A famed actress who won an Oscar for best female role got a very expensive dress lifted from her while she was partying with other celebs.

$150,000 pearl-adorned dress Lupita Nyong'o wore to this year's Academy Awards has been stolen. Deputies responded to a West Hollywood hotel late yesterday after the custom Calvin Klein Collection by Francisco Costa dress was reported missing from the actress's hotel room, said sheriff's Sgt. Richard Bowman. Representatives for the actress reported the theft, and detectives suspect the garment was stolen sometime between 8 and 9pm yesterday.

Detectives were at the hotel today looking for clues, including whether surveillance footage would reveal what happened to the gown. Nyong'o won an Oscar in 2014 for her role in Twelve Years a Slave and was a presenter at Sunday's ceremony. Her publicists said today they would not comment on the theft. Nyong'o, 31, has become a darling of Hollywood's red carpets in the past two years, with commentators and fans praising her fashion choices.

I guess tonight, it was found. The thief had second thoughts. The thief claims the dress was "fake".

Reuters report that the $150,000 Oscar gown worn by actress Lupita Nyong'o that was stolen two days ago was returned on Friday by the thief, who tipped off celebrity news site TMZ.com after finding out that the pearls on the dress were fake.

TMZ said the thief took the Calvin Klein dress from Nyong'o's hotel room on Wednesday after finding the door ajar. The Kenyan actress had worn the dress adorned with 6,000 pearls to Sunday's Academy Awards in one of the most commented looks of the night.

The thief and others removed two pearls from the dress and took them to the Garment District in downtown Los Angeles where they were told they were not real, according to TMZ.

The thief then took the dress back to the London West Hollywood hotel and told TMZ it was in a garment bag inside a trash bag in a bathroom.

TMZ then tipped off the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department in West Hollywood, which was investigating the theft. The website shows grainy footage of an unidentified person opening the bag and finding a white dress.

Holder Leaves Swing!

No apologies. Holder will eventually retire once Republicans confirm Loretta Lynch as his successor for Attorney General of the United States.

The Senate will finally confirm the successor to Attorney General Eric Holder.

Lorretta Lynch will get a label in the coming days. Obviously this choice will certainly become a target of Republicans in the coming years. Of course, being a Black woman is enough ammo for the Republicans to attack her character.

It may take up about 52 senators (or 60) based on the Republican Majority Leader Mitch The Turtle (R-KY) rules to confirm Lynch. The stallmigos Rand Paul (R-KY), Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Jim Inhofe (R-OK), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Tom Cotton (R-AR), Joni Ernst (R-IA), Tim Scott (R-SC) and Mike Lee (R-UT) will probably vote against it.

Like every other outgoing member of the Obama administration, some will go to networks to focus on their achievements and what the successor should do to make things better.

Holder, pretty much said, good luck to Lynch, she's gonna need it!

Holder isn't apologizing to Republicans. He's practically saying the party is in dire straights. It's doomed to failure. And being led by a tabloid news outlet like Loserville is even worse imagined.

Holder will speak on GOP Sundays. He will talk to NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN and The Politico. But absent is Loserville. He will not speak to the smirking chimp Chris Wallace, Megyn The Outrage Princess or Bret Beir.

Loserville fired back at him.

The network isn't too keen on Holder and President Barack Obama.

Michael Clemente is none too happy that the outgoing AG is blowing Loserville off.

I guess this is the bad taste that Holder leaves for Republicans and Loserville.

Holder said that Loserville would have nothing to complain about once he's gone. After all, they're focused on Benghazi, Fast & Furious and radical Islam.

Count on Holder being mentioned for years to come. Obviously that annoying conservative agitator will continue to find some reason to jam him in.

Mo'Nique On The Ban List!

Mo'Nique got banned from Hollywood. Lee Daniels confirms that the Oscar award winning actress/comedian got shafted for being too much of a diva.

Empire is a big hit.

The Lee Daniels drama featuring Terrance Howard and Taraj P Henson is growing in viewership. For the latest episode, it drew 15.4 million viewers. This is one of the biggest success for the Fox network.

Lee Daniels also was the producer for Precious, a movie that featured Gabourey Sidibe, Mo'Nique, Paula Patton, and Mariah Carey. This film marked the acting debut of Sidibe.

Sidibe is a featured guest on Empire.

Mariah Carey who is known by most to be a diva is being blackballed from movies. Joining her is the comedian and Oscar award winning actress Mo'Nique.

Mo'Nique who is one of the "Queens of Comedy" starred in the UPN sitcom The Parkers and her late night show on BET.

Lee Daniels, the producer of The Butler, Precious and television series Empire.

Mo'Nique is a diva. She doesn't apologize for being self confident and determined. But in Hollywood, if you're too much of a diva, you're going to be shut out of the industry. And it seems to follow a deep trend of Black entertainers being doomed after success.

The entertainer talked to Inside Edition to tell her fans that she's doing "fine". She was telling the reporter that Lee Daniels told her that movie executives are "done" with her.

Lee Daniels put it in simple terms: Mo'Nique was too much of a headache. She would make demands and throw around the Black. She couldn't figure the politics of Hollywood. She got shut down.

Although Lee Daniels praised her for her talents, he said that she self-inflicted herself. It's not his fault. He didn't throw her under the bus.

Empire is the money maker for the time being.

Mo'Nique fired back. “It wasn’t that I was blackballed like Mr. Daniels said… the phone was ringing and the scripts were coming but the offers that were associated with them made me say ‘I can’t accept that,’” she explained, adding that taking such offers would have sent a negative message to other African-American women.

“If we continue to accept these low offers, how do we make a change?” she asked.

It seems like this is a feud. Mo'Nique believes Daniels told executives that she's trouble.

Insurgent Lawmakers Wants DC Mayor Locked Up For Endorsing Marijuana!

The insurgents want DC mayor Muriel Bowser locked up for advocating weed in her town.

Two insurgent lawmakers are pissed that District of Columbia residents passed a legislation allowing marijuana use in the nation's capital.

The District of Columbia and Alaska joins Colorado and Washington as places where you can light up some ounces of weed. The marijuana is legal in three and one federal district now.

Some lawmakers aren't keen on it. DC is technically ran by Congress. They control the spending and ordinances in the district.

Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) and Andy Harris (R-MD) have threatened to take Washington, DC Mayor to the federal time out for advocating it.

Muriel Bowser, the Democratic mayor (semi-governor) has ignored the threats. The Nation reports that Bowser and the District’s police chief announced earlier in the day that the city would move on the legalization measure, despite Congress’s disapproval. Voters approved Initiative 71 by a huge margin in November, but a month later federal lawmakers inserted a rider into the budget bill intended to prevent the city from using any funds to implement it or to set up a system for taxing and regulating marijuana sales. Doing so would be a violation of the Anti-Deficiency Act, which forbids DC from spending money that was not appropriated by Congress.

City officials, including Attorney General Karl Racine, argue that the rider doesn’t actually bar them from implementing Initiative 71, because the ballot measure was already certified by the time Congress voted. According to their interpretation, the rider does prevent the District from loosing drug laws any further. Based on this understanding, the City council canceled a hearing on taxing and regulating marijuana earlier in February, after Racine warned that council members and their staff could face fines and jail time if they took part.

Chaffetz’s threat, on the other hand, is hot air. Violating the Anti-Deficiency Act does carry civil and criminal penalties but, sadly for them, lawmakers like Chaffetz have little power to enforce it. (Chaffetz’s office did not return a request to clarify how implementing Initiative 71 could lead to jail time for city officials.) The Obama administration—specifically, the Department of Justice—would have to initiate prosecution. That’s hard to imagine, in light of the president’s statements in support of the legalization initiative—although it’s possible that a anti-marijuana presidential candidate could be elected in 2016 and initiate legal action against the city at that point. Chaffetz played coy when asked if he might sue the city— “It’s in the law; it’s crystal clear,” is all he told the Post— but Representative Mark Meadows, one of the other Republicans trying to block the measure, said “there’s no talk of litigation.” Instead, he issued a vague threat having to do with the District’s ability to get congressional approval for future, unrelated measures

Even though Legend didn't explicitly bring up voter ID laws in his speech, The agitator went on to suggest that it was inappropriate for Legend to "equate the Voting Rights Act with showing an ID to get to vote so we can keep honesty and integrity in our elections ... I like John Legend as a musician, but he doesn't know anything about politics":

Of course, the annoying conservative agitator claims that it's not racist that Republicans want stricter voter ID laws. The agitator invoked Jeremiah Wright again in attacking Common.

The 1980s In 20XX!

Disney is bringing back DuckTales. 

The days of afternoon cartoon syndication and the Saturday morning cartoon are gone. Long gone.

Hollywood is really running out of ideas. The Today Show hosts were joyful over Disney's reviving of DuckTales. The Carl Banks comic was made into a television series that aired in syndication on local markets.

Now 30 years later, DisneyXD is proud to announce that it will host the series. The series will be a reboot and its planned for a 2017 debut.

The TV series featured Duckburg's richest mogul Scrooge McDuck. McDuck would often find treasures and adventure. He would usually have his three nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie accompany him on these adventures. On some occasions their uncle Donald Duck would join them.

It also featured Launchpad McQuack who later became a main character on the series Darkwing Duck during the later years. DuckTales had over 100 episodes and one motion picture movie.

They actually are planning on reviving some of American cartoon classics.

I really must be a television nerd. Because I grew up in the 1980s watching these shows.

I really believe that in this decade, most children can watch this stuff on their phones and electronic devices. They don't have to see it on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and The CW.

They can find some this stuff on the many the Disney Channels, The Hub and Cartoon Network.

They can actually get it on Hulu, Netflix, internet torrents, and bootleg.

Television networks had to obey the federal mandates and offer educational program. They couldn't afford the billing for cartoons and their sugary cereal commercials. So in September 2014, The CW ended its cartoon programs and joined the others with this Litton bullshit.

The McDonald's commercials are gone too. The fast food giant is suffering in sales and had to semi-retire Ronald McDonald for a creepy box called Happy.

The carnival barkers think President Barack Obama hates America. Sometimes you got to laugh at the Republicans and conservative agitators. They proven to be even more stupider than I've thought.

The dog whistle is blowing and the lips are moist.... Republicans are looking for their opportunity to take back the White House. But since they're still stuck on the past as they continue to trash President Barack Obama instead of throwing out better ideas.

Thumb through a check and cash it out. The Republican Party is morally bankrupt.

Saying that our American president hates his country is pretty much the definition of "hating" your country. You can disagree with the president on policy. But the relentless name calling and pseudo-patriotism by some in the junk food media makes you really think less of them rather the president.

This is the type of stuff that makes you cynical of politicians, the media and of course America.

It all began with that simpleton Rudy Giuliani speaking at a Republican donors rally for potential clown car candidate Wisconsin governor Scott Walker. He stated openly that President Obama doesn't love America like most of them. Of course, this became the click bait that will not go away.

Republicans are split on whether they want to support the comments or throw Giuliani back to the waste bin of failed politicians.

Many Republicans like Representatives Darrell Issa (R-CA), Mo Brooks (R-AL) and Louie Gohmert (R-TX) are very supportive of that simpleton. Even a 13 year old claimed that Giuliani was on point.

Seriously, what the fuck? You telling me that 85% of Democrats, 11% of Republicans and 42% of independents believe Barack Obama loves America.

That means if you add 42 (I) + 11 (R) = 53. You divide it by 2 and you have 26% of Americans roughly a quarter of Americans believe that the first Black president hate America.

Americans are similarly divided along party lines on whether they think Obama believes the U.S. is exceptional, and on whether he's more or less patriotic than most people. Republicans overwhelmingly say he's less patriotic, while Democrats say he's as patriotic or more, and independents are split.

Even sad that even Democrats say this stuff too. I mean Kentucky, Oklahoma, West Virginia, Arkansas, and Mississippi Democrats who are White question the president. These Democrats vote Republican regardless of the situation.

This stuff kicks off at the Conservative Political Action Conference. The CPAC event is going to be held at the Sheraton Hotel in Washington, DC and among the speakers are the usual nuts and a few politicos. The American Conservative Union hosts their straw poll on who's the potential Republican presidential nominee in their opinion.

The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe Targets Rev. Perm And Eric Garner's Family!

Rev. Perm accused by the racist right of being a "shakedown artist". They have proof. The ACORN pimp James O'Keefe hires a woman to go undercover to talk to family members of Trayvon Martin and Eric Garner.

If anyone is dumb enough to fall victim to a racial prank by ACORN pimp James O'Keefe, then you deserve to be shamed by the racist right.

I would never want to interact with someone who tries to "befriend" me. I am very cautious about certain people.

Obviously, this turd still on federal probation hasn't given up on the exposing liberal hypocrisy bandwagon. This round involves the victims of police brutality and vigilante justice. And of course, their old enemy, Rev. Perm.

Eric Garner, Michael Brown and Trayvon Martin were extremely controversial by the standards of junk food media coverage. The junk food media focused on every aspect of what happened and gave the public an opportunity to spin these men's deaths. One of Eric Garner's daughters was caught on tape saying that Rev. Perm is all about the money and not the cause.

A member of O’Keefe’s team spoke with the late Eric Garner’s oldest daughter, Erica, on a brisk January evening in Staten Island. Garner did not hold back when asked about Rev. Perm’s involvement, stating: “he’s about the money.”

Garner, who has become a passionate champion for social change following the death of her father, accused Rev. Perm and his National Action Network of “attacking” her for not giving them credit; and trying to capitalize on her father’s death. “Instead of me, he wants his face in front of them,” said Garner of Rev. Perm.

The ACORN Pimp James O'Keefe strikes again.

Garner was visibly angered at Rev. Perm and the National Action Network. Indeed, rather than help, Garner felt as if Rev. Perm and NAN were trying to take advantage of her:  “Rev. Perm paid for the funeral. She’s [Cynthia Davis, President of the Staten Island Chapter of NAN] trying to make me feel like I owe them,” a statement that shocked one of Garner’s friends who was speaking with Erica and a Project Veritas journalist.

In Florida, a Project Veritas investigative journalist spoke with Tracy Martin, the father of the late Trayvon Martin, at a banquet for the Trayvon Martin Foundation. Martin quickly distanced himself from Rev. Perm, stating: “he’s on his own personal mission.”

Troy Wright, the President and Executive Director of the Trayvon Martin Foundation, further distanced Martin’s family and the Martin Foundation from Rev. Perm. When asked about Rev. Perm and NAN, Wright responded “that’s a sore subject with us right now.” Indeed, all traces of Rev. Perm and NAN have recently been removed from the Foundation’s website.

Wright also strongly insinuated to Project Veritas that a decision had been made not to invite Rev. Perm to a recent Foundation banquet.

O’Keefe’s team also spoke with prominent leaders in Ferguson, who were sharply critical of Rev. Perm. Bishop Calvin Scott, whose personal dealings with Rev. Perm in the aftermath of the Michael Brown tragedy left him critical of the MSNBC host, told Project Veritas that he “incites people for the wrong reason,” that he gets people “all fired up,” and that is “not the way you want to go.” Bishop Scott went as far as to place partial blame on Rev. Perm for inciting violence in Ferguson: pointedly stating “when you have a fuse that is already lit, you don’t need to add no more fire to it.”

When asked if Rev. Perm used the Michael Brown controversy to raise money, Bishop Scott told a Project Veritas journalist “you’re not the first person to raise that question… someone in the higher up that even mentioned… the history of an Al Sharpton, and an organization such as him, and they emphatically stated that… for them, knowing their history, it’s about money.”

Erica Garner who was caught on tape saying Rev. Perm shakes down for profit.

Stacy Garner (no relation to Eric or Erica Garner) of Ferguson Christian Church told another member of O’Keefe’s team that he believed Rev. Perm was exploiting the Michael Brown tragedy for his own profit and that “instead of bringing us together, I think he was drawing us apart.”

“Rev. Perm’s perception of himself is a far cry from how he is perceived by the families and communities he thrust himself upon,” stated James O’Keefe. “By all accounts, Rev. Perm appears to be abusing the bully pulpit given to him by MSNBC to capitalize on tragedies. It was quite apparent from the number of individuals we spoke to that Rev. Perm's views tragedies as opportunities, and that he is willing to do whatever it takes to further his personal agenda.”

This is one of the many accusations thrown at the Obama News agitator and founder of the National Action Network president. Most conservatives and Republicans believe that Rev. Perm is a "shake down" artist and is a tax cheat.

That annoying conservative agitator who often debates Rev. Perm was gleeful about this latest bombshell.

Rev. Perm is being sued along with Comcast by some conservative black group.

The complaint, filed in California on Friday, comes from the National Association of African-American Owned Media, which also filed a similar suit against AT&T and DirecTV in December.

This time, the plaintiff is not only targeting both Comcast and TWC — on the eve of the two companies merging to become what would be the largest pay television distributor in the United States — but also various African-American advocacy groups and Rev. Perm for allegedly facilitating discrimination.

By the way, George Zimmerman will not face federal civil rights charges. The Department of Justice dropped its charges against the controversial Florida man. Zimmerman was the central figure in the February 2012 shooting of Trayvon Martin. Since being free, he's been in the news over 20 times for some stupid controversy.

Erica Garner also had a brief share of controversy too. She had posted offensive comments about the NYPD and leaked the address of the officer who placed her dad in the fatal stranglehold.
