The entertainer appeared in court today with cameras in tow. The 78-year old Bill Cosby was walking with a cane. He almost tripped trying to enter the Montgomery County, Pennsylvania court to be arraigned on sexual assault charges.

He posted a $1 million get out of jail free card. He also relinquished his passport.

Cosby faces a some serious charges. This has to be the biggest celebrity scandal of 2015. To see America's Dad take this nosedive is shocking. But I'm not too surprised.

He was a powerful voice in the entertainment industry. He created the hit series The Cosby Show. He inspired children with Fat Albert and The Cosby Kids. He entertained us with his comedy acts.

Now all of that comes to a bitter end.

The victim Andrea Constand decided to publicly come forth acknowledging she was a victim of a 2004 assault. The incident happened when the Temple basketball coach went to his home outside of Philadelphia.

She claimed that he gave her some alcohol with a "herbal additive". She would pass out.

No sense of knowing what's going on, she realized that Cosby was fingering her privates and groping her. She was in a paralyzed state. The two settled out of court with a disclosed amount. But the charges never went forth until now.

Andrea was one of the first women to publicly accuse the comedian of sexual misconduct. At the time, the Montgomery County district attorney declined to pursue charges. Constand later sued Cosby and they settled out of court for undisclosed terms in 2006.

Cosby is innocent until proven guilty. These charges are felonies. They can carry 2 to 15 years in the iron college. The severity of the offense could land a TIER III label on the entertainer.

King Louie Survived A Crowning!

Survival of the fittest.... Chicago rapper King Louie survived a shot to his dome.

Chicago rapper Louis King Johnson, Jr. professionally known as King Louie got bucked in his hometown. He was shot seven times. One of them slugs went directly into the side of head.

That shooting happened in the Ashburn neighborhood of Chicago. The rapper was in his ride when out of nowhere some assailant ambushed him. The assailant let the slugs fly.

The rapper had a hospital stay after this. He survived a shot to the head.

Counting his blessing, he said that the violence here gotta stop. He knows he's "marked" for life, but he doesn't want to see others meet fates like this.

"The devil is working overtime, that's my opinion," King Louie said.

Now recovering at home, King Louie says he carries with him bullets still lodged in his body.

"I was shot 7 times. I still have two bullets in my chest and on in my ear/head,” he said.

King Louie had worked with fellow Chicago-rappers Common and Kanye West. He is also known for helping create the term "Chi-Raq," which refers to the violence in Chicago.

King Louie wasn't really keen to Hollywood mocking his city. Spike Lee made the satirical drama "Chi-Raq". Louie didn't appreciate the movie director making fun of the mass shootings in his community. He made a song directed at Spike Lee.

The nation of Cosby is crumbling. And it seems like the leader of this country is being taken to trial.

A prosecutor in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania served Bill Cosby. The allegations of sexual assault have finally brought him a court date. This plan announced today comes as a major blow to Cosby. As if he didn't need anymore bad news. 

The entertainer's reputation took a nosedive after 50 women came forth saying that Cosby's drugged them and sexually assaulted them. 

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and the Cheltenham Township Police have scheduled a news presser to discuss the charges being handed to Cosby.

This case deals with the 2004 allegations. The charge is aggravated indecent assault. This charge could carry up to 15 years in the iron college with TIER III label if convicted. Cosby denies any fault to what happened. Cosby is likely to have his passport seized in case he decides to flee authorities. 

Cosby is innocent until proven guilty. He is expected to head to Pennsylvania to post bail and have a court hearing.

Former New York governor George Pataki is throwing in the towel. The junk food media is reporting that the lower tier bum is bowing out the race.

Pataki who kept finding himself at the bottom tier debates told his staffers and the handful of supporters that he can't run without the $$$$$$$$.

Considered an establishment candidate, Pataki who was governor of New York for three terms decided to run for the White House. His ill fated bid for president was destined for destruction. He couldn't pull up from < 0.3 in the polls.

He is the tallest person in the race.

His departure assures that if there's another kiddie table debate, Rand Paul, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich, Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee will likely find a place there.

Mr. Affluenza Got Caught Up!

Man who killed four on a Texas road beaten a murder rap. While on in-house, he broke the rules. Fearing a bid in the iron college, he decides to duck out of the country.  After a few weeks, he was finally caught. Will he now finally be sent to the iron college?

The thug who murdered four Texas residents while under the influence of alcohol and at the helm of a vehicle was on the run for three weeks. He was on probation for this crime. He was supposed to serve a 10 year in-house bid. He was forbidden to drink alcohol. He was forbidden to be around drugs. He was forbidden to be around criminal activity. It turns out that he ignored the sentencing.

He was caught on camera playing beer pong with his buddies. That was shared on social media and it reached his P.O.

I guess he knew his days were numbered. So he and his mother took off from their suburban Dallas home never to be heard from again.

Those three weeks came to an end. It seems like the pampered life is over for the so-called "affluenza" teen.

The Mexican authorities aided by the U.S. Marshals managed to snatch Ethan Couch out of his hiding place. CNN broke the story around 7:30 pm tonight. The country's most wanted man is now in custody and will face justice.

The U.S. Rewards for Justice wanted this man and his mother Tonya.

Mom decided to help Ethan flee the U.S. authorities. They were spotted in a vacation town of Puerto Vallarta, U.S. officials were briefed on the matter.

Couch, 18, went missing earlier this month, two years after he made national news when he was sentenced to probation for a drunken driving crash that killed four people.

Couch is expected to be turned over to the U.S. Marshals Service, who have spent weeks searching for him. A spokesman for the service declined to comment.

He is wanted by authorities in Tarrant County, Texas, for allegedly violating probation. His mother was listed by Texas authorities as a missing person after her son's disappearance, and the authorities said they believed she was assisting her son.

Mom will face a federal case for helping fugitive son escape out of the country.

A warrant had been issued for the teen to be taken into custody after his probation officer couldn't reach him earlier this month. His apparent disappearance came after a video allegedly showed him at a party where alcohol was being consumed, authorities said.

Word of the search for Couch has reignited controversy over the case, which drew widespread attention after a psychologist testified that Couch, who was 16 at the time, suffered from "affluenza," describing him as a rich kid whose parents didn't set limits for him.

Now ducking his P.O. automatically puts him in the lockup.

The charges of ducking the law and breaking the in-house time out could be severe. The charges could put him in the iron college for 25 years. Only in Texas justice, Couch could face LIFE in the iron college based on the media attention to his case.

Couch is innocent until proven guilty.

I remember that I purchased the Batman Beyond: The Return of The Joker movie from Suncoast/Musicland during its going out of business sale.

When I got home, I opened the package and saw that the DVD wasn't inside. I immediately went back to the business and told them that the DVD was defective. They understood that I was serious about it. They immediately told me to find the DVD and open it up to make sure its in there. I did and it was there.

It's only the size of a matchbox and it can steal your $$$$$$$. The FBI and U.S. Secret Service are hoping to curb this before it gets worse.

Whew, it was a close call. I would have been out of $12 if I didn't quickly return the product.

But some are buying the big ticket items and when they get home they're pretty much screwed.

A boy ends up getting that Sony PS4 (Playstation 4) for Christmas. Turns out to be a block of wood.

What's worse the block of wood had a drawing. A pretty damn offensive drawing on it. A pair of cock and balls on it. Dad bought this from Target. Target decided to allow dad to get another PS4 and $100 gift card for their troubles. All's well that ends well!

I mean this stuff does happen. However, given the many attempts to con businesses out of property, you can't help but take consideration if this story was bogus from the start.

Gas pump security seal was tampered with. That's a sign of scamming device being placed inside pump.

The real danger is them skimming devices found in gas pumps. The U.S. Secret Service and the FBI are teaming up with the local lawmen to counter the threat.

The thieves come at night and use the selection key to open up the gas pump. Whether the gas station is closed or operating 24/7, the thieves usually hit the pumps around night with limited traffic.

If you're used to using a debit or credit card at the pump, you have to be noticing the features of a tampered pump.

If you see something different at the pump, don't insert your card into it.

First thing, you would notice a seal of the company on the panel of a card reader. If the seal is tampered or pulled off, don't use the pump.

Second thing, if you notice wires or sticky keys, it's tampered.

And if you don't feel comfortable using your card at the pump, go inside and prepay for the gas.

Skimming is a $1 billion hustle. Many in the theft rings could get your money within a matter of seconds if you don't take the opportunity to check your surroundings.

Cop Walk In Tamir Rice Case!

Tamir Rice was killed in November 2014. Ohio prosecutors decided to not indict officers.

I will no longer support the Democratic Party. I will not support the Republican Party either. They are too fucking inept in local and national leadership. The leadership in both national parties in Washington and in my state of Ohio can kiss my ass.

I will always have my support for President Barack Obama. Although I am starting to realize that he can't mend the fences between White and Black. His impact as the first Black president opened up wounds that should have disappeared in the 20th Century.

Although I still am tolerant of race, gender, sexuality, religion, nationality, political and economic standings, I'm going to be more critical of those who say "I'm not a racist, but....!"

We should have expected that White resentment would surge. I knew it. I just didn't want to believe it. I just didn't want to believe that given these high profile events, White America was starting to be more diverse towards Blacks, Hispanics, immigrants and Muslims. Nope.

Donald Trump tapped into the anger of people who believe that "even though it applies to me", those who aren't like me shouldn't have it.

So basically in a nutshell, if a White boy was playing with firearms or fake firearms, he's not likely gonna get shot. But given you're Tamir Rice or John Crawford, you're going to be killed.

Or in the case of Sandra Bland, you can end up dead if you get pulled over for a turn signal violation.

It's a travesty of justice.

Ohio grand jury decides to not indict the two cops who were involved in the November 2014 shooting of Tamir Rice. On a slow news day, the Cuyahoga County prosecutor decided the time is now to allow Tim Loehmann and Frank Garmack walk out that courtroom and go about their lives.

They may end up back on the force.

The family of Tamir Rice who sought almost one year and two months for an indictment got no justice.

The family said that Loehmann went into the situation guns ablazing. He spared no second. He shot Tamir at two seconds of sight.

I am not only mad at the Cuyahoga prosecutor Tim McGinty, but I am pissed at the junk food for trying to make the case it was justified to kill that boy. I am pissed that every time a cop walks, we get concern trolls bitching about how "Blacks must stop something that we never started".

I am so tired of the issue of "Black on whatever" crime made an issue when Black America protest unfair treatment by law enforcement.

I am tired of law enforcement not properly training their officers in situations.

There is no GOD. If there was a GOD, we would have equal justice for equal criminal acts.

Some rich White teen gets away with murder after drinking and driving. Now he an unrepentant danger to the community and those around him. He's given slapped on the wrist. But a little Black girl who gets mouthy with a lawman gets slammed on the ground. A man who walks away from a lawman gets shot 16 times while a White woman doses her face in drain cleaner gets a book deal. A White man murders innocent church goers in the middle of bible study gets food after he calmly surrenders. I bet you money a Black man won't get this type of treatment.

That's some real fucked up shit.

So I will spare the rest. I am guessing the cops who injured Freddie Gray, shot Laquan McDonald, shot Akai Gurley, shot Sam Dubose, shot Christian Taylor and Jamar Clark will walk too.

Most of the officers who were involved in the shootings of the unarmed or unintentional circumstances walked.

Meadowlark Lemon Passed Away!

Meadowlark Lemon passed away.

One of the famed members of the Harlem Globetrotters passed away today. World News Today send our condolences to the family of Meadowlark Lemon.

Meadowlark Lemon, who was the "clown prince" of touring passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona.

His family confirms that that Meadowlark died in his sleep at the age of 83.

Born [George] Meadow Lemon III in Wilmington, North Carolina, Meadowlark played more than 16,000 games with the Harlem Globetrotters basketball team. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame.

Meadowlark was a basketball player, actor, minister and father of ten.

He was an iconic figure during the 1970s and 1980s. He and the Globetrotters were best known for their wacky antics. Lemon joined the Globetrotters in 1954 at age 22, appearing in more than 16,000 games in 97 countries until leaving the team in 1978 over a contract dispute.

Meadowlark and the Harlem Globetrotters voiced themselves on Scooby Doo.

Lemon co-starred with McLean Stevenson in the NBC comedy series "Hello, Larry" in 1979-1980, and he logged guest shots on shows ranging from "Alice," "Diff’rent Strokes," "Here’s Boomer" and "Scooby Doo"  to numerous talk shows and Globetrotters TV specials. He was also in demand for commercials, appearing in blurbs for such blue-chip brands as Ford Motor Co., Burger King, Pepsi, Sears, Dr. Pepper, Tropicana and the U.S. Postal Service, among many others.

On the big screen he costarred in the 1979 comedy "The Fish That Saved Pittsburgh," about a hapless basketball team, and appeared in 1981’s "Modern Romance." In his later years Lemon became an ordained minister and had a regular series on Trinity Broadcasting Network.

Meadowlark was one of only five Globetrotters to have their numbers retired.

On the court, he was known for his long hook shots, no-look behind-the-back passes and antics, which included surprising fans with buckets of confetti.

"For a generation of fans, the name Meadowlark Lemon was synonymous with the Harlem Globetrotters," said Globetrotters CEO Kurt Schneider. "He was an incredible entertainer and brought happiness and lifelong memories to millions around the world. We have lost a great ambassador of the game."

Lemon is survived by his wife, Cynthia, and 10 children.

Jahi McMath Still Living On A Prayer!

The state of California wants the family of Jahi McMath to pull the plug on her. They declared her legally "brain dead" after she had severe brain damage after a tonsil pull. The family vows to keep their daughter alive.

Jahi's mother Nailah Winkfield is suing the state of California for pushing a death certificate on a breathing human being. 

Nailah filed a malpractice lawsuit against Children's Hospital Oakland and against the surgeon who performed Jahi's surgery indicating they were prepared to argue as part of the lawsuit that the young girl is not dead.

Jahi was full of life. She had a raspy throat and her family believed that a tonsil pull would be simple surgery. It turns out that the surgery went wrong. She was bleeding from the mouth which lead to a blood clot, in turn gave her a heart attack and a stroke. 

The internal injuries left her paralyzed and brain dead.

Naliah doesn't give up on her daughter. She says as long as she's breathing, she's alive and no piece of paper determines her daughter's life.

"I want her to have the same rights as any other disabled kid," Naliah said.

Jahi's mother says her daughter show some signs of life, including the twitching of fingers and toes.

Medical experts said those movements could be spasms and reflexes commonly seen in corpses. They say Jahi McMath shows hardly any brain activity and is clinically dead.

But her mother isn't ready to give up. Winfield said she recently sold her Oakland home and is living off those rapidly dwindling proceeds.

"I won't give up on Jahi, because I'm her mother," Winkfield said. 

Medical malpractice is a legal offense that occurs when a medical professional fails to perform his or her medical duties due to negligence, thereby causing injury to a patient.

Republican candidate Dr. Ben Carson had some medical malpractice as a pediatric neurosurgeon.

There has been headline fodder on many local and some national news agitators, the threat of terrorism upon Muslims is real. This holiday weekend was brought to the news of many attempts of terrorist acts upon American Muslims.

There was a firebombing of a California mosque. In the city of Tracy, the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) of Sacramento Valley have called for an investigation into an attempted bombing of a mosque.

There was a "Molotov cocktail." tossed at the gate and into a side door. The California state authorities and the FBI are looking into this as a possible hate crime.

And let travel at least 1,870 miles to the fourth largest U.S. city.

There was a attempted bombing at a Houston mosque. Texas state authorities and the FBI are investigating this a possible hate crime. The terrorist decided to launch an attack upon a mosque in a shopping center in the Belfort neighborhood.

There were people attending the mosque for Saturday prayer. The people were lucky that this didn't kill them. They were in a different section of the shopping center while the mosque was being bombed.

As you know, the Republicans and conservative agitators have been bitching about "radical Islam".

The candidates running namely Donald Trump has set off this shit storm of overheated rhetoric.

Many Americans are spooked by the junk food media's coverage of terrorism. The threats of terrorism is often blown up by the media. The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL/ISIS) has become a threat to western nations. The West vows to destroy the group.

They are falling into the trap. The terrorists want America to bankrupt themselves fighting them.

The terrorists know that if the lawmakers in Washington can relax gun laws and federal safety regulations, they find opportunities to pull off a massive murder.

Republicans are pretty stupid when it comes to handling terrorism. The only muscle the Republicans got is their tongues. Their tongues are all talk and no action.

They will not condemn the terrorist attacks upon Americans who practice Islam in peace. They won't condemn the threats upon American Muslims who believe the acts done by the Islamic State are deplorable as well. American Muslims do not support the Islamic State.

There are people who are inspired by rhetoric. I mean think about it!

If Trump is saying that he would advocate a ban upon Muslims coming into the United States, some White extremists would take that to heart. The agitators in the conservative media would also push the "concern troll" narrative. They say that Muslims won't condemn violence and stand up against the threat of "radical Islam".

The divisive word vomit "radical Islam" already gives the narrative that the United States is targeting Muslims. The Islamic State has proven their point by going after the rhetoric.

What Happened To Barbara Dawson?

Florida woman was removed forcibly from the hospital. She would die upon the removal.

It seems like those in law enforcement continue to get a bad rap. And it seems like every time a Black person is killed in police custody, the concern trolls often blame the victim for their deaths. Conservatives often claim that #BlackLivesMatter is a group that supports the murder of cops. They claim that the deaths of Blacks at the hands of other Blacks is ignored by the protesters. They even concern troll the protesters and try to gin up faux outrage over issues that weren't covered by them.

In the case of the Knoxville, TN teen who killed in gang violence, conservatives started this concern trolling about the president and BlackLivesMatter/Campaign Zero activist DeRay McKesson arne't concerned with the deaths of Black victims. Zaevion Dobson became the topic of the week when he sacrificed himself to a hail of bullets saving his teenage friends. The president will likely address Zaevion in the State of the Union in January.

The deaths of many Blacks in the custody of police give the sense of no hope. It gives Blacks the notion that even in the hands of the law, they're in danger. The law doesn't see a Black person as a victim, they see them as suspects. Conservatives and White extremists are often like this as well.

They concoct statistics about Black criminal behavior. They run this nonsense every time a Black is killed by a White person or law enforcement. It seems like that's the new norm beside the ongoing gun violence that plagues the country.

Okay, in Tallahassee, a woman who was apparently disruptive in a local hospital is restrained. A few hours later, she would die of heart failure.

The law says that 57-year old Barbara Dawson was being treated for breathing difficulties. According to the AP reports that Barbara collapsed Monday while being escorted in handcuffs from the Liberty Calhoun Hospital, where she sought treatment for breathing difficulties, Blountstown police Chief Mark Mallory said Tuesday. An officer had arrested Barbara for disorderly conduct and trespassing, Mallory said.

Autopsy results should be released Wednesday, Mallory said. Florida Department of Law Enforcement officials have been called in to investigate, department spokesman Steve Arthur said. He declined to comment further.

The law restrains a woman . She dies of heart failure.

Mallory said the officer who arrested Barbara removed the handcuffs after she collapsed and escorted her back into the hospital.

"We were told by a doctor once she got back in the hospital that her vital signs were good and it was their decision to readmit her," he said. He said dashcam footage from the officer's car does not show the incident but does pick up the audio.

Hospital officials did not return telephone calls from The Associated Press on Tuesday night. The Tallahassee Democrat reported that Ruth Attaway, administrator and CEO of the 25-bed hospital, said staff did everything they could for Barbara.

"They did their best trying to save her," Attaway said. "Our staff was very aggressive with her treatment."

While doctors initially thought Barbara was stable and should be released, she felt as if she still had breathing issues and wanted to stay, said Tallahassee attorney Daryl Parks, who is representing Barbara Dawson's family.

"The most reasonable thing to do is to let her sit there and be able to settle down until she felt well. Instead, she is forcibly removed and put in cuffs," Parks said. "The early facts of this case should cause a great concern for everyone."

The Calhoun-Liberty County chapter of the NAACP held an emergency meeting Tuesday. Dale R. Landry, who is the regional vice president for the Florida State chapter of the NAACP, met with local leaders and the family.

Landry said he and others are glad state law enforcement officers are getting involved, "but we strongly believe the death was due to negligence by the police department and hospital."
