomers. Muslim shooters are terrorists. Hispanics and Asians shooters are illegal immigrants. Almost all mass shooters are registered Democrats because they have liked one thing common to the left.

Raj was a tech guru who earned a living being a specialist in IT. He moved to a neighborhood in the city that was secure. However, his sense of security was interrupted.

He had went outside with his assualt weapon. In the video footage, Raj is seen with his firearm and pointing it. Austin Police released a Ring camera video that shows Moonesinghe outside his home with his rifle, pointing it at something off-camera and saying, “Are you sure you want this?” before firing the weapon. In the background you see an officer pull up.

According to police, when the officer arrived, he gave Moonesinghe a verbal command to drop the gun before firing his department-approved firearm at Moonesinghe. APD said Moonesinghe was struck and fell to the ground, and the rifle was on the ground at his side.

In the video, you can hear police saying to drop the gun a split second before opening fire and shooting Moonesinghe. In a video shown from the perspective of the officer, just seconds after the officer exits the vehicle, you can hear the sound of gunfire.

After not receiving a response from Moonesinghe after he was shot, officers began life-saving measures, according to police. Within a minute of the shooting, officers were next to him and one could be heard saying “Roll over on your stomach, buddy, so we can help you.” The video police released doesn’t show the life-saving measures.

Austin-Travis County EMS officials arrived at the scene nine minutes later, and Moonesinghe was taken to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The officer who fired his gun, Officer Daniel Sanchez, was placed on administrative leave, APD said. He has two years and nine months of service with APD.

Not even a second a cop shot Raj.

Chris Harris with the Austin Justice Coalition said the video raises a lot of questions.

“Obviously about whom the victim was talking to and engaging with his gun prior to when APD arrived,” said Harris. “Secondly, about whether it was necessary for the officer to immediately open fire with basically no warning or announcement.”

Harris said the video will help in the investigation.

“We deserve access to that footage, particularly when that footage shows officers making life or death decisions,” said Harris.

His brother Johann released a statement calling for a criminal investigation into the matter. How the hell can a two year officer make a one second decision to fire off his service weapon upon seeing an individual?

Was the officer even in danger of being shot?

“Yesterday, I had the opportunity to view the police footage and security footage of the last minutes of my brother’s life. As difficult as that was, it was an incredibly important step towards finding out the truth of the events leading up to his murder by police on November 15, 2022. The video clearly shows that Raj never threatened the officers, he didn’t even know they were there. I’d encourage everyone to watch the videos being released today to make their own judgments. Thank goodness Raj had his Ring security camera on his porch because, without it, the police would have continued to lie about what happened that night.

“After watching the video, it is evident that the officer who shot Raj did this without identifying himself, without thinking, and before giving my brother a chance to explain who he was and why he was outside.  Instead, he arrived without flashing lights or sirens, pulled out an assault rifle, took a hidden defensive position behind a fence 25 yards away, and killed my brother. He began firing before finishing his command to ‘drop your gun’ and continued to fire once Raj had dropped his gun and put his hands up and continued to fire once Raj had dropped his gun and put his hands up. It’s clear from the security footage that Raj didn’t even know the police officer was there. His last words as he lay on the ground were ‘it wasn’t me.’

“Instead of getting justice for Raj, the Austin Police Department continues with its attempts to cover up what happened. The security footage they released today is an edited version that intentionally removes the interaction that Raj had with his neighbor one minute beforehand where he told her there was someone in his house and yelled into his home, ‘I’m calling the police, get out of my house.’

“It is beyond comprehension that the police acted this way. The police knew he was the homeowner concerned with a potential intruder. They shot first and asked questions later. As an Austinite myself, I’m outraged to think that these are the people tasked with protecting our community.

Raj was a loving son who took care of our parents financially and the co-founder of a very successful tech company which we moved to Austin in 2018. We ask the City and the District Attorney to do their jobs and hold the officer accountable. Otherwise, these senseless shootings will continue and more innocent people will be shot and killed by Austin police officers.”

APD said after the shooting, officers could see inside the home through the open front door. An officer gave verbal commands to check for anyone who may have been hurt or inside the home. Officers also checked the home but didn’t find anyone inside.

Every community in the United States will eventually have a legacy. A legacy of tragedy. Gun violence, monkeypox and COVID-19 will affect your town, your family and your life. So I don't want to hear that bullshit about how gun reform is taking away your rights to own firearms.

I don't want to hear that protesting against police killing people of color is hate on cops in general. I don't want to hear talk about the coronavirus being a myth.

When you hear folks say "gun rights," what they really mean is that its white privilege. This good guy with a gun nonsense has to end. The cops didn't do nothing when children were shot inside a school. A security guard was shot dead trying to protect shoppers. A cop accidentally shot his own. The good guy who tried to stop a bad guy is outgunned and a part of the rule #3.

Remember #3 means: The "good guy with a gun" better be prepared to die if they want to stop a shooter.

I don't want to hear folks say masks and vaccine mandates impede their freedoms. It prevents a deadly outbreak from spreading. If you want to die from the coronavirus, that's on you. We lost over 1 million people from the coronavirus.

I don't want to hear the shit about guns saving lives. Cause a bullet does not have eyes and it's always likely gonna hit a target. These folks seem to not get it. These incidents are a tragic part of American history. Thoughts and prayers and your heart going out to the victims is not enough. It quite frankly is an insult. I am also tired of scapegoating Black on Black crime, Chicago, Baltimore and Democratic mayors for the nation's obsession to be numb to gun violence. You pretty much enable this nonsense by deflecting.

President Joe Biden is trying to curb gun violence. However, he has no support from Republicans. Most Democrats and America are for gun control measures. However the two Democrats in the Senate refuse to change the filibuster rules and its holding us back.

The National Rifle Association is always pushing against it. They will not relinquish from the narrative that guns are not saving lives. The Republicans aided by a fickle junk food media are openly encouraging anarchy and disruption in a desperate attempt for the Republicans to win back Congress and the White House. These agitators are calling for Biden to curb crime but will not help him. They want more guns on the street. It makes no sense.

So in closing, expect more.

The website Officer Down is a memorial to those who were killed in the line of duty. Those who don't get their names mentioned in the junk food media. Also the website the National Gun Violence Memorial also keeps record of the many individuals killed by gun violence

Volodymyr Zelenskyy: This Is Not A Joke! We Are Fighting For Survival!

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy speaks to America on Ukraine's fight for survival.

A former comedian turned politician now is a war time leader of a country of the former Soviet Union.

The president is urging world leaders to stand firm against the Kremlin's offensive attack on his country.

The President of Ukraine came to the United States for a Joint Session of Congress. He met with President Joe Biden, spoke in the presence of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) , Vice President Kamala Harris and the lawmakers.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy tells Congress that there's a turning point to the fight against Russia. The Federation president Vladimir Putin declared war on Ukraine and targeted eastern oblasts and the country's capital of Kyiv.

Biden has promised the Ukrainian president that the country will abide in its fight by supplying weapons but vowed to stay out the matter. If the U.S. and NATO interfere, it will lead to World War III.

So far, Ukraine has taken back land only for the Russians to use more aggressive tactics.

Putin is hinting nuclear offense.

Zelenskyy addressed Congress as lawmakers are set to vote on $45 billion more in emergency aid as part of a larger spending package. Biden on Wednesday also announced the U.S. will send Ukraine a Patriot anti-missile battery to defend against devastating Russian attacks.

In a virtual address to U.S. lawmakers back in March, Zelenskyy emotionally pleaded for more aggressive measures to help fight the war. Invoking key American tragedies, including Pearl Harbor and the Sept. 11 attacks, Zelenskyy told members at the time, "Just remember it … Our country experiences the same every day right now."

California Republican Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, the likely next House speaker, stood and clapped along with other lawmakers at nearly every interval.

Some other Republicans, including Reps. Jim Jordan (Ohio), Andrew Clyde (Georgia), Matt Gaetz (Florida) and Lauren Boebert (Colorado), stood for less than half of the ovations but were seen repeatedly clapping as well.

Gaetz appeared to be on his phone through the speech. At one point he showed Boebert something with a smile

Gaetz has been critical of future Ukrainian aid while McCarthy has called for Republicans to ensure accountability on how it is used.

Picture this... had Benjamin Netanyahu showed up, the Republicans would hand him a blank check. But for Zelenskyy, had he gave in to Washed Up 45's illegal demand to investigate Biden for military aid, the Republicans wouldn't be like this.

McConnell: Kevin, We Ain't Shutting The Government Down!

Tension between the Republicans.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) shuts the door on a government shutdown proposed by Republicans in the House. He and probably nine members of the Senate will pass the omnibus bill to keep the federal government open until September 2023.

The Minority Leader is not wasting time arguing with Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA), the embattled lawmaker who wants to Speaker of the House.

A group of 13 current and incoming House Republicans has threatened to oppose the legislative priorities next year of any senators who vote for the bill, including McConnell.

And the next likely speaker of the House, McCarthy tweeted Tuesday that he agreed with them.

“When I’m Speaker, their bills will be dead on arrival in the House if this nearly $2T monstrosity is allowed to move forward over our objections and the will of the American people,” McCarthy tweeted.

McConnell said the GOP’s negotiations were successful in the end. He framed the longer-term spending bill as a victory for the GOP, even as many Republicans will undoubtedly vote against it. He said Republicans succeeded in increasing defense spending far beyond Biden’s request while scaling back some of the increase Biden wanted for domestic spending.

“We’ve transferred huge sums of money away from Democrats’ spending wish list toward our national defense and armed forces, but without allowing the overall cost of the package to go higher,” McConnell said.

Congressional leaders unveiled a government-wide $1.7 trillion spending package early Tuesday that includes another large round of aid to Ukraine, a nearly 10% boost in defense spending and roughly $40 billion in emergency spending, mostly to assist communities across the country recovering from drought, hurricanes and other natural disasters.

The bill, which runs for 4,155 pages, includes about $772.5 billion for non-defense, discretionary programs and $858 billion for defense and would last through the end of the fiscal year at the end of September.

Lawmakers worked to stuff as many priorities as they could into the sprawling package, likely the last major bill of the current Congress. They are racing to complete passage before a midnight Friday deadline or face the prospect of a partial government shutdown going into the Christmas holiday.

Lawmakers leading the negotiations released the details of the bill shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday.

The spending package includes about $45 billion in emergency assistance to Ukraine. It would be the biggest American infusion of assistance yet to Ukraine, above even President Joe Biden’s $37 billion emergency request, and ensure that funding flows to the war effort for months to come.

Conservative Outrage Over Michelle Obama Trail!

Captain Do Nothing buys a prop to complain about government spending.

First African American woman to be the First Lady of the United States. Honored by a rails to trails in Georgia because of her love for Americans to get fit and healthy.

Cue the noise from Republicans and the far right!

Bullshit's afoot.

The Republicans are pissed that the government is open. They wanted to shut the government down because they were upset over earmarks and funding to the Ukrainian military. They felt that keeping the government shut down until they got into power on Jan. 3 would give some bargaining room.

Of course, the president is a Democrat and he would veto anything that goes against his agenda. Hence, the Republicans blaming him for everything happening. They literally are trying to sabotage the president and reclaim power.

In DeKalb County, Georgia, Rep. Hank Johnson (D-GA) requested $3.6 million in the PATH Trails which included improvements to the Michelle Obama Trail. It was dedicated to the former first lady in 2018.

The far right angry over funding to a bike trail devoted to Michelle Obama.

The far-right already angry over the Democrats plan to release Washed Up 45's taxes now are outraged over this earmark. They call it "wasteful spending." Yet, they're getting parts of the infrastructure bill that President Joe Biden signed into law in 2021.

Notice that Berry Loudermilk (R-GA), a lawmaker who voted against the infrastructure bill got a portion of it.

Same with Rep. Greg W. Steube (R-FL), Rep. Maria Salazar (R-FL), Rep. John Rutherford (R-FL). Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL) and Rep. Daniel Webster (R-FL). They got some of that major bipartisan bill that was passed in 2021. These asshole did not vote in favor it but sure enough claimed some of the benefits of this bill.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), one of the many worthless senators in modern history does a showboat by showing the bill which is over 4,000 pages. Like most lawmakers, they come up with the ideas with their legislative aides. Their team goes over the bill and the lawmakers will decide whether it's worth voting for. Paul does not read the bill. All he saw was the amount of the bill.

Michelle Obama with Stephen Colbert.

The cart Paul was standing behind contained posters reading "1.7 Trillion of Hazardous Debt," "Beware debt hazard of 1.7 trillion added to the national debt," "Greatest threat to our national security: 1.7 trillion added to the debt."

Rep. Dan Bishop (R-NC) who also got a portion of the bill is complaining and made a thread that I am not going to waste my time sorting through. He claims that the omnibus bill is "egregious."

Lawmakers in the House and Senate have until the end of the week to pass the legislation that would fund the government through September.

John Roberts Won't Be Remembered!

The legacy of John Roberts is not going to be pretty.

Just to let you know, Chief Justice John Roberts will never be regarded as an iconic Supreme Court member. He will likely join the ranks of many infamous Chief Justices whose reputations will be tarnished by their decisions that go against public opinion and public legacy.

He will be ranked among those like Roger Taney.

On Monday, the Republicans went to the Supreme Court to have an emergency hearing.

The Court would put a temporary hold on ending the controversial stay in Mexico policy.

They want to reinforce the Title 42 a coronavirus policy which maintain migrants stay in Mexico to prevent the spread of the deadly disease. It is unconstitutional but Republicans want to push this noise despite the legality.

As folks want to seek asylum from countries that have chaos, they faces hurdles coming to the United States. The Republicans supposedly the party of tolerance wants to keep immigrants from the Southern border out.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Washed Up 45'sf administration used this provision (section 265) to generally block land entry for many migrants. This practice has been continued by the Biden administration with expansion. Title 42 of the United States Code includes numerous sections dealing with public health, social welfare, and civil rights, but, in the context of immigration, the phrase "Title 42" came to be used to refer specifically to expulsions under section 265.

The program allows the US Border Patrol and US Customs and Border Protection to prohibit the entry of persons who potentially pose a health risk by being subject to previously-announced travel restrictions or because by unlawfully entering the country to bypass health-screening measures. Its use was implemented under the Washed Up 45 administration and has continued under the Biden administration to prohibit asylum seekers from lawfully petitioning for asylum in the United States. Persons subject to the order are not held in congregate areas for processing and are instead immediately expelled to their country of last transit. If they are unable to be returned to the country of last transit (because that country will not accept them due to their nationality), the Border Patrol will work with its interagency partners to expel the person to their country of origin. Expulsions under Title 42 are not based on immigration status and are tracked separately from immigration. In some cases, this is not possible, and migrants may be expelled to a third country that will accept them based on previous residency. At the discretion of the administration, Title 42 can be used even for people who would normally have temporary protected status based on their country of origin.

The migrants seeking asylum are treated like animals. The far right fears a Browner America. The reasons to photo-ops at the border and blaming Biden. They have no real solutions to solve the problem.

As of November 15, 2022, Title 42 is currently unenforceable, as DC federal judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled that the policy is a violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.

On December 19, 2022, Roberts issued a temporary hold on ending of Title 42, thus preventing the Biden administration from lifting Title 42.

In the one-page order, Roberts granted a stay pending further order and asked the government to respond by 5 p.m. Tuesday. That is just hours before the restrictions are slated to expire on Wednesday.

Immigration advocates sued to stop the use of Title 42 to limit who can apply for asylum, saying that the policy goes against American and international obligations to people fleeing to the U.S. to escape persecution. And they've argued that things like vaccines and treatments for the coronavirus have made the policy outdated.

Margie Turns On Bobo!

And now they turn on each other.

What makes this so good.... these are the headaches Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) refused to condemn. These are the folks who make it very difficult for Republicans to govern.

These lawmakers who appear in the junk food media represent about 40% of the Republican Party's do nothing but cause havoc wing.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) kindly reminds Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) that she barely won her reelection. She is angry over Boebert and Rep. Matt Gaetz's (R-FL) refusal to back Washed Up 45's endorsement of McCarthy for House Speaker.

Greene, Boebert and Gaetz never in their districts. They always seems to be do more for click bait than working on behalf the people who voted for them.

Boebert won with 543 votes. Adam Frisch who challenged her has hinted he will run against her again.

Greene said that she backed their asses only for them to be so disrespectful.

Boebert made light of the infamous "Jewish Space Lasers" remark.

"I've aligned with Marjorie and been accused of believing a lot of the things that she believes in," the GOP's Boebert told white nationalist Charlie Kirk while standing next to Gaetz. "I don't believe in [McCarthy as speaker], just as I don't believe in Russian space lasers, Jewish space lasers and all of this. No."

In her thread, Greene complained that Boebert didn't endorse Trump or McCarthy even after she "gladly takes our $$$" in getting re-elected.

"And she childishly threw me under the bus for a cheap sound bite," Greene added, in a likely reference to Boebert's "space lasers" quip.

"Americans expect conservative fighters like us to work together to Save America and that is the only mission I'm 100% devoted to, not high school drama and media sound bites," Greene said in a third tweet.

Greene, Boebert and Gaetz are election deniers and conspiracy theorists. They all look like they mess with drugs. Outgoing lawmaker of the do nothing but cause havoc, Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) said that many of these lawmakers have sex orgies and cocaine parties.

Greene is divorcing her husband. She openly cheated on her husband with some of gym trainers and a television personality. Greene owns a fitness gym.

Boebert was allegedly a paid escort and a former restaurant owner. She has a wandering eye. She has possible addiction to marijuana and cocaine.

Gaetz allegedly slept with a 16 year old and still under federal watch for sex trafficking and child enticement. He has a wife who is 13 years younger than him. Gaetz also has a possible addiction to cocaine, alcohol and marijuana.

Boebert allegedly had a rift with Greene when she and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) went to an event sponsored by white extremist Nick Fuentes. Boebert also has leaned towards Ron DeSantis which Greene vehemently opposes. Greene believes that MAGA is Washed Up 45's and no other candidate can have it.

Boebert does not want to be associated with Greene. She does fine by her loathsome self.

Greene has ambitions for 2024. She is a potential candidate.

You Not Getting Out!

Sexual predator gets more time on his bid.

Only three years ago, former media mogul Harvey Weinstein was convicted of sexual assault and conspiracy in the state of New York. He was sentenced to 23 years in the iron college. Now he is facing another added length once the California penal system determines the sentence.

Weinstein triggered the #MeToo movement which brought down prominent media and political figures.

Los Angeles jurors on Monday found Weinstein guilty of the rape and sexual assault of just one of the four accusers he was charged with abusing.

But the three guilty counts involving an Italian actor and model known at the trial as Jane Doe 1 still struck a major blow against the disgraced movie mogul, and provided another #MeToo moment of reckoning, five years after he became a magnet for the movement.

Weinstein, 70, who is two years into a 23-year sentence for a rape and sexual assault conviction in New York that is under appeal, could get up to 24 years in prison in California when he’s sentenced.

He was found guilty of rape, forced oral copulation and another sexual misconduct count involving the woman who said he appeared uninvited at her hotel room door during a Los Angeles film festival in 2013.

“Harvey Weinstein forever destroyed a part of me that night in 2013 and I will never get that back. The criminal trial was brutal and Weinstein’s lawyers put me through hell on the witness stand, but I knew I had to see this through to the end, and I did,” the woman said in a statement after the verdict. “I hope Weinstein never sees the outside of a prison cell during his lifetime.”

Weinstein was acquitted of a sexual battery allegation made by a massage therapist who treated him at a hotel in 2010.

The jury was unable to reach a decision on counts involving two accusers, notably rape and sexual assault charges involving Jennifer Siebel Newsom, a documentary filmmaker and the wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom. A mistrial was declared on those counts.

Weinstein looked down at the table and appeared to put his face in his hands when the initial guilty counts were read. He looked forward as the rest of the verdict was read.

Prosecutors and defense attorneys had no immediate comment on the verdict.

“Harvey Weinstein will never be able to rape another woman. He will spend the rest of his life behind bars where he belongs,” Siebel Newsom said in a statement. “Throughout the trial, Weinstein’s lawyers used sexism, misogyny, and bullying tactics to intimidate, demean, and ridicule us survivors. The trial was a stark reminder that we as a society have work to do.”

Siebel Newsom’s intense and dramatic testimony, in which she described being raped by Weinstein in a hotel room in 2005, brought the trial its most dramatic moments. But only eight of the 12 jurors agreed to find Weinstein guilty of those counts.

Jurors were deadlocked 10-2 on a sexual battery count involving Lauren Young, the only accuser who testified at both Weinstein trials. She said she was a model aspiring to be an actor and screenwriter who was meeting with Weinstein about a script in 2013 when he trapped her in a hotel bathroom, groped her and masturbated in front of her.

Lacking any forensic evidence or eyewitness accounts of years-old allegations, the case hinged heavily on the stories and credibility of the four women at the center of the charges.

The women’s stories echoed the allegations of dozens of others who have emerged since Weinstein became a #MeToo lightning rod starting with stories in the New York Times in 2017. A movie about that reporting, “She Said,” was released during the trial, and jurors were repeatedly warned not to see it.

It was the defense that made #MeToo an issue during the trial, however, emphasizing that none of the four women went to the authorities until after the movement made Weinstein a target.

Defense lawyers said two of the women — including the one he would be found guilty of raping — were entirely lying about their encounters with Weinstein. They said the other two had “100% consensual” sexual interactions that they later reframed.

Defense attorneys said during the trial that if Siebel Newsom hadn’t reached her later prominence she would be “just another bimbo who slept with Harvey Weinstein to get ahead in Hollywood.”

“Regret is not the same thing as rape,” Weinstein attorney Alan Jackson said in his closing argument.

He urged jurors to look past the the women’s emotional testimony and focus on the factual evidence.

“‘Believe us because we’re mad, believe us because we cried,’” Jackson said jurors were being asked to do. “Well, fury does not make fact. And tears do not make truth.”

All the women involved in the charges went by Jane Doe in court. The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they have been sexually abused unless they come forward publicly or agree to be named through their attorneys, as the women named here did.

Prosecutors called 40 other witnesses in an attempt to give context and corroboration to those stories. Four were other women who were not part of the charges but testified that Weinstein raped or sexually assaulted them. They were brought to the stand to establish a pattern of sexual predation.

Weinstein beat four other felony charges before the trial even ended when prosecutors said a woman he was charged with raping twice and sexually assaulting twice would not appear to testify. They declined to give a reason. Judge Lisa Lench dismissed those charges.

Weinstein’s latest conviction hands a victory to victims of sexual misconduct of famous men in the wake of some legal setbacks, including the dismissal of Bill Cosby’s conviction last year. The rape trial of “That ’70s Show” actor Danny Masterson, held simultaneously and just down the hall from Weinstein’s, ended in a mistrial. And actor Kevin Spacey was victorious at a sexual battery civil trial in New York last month.

Weinstein’s New York conviction survived an initial appeal, but the case is set to be heard by the state’s highest court next year. The California conviction, also likely to be appealed, means he will not walk free even if the East Coast conviction is thrown out.

More Jan. 6 Committee Hearings: Criminal Referrals To Be Served Washed Up 45!

The final chapter.

Before concluding the House Select Committee on the attack on the U.S. Capitol, three outgoing lawmakers will vote for criminal referrals to the former president and several of his allies.

They will also submit ethic complaints for ten Republican House members.

Rep. Stephanie Murphy (D-FL), Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) and Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) will cast their final committee vote to recommend criminal charges to the U.S. Justice Department.

At a final meeting on Monday, the panel’s seven Democrats and two Republicans are poised to recommend criminal charges against the former president and potentially against associates and staff who helped him launch a multifaceted pressure campaign to try to overturn the 2020 election.

While a criminal referral is mostly symbolic, with the Justice Department ultimately deciding whether to prosecute Trump or others, it is a decisive end to a probe that had an almost singular focus from the start.

“I think the president has violated multiple criminal laws and I think you have to be treated like any other American who breaks the law, and that is you have to be prosecuted,” Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), a member of the panel, said Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union.”

The panel, which will dissolve on Jan. 3 with the new Republican-led House, has conducted more than 1,000 interviews, held 10 well-watched public hearings and collected more than a million documents since it launched in July 2021. As it has gathered the massive trove of evidence, the members have become emboldened in declaring that Washed Up 45 is to blame for the violent attack on the Capitol by his supporters almost two years ago.
